In actual production and daily life, non-linear loads such as LED lights and LED screens are widely used. Such devices generate 3n harmonics, resulting in an excessively large current in the N line. The N line curent can be managed by configuring neural line safety protector (SNP) at the terminal. When there are a large number of SNP devices, the inspection personnel need to check them one by one, resulting in relatively low operation and maintenance efficiency. When there is an overcurrent in the N-line or other faults, timely feedback cannot be obtained, and ultimately, the SNP is damaged, causing economic losses. This paper proposes a method for N-line overcurrent protection and detection based on neutral line safety protector, which is realized through the internal hardware circuit. When the current value of the N-line exceeds the set value, the internal relay sends a dry contact signal to control the shutdown and alarm of the SNP. At the same time, users can monitor data and control the operation through the WiFi module and the network communication circuit. Finally, the practicality and safety of this method are verified through experiments. It has the advantages of providing timely feedback of information, protecting the safety of equipment, and facilitating operation and maintenance.

在实际生产和生活中,LED灯及LED屏等非线性负载被广泛应用,这类设备会产生3n次谐波,导致N线电流过大,可在末端配置中线安防保护器(SNP)进行N线电流治理。当SNP设备数量较多时,巡检人员需要逐一排查,运维效率较低。如果存在N线过电流或其他故障,不能得到及时反馈,就会导致SNP设备损坏,造成经济损失。本文提出一种基于中线安防保护器的N线过电流保护与检测方法,通过内部硬件电路实现,当N线电流值超过设定值时,内部继电器发出干触点信号用于控制SNP设备关机和报警,同时用户可通过WiFi模块和网络通信电路进行数据监测和运行控制。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的实用性和安全性,表明该方法具有及时反馈信息、保护设备安全和方便运维等优点。

In actual production and daily life, non-linear loads such as LED lights and LED screens are widely used. Such devices generate 3n harmonics, resulting in an excessively large current in the N line. The N line curent can be managed by configuring neural line safety protector (SNP) at the terminal. When there are a large number of SNP devices, the inspection personnel need to check them one by one, resulting in relatively low operation and maintenance efficiency. When there is an overcurrent in the N-line or other faults, timely feedback cannot be obtained, and ultimately, the SNP is damaged, causing economic losses. This paper proposes a method for N-line overcurrent protection and detection based on neutral line safety protector, which is realized through the internal hardware circuit. When the