Both sides of the high and low voltages of the auxiliary transformer, which is in the standby state for long time in the nuclear power plant, is still balanced after the single phase open on the high voltage side, posing a threat to the safe operation of nuclear power units. In order to detect the open-phase timely, the optical current transformer is selected to measure the current of the high voltage side accurately according to other electrical characteristics of the auxiliary transformer after phase open, and the corresponding identifying logic is developed according to different working conditions to determine the open-phase monitoring scheme. The setting method, resolution and measuring range of the optical current transformer are studied to understand its technical characteristics. The open-phase monitoring system is introduced from the aspects of hardware, software and logic. At last, maintenance strategy of regular inspection for optical current transformer is given.

核电站长期处于备用状态的辅助变压器发生高压侧单相断线后,高、低压两侧电压依然平衡,对核电机组的安全运行构成威胁。为及时发现断线异常,本文根据断相后辅助变压器的其他电气特征,选择光学电流互感器对高压侧电流进行精确测量,并针对不同工况制定相应的断相判别逻辑,确定辅助变压器断相监测方案。通过研究光学电流互感器的设置方法、分辨力与测量范围,分析其技术特点;同时,从硬件、软件、逻辑等方面介绍断相监测系统;最后,针对光学电流互感器,给出定期检查维护策略。

Both sides of the high and low voltages of the auxiliary transformer, which is in the standby state for long time in the nuclear power plant, is still balanced after the single phase open on the high voltage side, posing a threat to the safe operation of nuclear power units. In order to detect the open-phase timely, the optical current transformer is selected to measure the current of the high voltage side accurately according to other electrical characteristics of the auxiliary transformer after phase open, and the corresponding identifying logic is developed according to different working conditions to determine the open-phase monitoring scheme. The setting method, resolution and measuring range of the optical current transformer are studied to understand its technical characteristics. The open-phase monitoring system is introduced from the aspects of hardware, software and logic. At last, maintenance strategy of regular inspection for optical current transformer is given.

世界核电运营者协会(world association of nuclear operators, WANO)于2015年1月发布了重要运行事件报告《断相事件对安全的挑战》,要求所有成员仔细评估该重要运行事件报告(significant operating event report, SOER),结合核电站的设计、程序、政策和实践,来确定如何应用此运行经验进一步提高核电站的安全性。
