As the distribution network industry evolves towards greener and low-carbon solutions, environmentally friendly gases are progressively substituting traditional SF6 gas as the insulation medium for medium-voltage inflatable cabinets. Given the limitations associated with the insulation efficacy of currently used environmentally friendly gases and the challenges related to the sustainable recycling of epoxy resin insulation components, this paper introduces an environmentally friendly insulation model that utilizes thermoplastic materials and integrated injection molding technology, specifically applied to 12kV dry air insulated inflatable cabinets. Through mechanical simulations, the study confirms that the mechanical properties of the proposed insulation model meet the required standards. Additionally, electric field simulations optimize the insulation model’s structure, effectively reducing the localized maximum electric field intensity and enhancing insulation performance. Finally, the insulation reliability of the environmentally friendly insulation model is substantiated through comprehensive insulation test and partial discharge assessments.

随着配电网行业向绿色低碳转型,环保气体正逐步替代传统SF6气体用作中压充气柜的绝缘介质。鉴于当前充气柜环保气体绝缘性弱,且环氧树脂绝缘件难以绿色回收,本文采用热塑性材料和一体化注塑加工技术,设计一种环保型绝缘模型,并应用于12kV干燥空气绝缘充气柜中。力学仿真结果表明,环保型绝缘模型的机械特性符合要求。借助电场仿真优化绝缘模型的结构,降低了局部最大电场强度,提升了绝缘性能。最后,通过绝缘试验及局部放电试验验证了环保型绝缘模型的绝缘可靠性。

随着配电网行业向绿色低碳转型,环保气体正逐步替代传统SF6气体用作中压充气柜的绝缘介质。鉴于当前充气柜环保气体绝缘性弱,且环氧树脂绝缘件难以绿色回收,本文采用热塑性材料和一体化注塑加工技术,设计一种环保型绝缘模型,并应用于12kV干燥空气绝缘充气柜中。力学仿真结果表明,环保型绝缘模型的机械特性符合要求。借助电场仿真优化绝缘模型的结构,降低了局部最大电场强度,提升了绝缘性能。最后,通过绝缘试验及局部放电试验验证了环保型绝缘模型的绝缘可靠性。

As the distribution network industry evolves towards greener and low-carbon solutions, environmentally friendly gases are progressively substituting traditional SF6 gas as the insulation medium for medium-voltage inflatable cabinets. Given the limitations associated with the insulation efficacy of currently used environmentally friendly gases and the challenges related to the sustainable recycling of epoxy resin insulation components, this paper introduces an environmentally friendly insulation model that utilizes thermoplastic materials and integrated injection molding technology, specifically applied to 12kV dry air insulated inflatable cabinets. Through mechanical simulations, the study confirms that the mechanical properties of the proposed insulation model meet the required standards. Additionally, electric field simulations optimize the insulation model’s structure, effectively reducing the localized maximum electric field intensity and enhancing insulation performance. Finally, the insulation reliability of the environmentally friendly insulation model is substantiated through comprehensive insulation test and partial discharge assessments.