current value of the N-line exceeds the set value, the internal relay sends a dry contact signal to control the shutdown and alarm of the SNP. At the same time, users can monitor data and control the operation through the WiFi module and the network communication circuit. Finally, the practicality and safety of this method are verified through experiments. It has the advantages of providing timely feedback of information, protecting the safety of equipment, and facilitating operation and maintenance.

在实际生产和生活中,现代电力电子非线性负载设备被广泛应用,这类设备会产生3n次谐波及三相不平衡等问题,导致N线电流过大,造成其绝缘层老化起火,甚至引发火灾[1-2]。中线安防保护器(neutral line safety protector, SNP)可用于N线电流治理,当SNP设备数量较多时,传统运维方式存在运维效率低、响应慢、运维过程不规范、巡检过程难监管、运行大数据缺少分析等问题。当SNP设备N线过电流或出现其他故障时,通常在触摸屏上显示故障报警信息,若故障信息无法得到及时处理,则会导致SNP损坏,造成不必要的经济损失。
目前,通常采用零序滤波器或在N线串联三次谐波滤波器等无源方式进行N线电流治理,这种方式缺少相应的保护机制[3]。文献[4]通过研究载波移相前后中性线对地电位的变化规律,提出一种变频器通道内各相依次载波移相的N线环流抑制方法。文献[5]针对电网自适应保护及其优化进行深入研究,提出一种新型聚类概念的自适应保护优化方法。文献[6]设计三相四线制谐波监测式电气火灾监控系统,采用加汉宁窗插值处理的快速傅里叶变换算法分析谐波成分并进行反馈。文献[7]提出两种三相四线制零线断线检测及保护思路。文献[8]以N线电流为过程监测量,采用有功调配与无功补偿相结合的策略。文献[9]提出了一种基于分布式测量的N线断线故障识别与定位方法。
本文提出一种基于中线安防保护器的N线过电流保护与检测方法,并通过设置硬件电路实现。与传统方法和软件保护相比,其响应速度快、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、实时性好、成本较低,可以及时反馈信息和切断设备。
当存在大量LED灯和LED大屏等负载时,容易出现N线带电的情况,负载类型为开关电源型,具有以下特点:
1)负载电流的谐波电流以3次谐波为主,电流畸变率一般在70%~120%。
2)开关电源的无功功率属于容性无功功率,如果主动投入电容器,会使系统无功功率增加,出现功率因数快速降低的现象。
理论上,N线产生电流的原因主要包括:
1)A/B/C三相电流不平衡导致N线存在零序电流[10]
2)A/B/C三相电流中的3n次谐波电流(零序电流)在N线中线性叠加[11]
针对N线过电流问题,可以通过中线安防保护器进行治理,其基本工作原理为通过互感器的电流检测环节采集系统N线电流信息,经内部数字信号处理器(digital signal processor, DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array, FPGA)控制芯片快速计算并提取每相各次谐波电流的含量,产生谐波电流指令,驱动逆变电路产生与过电流幅值相等方向相反的补偿电流并注入N线,从而消除N线过电流[12]。SNP工作机理如图1所示。
SNP设备在现场运行中经常出现N线电流过大,超过设备容量,导致设备过补偿的情况,影响SNP设备使用寿命。为了及时反馈设备的告警信息,保护设备安全,提出一种N线过电流保护与检测方法。
本文所提N线过电流保护与检测方法基于硬件电路实现,包括触摸屏、继电器、N线过电流硬件保护电路、WiFi通信模块、网络通信电路和通信管理机等。其中,触摸屏、WiFi通信模块和网络通信电路作为设备运行数据传输和N线过电流信息反馈的媒介;N线过电流硬件保护电路作为过电流保护工作的核心;继电器连接外部断路器或报警系统。N线过电流保护与检测系统控制流程如图2所示,具体步骤如下。
1)触摸屏的人机交互界面可设置N线电流设定值,在不超过N线电流治理裕度的情况下可根据需要进行设置。
2)DSP和FPGA芯片采集提取三相电流数据并计算N线中3n次谐波电流值,将其与N线电流设定值进行比较。
3)若检测到N线中3n次谐波电流值超过N线电流设定值,则内部N线过电流保护电路开始动作,FPGA发出信号,控制继电器吸合。若外接断路器或报警系统(报警灯或蜂鸣器等),继电器发出干触点信号,控制断路器开合和报警系统。
4)N线过电流报警信息可通过触摸屏进行查阅,利用WiFi模块和网络通信电路对SNP设备进行数据监测和运行控制。现场巡检人员通过网络信号直接在手机端或计算机端监测SNP相关数据和运行情况,方便运维和管理。
SNP设备的运行数据和N线电流,一方面通过485总线传输到触摸屏,另一方面通过WiFi模块和网络通信电路传输至手机端或计算机端,具体的通信实施过程如下。