核电站辅助变压器(auxiliary transformer, AT)是为厂用电提供辅助电源的变压器。核电站的运行特点是辅助变压器在绝大多数情况下处于空载备用状态,且由电力线路单向供电。当失去厂外交流主电源时,厂用电自动切换至由辅助变压器供电。核电站辅助变压器基本采用YNy0带三角形平衡绕组的联结组别,少量采用YNd11的联结组别,在单向供电线路中间或对侧开关站发生单相断线的情况下,辅助变压器高、低压侧三相电压完全平衡[1-4],由于辅助变压器处于空载状态,断相前与断相后高压侧三相电流均接近零,常规继电保护和监视仪表无法反映辅助变压器已处于断相状态,运行人员无法及时发现此工况,对核电机组的安全运行构成威胁。因此,需要重点关注核电站的辅助变压器。空载辅助变压器高压侧单相断线后相电压变化见表1
本文提到的辅助变压器断相特指辅助变压器高压侧单相断线的情况。辅助变压器断相后高、低压两侧仍然三相对称,但具有以下变化的电气特征:
1)高压侧零序阻抗显著增大[5-6]
2)如果断相点在核电站内(以下称近端断相),则断相相电流幅值降为零,健全相电流幅值上升到$\sqrt{3}$倍,同时出现零序电流。
3)如果断相点在线路中间或对侧开关站(以下称远端断相),由于线路对地电容的存在,则断相相会有电容性电流,且与健全相电流同相位,同时出现零序电流。线路对地电容容抗显著小于辅助变压器励磁电抗。
利用相量法对远端断相进行定性分析。辅助变压器远端断相如图1所示,以YNd11联结组别的空载变压器为例,假定在线路上或线路对侧开关站发生A相断相,需要考虑A相对地电容。
图1转换为图2图2中点划线框1可以看作一台电源性质的V-V接线的两相降压变压器,点划线框2可以看作一台负载性质的单相升压变压器,则线路A相对地电容相当于升压变压器的负载。根据变压器减极性原则,可以画出电流方向如图2中箭头所示。理论上,高压侧三相电流幅值相等,相位相同,均滞后于A相电压90°,零序电流是相电流的3倍。
针对上述辅助变压器断相特征,目前有两种监测方案:
1)根据辅助变压器断相前后零序阻抗的显著变化,采用从辅助变压器高压侧中性点注入非工频电流的方式进行监测。当辅助变压器正常运行时,零序阻抗较小,注入电流大于设定值1;当辅助变压器断相时,零序阻抗显著增加,注入电流小于设定值2。或者,根据正常和断相两种情况下注入点的电流、电压变化情况计算零序阻抗,通过零序阻抗的变化可以判别出断相工况[5-6]
2)根据辅助变压器断相前后相电流和零序电流幅值与相位的变化,采用光学电流互感器(optical current transformer, OCT)精确测量电流,可以判别出断相工况[4,6],并且能够区分哪一相发生断相,以及断相点的远近。
本文重点讨论采用OCT的断相监测方案。
OCT是电子式电流互感器的一大类,其工作原理主要是以法拉第(Faraday)磁光效应原理为基础,实现电流的测量,对被测电流周围的磁场进行线性积分,利用检偏器将偏振角的变化转变为输出光的变化,然后经过一系列信号处理检测出电流的变 化[7-10]
OCT组成如图3所示,包括光纤环与采集转换单元。OCT原理框图如图4所示。图4中,光源发出的光经分光器进入起偏器变为线偏振光,再经相位调制后转换为两束相互正交的线偏光,两束相互正交的线偏光沿传输光纤传输至传感光纤环,经λ/4(λ 为波长)波片后分别转换为左旋圆偏振光和右旋圆偏振光。在一次导体中被测电流产生的磁场作用下,由于法拉第磁光效应,两束圆偏光产生正比于被测电流的相位差。两束圆偏光经传感光纤环端部的反射镜反射后沿传感光纤返回,返回的两圆偏光经波片后又变成两束相互正交的线偏光,返回的两束线偏光的相位差与被测电流成线性关系。返回的两束线偏光相位差携带被测电流信息,在起偏器处干涉后,相位差的变化转换为光强的变化,带有被测电流信息的光强信号经分光器输出至光探测器,光探测器将光信号转换为电信号,利用解调电路从中解调出被测一次电流值。
传统电磁式电流互感器选型时需要考虑容量、准确度、电流比等参数,以及开展动、热稳定核 算[11]。传统电磁式电流互感器存在磁饱和、铁磁谐振、只能测量交流电流等缺点[12],而OCT没有以上缺点,以其绝缘性能优良、无暂态特性、动态测量范围大、测量精度高、频率响应宽、交直流电流均可测量、易于安装、易于数字设备接口等优点,成为传统电流互感器的替代品。目前,OCT在电力系统尤其是直流输电和换流站中已有广泛应用[9,13 -15]
通常,电磁式电流互感器常用电流比、准确度(如5P30)、容量、饱和特性(测量级/保护级)、动热稳定参数等技术参数来描述,但OCT没有容量参数,也没有测量级与保护级的区分,输出量为数 字量。
某辅助变压器联结组别为YNd11d11,电压比为220V/6.3kV,额定容量为50MV∙A,额定电流为131.2A,空载电流为0.5%(0.656A)。在高压侧三相和中性点处共安装4只OCT,转换单元采用16bit高速模数转换器(analog-to-digital converter, ADC),最大输出数字量216-1=65 535,OCT总体延迟时间控制在0.2ms以内。设置A、B、C三相OCT额定电流为200A,测量通道对应输出11 585,保护通道对应输出463。OCT变比与测量范围见表2
