In the context of the global traditional energy crisis and the urgent need to explore green, environmentally friendly, and sustainable new energy, in order to break through the limitations of the understanding of photovoltaic application environment, scope, and carrying capacity, a telescopic and high-efficiency solar roof collector device is developed to address energy challenges and promote energy conservation and emission reduction. This scheme adopts a comparative research and data analysis method to deeply analyze the compatibility between solar energy and automotive characteristics. Through self created design, it integrates efficient photoelectric conversion technology and flexible telescopic structure to ensure maximum collection of solar energy for photoelectric conversion. The experimental results show that the device has high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and the feasibility of fully utilizing solar energy and extending the service life of automobiles.

在全球面临传统能源危机,迫切需要探索绿色、环保、可持续新能源的时代背景下,为了突破光伏应用环境、范围和承载性认识的局限,设计一种伸缩式高效太阳能车顶集电装置,以应对能源挑战,推动节能减排。通过采取对比研究和数据分析的方法,深入分析太阳能与汽车特性的契合点,利用自创性设计,集成高效光电转换技术与灵活的伸缩结构,确保最大化收集太阳能,实现光电转换。实验结果表明,该装置具有较高的光电转换效率,数值算例验证了所提方案的有效性和充分利用太阳能及延长汽车使用寿命的可行性。

In the context of the global traditional energy crisis and the urgent need to explore green, environmentally friendly, and sustainable new energy, in order to break through the limitations of the understanding of photovoltaic application environment, scope, and carrying capacity, a telescopic and high-efficiency solar roof collector device is developed to address energy challenges and promote energy conservation and emission reduction. This scheme adopts a comparative research and data analysis method to deeply analyze the compatibility between solar energy and automotive characteristics. Through self created design, it integrates efficient photoelectric conversion technology and flexible telescopic structure to ensure maximum collection of solar energy for photoelectric conversion. The experimental results show that the device has high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and the feasibility of fully utilizing solar energy and extending the service life of automobiles.

