In order to solve the ground fault in ungrounded systems, this paper applies the differential protection method based on the “external signal generating device and feeder terminal unit” to the external signal ground fault selection technology, proposes differential protection method of ground fault detection criteria and action principles, and achieves segment selection on the basis of ground fault phase selection. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified through a case study, and the results show that the proposed fault discrimination method has high accuracy and can minimize the range of ground fault power outages, which can also improve fault handling efficiency and power supply reliability.

为处理不接地系统的接地故障,本文基于“外施信号发生装置+馈线终端”将级差保护方法应用于外施信号接地选线中,提出级差型接地故障检测判据及动作原则,在接地故障选相的基础上实现了选段。最后,通过案例验证了方法的有效性。验证结果表明,该故障判别方法准确率高,可以最大程度地缩小接地故障导致的停电范围、提高故障处置效率和供电可靠性。

为处理不接地系统的接地故障,本文基于“外施信号发生装置+馈线终端”将级差保护方法应用于外施信号接地选线中,提出级差型接地故障检测判据及动作原则,在接地故障选相的基础上实现了选段。最后,通过案例验证了方法的有效性。验证结果表明,该故障判别方法准确率高,可以最大程度地缩小接地故障导致的停电范围、提高故障处置效率和供电可靠性。

In order to solve the ground fault in ungrounded systems, this paper applies the differential protection method based on the “external signal generating device and feeder terminal unit” to the external signal ground fault selection technology, proposes differential protection method of ground fault detection criteria and action principles, and achieves segment selection on the basis of ground fault phase selection. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified through a case study, and the results show that the proposed fault discrimination method has high accuracy and can minimize the range of ground fault power outages, which can also improve fault handling efficiency and power supply reliability.

我国中压配电网普遍采用中性点不接地或通过消弧线圈接地方式。在实际运行中,中压配电网故障绝大多数为单相接地故障,据统计,接地故障约占配电网所有故障的60%~80%[1]。系统发生单相接地故障时的故障电流较小,且配电网一般采用辐射网结构,故障信号复杂,导致精准定位故障点的难度较大[2]。因此,研究快速识别接地故障并缩小接地故障定位区段的方法,对提高配电网供电可靠性具有重大意义。
目前,常见的接地选线方法主要有注入信号法、稳态法、暂态法、多源信息融合选线等。文献[3]提出S信号注入法,该方法不受电网参数影响,但注入信号的强弱及线路分布电容分流对故障选线和定位有一定干扰[4]。稳态法基于零序电流幅值、相位等,包括零序电流比较法[5-6]、零序功率法[7]、零序导纳法[8]等,这类方法因稳态信号检测困难,且受故障位置、过渡电阻的影响大,选线准确性有待提升[9]。暂态法主要是利用小波变换[10]、S变换[11]等信号分析方法提取故障特征信息并通过比较选出故障线路,但暂态信号持续时间短,受配电网复杂工况的干扰较大。多源信息融合[12-13]的选线方法融合多种故障特征进行综合研判,提高了选线准确率,但在实际应用中需要进一步优化。上述研究主要聚焦于如何实现接地选线,关于如何准确确定故障区段及识别故障点的研究较少,为实现故障的快速查找和非故障区域供电的快速恢复,亟需一种接地故障区段快速定位方法,以进一步提升电力用户用电满意度。
本文针对单相接地故障定位问题提出一种基于外施信号法的级差型接地故障处置方法,利用“外施信号发生装置+馈线终端”将级差保护应用于外施信号接地选线中,实现从接地故障选线到选段的提升。通过检测外施信号发生装置的特征电流波形序列数量,形成开关动作策略,完成接地故障就近隔离。与传统外施信号法相比,本文提出的方法能有效杜绝故障时故障点上游所有开关同时跳闸的风险,可快速切除接地故障并显著缩小故障停电范围。
外施信号法通过检测外施信号发生装置产生的信号序列判别线路是否接地,外施信号发生装置一般安装在变电站的接地变中性点(无中性点时则安装在母线/出线上),由高压真空开关和高压电阻组成。外施信号发生装置结构示意图如图1所示。
外施信号发生装置检测单相接地故障原理如图2所示。当线路发生单相接地故障时,外施信号发生装置检测到零序电压升高、接地相对地电压降低、非故障相对地电压升高并持续固定时间后,控制内部的高压真空开关闭合,外施信号发生装置自动投入并连续产生不少于4组电流特征信号序列,使故障线路上的负荷电流叠加一个有特殊规律的脉冲电流信号,该电流流经故障线路、接地故障点和大地后返回外施信号发生装置。安装在线路上的接地故障检测装置通过检测电流特征信号判别接地故障,若接地故障检测装置检测到的电流信号与外施信号发生装置产生的电流信号特征相符,则告警或动作,否则不动作。
外施信号发生装置产生的电流特征信号序列具体参数应满足文献[14]中的要求,外施特征信号典型波形如图3所示,其中ΔT1=120ms (±20ms),ΔT2= 800ms (±10ms);ΔT3=1 000ms (±10ms);t0为故障发生时刻,te为故障隔离时刻,Ty为外施信号发生装置故障检测时间,Tn为外施信号发生装置投切时间,I1为正常运行条件下线路负荷电流,I2为外施信号发生装置产生的特征波形电流量与线路负荷电流之和,ΔI=I2-I1,最小识别电流不大于10A,每次单相接地故障产生的特征序列不少于4个。
目前,中压配电网主要使用具备馈线自动化功能的馈线终端实现线路保护,但无法实现接地故障的精准选段,发生接地故障后故障点上游的开关均会告警或跳闸,故障停电范围会显著扩大,且故障点离电源点越远,停电区域越大。针对上述问题,本文在现有应用基础上,通过“外施信号发生装置+馈线终端”模式来实现接地故障的精准定位。
配电网典型辐射线路如图4所示。其中,CB为10kV出线开关,FS1~FSN为主线分段开关,FS2-1~FSN-1为主线各分段开关下游首支分支开关,YS3~YSN为各分支开关下游首支分界开关。上述开关均配置馈线终端。
当线路发生接地故障后,外施信号发生装置产生连续N组电流特征信号序列,安装在线路上的馈线终端可通过设定不同的电流特征信号序列检测数量实现动作,设定不同开关动作的策略如下。
1)线路主线分段开关的动作条件为:馈线终端检测到的电流特征信号序列数量为N
2)主线各分段开关下游首支分支开关的动作条件为:检测到的电流特征信号序列数量为N-1。
3)各分支开关下游首支分界开关的动作条件为:检测到的电流特征信号序列数量为N-2。
根据上述策略构造馈线终端动作判据为

