The grounding wire is an important equipment for ensuring the personal safety of power operators. Traditional grounding wire lacks informationization and intelligent management methods. There is no closed-loop management method for the extraction and return of grounding wire, which can easily lead to misconnection, no connection, and without returning, bringing huge risks to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This article focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT) and intelligent transformation of grounding wire, grounding wire cabinet, and grounding pile. The design covers the full-process control system architecture covering the “cloud-network-edge-end”, and the full-process control system of grounding wire and intelligent monitoring device are developed. Through the method of edge IoT proxy cross regional collaboration, the consistency of the real-time status of grounding wire, grounding wire cabinet and grounding pile and business data between the security Ⅳ region and the Internet region is achieved. Based on cross regional collaboration of data, cross regional data collection and panoramic monitoring of grounding wire are achieved to ensure accurate grounding connection, improving the safety and work efficiency of on-site operators, and providing guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

接地线是保证电力作业人员人身安全的重要设备。传统的接地线缺乏信息化、智能化管理手段,接地线的提取、归还无闭环管理手段,容易出现错挂、漏挂、漏还等情况,给电网的安全稳定运行带来巨大风险。本文对接地线、接地线柜、接地桩进行物联化、智能化改造,设计涵盖“云管边端”的接地线全流程管控系统架构,研发接地线全流程管控系统和智能监测装置。通过边缘物联代理跨区同步方式实现接地线、接地线柜、接地桩实时状态及业务数据在安全Ⅳ区和互联网区的协同一致,基于数据跨区同步实现接地线数据跨区采集和全景监视,保证接地线精准挂接,提高现场运检人员的安全性和工作效率,为电网的安全稳定运行提供保障。

接地线是保证电力作业人员人身安全的重要设备。传统的接地线缺乏信息化、智能化管理手段,接地线的提取、归还无闭环管理手段,容易出现错挂、漏挂、漏还等情况,给电网的安全稳定运行带来巨大风险。本文对接地线、接地线柜、接地桩进行物联化、智能化改造,设计涵盖“云管边端”的接地线全流程管控系统架构,研发接地线全流程管控系统和智能监测装置。通过边缘物联代理跨区同步方式实现接地线、接地线柜、接地桩实时状态及业务数据在安全Ⅳ区和互联网区的协同一致,基于数据跨区同步实现接地线数据跨区采集和全景监视,保证接地线精准挂接,提高现场运检人员的安全性和工作效率,为电网的安全稳定运行提供保障。

The grounding wire is an important equipment for ensuring the personal safety of power operators. Traditional grounding wire lacks informationization and intelligent management methods. There is no closed-loop management method for the extraction and return of grounding wire, which can easily lead to misconnection, no connection, and without returning, bringing huge risks to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This article focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT) and intelligent transformation of grounding wire, grounding wire cabinet, and grounding pile. The design covers the