随着能源危机和环境污染问题日益严重,太阳能作为一种清洁可再生的能源,在汽车领域的应用越来越受到人们的关注[1]。如何在保证汽车功能和舒适性的同时,提高太阳能的利用效率,是太阳能汽车领域需要解决的重要问题[2]。针对这一问题,本文提出一种伸缩式高效太阳能车顶集电装置,旨在提高太阳能的利用效率和新能源汽车的综合实用性。我国大部分汽车大多数时间闲置在停车场,这不仅降低了汽车的利用率,而且长时间的暴晒加速了汽车的损坏。因此,亟需一种可以利用汽车闲置时间并保护汽车的装置。
在国外,由丰田公司生产的搭载太阳电池的汽车最为著名。丰田公司曾在其丰田普锐斯车型的前机舱盖、车顶、后背箱盖板上安装太阳电池对车辆进行供电,在阳光下的测试环境中,该车每天可将光能转化为44.5km的纯电续航里程,基本满足日常通勤活动。后丰田公司又在其最新车型丰田BZ4X上搭载太阳电池,可以每年提升1 800km的续航里程[3-4]
在国内,最大的薄膜太阳电池生产商汉能集团曾在2016年推出六款太阳能概念车,这些概念车上搭载了汉能当时最新的砷化镓(GaAs)双结薄膜电池,最高能量转化率为31.6%(火电厂烧煤发电的转化率约为38%)。在充足的阳光照射下,这些概念车每年能够依靠太阳能行驶2 000km。国内更多的相关应用大多集中在低速电动汽车领域,众多“老头乐”搭载太阳电池对车辆进行补能。
总体而言,国内外对于同类型的车载式太阳能产品的应用多集中于车载集成式,出厂时由汽车生产厂家进行配备,具有一定的局限性,而且面积较小,利用率不高。因此,本文设计一种伸缩式高效太阳能车顶集电装置,采用外挂形式,任意车型均能安装,而且装置具有伸缩功能,面积较大,可以更好地遮阳,以使汽车免受阳光暴晒。
本文装置的设计主要针对电动汽车或混动汽车,使用场景为露天停车场,阳光充足的地区,目的是将太阳能转化为电能供电动汽车使用[5-6],同时遮挡汽车的车顶、前风挡全部区域和引擎盖部分区域,减少阳光对车厢的直晒,减缓车内温度的升高和部件的老化。
伸缩式高效太阳能车顶集电装置设计的核心思想是,利用可伸缩的装置将太阳电池板覆盖在车辆的车顶、前风挡和引擎盖上。车辆在行驶过程中,太阳电池板自动缩回并根据太阳的位置自动调整角度,以最大程度地吸收太阳能[7]。当车辆停车超过一定时间时,太阳电池板可以自动伸出并展开,覆盖整个车顶、前风挡和引擎盖,既能以最大面积吸收太阳能,又能遮蔽强烈的直射太阳光,避免汽车受到损坏。
1)采用折叠设计使太阳电池板可以在车辆行驶时折叠于车内夹层中,避免在行驶过程中发生安全事故;在适当情况下展开,从而增大采光面积,将太阳能转换为电能[8]
2)充分利用电动汽车停车时的闲置时间,用于发电,避免太阳能的浪费。
3)采用新型清洁能源,不仅可以满足人们短距离通勤的需求,还可以降低化石燃料使用的比例,减少火电厂的发电量与汽车尾气的排放量,从而达到保护环境的效果。
4)采用全包式设计,可伸缩的太阳电池板可以覆盖大部分车身,减少阳光射入车辆内部,从而可避免因暴晒而导致车舱温度过高和加速部件老化的问题。
通过以上设计,伸缩式高效太阳能车顶集电装置能够高效地收集太阳能,并将其转化为电能供车辆使用。
1)机械结构
装置的机械结构根据车顶尺寸设计框架,分为左、右竖杆和前、后横杆四部分。其中,左、右竖杆提供导轨的安装孔位,以及与无损安装装置的连接位置;前横杆提供轴承的安装位置;后横杆提供电动机的安装孔位及后轴承的安装位置。前、后横杆均有与竖杆连接孔配套的安装座。
竖杆模型如图1所示。竖杆采用轻量化材料铝合金,并采用中空设计,以减少材料用量、减轻装置质量。图1中,横杆与竖杆的固定孔位采用M10的螺栓,每杆共4枚;导轨与竖杆的固定孔位采用M4.5的螺栓,每杆15枚;竖杆与无损安装装置联接的部分与无损安装部分的压板尺寸一致,可以紧密联接,且其内部设有限位装置,防止过度位移。
前、后横杆模型分别如图2图3所示。安装时将连接座放入左、右两竖杆的连接孔中,通过螺栓固定,完成配合联接。前横杆和后横杆同样采用铝合金材质且为中空设计,造型采用流线型,减少车辆在移动过程中的风阻,降低能量消耗。后横杆中间有电动机和轴承的安装位置,电动机通过螺栓与电动机安装孔位相连接。
根据计算得出,电动机转矩大于0.010 71N∙m,转速大于等于240r/min,因此选择如图4所示的伺服电动机。
采用虎爪式无损安装部件,如图5所示,其主要原理是利用挤压摩擦力使固定装置牢牢地固定在车辆门框中,不对车辆打孔造成损伤,主要由固定件、固定片、支架、底座、紧固螺栓、连杆、压片等组成。装置的主要材料为碳素钢,固定片需具有一定的延展性和弹性,因此使用弹簧钢。
在安装过程中,无损安装部件共计4个,分布在车辆两边的门框处,作为车辆与框架的连接件。无损安装部件的实际装配如图6所示。
装置的实际装配如图7所示,配合上顶板与无损安装部件即可完成装置在车体上的安装。装置长1 580mm,宽1 210mm,高60mm,具有体积小、质量轻、能耗小、发电量大等优点。此外,装置符合空气动力学,有较小的空气阻力,在车辆行驶过程中不会额外增加太多的阻力和能量消耗。
上顶板与车体总装配如图8所示,上顶板可以伸出,且伸出部分可以覆盖前挡风玻璃,从而实现对车内空间的遮阳作用。
2)电气控制电路
装置电路部分主要由传统的微动开关控制,利用内部伸缩结构的触碰来实现自动的停止控制。电路组成部分包括3串18650电池包、多种线材、3个AZ—7121开关、船式开关、3个MA10A二极管、JB37—520减速电动机、XL6009 DC-DC升压电路板、10A降压电路模块、2块太阳电池。车顶的电路结构如图9所示。
图9中,S1A、S2A、S3A为微动行程开关,接线为公共柱与常闭柱,在没有随伸缩板运动的滑块压覆时保持常闭状态,在有滑块压覆时改为开路。船式开关可以不更改输入端的正反接法而实现输出端的正反接,从而改变电动机的正反转。
为了最大限度地保证装置测试数据的准确性,选择在阳光照射充足的开阔地带,分别在阴天、雨天和晴天早、中、晚的09:00、12:00、15:00三个具有代表性的时间段进行实验。先进行装置的单独测试,得到预期结果后再与车辆装配组合进行测试。考虑空间性和最佳匹配性,一般选用运动型多用途车辆(sport/suburban utility vehicle, SUV)。
通过XL6009升压模块将18650电池的12V输出电压升压至24V,为电动机供电。电动机带动齿轮转动,使伸缩板可以水平伸缩,实现装置内部太阳电池板的伸展及收回。在伸缩板上分别固定三个直角梯形凸台,可以随着伸缩板的滑动实现对三个微动行程开关的控制。
综合考虑美观度及功率,选择一块960mm× 670mm和一块730mm×670mm的太阳电池板,其参数如下。
1)960mm×670mm太阳电池板:峰值电压18V,开路电压22V,工作电流5A,最大功率100W。
2)730mm×670mm太阳电池板:峰值电压18V,开路电压22V,工作电流5A,最大功率80W。
在充电端,装置采用两块太阳电池板串联的形式,组成最大电压36V、最大电流5A的电池组[9-10]。由于一天中太阳光照强度不断变化,太阳电池板的输出电压也不断变化,因此需要对太阳电池板进行电路控制及电压电源管理。根据现有惯例,可以从市面上选择工业级太阳电池板控制器,实现对太阳电池板电压的实时监测并进行相应的升压、降压控制,将输出电压稳定在12V,为18650电池进行充电。经过实测,太阳电池板的输出电压可以稳定在12V,18650电池可以较平稳地进行充电。成都市2022年5月22日多云天气下正午时太阳电池板输出电压波形如图10所示。
分别在晴天的早、中、晚,以及阴雨天气进行充电端数据的测试。经过测试,太阳电池板的输出功率在大部分情况下可以达到100W以上,正午时甚至可以达到171W,基本满足预期要求,可以对18650电池进行有效充电[11]
通过查询相关统计数据得知[12],2022年成都地区的日照时数如图11所示。
由以上统计数据可知,成都地区2022年日平均日照时数约为3.5h/日(1 282h/365日≈3.5h/日)。根据上述实验,系统输出功率为171W≈0.17kW,则一天可平均发电3.5h×0.17kW≈0.6kW∙h。不同地区的太阳辐射强度和时间不同,故此值有所变化[13]
太阳电池板的效率通常为光电转换效率,即其将接收到的太阳能转化为电能的比例[14-15]。装置的设计输入功率为100W+80W=180W(两电池板),依据实验得出输出功率最大为171W。因此,装置太阳电池板的转换效率为