系统结构如图3所示,计算过程中,DSP芯片负责数据的核心运算,FPGA负责数据的辅助运算。DSP和FPGA之间经过串行外设接口进行通信,FPGA的通用输入/输出口(经过转换电路)连接继电器。经采集提取和计算所得N线中3n次谐波电流值暂存于FPGA内部寄存器中。当N线中3n次谐波电流值超过设定值时,FPGA发出信号至继电器。网络通信电路包括串行通信的485总线1和485总线2,SNP设备的数据通过FPGA传输至485总线1,设备内部的WiFi模块分别连接485总线1和485总线2,通信管理机和触摸屏分别连接485总线2实现通信。
SNP设备运行数据和N线电流通过485收发器传递至串行通信的485总线1,WiFi模块通过485收发器传输或接收总线上的数据,因此可对内部WiFi模块进行相应设置,一方面可以创建局域网络,另一方面可加入现有网络,通过手机端或PC端监测运行数据。内部WiFi模块收发端口输出信号通过485收发器传递至串行通信的485总线2,再通过RJ 45接口接入通信管理机,即可在PC端监测设备的运行数据。
N线过电流保护与检测系统的WiFi模块和网络通信原理如图4所示,SNP设备内部的485总线1和485总线2接口均为半双工通信接口[13],允许信号在两个方向传输。当WiFi模块为主设备时,FPGA和DSP为从设备;当触摸屏为主设备时,WiFi模块为从设备;若遇到多个主设备的数据,WiFi模块自动将数据进行排队处理,并将数据暂存于WiFi模块内部,等待其他主设备完成操作后,WiFi模块继任主设备。当SNP设备工作时,WiFi模块首先判断自身是否为主设备,若否,则将自身运行模式设置为从设备,等待其他主设备完成操作后,继任主设备;若是,则将自身运行模式设置为主设备。
本文所提N线过电流保护与检测方法基于硬件电路实现,下面具体描述和分析硬件电路保护的原理。
图5为N线过电流保护硬件电路原理。SNP设备内部的FPGA与继电器的连接电路包括:①FPGA输出的信号通过电平转换芯片U2连接至光耦合器P1;②光耦合器P1连接电阻R1并接地,然后依次连接电阻R2、电阻R3、并联的N型金属-氧化物-半导体管Q1和Q2、滤波电容C1至继电器RL的线圈;③继电器RL的线圈两端连接二极管VD1,电阻R3一端连接N型金属-氧化物-半导体管的栅极,另一端连接漏极并接地。
N线过电流保护电路原理如下:
1)当DSP和FPGA提取并计算出N线中3n次谐波电流值低于设定值时,FPGA的73号引脚输出高电平,光耦合器P1内部二极管不导通,SNP正常运行。
2)当DSP和FPGA提取并计算出N线中3n次谐波电流值高于设定值时,FPGA的73号引脚输出低电平,通过电平转换芯片U2将光信号输入光耦合器P1,光信号使光耦合器P1内的三极管导通并输出电信号,电阻R2将电信号限流,通过电阻R3在Q1和Q2栅极和源极之间产生电压,将DO2拉低至低电位,继电器RL内部线圈两端存在24V电压差,继电器RL的3和4导通,继而连接至外部数据线端子5和6。
3)滤波电容C1与Q1和Q2并联,用于滤除开关电源输出的纹波和尖峰脉冲等。
4)Q1和Q2的作用是增大内部器件输出功率,电平转换芯片U2的作用是使芯片端电平和外部电平兼容,二极管VD1用于为继电器内部的线圈续流。
N线过电流保护与检测系统的触摸屏显示中线安防保护器N线过电流报警信息,还增加了继电器RL干触点输出信号,该信号可以用于外接可控断路器和报警装置,当发生N线过电流时,能及时断开中线安防保护器,以免出现设备损坏,或者发出报警声提醒用户及时查看。
本文所提基于硬件电路的N线过电流保护及检测方法已应用于中线安防保护器产品中,下面结合实验测试情况分析其实用性。
实验在测试N线电流补偿实验中同步进行,以中线安防保护器为主要测试对象,触摸屏控制器作为数据设置和显示媒介,测试流程如下:
1)设置谐波发生源的参数,只发出3次谐波电流并记录N线电流大小。
2)通过SNP设备触摸屏设置补偿参数,并设置N线电流设定值。
3)调节谐波源发生装置,设置3次谐波电流为10A,开机起动SNP设备,打开N线电流反馈功能,同时设置N线电流设定值为50A。
4)调节谐波源发生装置,设置3次谐波电流为20A,N线电流设定值仍然为50A。
考虑到实验测试的便捷性,采用发光二极管对N线过电流进行反馈。发光二极管安装在外部数据线端子RL-OUT1和RL-OUT2处,如图6所示,RL-OUT1和RL-OUT2为N线过电流输出继电器干触点信号口OUT1/OUT2连接的信号端子。
测试数据见表1。3次谐波电流值设置为10A时,设备采集到N线电流为28.5A,低于设定值,N线电流未反馈,发光二极管不亮;3次谐波电流值设置为20A时,设备采集到N线电流为56.7A,高于设定值,N线电流出现过电流反馈,发光二极管亮起。现场测试图如图7图8所示。
由于SNP设备本身存在零漂且测量装置存在测量误差,所以采集到的N线电流分别为28.5A和56.7A。当采集计算得到的N线电流超过设定值时,反馈端子上的二极管亮,并显示报警信号;当未超过设定值时,反馈端子上的二极管不亮,设备正常补偿运行。整个检测流程的时间在ms级,响应迅速。为了方便现场用户及时接收到SNP设备报警情况,可增加蜂鸣器。
N线过电流保护与检测基于内部硬件电路保护实现,为了与软件过电流保护进行对比,进行软件保护对比实验:①采样三相输出电流,并计算N线电流;②计算各相电流有效值,若任一相电流超过150%额定值且持续5ms,触发保护;③关闭脉宽调制,触发撬棒电路吸收能量,记录故障代码“OCP- PhaseX”。实验发现,软件过电流保护易受数模转换采样噪声、程序跑飞、电磁干扰或通信干扰影响,可能出现误判或漏判,而且计算误差较大,这里不过多讨论。
本文所提N线过电流保护及检测方法基于硬件保护电路实现,通过SNP设备内部FPGA和DSP采集计算,并与N线电流设定值进行比较,从而触发内部继电器动作并断开设备或报警。通过硬件实验和软件保护测试对比分析,验证了所提N线过电流保护及检测方法稳定可靠、响应速度快和实时性好,且比传统保护机制的成本低,可为电力电子行业中逆变器/滤波器等设备的过电流保护提供参考。
