In order to meet the requirements of the scenario of power supply and power protection in the power system, and improve the emergency response capability and power supply reliability of the system, this paper applies a number of key technologies and methods such as compact weight reduction of transformer, shock absorption and isolation of equipment, verification of mechanical impact resistance, anti-corrosion of cabin roof, rapid layout of lightning protection device, modular design of secondary equipment and skid-mounted mobile substation digital twin. A large-capacity skid-mounted mobile intelligent substation with a main transformer capacity of 63 MV∙A and a voltage level of 110 kV is designed. Taking the large-capacity skid-mounted mobile intelligent substation that is actually applied in a new project of 110 kV temporary substation in Leshan City, Sichuan Province as an example, the effectiveness of this design is verified. The practice shows that this kind of power equipment has good promotion value and application prospects.

为满足电力系统急需供电保电场景的要求,提高系统抢险应急能力和供电可靠性,本文应用变压器紧凑减重、设备减震隔震、抗机械冲击验证、舱体屋面防腐、防雷装置快速布置、二次设备模块化设计、撬装式移动变电站数字孪生等多项关键技术和方法,设计一种主变压器容量63 MV∙A、电压等级110 kV的大容量撬装式移动智能变电站,并以其在四川省乐山市某110 kV临时变电站新建工程项目中的实际应用为例,验证设计的有效性。实践表明,本文所设计的大容量撬装式移动智能变电站具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。

In order to meet the requirements of the scenario of power supply and power protection in the power system, and improve the emergency response capability and power supply reliability of the system, this paper applies a number of key technologies and methods such as compact weight reduction of transformer, shock absorption and isolation of equipment, verification of mechanical impact resistance, anti-corrosion of cabin roof, rapid layout of lightning protection device, modular design of secondary equipment and skid-mounted mobile substation digital twin. A large-capacity skid-mounted mobile intelligent substation with a main transformer capacity of 63 MV∙A and a voltage level of 110 kV is designed. Taking the large-capacity skid-mounted mobile intelligent substation that is actually applied in a new project of 110 kV temporary substation in Leshan City, Sichuan Province as an example, the effectiveness of this design is verified. The practice shows that this kind of power equipment has good promotion value and application prospects.