随着新型电力行业逐步向低碳、节能、环保的方向发展[1],世界一流城市配电系统建设加快,12kV配电设备的市场需求日益迫切,环网柜作为配电网的“守护者”,势必要向环保节能、性能可靠的方向发展[2-3]。目前,SF6气体绝缘环网柜因优异的绝缘性能和灭弧能力,一度占据环网柜市场的重要地 位[4]。然而,SF6气体是强效温室气体,在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,减少甚至杜绝SF6气体的使用和排放成为电力行业的重要目标,环保气体绝缘环网柜的研制成为电力行业发展的重要内容。
环保型充气柜主要以氮气和干燥空气作为绝缘介质,但这两种气体的绝缘性能仅为SF6气体的1/3[5]。因此,如何在柜体受限的情况下确保环网柜的绝缘性能是技术突破的关键。当前,许多学者从柜体内部电气结构设计和绝缘结构设计两方面入手,提升充气柜绝缘性能[6-8]。文献[9]对隔离断口处均压罩结构进行优化,提升了电场均匀化水平;文献[10]从开关本体入手,设计了母线侧三工位开关布置方案和线路侧三工位开关方案,提升了空气柜的电气性能;文献[11]设计了一种双隔离主回路方案,采用固封绝缘、均匀电场方法优化主回路结构,提升了干燥空气柜的绝缘性能。合理的电气结构和绝缘结构能够弥补环保气体绝缘性能的不足,然而传统充气柜过于依赖环氧树脂在绝缘模型中的使用,导致产品在生命周期结束后难以进行绿色回收。
因此,本文以12kV干燥空气绝缘环网柜的绝缘模型为研究对象,设计一套基于热塑性材料、采用一体化注塑加工方式制成的环保型绝缘模型,包含断路器封装模型、三工位绝缘支座及绝缘刀套,既能满足干燥空气绝缘环网柜产品性能需求,又能解决传统环网柜采用环氧树脂浇注制品在生命周期结束后的难融、难溶、难降解和容易产生固体废弃物的问题。首先,对绝缘模型的三大核心部件进行详细设计;其次,通过有限元软件对环保型绝缘模型进行力学仿真和电场仿真,验证设计的合理性;最后,通过绝缘试验及局部放电试验验证环保型绝缘模型设计的实用性。
传统充气柜的绝缘件一般采用环氧树脂浇注的方式制作[12],而环氧树脂浇注件存在难融、难溶、难降解的问题,给环境带来不良影响。传统充气柜三种环氧树脂固定方式如图1所示。
为降低产品在生命周期结束后固体废弃物的产生,实现绿色环保,本文采用热塑性材料、一体化注塑的加工方式,制作绝缘核心部件,核心部件主要有三种:断路器封装模型、三工位绝缘支座及绝缘刀套。环保型绝缘核心部件设计如图2所示。
断路器封装模型采用全对称式设计,相间距为150mm,同时匹配真空灭弧室尺寸,底部设置三工位开关静触头,上部设置导向套及导流软连接的固定孔及螺母型腔,固定方式采取前后支撑面固定方式,相间及相对地增加隔板伞裙。
三工位绝缘支座采用对称式设计,三相之间采用隔板伞裙,同时,为降低零件弯曲度,底部型腔增设米字加强筋肋;每相居中位置设有铜棒腔及限位隔板,以满足三工位开关触刀静端装配需求。
绝缘刀套采用三相一体化设计,以保证三相隔离刀的一致性;三相动刀筒可在触刀组件装配触头簧后进行装配,降低劳动强度;在动刀筒外部与刀片重叠位置增加棱筋,提高动刀筒的整体刚性,降低动作瞬间动刀筒的变形量,提高三工位机构输出功的利用率;采用隔板伞裙增大爬电距离。
综合考虑绝缘核心部件的使用工况及环境,选用聚己二酰己二胺+30%玻璃纤维(简称PA66+ GF30)的复合材料作为应用材料,具有优异的电绝缘性能、耐温性及力学性能,体积电阻率≥1 013Ω∙cm,漏电起痕指数400V,耐电强度40kV/mm,可长期在约150℃温度下工作,软化温度≥220℃,弹性模量≥9 000MPa,可满足开关模块在气候、绝缘、机械强度方面的要求。
为方便零部件安装固定,一般在绝缘件内放置嵌件,但这种方案易在嵌件周边产生气泡,造成绝缘件局部放电。为避免此类问题出现,同时考虑简化模具设计及提升注塑效率的目的,本文三大绝缘核心部件均采用无嵌件设计方案。
断路器封装模型的主要作用是固定真空灭弧室及其附件,其在工作状态下需要满足以下条件:①在真空灭弧室合闸状态下,需承受三相真空灭弧室额定触头压力的合力而变形量小于等于0.5mm;②标准气压下,满足开关模块额定短时工频耐受电压及额定雷电冲击耐受电压要求;③AC 14.4kV条件下,满足局部放电量小于等于20pC。
1)受力分析
断路器封装模型为三相绝缘筒式设计,其前后固定于安装板上,主要受力面为三相筒体内部安装面,在工作状态下,断路器封装模型受力示意图如图3所示。其中,F1为真空灭弧室的额定触头压力,G为灭弧室及其附件的重力。

本文选用某知名厂家定制灭弧室,其额定触头压力为(1 600±60)N。经三维软件模拟,单相灭弧室及其附件的质量约为5kg,其重力约为50N,由式(1)可知,单相封装筒体底面受力约为1 650N。
在机械特性调整时,需调整触头压力来满足合闸弹跳及合分闸速度的要求。在此情况下,断路器封装模型单相筒体受到的力会更大,所以在设计中设置30%的设计裕度,即断路器封装模型单相筒体受力F3

