The clustering of distribution networks optimizes resource allocation and achieves load balancing through node partitioning. Existing clustering indicators primarily rely on modularity and power balance metrics, neglecting the impact of electric vehicle (EV) schedulable characteristics on distribution network flexibility. To address this, a new sub-indicator, which is bilateral EV schedulable capacity matching load demand and EV response, is defined, and a comprehensive indicator is constructed using a combined weighting method. Simulations based on the IEEE 33-node system are conducted with various indicator types, EV penetration levels, and time period scenarios. By comparatively analyzing the impacts of these factors on clustering results, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated.

配电网集群划分通过节点分区优化资源配置并实现负荷均衡。当前集群划分主要基于模块度和功率平衡指标,忽视了电动汽车(EV)可调度特性对配电网灵活性的影响。为此,定义负荷需求侧与EV响应侧匹配的双侧EV可调度容量作为新的子指标,结合组合赋权法构建综合指标。以IEEE 33节点系统为例进行仿真,设置不同指标类型、不同EV规模及不同时段等场景,对比分析各因素对集群划分结果的影响,验证了所提方法的有效性及实用性。

The clustering of distribution networks optimizes resource allocation and achieves load balancing through node partitioning. Existing clustering indicators primarily rely on modularity and power balance metrics, neglecting the impact of electric vehicle (EV) schedulable characteristics on distribution network flexibility. To address this, a new sub-indicator, which is bilateral EV schedulable capacity matching load demand and EV response, is defined, and a comprehensive indicator is constructed using a combined weighting method. Simulations based on the IEEE 33-node system are conducted with various indicator types, EV penetration levels, and time period scenarios. By comparatively analyzing the impacts of these factors on clustering results, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated.

随着“双碳”战略的推进,光伏、风电及电动汽车(electric vehicle, EV)等分布式电源在电网中的渗透率显著提升,导致电网出现电压越限及功率倒送等问题,影响电网的运行控制[1-2]。同时,配电网节点数量不断增加,调度过程中的通信和计算负担随之加重,传统的集中式控制方法已难以满足复杂的调度需求[3]。为应对上述问题,集群控制方法应运而生。该方法通过对配电网中各节点的地理和电气特性进行聚合,实现群内自治和群间协调,从而灵活调控分布式电源[4]。目前,关于集群划分的研究主要集中在集群划分指标体系建立及划分算法。
现有的集群划分指标主要关注结构性指标和功能性指标,如基于电气距离的模块度和功率平衡[5]。针对高渗透率光伏并网引发的电压越限问题,文献[6]提出以改进的模块度函数为指标进行分区。为提高无功电压控制分区受潮流影响的鲁棒性,文献[7]从节点电压的概率分布和Wasserstein距离出发,定义电气距离,并采用模块度单一指标进行分区。仅考虑电气距离这一影响因素使分区结果在很大程度上依赖网络结构[8]。为确保集群内功率平衡,部分研究在电气距离的基础上引入群内有功与无功功率平衡性指标,构建集群划分指标体系。为提高含多类型分布式资源的配电网的自治能力,文献[9]构建了包含模块度、电压调节能力及功率持续调节能力的综合指标。文献[10]针对集群调控引发的调压任务分配不均问题,提出考虑净负荷均衡的分布式光伏集群电压调控策略,构建了包含负载均衡、模块度及戴维森堡丁指数的综合指标。
然而,多数研究在配电网运行规划中仅将EV作为常规负荷,忽略了其储能特性。此外,现有研究中的EV可调度容量主要考虑EV自身容量[11-12],未考虑配电网和EV在峰谷时段的匹配性,导致无法准确刻画EV参与调度时的实际贡献。为此,在两个传统指标的基础上,本文提出考虑负荷需求侧和EV供应侧双侧EV可调度容量子指标。
集群划分算法可分为聚类分析[13]、启发式算 法[14]及复杂网络的社区发现法[15]。文献[15]根据配电网不同类型节点间的电气距离,结合无功潮流建立相关拓扑,再定量分析群内和群间的耦合程度,最后引入复杂网络的社区发现法求得分区结果。文献[16]在含分布式电源的配电网运行规划过程中,考虑结构性和功能性的集群划分指标,并用改进的遗传算法求解分区方案。然而,上述划分方法均对初始参数依赖性较强,致使划分结果误差较大。本文基于图论求解集群划分初始方案,由组合赋权法确定各子指标的权重,利用综合指标筛选出最优划分方案。
综上所述,本文考虑EV可调度特性对配电网运行调度的影响,在传统指标的基础上计及双侧EV可调度容量,从而构建更为全面的集群划分综合指标体系。在求解过程中,基于图论划分集群,并通过综合指标筛选最优方案。以IEEE 33节点配电网为例,验证采用本文所提综合指标集群划分方法的有效性。
EV的可调度容量对电网调度至关重要,因此在集群划分时,需要关注峰谷时段EV可调度容量是否能够满足负荷侧的需求。为此,构建同时考虑负荷需求侧和EV供应侧双侧的EV可调度容量子指标,挖掘集群内EV对负荷峰谷时段的贡献量,确保群间的平衡性。此外,集群划分应遵循群内电气节点的强耦合和群间的弱耦合原则[17],因此采用改进的V-Q电气距离构建模块度函数来衡量集群结构。同时,还需要考虑群内源荷协调性,以确保功率匹配,从而建立群内功率均衡和群间协调的子指标。在求解过程中,根据网络拓扑划分集群,再用综合指标筛选最优方案。综合指标构成及集群划分流程如图1所示。
EV用户参与比例、参与时长和响应速度为可调度潜力的影响因素[18]。EV可调度容量子指标的计算分为3步:①求出负荷侧需求容量;②求出EV侧响应容量;③建立双侧EV可调度容量子指标。将集群内EV在峰谷时刻参与需求响应的容量称为双侧EV可调度容量,如图2所示。
在负荷侧,以集群内负荷均值作为负荷调整目标值。当负荷高于目标值时,形成负荷波峰,相应地计算出需削减的峰值负荷量;当负荷低于目标值时,形成负荷波谷,可求得需填补的谷值负荷量。
在EV响应侧,基于EV电池的荷电状态(state of charge, SOC)判断其充放电状态,并据此确定实际可参与调度的响应容量。EV的可调度响应能力与电池SOC直接相关,处于放电状态时可提供削峰容量,处于充电状态时可协同填谷需求。
在此基础上,需考虑负荷需求侧与EV响应侧的时间一致性与容量匹配度。时间一致性要求负荷需求侧的削峰与填谷时段与EV侧的响应时间高度契合,确保EV响应的有效性与及时性;容量匹配度则须保证EV侧的响应容量与负荷侧需求容量相协调,避免资源浪费或响应不足。
1)负荷侧需求容量
历史负荷曲线可用于确定负荷波峰时段[Ta, Tb]和波谷时段[Tc, Td]、集群内需削峰电量Ep和需填谷电量Ev
2)EV侧响应容量
EV侧响应容量Sa由可响应时长Tres、电池容量Ebat、当前荷电状态SOCc、期望荷电状态SOCe、充放电功率Pt、充放电效率η、用户参与度σ 等状态量表示为