为满足现代化城市电网紧急抢险救灾、变电站设备技改大修、负荷转移、大型工程建设施工、电力负荷频繁迁移等急需供电保电场景的要求,电力系统需要配备大容量、高可靠、高效率、低投入、易操作的临时供电设备。
移动式变电站具有集成度高、建设速度快、占地面积少、设备体积小、建设投资省、装配方式活、便于运输、安装快捷等特点,能够在急需供电保电场景提供高质量和高可靠性的供电服务,是一种在有限空间下的低成本、高效率、智能化供电解决方案[1-2]。移动式变电站是一种特殊的变电站,起源于20世纪40年代美国。20世纪60年代初期,英国、德国、前苏联、加拿大等欧洲及北美国家陆续开始研发移动式变电站。20世纪70年代加拿大安大略水电公司开始规模化应用移动式变电站,主要用于冬夏用电高峰期对突增性负荷供电,以及设备故障、设备技改检修等临时性供电。21世纪初期,叙利亚、阿尔及利亚、伊拉克、南非、越南和沙特等国均有移动式变电站投入运行,受设备绝缘、开关开断能力的限制,此阶段的移动式变电站以低电压等级(35 kV及以下)和小容量(变压器容量20 MV∙A及以下)为主,结构主要为集装箱形式[1,3 -4]
近年来,我国电力行业加强了对移动式变电站的研究与应用,目前主要有车载移动式变电站和撬装移动式变电站两种形式。在产品开发方面,从事移动式变电站研发生产的企业较多,代表企业有西门子变压器(武汉)有限公司、武汉南瑞有限责任公司、北京科锐、山东泰开等,但是研究对象均为车载移动式变电站,对撬装移动式变电站研究较少。在产品标准方面,已发布的移动式变电站的技术标准,如DL/T 2283—2021《车载移动式变电站通用技术条件》、DL/T 2284—2021《车载移动式变电站运行与维护规范》,以及正在编制的中国电工技术学会团体标准《110 kV移动式变电站应用导则》的适用对象均为车载移动式变电站,暂未见撬装移动式变电站相关的企业、团体和行业标准规范发布。在产品应用方面,广东省、山东省、山西省、贵州省、甘肃省、四川省和陕西省等省份相继有额定电压为110 kV及以下、主变容量不超过40 MV∙A(其中31.5 MV∙A、20 MV∙A最为常见)的车载移动式变电站投入运营的新闻报道[5],鲜见有撬装移动式变电站相关的报道。此外,国内可见有关撬装式一体化变电站的公开文献,主要以35 kV/10 MV∙A 及以下的小容量、低电压的矿用防爆隔爆撬装式变电站为主[6],尚未见有额定电压110 kV、主变压器容量63 MV∙A及以上的大容量撬装式移动智能变电站的报道和相关文献资料。
目前,业内广泛采用的车载移动式变电站是将变电站的一、二次设备及其他附件整合到一至多辆半挂运输车来实现移动,虽然运输方便,能够满足立刻抵达现场并在短时间内接入系统进行连续供电的需求,但是电压等级低、车载变压器容量小,难以达到城市电网常规容量[7-9],不能完全满足现代化城市电网紧急抢险救灾等临时短时用电对供电急迫性和可靠性的要求。
因此,设计一种能快速机动部署、快速投入运行、方便组装拆卸、大容量(额定容量63 MV∙A及以上)、可移动(拖动)、高可靠、高效率、低投入、易操作的撬装式移动智能变电站设备,实现将110 kV/63 MV∙A变电站的完整设备配置、撬装式可移动结构的灵活性及智能变电站的数智性进行科技融合集成的目标,已成为满足电力系统供电保电需求的当务之急,对弥补车载移动式变电站存在的不足,提高电力系统抢险应急能力和供电可靠性,具有十分重要的战略意义。
大容量撬装式移动智能变电站由110 kV变压器预制舱模块、10 kV开关设备和二次组合设备预制舱模块及110 kV半封闭气体金属封闭开关设备(hybrid gas insulated switchgear, HGIS)3部分组成。变电站整体结构为上下立体结构,通过模块化组合,将HGIS置于10 kV开关设备和二次组合设备预制舱顶部。
110 kV变压器预制舱模块的外形尺寸长×宽×高为9.84 m×10.04 m×8.0 m,10 kV开关设备和二次组合设备预制舱模块与110 kV HGIS的组合外形尺寸长×宽×高为14.5 m×3.4 m×6.45 m。撬装式移动智能变电站外形尺寸如图1所示。