由式(2)得出所设计封装模型的单相筒体需受力2 145N。
2)绝缘分析
参考其他高压电器的设计经验,绝缘性能首先确定高压对地的最小净间距及最小爬电距离。根据国网标准化定制方案可知,12kV环保气体绝缘环网柜ABC三相相间距为150mm,本文开关模块装配于IP67的不锈钢气箱内,考虑到产品生产的环境要求,根据GB/T 5582,外绝缘污秽等级可按Ⅰ级进行设计,取公称爬电比距为16kV/mm,则爬距为192mm。
断路器封装模型装配示意图如图4所示。由图4可见,主要有4个爬电通道,分别为相间上通道、相间下通道、上端至地通道、下端至地通道,本文通过在通道范围内增设伞裙、开凹等方式,来确保爬距符合产品需求。经三维软件模拟,4个通道的爬电距离分别为497.12mm、316.56mm、278.61mm及232.08mm,均大于192mm,可满足设计要求。
三工位绝缘支座的主要作用为三工位开关的旋转支点,在工作状态下需要满足以下条件:①在三工位开关闭合或打开过程中,承受动触头的合、分闸扭矩,其轴向变形量小于等于0.5mm;②标准气压下,满足开关模块额定短时工频耐受电压及额定雷电冲击耐受电压要求;③AC 14.4kV条件下,满足局部放电量小于等于20pC。
1)受力分析
根据经验,三工位开关驱动力最大为动、静触头分离时所受的触头夹紧力,触头夹紧力F5

由单相隔离触头压力值250N,动、静触头的材质均为铜质,其摩擦系数为0.65,可计算出触头分闸瞬间所需最大静态夹紧力F5=162.5N。
扭矩T计算公式为

式中:F为所受力;D为距离。动、静触头到固定端的平均距离D约为230mm,且所受力F为触头分闸瞬间所需最大静态夹紧力F5,以此可计算出三工位开关分闸时,三工位绝缘支座单相受到的扭矩约为37.4N∙m。
为提高零部件的可靠性,增加30%设计裕度,则所设计三工位绝缘支座单相所受扭矩为48.6N∙m,取整为50N∙m。
2)绝缘分析
所处工作环境与断路器封装模型一致,ABC三相相间距为150mm,最小爬电距离为192mm,本文通过增加相间隔板及内凹等方式实现。三工位绝缘支座安装示意图如图5所示。
经三维软件模拟,爬电通道距离为262.52mm,大于192mm,满足设计要求。
本文选用三相一体化绝缘刀套的方案,在三工位开关合、分操作时,分别由触刀筒的左、右两侧边框驱动动触刀动作,完成三工位开关的合分功能。在工作状态下需要满足以下条件:①在驱动三工位开关合、分闸瞬间,需承受操作机构冲击力,不得开裂;②标准气压下,满足开关模块额定短时工频耐受电压及额定雷电冲击耐受电压要求;③AC 14.4kV条件下,满足局部放电量小于等于20pC。
本文选用的三工位开关操作机构,其压缩弹簧最大释放力为2 400N,不考虑传动损失及三相差异性,将机构释放力全部作用于三相触刀筒,则平均每相触刀筒在合分闸操作时,各受到800N的冲击力。绝缘刀套安装及受力示意图如图6所示。
对断路器封装模型开展力学仿真,向三相绝缘筒分别施加向下2 145N的力,固定点为前后固定端。结果显示,最大变形量位于B相绝缘筒,变形量约0.4mm,小于0.5mm,可满足产品使用要求。断路器封装模型力学仿真示意图如图7所示。
对三工位绝缘支座开展力学仿真,向三相铜棒安装面分别施加向下50N·m的力矩,固定点为前后固定端。仿真结果显示,最大变形位于B相外侧边缘,其值约0.37mm,小于0.5mm的设计值,可满足产品使用要求。三工位绝缘支座力学仿真示意图如图8所示。
在合、分闸操作过程中,绝缘刀套受到冲击力瞬间,绝缘刀套前后固定搭接位置可视为固定端,根据力学分析,在三相触刀筒内部面积较小的一面,分别施加800N压力值进行仿真。仿真结果显示,应力最大值出现在固定端,约为119MPa,触刀筒下部的应力最大值约为60MPa,均小于所选材料的拉伸强度、抗弯强度160MPa,满足设计要求。绝缘刀套力学仿真示意图如图9所示。
由于SF6气体温室效应严重,本文采用真空灭弧、干燥空气绝缘来实现充气柜的环保化。
在实际运行中,不存在完全均匀的电场。当电场不均匀系数f ≤4时,视为稍不均匀电场;当电场不均匀系数f >4时,视为极不均匀电场[13]。当电场为稍不均匀电场时,气隙间的耐受电压可用式(5)计算。

