For a 220kV substation with 35kV capacitive voltage transformer secondary voltage abnormal drop fault, this paper introduces the structure of capacitive voltage transformer and its working principle. Then, combined with fault phenomenon, diagnostic test data, equipment disintegration inspection, the cause of the fault as ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage causing insulation breakdown of the differential and angular coils is analyzed and determined. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the infrared temperature measurement and secondary voltage monitoring in the daily operation and maintenance inspection to improve the reliability of capacitive voltage transformer operation.

For a 220kV substation with 35kV capacitive voltage transformer secondary voltage abnormal drop fault, this paper introduces the structure of capacitive voltage transformer and its working principle. Then, combined with fault phenomenon, diagnostic test data, equipment disintegration inspection, the cause of the fault as ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage causing insulation breakdown of the differential and angular coils is analyzed and determined. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the infrared temperature measurement and secondary voltage monitoring in the daily operation and maintenance inspection to improve the reliability of capacitive voltage transformer operation.

电压互感器的作用是将一次高电压变换为二次低电压,用于测量、计量及保护功能,一般可分为电容式和电磁式两类[1-5]。与电磁式电压互感器相比,电容式电压互感器(capacitive voltage transfor- mer, CVT)具有体积小、质量轻、占地面积小、绝缘可靠、不易发生铁磁谐振等优点,正越来越广泛地应用于电力系统中[6-9]
本文针对一起35kV电容式电压互感器二次电压异常下降故障,通过停电外观检查、二次绕组直流电阻测量及绝缘电阻测量、电压比测量、电容量、介损和绝缘油试验,初步判断故障是由电磁单元一次绕组匝间击穿短路引起。现场解体表明,阻尼线圈烧断后,铁磁谐振导致比差、角差调节线圈承受电压升高而击穿短路,使中间变压器电压比减小,中间变压器一次电流增加,从而引起二次电压降低。最后,结合日常运维巡视中的红外测温及二次电压监视给出建议。
异常CVT的型号为$\mathrm{TYD} 35 / \sqrt{3}-0.02 \mathrm{~W} 3$,投运时间为2017年7月,额定一次电压为$35 / \sqrt{3} \mathrm{kV}$。该CVT主要由电容分压器、电磁单元(由装在密封油箱内的中间变压器T、补偿电抗器L、保护间隙F和阻尼装置Z组成)和接线端子盒组成,电气原理如图1所示。电容分压器由瓷套和装在其中的若干串联高压电容C1和中压电容C2组成,一次电压通过高压电容C1和中压电容C2分压,经电磁单元的中间变压器转变为二次输出电压。
电容器由多个电容串联组成,根据一定的比例在中间设置抽头,可分为高压电容C1与中压电容C2C2的电压$\dot{U}_{\mathrm{C}}$为
$\dot{U}_{\mathrm{C}}=Z_{\mathrm{C} 2} \dot{I}_{\mathrm{C} 2}$
式中:$\dot{U}_{\mathrm{C}}$为中压电容C2电压(kV);ZC2为中压电容C2的容抗(Ω);$\dot{I}_{\mathrm{C} 2}$为流经中压电容的电流(A)。
根据CVT工作原理,正常工作时,电容器电压应满足
$\dot{U}_{1}=\dot{U}_{\mathrm{C}}+Z_{\mathrm{C} 1}\left(\dot{I}+\dot{I}_{\mathrm{C} 2}\right)$
式中:$\dot{U}_{\mathrm{1}}$为系统一次电压(kV);ZC1为高压电容C1的容抗(Ω);$\dot{I}$为中间变压器一次电流(A)。
联立式(1)和式(2)可得

令$K_{1}=\frac{Z_{\mathrm{C} 2}}{Z_{\mathrm{C} 1}+Z_{\mathrm{C} 2}}=\frac{C_{1}}{C_{1}+C_{2}}, \quad Z_{\mathrm{C}}=\frac{Z_{\mathrm{C} 1} Z_{\mathrm{C} 2}}{Z_{\mathrm{C} 1}+Z_{\mathrm{C} 2}}$,则式(3)简化为