定义配电网需求容量与EV提供容量差值为净需求量,峰谷时段净需求量Ed,pEd,v分别为

在保证集群内EV削峰填谷的同时,还应考虑集群间负荷净需求量的均衡性,群间净需求量波动越小,表明集群间负荷越均衡,双侧EV可调度容量子指标f1可构建为

本文引入模块度,用于衡量集群划分效果。模块度越大,表明配电网集群划分的效果越好[3]。模块度函数Qm可表示为

式中:m为电网络中所有支路权重之和;eij为节点ij之间所有支路权重;kikj分别为与节点ij相连的所有支路的边权之和;δ(i, j)为0-1变量,当节点i和节点j在同一集群内时,δ(i, j)=1,否则δ(i, j)=0。
模块度函数仅从配电网的拓扑结构衡量集群划分的结构性能,未考虑节点间的电气特性,因此,采用电气距离代替边权重构模块度函数。由于电压变化对无功功率的影响较大,采用V-Q(电压-无功功率)灵敏度表征两节点间的电气距离。采用牛拉法潮流计算公式求解V-Q灵敏度,潮流计算公式如式(9)所示。由于电压幅值与无功功率的耦合度较强,令ΔP=0,整理式(9)可得灵敏度矩阵ΔVQ如式(10)所示。

根据式(10),节点j对节点i的电压-电压(V-V)灵敏度αij表示节点i的电压幅值对节点j电压幅值变化的影响,表达式如式(11)所示。为突出灵敏度的数值和物理意义,对其作对数处理,改进后的两节点电气灵敏度dij如式(12)所示,电气距离sij如式(13)所示。

为促进分布式光伏、风电就地消纳及避免功率倒送,进行配电网集群划分时应尽量使集群内功率平衡,则集群内功率平衡度计算式为

此外,为保证整个配电网的功率平衡,集群间的功率平衡度的波动应较小,则集群划分的功率平衡子指标f3可表示为

为保证量纲一致性,首先将各子指标标准化。各子指标标准化公式为

由集群划分结果求取各子指标相关数据,采用CRITIC(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation)和熵权法结合的组合赋权法确定各个子指标的权重系数γi。基于上述三个子指标构建综合指标F

1)节点限制及集群个数限制
由于各个节点接入分布式电源数量及其出力值不均衡,为了提高新能源的利用率、合理挖掘电动汽车的可调度特性,应避免集群个数及群内节点个数出现过多或过少的极端现象。针对IEEE 33节点配电网,本文定义集群内节点个数为2~16个,集群个数以4~7个为宜[15,19]
2)邻接矩阵与可达矩阵
集群划分过程中应保证集群内各节点之间的连通性,从而保证群内节点调度过程不受影响,减少调度求解模型的复杂度,提高计算效率。定义集群d中节点的邻接矩阵Ld的元素Ld(i, j)为