full-process control system architecture covering the “cloud-network-edge-end”, and the full-process control system of grounding wire and intelligent monitoring device are developed. Through the method of edge IoT proxy cross regional collaboration, the consistency of the real-time status of grounding wire, grounding wire cabinet and grounding pile and business data between the security Ⅳ region and the Internet region is achieved. Based on cross regional collaboration of data, cross regional data collection and panoramic monitoring of grounding wire are achieved to ensure accurate grounding connection, improving the safety and work efficiency of on-site operators, and providing guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

电力行业运维检修作业中,接地线挂接是极其重要的一环。当地刀无法进行接地操作时,如变电站刀开关(由于机械闭锁)或输电线路(无地刀)检修等,常用接地线来代替[1]。在10kV配电线路检修或施工时,需要停电挂上接地线[2],在恢复送电前需要及时拆除接地线,否则会发生“带地线合闸”的恶性事故,甚至威胁人身安全[3-5]。在国内外电网中,带地线合闸的恶性误操作事故仍时有发生[6],因此当完成检修工作并进行送电时,必须要检测是否漏拆配电线路上的接地线,若存在漏拆则需要进行定位并拆除[7-9]。接地线是在工作地点突然来电时用于保护工作人员的安全措施[10-11],但实际操作过程中,接地线错挂、漏挂的现象时有发生,给工作人员的人身安全和电网的安全稳定运行带来重大风险[12]
近年来,接地线管理的重要性受到人们关注[13],相关人员提出了多种临时接地线检测技术[14-16]与管理系统[17-19]。针对人工管理的弊端,文献[20]提出一种由五防主机、临时接地线管理机、临时接地线闭锁器组成的临时接地线管理系统,实现了对临时接地线的科学、有效管理。为准确检测作业现场接地线的位置及挂接状态,文献[21]设计了接地线管控系统后台软件,实现了对接地线实时数据、非实时数据和告警模块的管理。但是,以上接地线智能管理手段都局限于站端监控,只能在就地侧对接地线进行智能管控,不能满足接地线全方位集中管控的需求。另外,目前的检修作业主要依靠操作票制度和现场作业人员对操作规程的执行程度[22],大部分研究缺乏系统性和整体性[23]
物联网(Internet of Things, IoT)作为当前信息技术发展的前沿,在变电站安全监测、电网运维等领域得到深化应用,为工程现场提供了更多创新管理手段[24-28]。本文利用安全Ⅰ/Ⅱ区、安全Ⅳ区和互联网区协同一致的思路,建立接地线全方位监控和管理体系。在对接地线柜、接地线和接地桩进行智能化改造的基础上,提出基于边缘物联代理的跨区双向数据同步,实现安全Ⅰ区、安全Ⅳ区和互联网区的数据协同一致,构建具备跨区协同功能的接地线全流程管控系统。最后,以系统在现场的部署应用验证其有效性。
本文采用“分区分层”的设计思路,将安全Ⅰ/Ⅱ区、安全Ⅳ区和互联网区的数据进行实时同步,设计感知层、网络层、平台层和应用层,保证接地线全流程闭环管理。系统架构如图1所示。
安全Ⅰ/Ⅱ区部署五防系统,负责五防校验,保证接地线安全挂接。接地线全流程管控系统部署在安全Ⅳ区和互联网区,安全Ⅳ区负责接地线相关设备台账管理、实时状态监测、数据统计分析、接地线挂接全流程管理。
安全Ⅳ区包含平台层和应用层。平台层部署边缘物联代理,主要负责系统状态量、模拟量、业务数据与互联网区的实时同步。应用层部署接地线柜管理、接地线管理、接地桩管理、挂接管理、告警预警、实时监测、操作票管理、状态校验、统计分析9个功能模块,实现对接地线的全流程管控。
互联网区负责接地线相关设备的数据接入和多手段监测。其中,感知层负责采集接地线相关设备的状态数据和运行数据,并通过网络层将数据上传至平台层,主要包含智能化改造后的接地线柜、接地线和接地桩。网络层负责将感知层采集的数据通过安全接入网关上送至平台层。物联网架构下,数据传输方案按照应用场景划分为采集、控制和电力业务信息传递三大类[29]。平台层负责状态量、模拟量和业务数据的汇集,部署边缘物联代理,负责物联数据接收和处理,纵向为应用层提供数据支撑,横向与安全Ⅳ区边缘物联代理保持数据同步,为跨区协同提供数据保证。应用层部署实时监测、告警预警和在线导航功能,系统采用微服务架构开发,实现前后端分离[30],支持PC端、移动端展示,为现场运检人员提供全天候接地线状态监测,提高运维的时效性。
对接地线柜、接地线和接地桩进行智能物联改造,以提升设备的辨识度和智能度,将设备的实时状态上送云端管理系统,通过云端系统和现场作业的动态交互来保证接地线的精准挂接。
对接地线柜的智能化改造如下:增加接地线管理装置,装置具备无线通信模块;接地线柜增加接地线自动开闭锁装置,实现接地线的按票取用与归还。接地线柜智能化改造效果如图2所示。
现场运检人员取用接地线流程如下:云端系统新建操作票并关联接地线,操作票审核完成后,现场运检人员打印操作票并现场施工,在接地线管理装置输入操作票编号,接地线管理装置通过物联协议询问此操作票对应的接地线,接地线管理装置根据云端返回的接地线编号发送信号给对应接地线的开闭锁机构,自动开闭锁机构开锁,现场运检人员取走对应的接地线,自动开闭锁机构闭锁,完成接地线的取用。