式中:K1为高压电容与整体电容电容量之比;ZC为电容器等效容抗(Ω)。
由式(4)可知,CVT确定时,其比例系数K1为一常数。因此,中压电容抽头处电压仅与电流$\dot{I}$相关。由于ZC数值较大,故中间变压器一次电流对CVT的比差、角差有较大影响。为消除这一影响,在中间变压器一次绕组末端串接补偿电抗L,使其感抗XL近似等于ZC,从而消除一次电流的影响,提高互感器的测量精度。
设中间变压器电压比为K2,则二次绕组输出电压与系统一次电压的关系为

式中,$\dot{U}_{2}$为二次绕组输出电压(V)。
由式(5)可知,影响CVT电压比的因素包括电容器的容抗ZC、中间变压器的电压比K2及中间变压器一次电流$\dot{I}$。
2024年7月,某220kV变电站35kV 4母线C相CVT二次电压输出过低,额定二次电压为$100 / \sqrt{3} \mathrm{~V}$,现场测量为5.175V,偏差达91.04%。经诊断试验,判断该CVT电磁单元放电导致绝缘击穿,内部产生大量氢气及烃类气体组分,无法继续投入运行。
CVT的中间变压器一次绕组首端与电容单元相连,密封于瓷套内部,因此无法直接测量其一次绕组直流电阻值,其二次绕组的直流电阻测量结果见表1
该CVT的二次绕阻阻值基本无变化,可排除二次绕组发生匝间、层间绝缘击穿短路或断线等故障,因此可排除二次绕组引起输出电压异常。
CVT高压电容、二次绕组、电磁单元末端对地的绝缘电阻测量结果见表2,测量结果符合规程规定[10]。电磁单元末端P2接地良好,放电管F外观无破损,阻值合格。
CVT电压比测试,采用济南泛华公司生产的全自动抗干扰介损测试仪AI—6000K,CVT额定一次电压为$35 / \sqrt{3} \mathrm{kV}$,1a1n、2a2n、3a3n额定电压为$100 / \sqrt{3} V$,dadn额定电压为100/3V,电压比测量结果见表3
由电压比测量结果可知,二次绕组电压比全部增大,且相位存在较大偏差,说明CVT的比差、角差均异常,由CVT工作原理初步分析补偿电抗和中间变压器的电压比异常。
对CVT进行电容量测试,解体前采用CVT自激法和解体后采用正接法分别对电容器进行电容量介损测试,测量结果一致,与出厂试验数据相比无明显差异。电容量测试结果见表4
电磁单元取油进行油色谱试验,试验结果见表5。根据油色谱试验结果可知,绝缘油中乙炔和总烃均远超注意值(乙炔体积分数≤2μL/L,总烃体积分数≤100μL/L),三比值编码为1, 0, 0,依据《变压器油中溶解气体分析和判断导则》,诊断故障类型为电弧放电、线圈匝间、层间放电,相间闪络,内部存在严重的电弧放电兼过热,说明电磁单元内部存在放电情况[11],且CO2与CO的体积分数之比大于7,表明内部固体绝缘材料劣化分解、老化严重。
根据上述试验结果可知,该CVT电容分压器完好,电磁单元二次绕组完好,变压器油中特征气体含量超限值,则该CVT二次电压输出过低可能由电磁单元一次绕组匝间短路和补偿电抗异常引起。
移除电容分压器,闻到轻微刺激性气味,电磁单元绝缘油变色。电磁单元放油后,内部中间变压器和补偿电抗器有炭化物沉积。电磁单元内部如图2所示。
将中间变压器一次绕组与补偿电抗器间连接线断开,测量电磁单元接地端P2对地及一次绕组对地均导通,说明一次绕组末端串接补偿电抗被短路。将阻尼器从油箱中取出,阻尼电阻外观良好,测量阻值符合要求,阻尼线圈存在烧蚀过热,测量阻尼线圈直流电阻,无数据显示,检查阻尼线圈,导线已断,如图3所示。