以电流瞬时值单周期正弦波形为例,用于测量的OCT最大线性测量范围如图5所示。当辅助变压器实际一次电流瞬时值超出566A(有效值$566 \mathrm{~A} / \sqrt{2}=400 \mathrm{~A}$)时,测量的瞬时值波形将削顶失真。
同一个光纤环可以设置两组变比,既可用于仪表回路高精度测量,又可用于保护回路高倍数测量。用于保护的OCT,可测量的不失真最大交流电流有效值为$14154 \mathrm{~A} / \sqrt{2} \approx 10 \mathrm{kA}$,是辅助变压器额定电流的约76.2(10 000A/131.2A)倍。用于测量的OCT,其变比可以设为100A/11 585,可测量的最小分辨电流达到8.6mA,最大不失真交流电流有效值为$566 \mathrm{~A} / 2 / \sqrt{2} \approx 200 \mathrm{~A},$,也能满足测量要求。对于辅助变压器中性线OCT,可以设置额定电流为20A,通道对应输出11 585,则相应的最小分辨电流可达到1.7mA。
OCT用于保护时,通过牺牲分辨力来扩大测量范围;用于测量时,牺牲测量范围来提升分辨力。同时,OCT不存在磁路饱和问题,也没有容量与二次负载阻抗匹配问题。
目前,某辅助变压器尚未配置OCT及断相监测,所配置的电流互感器均为电磁式,主要参数见表3。该辅助变压器长期空载,空载电流为0.566A,电流表读数基本为零。辅助变压器断相后,三相电流的变化较小,未超出电磁式电流互感器的测量误差范围。
采用小电流比电磁式电流互感器,如10A/5A甚至5A/5A,可以测量辅助变压器空载电流。但是,由于电磁式电流互感器的固有特点,无法设计出既满足高动稳定和热稳定性能要求,又具有小电流比的成型产品,生产制造难度大,故现有小电流比电磁式电流互感器无法适应辅助变压器带载及短路故障工况。
根据辅助变压器断相的电气特征,以及OCT的技术特点,可以利用OCT解决辅助变压器断相监测问题。在辅助变压器高压侧电缆或高压套管适当位置安装光纤环,通过光纤连接采集与转换单元,并最终连接至断相监测装置。辅助变压器断相监测示意图如图6所示。图6中,除电压互感器及其电缆采用原有设备外,其他设备为新增设备。光纤环支架可以根据现场实际预制成哈夫结构,现场绕制光纤安装光纤环,无需对一次设备进行拆解,新增设备的信号全部采用光纤进行传输。
断相监测装置内部硬件框图如图7所示。根据前述分析,只要对OCT设置合理的变比,就能在人机界面(human machine interface, HMI)实时精确显示辅助变压器运行期间A、B、C三相电流及中性线不平衡电流,以及电流变化情况。通过电流的变化,技术人员可以判断系统是否出现异常。
断相监测装置不仅具有测量功能,其内部硬件还具有高速的采集转换能力与强大的逻辑计算能力,能够根据设定逻辑与设定值,判别辅助变压器各种异常运行工况并发出报警,亦可根据设置自动跳闸。
断相监测装置内部启动通道和保护通道并行工作,2套数字信号处理器(digital signal processor, DSP)采用“与门”出口(串联)方式。2套DSP具有独立的采样和出口电路,启动DSP内设总启动元件,通过启动继电器(QDJ)开放出口继电器的正电源;保护DSP主要完成保护的逻辑及跳闸出口功能,通过保护出口继电器(BCJ)出口。2个DSP之间进行实时数据交互,实现严格的互检和自检,任一DSP故障,装置立刻闭锁并报警,杜绝硬件故障引起误动。
辅助变压器断相监测基本逻辑如图8所示。远端断相和近端断相均会出现零序电流。近端断相以断相相断流为特征,远端断相以三相电流同相位为特征,同时根据三相电流滞后于某相相电压90°来判断该相发生断相。
图8所示逻辑仅针对YNy联结组别带三角形平衡绕组和YNd11联结组别的辅助变压器。断相监测装置不仅可用于上述特定情况,还可用于判定断两相的情况,以及其他联结组别变压器和中性点不接地变压器。同时,断相监测装置需要配置各种闭锁功能,如光纤品质不良、硬件故障等。
目前,OCT存在以下待改进的方面[15-19]
1)抗噪声性能。OCT测量小信号区间的信噪比不高,信号越小,误差越大。
2)抗振动性能。持续的振动影响OCT内部光路折射的变化,导致输出信号不稳定。
3)OCT内部结构复杂且精密,工艺要求较高。如果在现场制作安装,OCT准确度将受到一定影响。
4)OCT采集与转换部分包括数量庞大的电子器件,电子器件的可靠性会影响OCT的长期可靠性。
5)OCT尚未在电力系统得到大规模应用,尚无平均无故障时间(mean time between failure, MTBF)统计数据。
据调查,国内核电站已于2020年开始投运基于OCT技术的辅助变压器断相监测装置,目前已有7套在运,尚无运行异常的经验反馈。前述220kV/ 50MV∙A辅助变压器,将于2025年10月实施改造,增设基于OCT的断相监测装置。初步提出针对OCT的定期检查维护策略如下:
1)核电机组并网发电运行期间,每月进行一次巡检,对照装置说明书确认设备工作正常,记录辅助变压器运行参数并确认无误。
2)当核电机组换料大修时,可在辅助变压器停电期间对OCT进行现场校验,按图9所示接线开展校验工作,依次给A相、B相、C相、中性线的光纤环通电流,以标准表为基准,读取断相监测装置显示的电流,采用比对法计算变比误差。
国内核电机组已逐步增设基于OCT技术的辅助变压器断相监测装置,并开展示范运行。本文通过介绍OCT在辅助变压器断相监测方面的应用,以期促进核电技术人员了解、理解其原理与技术特点,掌握检查、校验、维护方法,从而提高核电站设备的运行可靠性。