相较于小容量低电压的撬装式一体化变电站,大容量撬装式移动智能变电站的设计需要兼顾设备的轻量化、小型化、可靠性、快捷性、机动性和智能化与长寿命,对设备整体结构抗震、抗冲击、抗腐蚀性能的要求更为严苛,因此需要研究以下关键技术并实现突破。
1)大容量变压器轻量化设计
变压器的变电容量与体积成正比,通常容量为63 MV∙A的变压器充油后的总质量在70 t左右,超过了GB 1589—2016《汽车、挂车及汽车列车外廊尺寸、轴荷及质量限值》规定的道路运输车货总质量不应超过55 t的要求。为避免超限运输,提高撬装式变电站频繁运输转移的效率,应尽量提供低于道路运输最大允许总质量限值的变压器,因此需要对变压器进行轻量化设计。
2)HGIS减震隔震设计
由于HGIS通过底部的钢结构平台与10 kV开关设备和二次组合设备预制舱模块相连接,HGIS分合闸操作时,会对下层预制舱内的微机保护装置和10 kV断路器的安全稳定运行造成影响,需要对HGIS进行减震隔震设计。
3)预制舱体结构强度验证
根据实际供电保电需要,大容量撬装式变电站会频繁运输转移,为减少运输过程中产生的颠簸和震动损坏10 kV开关设备和二次组合设备预制舱模块内的高压开关柜和微机保护设备,要求舱体有足够的机械强度和刚度,能够承受运输过程中因车辆紧急刹车、急转弯和道路颠簸等引起的机械冲击[10]。因此,需要在进行预制舱结构设计的同时,运用Ansys有限元分析软件对其抗机械冲击载荷能力进行力学仿真分析,以校核预制舱体的结构强度。
4)预制舱体屋面防腐
大容量撬装式变电站整体属于轻钢结构,预制舱体骨架采用等截面实腹刚架,预制舱屋面采用压型钢板和冷弯薄壁型钢檩条,局限于金属材料本身固有属性,漏雨、浸水等因素引起的腐蚀对舱体屋面危害很大,需要做好防腐设计。
5)防雷装置快速布置
常规变电站站址固定,一般设置永久性的接闪杆。撬装式变电站需要频繁移动,不宜设置永久性的接闪杆。如何快速布置并建立符合规范要求的防雷装置,是实现撬装式变电站快速投入运行的关键技术之一,需要预先确定满足撬装变防雷功能的接闪杆参数并配置好接闪杆装置。
6)电气二次设备模块化
传统变电站电气二次设备需要现场接线、调试,工作量较大,影响建设周期。撬装式变电站通过电气二次设备模块化,可以实现工厂内规模生产、集成调试、模块配送,能够有效减少现场电气工作,提高建设质量,缩短施工工期。
7)撬装式变电站数字孪生设计
数字孪生是实现大容量撬装式变电站数智化的核心内容,需要设备供应商在提供设备的同时提供产品的数字孪生体,依据撬装式变电站物理实体输出的孪生数据创建相应的变电站虚拟实体,实现整个数字孪生虚拟变电站三维模型的可视化呈现,实现变电站内各种设备运行状况的实时监测。
大容量变压器紧凑减重技术包括:采用强迫油循环风冷(oil natural air forced, ONAF)方式、E级绝缘介质耐热设计;提高变压器绕组电流密度至5 A/mm2、铁心磁感应强度至1.4 T;优化油箱油枕设计,减少油箱、夹件等结构件钢板用量;优化引线设计,套管采用干式电容型套管,从变压器底部引出,取消升高座及升高座电流互感器(current transformer, CT);采用V型有载分接开关,缩小变压器器身尺寸,减轻开关质量及油用量[11]。通过以上高电流密度、高磁感应强度、小器身、低油量的约束和控制,同时单独运输变压器油,可将110 kV/ 63 MV∙A变压器质量由常规70 t左右降低至45 t左右。变压器紧凑减重优化措施如图2所示。
HGIS总质量为3.6 t,即静载荷为36 kN,动载荷为9 kN,设备开关操作时的总动载荷为45 kN,为消除HGIS操作震动对下层预制舱内微机保护装置和10 kV断路器造成的影响,需要对HGIS进行减震设计,最简单有效且经济的办法是铺设减震垫。撬装式变电站HGIS减震垫铺设示意图如图3所示。
HGIS底部的钢结构平台为焊接件,使用长×宽×高为100 mm×50 mm×4 mm的Q235-A矩管焊接,平台与HGIS安装贴合面的受力面积为1 878 800 mm2。由此可以计算出HGIS的静载荷压强为36 000 N÷1 878 800 mm2≈0.019 N/mm2,总动载荷压强为45 000 N÷1 878 800 mm2≈0.024 N/mm2。根据文献[12],不同厚度的减震垫能够承受的最大静载压强为0.11 N/mm2,最大动载压强为0.16 N/mm2,如果超载将导致减震垫失去减震能力。减震垫承受极限压强时对应的静载荷受力面积为36 000 N÷0.11 N/mm2≈327 272 mm2,动载荷受力面积为45 000 N÷0.16 N/mm2=281 250 mm2
根据计算结果,为确保减震垫在静载荷和动载荷两种工况下不失效,减震垫的接触面积应大于327 272 mm2(≈0.33 m2),并可适当增加铺设面积至贴合受力面积的一半939 400 mm2(≈0.94 m2)。