可达矩阵用于表示两节点连通路径,其元素用两个节点邻接矩阵的乘幂表示为

基于图论,根据配电网拓扑信息构建邻接矩阵,模拟支路割断实现配电网节点分区。由可达矩阵判断集群内节点连通性,在满足集群节点限制的条件下,以综合指标筛选最优分区方案。具体划分流程如图3所示。该流程仅为设定集群下的最优方案,若进行不同集群个数下的方案筛选,可重新设定初始集群参数并重复该流程。
基于改进的IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真验证。配电网变压器额定容量为5 000 kV∙A,风电、光伏接入数据及其出力见表1,其中节点18和节点32接入风电,其余节点为光伏接入点。由于风电和光伏出力的不确定性,实际计算中在出力上限基础上滚动取值。
基础负荷时间及节点分布情况参照文献[19]负荷数据设置。各节点基础负荷分布情况如图4所示,其色阶变化表示节点负荷标幺值变化情况。
电动汽车数据由文献[20]所提方案生成500辆和1 000辆EV数据。各节点EV充电行为分布如图5所示。
为了验证综合指标在集群划分应用中的经济性与优越性,在实际运行过程中设置4个对比场景,分别从缩小峰谷差和配电网运行成本进行对比分析。场景设置见表2
不同场景下配电网总负荷曲线如图6所示,总负荷峰谷差见表3。综合指标作用下,有效实现了配电网整体负荷峰谷平抑:场景4较场景3、场景2较场景1分别降低了高峰负荷并提升了低谷用电量;由于EV在多数时段仍表现为单向负荷特性,其规模化接入虽提供调节潜力,但同步推高了系统基础负荷量,使场景2较场景4的峰谷差优化效果更为显著。
不同场景下配电网的运行成本见表4。基于文献[4]的成本核算方法,综合指标场景通过EV削峰填谷显著降低了购电费用:场景2较场景1、场景4较场景3的购电支出均显著减少。然而,风电和光伏调度成本及EV补贴成本削弱了总成本优化空间,最终场景2和场景4下的总运行成本分别降低了4.5%和5.7%。
为验证不同负荷特征场景下EV可调度容量子指标对集群划分的影响,分别选取负荷谷时段02:00和负荷峰时段20:00的集群划分结果进行对比分析。典型峰谷时段的集群划分结果见表5,集群划分结果如图7图8所示。
从指标变化来看,指标1权重系数γ1在02:00时较20:00时下降了1.3%,综合指标提高了4.7%,02:00时总填谷量为1 701 kW,20:00时总削峰量为1 309 kW,表明在指标1的作用下,02:00时段的填谷效果比在20:00时段的削峰效果更为显著。
从集群划分结果来看,综合指标下,02:00时段配电网划分为4个集群,而20:00时段划分为5个集群,其中23~25节点被单独划为新集群。该差异源于20:00时段基础负荷与EV入网双高峰叠加,EV低SOC限制其削峰能力;同时,23~25节点作为高负荷节点,若与其他节点划入同一集群,则可能因局部负荷压力过大而影响集群稳定性。
为分析风电和光伏出力随机性对集群划分结果的影响,以1 000辆EV接入配电网为例,选取光伏出力最大的13:00进行仿真,组合赋权法求得的指标权重分别为0.333 8、0.337 3、0.328 9。集群划分结果如图9所示。
图9可知,配电网被划分为4个集群,集群1、3、4呈现高负荷节点与分布式光伏多接入点协同分布的典型特征。这种集群结构依托光伏就近消纳特性提供电力支撑,可在负荷高峰期实现光伏出力对尖峰负荷的定向补给,从而缓解集群内部高负荷节点的供电压力,提升电网运行的可靠性。
本文针对风电、光伏及EV等分布式电源接入的配电网集群划分问题,考虑EV的储能特性对配电网调度过程的影响,构建了包含双侧EV可调度容量、基于V-Q电气距离的模块度及功率平衡的综合指标,通过分析网络拓扑结构对节点进行初步划分,并结合综合指标筛选出最优集群划分方案。本文设置了不同指标类型、不同时段及不同EV接入规模的场景进行对比分析,得出以下结论:
1)不同EV规模接入场景下,考虑EV可调度容量的集群划分均能有效降低配电网运行费用。
2)EV可调度容量子指标在峰谷时段均可体现削峰填谷作用,但因EV在峰时段多处于低荷电状态,其削峰效果弱于谷时段的填谷效果。
3)在光伏出力较大时段,综合指标下的集群划分通过在高负荷集群内接入多个光伏节点,形成出力互补,缓解基础负荷压力,增强了集群稳定性。