阻尼器为速饱和电抗型阻尼器,由具有饱和特性的铁心电抗器和阻尼电阻串联而成。在CVT正常运行条件下,电抗器的电感值L很大,通过阻尼器的电流仅为几十毫安,其功耗及储能均很小。当CVT发生铁磁谐振时,在过电压作用下电抗器铁心快速饱和,电感值急剧下降,从而将阻尼电阻接入CVT回路消耗足够的功率来消除铁磁谐振。
将补偿电抗器从油箱中取出,如图4所示,电抗器绕组的上线圈漆包线外露,与接地的铁心夹件接触,测量电抗器绕组直流电阻为195.04Ω,小于出厂值375Ω。
分别解体电抗器的上线圈和下线圈,上线圈(含角差调节线圈)绝缘筒内侧烧蚀,外侧的绕组层间绝缘纸和导线过热,内侧的绝缘纸和导线烧蚀炭化后对铁心放电,线圈匝间击穿短路如图5所示。下线圈绝缘筒、绕组层间绝缘纸和导线完好。
中间变压器一次绕组主线圈完好,末端比差调节线圈端面与铁心间绝缘纸板击穿炭化。绕组静电屏过热烧蚀,绕组层间绝缘纸和导线烧蚀炭化后对铁心放电,线圈匝间击穿短路。比差调节线圈如图6所示。
通过解体发现阻尼线圈烧断,一次绕组的比差调节线圈烧蚀后匝间短路,比差调节线圈与铁心间的铁轭绝缘纸板击穿后对铁心放电,补偿电抗器绕组的上线圈(含角差调节线圈)烧蚀炭化并对铁心放电,一次绕组的主线圈、二次绕组、补偿电抗器下线圈和阻尼电阻等零部件完好。
根据诊断试验和解体情况分析,C相二次电压异常的原因为:系统谐波电压扰动、一次投切、一次对地故障等暂态过程激发铁磁谐振,在电磁单元内部引起过电压和过电流。铁磁谐振发生时,阻尼线圈铁心饱和,使阻尼电阻接入CVT回路。在谐振过电压作用下,阻尼电阻中流过较大电流来消耗谐振能量,起到抑制铁磁谐振的作用。当受外部因素影响多次产生铁磁谐振时,阻尼线圈中流过的大电流会引起阻尼线圈发热,以致引起阻尼线圈导线烧断,从而无法抑制铁磁谐振。持续谐振造成电磁单元内部长时间存在谐振过电压和过电流,谐振过电流引起电磁单元发热,导致电磁单元内部绝缘材料的绝缘性能下降,谐振过电压导致电磁单元内部产生电弧放电,变压器油发生裂解。
谐振过电流在一次绕组和补偿电抗器上产生较大的压降,使其层间、匝间及整体对地均承受较高电压。随着CVT的持续运行,一次绕组的比差调节线圈和电抗器的角差调节线圈绝缘率先击穿,对铁心放电,引起线圈匝间击穿后短路。谐振过电流在电抗器线圈内部产生的电动力,引起导线发生移动后外露。比差、角差调节线圈击穿短路后,CVT的电磁参数随之改变,中间变压器一次绕组匝数减小,二次绕组匝数不变,导致中间变压器电压比K2减小。由于比差调节线圈对铁心放电,中间变压器一次绕组主线圈直接与地相连,串接补偿电抗被短路,一次绕组阻抗降低为一次绕组主线圈的阻抗,阻抗减小后,流过一次绕组的电流$\dot{I}$增加。由式(5)可知,在一次电压$\dot{U}_{1}$和容抗ZC不变的情况下,K2减小及$\dot{I}$增加均会引起二次电压降低。
阻尼线圈烧断后,CVT无法抑制铁磁谐振,谐振过电压使比差、角差调节线圈对铁心放电,造成匝间短路,中间变压器电压比减小,从而引起二次电压降低。为防止类似事件再次发生,提出以下改善措施:
1)对同厂家、同型号、同批次电容式电压互感器设备进行摸底排查,制定差异化运维策略,重点关注异常设备,对于危急缺陷设备,应立即按流程汇报,申请停运开展停电诊断试验。
2)在设备运行过程中监测二次电压波形,观察二次电压波形和电压幅值是否正常。
3)定期对设备进行红外测温,对比三相温差和上下节温差,如超过1.5K应缩短测温周期并警惕其温度变化。
4)例行巡视时,要注意电磁单元绝缘油颜色和油位,有无渗漏油现象,有无放电异响。如果设备运行中二次电压波形和电压幅值异常,或同组三相设备温差超过3K,应取油进行气相色谱分析,以准确判断设备状态。
5)对阻尼绕组的设计和选型,应充分考虑设备运行环境中的电能质量影响。