式中:U为耐受电压;E0为气体击穿电场强度;d为最小电气间隙;f为电场不均匀系数;k为可靠性系数,通常取值为1.2~1.5。其中,E0与两电极的结构有关,在不同的电极结构与电气间隙下,击穿电场强度存在一定的差异性,干燥空气一般取3.0kV/mm;最小电气间隙d取100mm,电场不均匀系数计算公式[14]

式中:Emax为局部最大电场强度;Eav为平均电场强度,是加载电压与最小电气间隙的比值。本文工频耐受电压值为42kV,d取100mm,则Eav为0.42kV/mm,Emax则通过电场仿真得出。
当电场为极不均匀电场时,耐受电压为

将所设计绝缘模型与开关模块进行装配后,分别仿真开关处于隔离合工位和隔离分工位的情况,读取局部最大电场强度Emax,验证气隙耐受电压是否满足干燥空气绝缘环网柜的试验要求。隔离合闸电场仿真结果如图10所示,隔离分闸电场仿真结果如图11所示。
图10图11可知,Emax为3.0kV/mm,由式(6)可得电场不均匀系数为7.14,属于极不均匀 电场。
为进一步提升绝缘性能,提高耐受电压,对导流系统内的零件采用圆角设计,搭接母排采用外圆弧型铜质型材;在出线套管电场极其不均匀处,增加绝缘隔板和增设均压环,提高绝缘性能。零件及搭接母排优化设计如图12所示,增加绝缘隔板和均压环示意图如图13所示。
采用改善圆角、锥角造型、辅助绝缘等手段弱化电场集中现象,实现环保型绝缘模型在充气柜的应用。分别对开关处于全合闸、隔离合闸及隔离分闸的情况进行电场仿真,仿真结果如图14~图16所示。
图14~图16可以看到,Emax约为1.61kV/mm,由式(6)可得电场不均匀系数为3.83,属于稍不均匀电场,由式(5)可得出绝缘模型的耐受电压在52~65kV之间。
绝缘模型优化前后的数据对比见表1。由表1可知,优化后的局部Emax得到有效降低,电场均匀化程度显著提升。
为了进一步验证环保型绝缘模型设计的有效性,本文在12kV干燥空气绝缘环网柜的样机试制过程中,按照标准GB/T 3906—2020要求,进行机械试验、绝缘试验和局部放电试验。绝缘试验如图17所示,局部放电试验如图18所示。局部放电试验结果见表2
样机试制过程中,通过开展断路器和三工位开关的机械特性测试及机械寿命试验,断路器及三工位开关合、分闸正常,断路器机械寿命大于等于30 000次,隔离开关和接地开关机械寿命均大于等于5 000次,断路器封装模型、三工位绝缘支座及绝缘刀套无开裂、破损现象,表明其力学性能达到预期效果。
同时,在相对湿度91%的条件下,开展断路器和一体化开关模块的绝缘试验,额定工频耐压测试42kV/1min均无击穿闪络,雷电冲击耐压试验±75kV/15次均无击穿,AC 14.4kV条件下,局部放电量均小于20pC(见表2),均通过试验,表明断路器封装模型、三工位绝缘支座及绝缘刀套的绝缘性能达到预期效果。
本文采用热塑性材料和一体化浇注技术设计了一种干燥空气柜环保型绝缘模型,通过力学仿真验证了所设计绝缘模型的力学性能指标满足干燥空气柜产品需求,借助电场仿真迭代优化,将局部最大电场强度降至1.61kV/mm,电场不均匀系数降至3.83,按照标准GB/T 3906—2020通过了机械试验、绝缘试验和局部放电试验,进一步验证了环保型绝缘模型的力学性能及绝缘可靠性,为环保气体绝缘环网柜的技术升级提供了理论及实践依据,有助于推动产品可靠性能的提升。