式中:$\eta $为转换效率;Pout为太阳电池板输出功率;Pin为太阳辐射输入功率。
根据等效日射量法计算日发电量为

式中:G为日发电量(kW∙h);D为日射量(kW∙h/m2);A为太阳电池板面积(m2)。太阳电池板有两块,按最大面积折算,A=0.643 2m2+0.489 1m2=1.132 3m2,计算可得G≈0.65kW∙h。
一辆纯电动汽车每km消耗电能0.14~0.18kW∙h,经上述计算可知,装置被太阳光照射一天所产生的电能可以使电动汽车续航3.61~4.64km,能够满足短距离通勤每天单程4.3km的耗电量0.65kW∙h的需求。此外,按成都2022年度日照数1 282h/年,阳光暴晒时间8h/天计算,每年可使车辆避免阳光暴晒约160天,预计可以延长车辆使用寿命约5~10年。
本文提出了一种伸缩式高效太阳能车顶集电装置。该装置采用柔性伸缩式太阳电池板结构设计,具有高效集电、遮阳、节能等多种功能。实验测试结果表明,该装置具有较高的光电转换效率和实用性,其转化效率达到95%。在高原光热特别充足的地区,其利用光照能量转化电能的优势会更明显。
随着对可再生能源需求的不断增长和技术的不断进步,该装置有望成为未来汽车行业的绿色发展趋势,并产生为车辆提供清洁能源和环境保护的双重效益。然而,要实现此装置在市场上的真正推广和应用,还需要解决光伏材料光电转换率、成本、可靠性、耐用性和维护等方面的问题,并进一步提升其性能和稳定性。