归还接地线流程如下:现场运检人员在接地线管理装置输入操作票编号,接地线管理装置通过物联协议询问此操作票对应的接地线,接地线管理装置根据云端返回的接地线编号发送信号给对应接地线的开闭锁机构,自动开闭锁机构开锁,现场运检人员归还接地线,自动开闭锁机构闭锁,完成接地线的归还。
文献[31]提出一种带电报警型接地线,能够在带电设备安全距离外发出报警信号。本文对接地线进行智能物联改造,在接地线与接地桩卡接部分增加智能监测装置,智能监测装置具备接地线状态监测,以及物联通信、蓝牙通信和语音播报功能;在接地线与导线挂接部分增加智能验电装置,智能验电装置具备带电检测和声光报警功能。接地线智能化改造效果如图3所示。
接地线挂接流程如下:现场运检人员持接地线到接地桩进行施工,接地线智能监测装置通过蓝牙通信将接地线编号发送至接地桩智能监测装置,接地桩通过消息队列遥测传输(message queuing telemetry transport, MQTT)协议将自身唯一编号和接地线唯一编号发送至云端系统,接地桩物联通信模块内置一机一密程序实现与云端的安全通信,云端系统校验正确后,给接地桩下发开锁指令,接地桩自动开闭锁装置开锁,现场运检人员将接地线与接地桩进行卡接,卡接后,接地线智能监测装置接收接地桩智能监测装置发送的接地桩唯一编号,接地线自动监测装置将接地线唯一编号和接地桩唯一编号发送至云端系统进行校验,校验成功后接地线自动监测装置发出“校验成功”语音提示,否则发出“校验失败”语音提示;卡接成功后,现场运检人员进行接地线挂接,在挂接过程中接地线自动验电装置进行导线带电检测,若发现导线带电则发出声光报警,若导线不带电则可进行正常挂接,保证现场运检人员人身安全。
接地线拆除流程如下:当接地线拆除的操作票执行后,现场运检人员按下对应接地桩“唤醒”按钮,接地桩智能监测装置接收云端系统发送的拆除操作票的信息,接地桩自动开闭锁装置开锁,现场运检人员拆除接地线,接地线智能监测装置向云端报送接地线状态,系统判定完成接地线拆除。
对接地桩进行智能物联改造,为接地桩增加自动开闭锁装置,增加物联通信和蓝牙通信模块,增加射频识别(radio frequency identification, RFID)唯一编码。智能接地桩采用无源供电模式,电池容量5 000mA∙h,充满电可至少运行1年,保证现场检修施工顺利进行。接地桩智能化改造效果如图4所示。
在接地线进行卡接之前,通过接地线与接地桩的信息交互,接地桩将自身唯一编码和接地线唯一编码发送至云端系统进行校验,校验通过后接收云端指令,接地桩自动开锁,现场运检人员进行接地线卡接。
卡接后,接地线智能监测装置接收接地桩唯一编码,然后将自身唯一编码和接地桩唯一编码发送至云端系统进行验证,校验成功后接地线自动监测装置发出“校验成功”语音提示,否则发出“校验失败”语音提示,保证接地线和接地桩的准确卡接。
安全Ⅳ区和互联网区通过边缘物联代理的跨区同步来实现状态量、模拟量和业务数据的正反向同步。跨区同步架构如图5所示。
在安全Ⅳ区和互联网区部署正向隔离装置和反向隔离装置,边缘物联代理基于MQTT消息总线EMQX(erlang/enterprise/elastic MQTT broker)实现。数据从安全Ⅳ区同步到互联网区的流程如下:安全Ⅳ区操作票管理、状态校验等业务数据通过应用层下发到平台层,平台层边缘物联代理接收到数据后,将数据按照约定格式形成CIME(common information model for electricity)文件,正向隔离装置将CIME文件从安全Ⅳ区同步至互联网区,互联网区平台层边缘物联代理解析同步过来的CIME文件,将数据按照主题发送到EMQX总线,互联网区应用层程序和感知层程序监听对应的主题,解析对应消息完成相应的功能。
数据从互联网区同步至安全Ⅳ区的流程如下:互联网区平台层边缘物联代理接收接地线柜、接地线和接地桩上报的物联数据,互联网区应用层接收平台层的物联数据实现应用功能;互联网区边缘物联代理将接收的物联数据形成CIME文件,通过反向隔离装置将CIME文件反向同步至安全Ⅳ区;安全Ⅳ区的边缘物联代理解析同步来的CIME文件,按照主题分类进行解析,将消息发送到安全Ⅳ区EMQX消息总线,安全Ⅳ区应用层程序接收对应的主题消息完成业务功能。
将系统在某供电公司进行部署测试。在安全Ⅳ区部署生产管理类应用,在互联网区部署运维统计类应用,在现场运检人员智能手机安装移动APP,在现场安装本文研究的智能化改造设备。通过智能化改造设备与系统的实时交互,实现接地线的跨区全流程管控。经过测试统计,系统较大地提升了运检人员的工作效率、提升了安全性。系统应用统计结果见表1
安全Ⅳ区的生产管理类应用可以实现基于Web的接地线柜、接地线、接地桩、操作票全流程管理。接地线挂接管理应用效果如图6所示。
互联网区的运维统计类应用,可以实现在PC端、运维大屏端展示接地线的实时状态、告警预警、统计分析和接地线的地理信息布局。现场运检人员可以直观地发现异常接地线,并及时进行处理。PC端接地线地理信息及实时状态信息展示效果如图7所示。
现场运检人员智能手机安装的移动APP,可以实现跨时空、跨地域、全时段对接地线进行监测。同时,移动APP还可以实时接收接地线的告警信息,根据接地线的位置进行路线导航。现场运检人员可以全天候掌握接地线的状态,并在第一时间对异常进行处理,有效保证了电网的安全稳定运行。移动APP应用效果如图8所示。
本文针对现阶段接地线监控管理系统只能在单区应用的局限性,提出了接地线相关设备的智能化改造方案,并设计了基于边缘物联代理的安全Ⅳ区与互联网区全量数据跨区同步技术方案,研发了具备跨区协同的接地线全流程管控系统,实现了接地线的全流程管控,有效提高了电网的安全稳定运行水平。另外,接地线及相关设备的物联化、智能化改造,为后期接地线的省级集中监控奠定了基础。