文献[12]列举了12.5 mm、25 mm、37.5 mm、50 mm 4种厚度减震垫的性能,综合考虑隔震率、经济性、实用性、施工便捷性等因素,采用25 mm厚度减震垫半铺贴合受力接触面积的方式,可达到94%~97%的隔震率和降低25 dB~30 dB的操作噪声,实现经济实用性与综合效率的最佳组合。
预制舱体由舱体骨架及安装于骨架上的封板、门板和顶盖组成。舱体骨架(包括可移动雪橇式底框和上部框架)采用优质碳素结构钢,焊装一体式结构,顶盖与上部框架之间采用高强度螺栓连接。根据大容量撬装式变电站可频繁移动(拖动)的强度和刚度要求,整个舱体应具有足够的机械强度、硬度和屈服强度,能使舱体承受水平前后、水平左右方向3g加速度、垂直上下方向2g加速度的机械冲击作用。
为验证舱体抗机械冲击能力,依据GB 50260— 2013《电力设施抗震设计规范》并考虑一定安全系数,采用Ansys有限元分析软件,分别在预制舱水平前后方向、水平左右方向施加3g加速度,在垂直上下方向施加2g加速度,得到预制舱在各方向冲击载荷下的变形量分布云图。根据分布云图数据,可以得出水平前后方向冲击载荷下预制舱最大变形量为4.49 mm,位于预制舱撬体底部和舱体顶部侧梁两个位置;水平左右方向冲击载荷下预制舱最大变形量为14.46 mm,位于预制舱顶部纵梁中间部位;垂直上下方向冲击载荷下预制舱最大变形量为0.59 mm,位于预制舱橇体底部中间部位。通过仿真可知,3个方向冲击载荷下,预制舱最大变形量均满足GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》规定的受弯构件变形量与构件长度的比值小于1/400的要求。
为延长撬装式变电站使用寿命,需要对预制舱体及屋面所用金属材料进行6道重度防腐处理,其防腐工艺流程如图4所示。金属材料经防腐处理后表面漆膜总厚度可达220 μm,并且均匀一致、附着力强,可以使舱体屋面在C4环境下达到40年不锈蚀。
此外,需要做好舱体屋面隔热保温措施,防止舱体屋面内侧发生凝露现象。为此,舱顶采用“两层夹芯”结构,即内外双层金属板包裹型钢骨架,骨架空隙填充岩棉、聚氨酯等导热系数小的保温阻燃材料,保温材料的厚度通过单层平壁的稳态热传导模型计算确定。同时,采用断桥隔热技术,通过防“冷桥”铆钉和防“冷桥”檩条等措施,阻断热量传递渠道,减小热量损失[13-15]。为消除舱体板件拼接后的缝隙,采用迷宫式设计,将各板件设计成模块化榫卯结构,即板件的右端与上端为锲形凹槽,左端与下端为与凹槽相对应的锲形凸台,两块板件通过凹槽与凸台进行拼接,并用铆钉固定。通过迷宫式榫卯结构,辅以在拼缝处涂抹密封胶或贴密封胶条,并在拼缝上方增设盖板等措施[16-18],可确保舱体屋面具有良好的密封性能。
快速布置并建立符合规范要求的防雷装置,是实现撬装式变电站快速投入运行的关键。最简单有效的做法是配置防雷保护范围能够覆盖完整电力设备的接闪杆装置,接闪杆保护范围通过GB 50057—2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》(以下简称《规范》)规定的“滚球法”确定。
本文从撬装式变电站防雷保护装置布置安装的便捷性、安全性和经济性方面综合考虑,采用单支接闪杆和双支不等高接闪杆两种方式,分别进行对比验算。单支及双支不等高接闪杆布置方式及保护范围如图5所示。
1)单支接闪杆
变压器预制舱桁架立柱是整个撬装式变电站的最高点,因此以此高度作为撬装式变电站的高度hx,其距地高度为hx=8.0 m≤60 m(第三类防雷建筑物滚球半径)。如果采用单支接闪杆进行防雷保护,可将单支接闪杆设置于110 kV变压器预制舱桁架立柱的M点处(见图5)。当接闪杆在8.0 m平面上的保护半径能全部覆盖整个撬装式变电站最远点N点时,则整个撬装式变电站的最远点和最高点都在接闪杆的保护范围内。由图5可知,距离变压器预制舱桁架立柱M点的最远点为10 kV开关设备和二次组合设备预制舱模块的顶部端点N,即保护半径 rx≈15.7 m。
根据《规范》附录D.0.1-1的公式,可得出单支接闪杆的最低高度h计算式为
h × ( 2 × 60 m h ) 8 m × ( 2 × 60 m 8 m ) 15.7 m
由此可得单支接闪杆的最低配置高度为h= 21.13 m,减去变压器预制舱桁架立柱8.0 m,则接闪杆配置长度为21.13 m-8.0 m=13.13 m。
2)双支不等高接闪杆
如果采用双支不等高接闪杆进行防雷保护,可将低支接闪杆设置于撬装式变电站110 kV变压器预制舱桁架立柱C点,高支接闪杆设置于龙门架端点D点(见图5)。如果这两支不等高接闪杆在8.0 m高度上距其连线的等效中点O的距离为零处的单侧保护范围bx大于撬装式变电站变压器预制舱的宽度10.04 m,则整个撬装式变电站可得到有效防雷保护。