式中,f为馈线终端检测到的电流特征信号序列的数量。
线路发生接地故障时,通过主线分段开关、分支开关、用户分界开关馈线终端检测到外施信号发生装置电流特征信号序列数量的不同,作用于告警或跳闸,实现接地故障的上下级配合,完成故障区域就地隔离,并将结果上报配电自动化系统,采用该方法时的接地故障处理流程如图5所示。
具体来说,线路发生接地故障后的处理流程如下:
1)线路发生接地故障时,外施信号发生装置内部接触器投切形成电流特征信号序列。
2)馈线终端检测到特征序列,根据各分段、分支、分界开关上下级配合方案,形成动作策略并控制相应开关分闸,就近切除故障。
3)馈线终端将线路故障信息、开关动作信息上送至配电自动化主站系统。
4)配电自动化主站系统将故障信息以工单形式发送至作业人员手持终端以完成故障查找、定位及修复。
下面以图4所示线路为例具体分析不同情形下的动作逻辑。
1)接地故障点位于主线
若FS2分段开关后端发生单相接地故障,外施信号发生装置检测到接地故障并产生电流特征信号序列,在外施信号发生装置、故障相、接地点形成回路。此时,故障点上游的FS3、…、FSN都可以同步检测到电流特征信号序列,当FS2、…、FSN检测到的电流特征信号序列数量为2时,FS2跳闸。FS2上游的FS3、…、FSN因检测到的电流特征信号序列数量还未达到跳闸条件而不跳闸,从而实现故障区域的就近隔离。
2)接地故障点位于分支开关后端
若分支首端开关FS2-1后端发生单相接地故障,此时故障点上游的FS2、FS3、…、FSN都可以同步检测到电流特征信号序列,当FS2-1、FS2、FS3、…、FSN检测到的电流特征信号序列数量为1时,FS2-1跳闸,FS2-1上游的FS2、FS3、…、FSN-1、FSN因检测到的电流特征信号序列数量还未达到各自跳闸条件而不跳闸。
3)接地故障点位于分界开关后端
若分界开关YSN后端发生单相接地故障,此时故障点上游的YSN、FSN-1、FSN都可以同步检测到电流特征信号序列,当YSN、FSN-1、FSN检测到的电流特征信号序列数量为N-2时,YSN跳闸,YSN上游的FSN-1、FSN因检测到的电流特征信号序列数量还未达到跳闸条件而不跳闸。
以甘肃省某地110kV A变112中山线为试点,验证本文提出的基于外施信号法的级差型接地故障处置方法的有效性。110kV A变112中山线系统接线及级差保护配置如图6所示。
2023年04月02日19:31,110kV A变112中山线新庙村分支开关后端发生单相接地故障,故障发生时刻主站收到的告警信息如图7所示。
图7可以看出,4月2日19:31:15.930,新庙村分支开关馈线终端检测到电流特征信号序列,并发出告警信息;19:31:19,馈线终端判定接地故障,新庙村分支开关保护动作跳闸;19:31:25.930,馈线终端未检测到电流特征信号序列保护复归,成功隔离故障。
在故障持续的整个过程中,故障电流经外施信号发生装置、16号分段开关、42号分段开关、新庙村分支开关、故障点、大地形成回路,外施信号发生装置检测到接地故障后发出电流特征信号序列,在发出第3组序列时,新庙支线分支开关馈线终端检测到保护动作条件满足而动作,16、42号分段开关因未达到跳闸条件不动作,从而实现了故障的精准定位与隔离,缩小了接地故障停电范围。
为了更好地说明所提方法的优越性,本文对比分析基于馈线终端零序电流、电压相位差的接地处理方法(方式Ⅰ)与本文提出的故障处理方法(方式Ⅱ),不同方法性能比较及实验结果见表1
表1可以看出,本文提出的方法在动作开关数量、停电范围、定位准确率方面均表现出优越性,故障定位准确率比传统方法提升了3个百分点。从实用性角度来看,方式Ⅰ对零序电流、电压进行特征提取分析,易受现场复杂工况的影响,故障定位准确度不高,而本文所提方法不受系统运行方式、拓扑结构、中性点接地方式的影响,故障定位准确率和故障处置效率更高,工程实用性更好。
为解决传统接地故障处置方法接地选段能力不足的问题,本文提出了一种基于外施信号法的级差型接地故障处置方法,通过检测外施信号发生装置的特征电流波形序列数量,形成开关动作策略,实现接地故障的快速隔离。通过案例验证了所提方法的有效性,验证结果表明该方法具有较高的定位准确率,能够快速准确地隔离故障,并有效减少接地故障点上游跳闸开关数量,缩小故障停电范围,具有较大的工程应用前景。