图5可以确定,110 kV变压器预制舱桁架立柱E点为两支不等高接闪杆连线的等效中点O,因此D1为110 kV变压器预制舱模块的宽度9.84 m,代入hx高度所在平面,距两支不等高接闪杆连线等效中点O间距为x处的单侧保护范围bx推导公 式[19],可得低支接闪杆的最低配置高度计算式为
h l × 2 × 60 m h l 9.84 m 2 8 m × ( 2 × 60 m 8 m ) 10.04 m
由此可得低支接闪杆的最低配置高度为hl= 16.35 m,减去变压器预制舱桁架立柱8.0 m,则低支接闪杆需配置长度为16.35 m-8.0 m=8.35 m。
高低两支接闪杆之间的距离为D≈26.6 m,代入《规范》附录D.0.3-1的公式,可得出高支接闪杆的最低配置高度计算式为
60 m h h 2 ( 60 m 16.35 m ) 2 + 26.6 m 2 2 × 26.6 m = 9.84 m
由此可得高支接闪杆的最低配置高度为hh= 18.5 m,减去龙门架高度12.0 m,则高支接闪杆需配置长度为18.5 m-12.0 m=6.5 m。
充分考虑安装的便捷性、安全性,采用双支不等高接闪杆作为撬装式变电站的防雷保护,通过预先配置9 m和7 m的伸缩型接闪杆,分别安装在C点和D点(见图5),即可完成撬装式变电站防雷装置快速布置。
对电气二次设备进行模块化设计,实现工厂内规模化生产组装、内部接线、集成调试、模块配送,可以有效减少现场安装、接线调试工作,从而提高建设质量、效率,缩短工程建设周期。
国家电网公司企业标准Q/GDW 11496—2016《模块化二次设备设计技术导则》的发布,为智能变电站模块化设计提供了重要技术依据,依据该标准,将电气二次设备划分为站控层模块(含监控主机柜、远动及公用柜、调度数据网柜)、110 kV间隔层模块(含110 kV线路保护测控柜)、主变间隔层模块(含110 kV主变保护柜、测控柜)、过程层模块(含GIS汇控柜)、交直流电源模块(含交流电源屏、直流充馈屏)、蓄电池模块(含蓄电池屏)、通信模块、计量模块等。
10 kV间隔层模块就地分散布置于10 kV开关设备柜二次小室。各模块屏柜靠舱体布置,间隔层和过程层二次设备、交直流电源模块分屏尺寸高×宽×深为2 260 mm×800 mm×600 mm,屏柜为前接线、前显示、前维护结构形式,屏柜门能够180°打开;站控层监控主机柜高×宽×深为2 260 mm× 600 mm×900 mm,屏前、屏侧面开门[20]
构建撬装式移动智能变电站数字孪生体的关键是进行数字孪生模型构建。为保证构建的数字孪生模型更加精确有效,需要构建完备的模型理论框架,主要包含模型构建、模型检验和模型更新等。模型构建主要针对实体典型特性进行建模,包括高保真建模、多物理场建模、数据驱动建模、多结构特征建模等,从而形成代表实体典型特性的单一模型。为实现单一模型向数字孪生体迈进,在空间结构上添加合适的约束条件,将单一模型进行分层有序组装,构建组装模型。基于单一模型或组装模型之间的耦合关联特性对其进行多模型、多物理场的融合,形成融合模型。所有构建模型均通过与实体参数的对比进行初步准确度检验与更新。将组装与融合的模型进行有序组合,构建初始数字孪生体,并通过与物理实体的对比验证其精确性。若满足精度要求,则通过模型检验形成最终数字孪生体;若不满足,则通过物理实体参数对其更新,直到满足精度要求为止[21-22]
四川乐山某项目迫切需要稳定可靠的电能供应,故采用租赁移动式变电站的方式。
在建设效率方面,大容量撬装式变电站各模块均在工厂内完成制作、组装、配线、调试等工作,以模块化预制舱形式整体配送至变电站建设现场进行吊装、组合,现场无需修建基础,极大地缩短了建站周期,全站带电投运仅用时62天。
在经济性方面,大容量撬装式变电站建设模式经济效益显著。利用全生命周期成本(life cycle cost, LCC)法,根据文献[23]提供的相关数据,分别对常规110 kV变电站建设方式和大容量撬装式变电站建设方式在设计寿命周期内的LCC费用进行测算。常规110 kV变电站与大容量撬装式变电站LCC费用对比见表1
在工程项目技术指标、运行参数及智能化方面,大容量撬装式变电站均有较为理想的性能参数。大容量撬装式变电站技术指标与运行参数见表2。尤其是设备配套的数字孪生监控平台,能够实现变电站设备功能故障的快速预判、服役寿命的精确预测和服役安全的快速评价,有效提升了变电站的运维效率,使运维人员的出勤次数减少了50%,运维成本降低了30%[24]
大容量撬装式移动智能变电站具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。未来,随着现代化城市电网对临时短时用电要求的不断提高,具有更高电压等级、更大主变容量、更多高低压侧电压组合,同时植入智能运维、智能巡检、5G+北斗等先进人工智能与信息通信技术的撬装式移动智能变电站是这种电力设备的发展方向。
