In order to study the distribution of magnetic field and temperature field of dry-type transformer iron core more accurately,analyze the influence of different excitation on the magnetic field loss and hot spot temperature rise of dry-type transformer core,firstly,Maxwell was used to calculate the transient magnetic field distribution of dry-type transformer,and the loss of the iron core under no-load condition was obtained. On this basis,a three-dimensional dry-type transformer magnetic field-temperature field coupling calculation method was proposed. The magnetic field loss was coupled to Fluent as the heat source of temperature field calculation,and the fluid structure coupling method was used to calculate the temperature field distribution of dry-type transformer. Finally,based on the above method,the magnetic field and temperature field of transformer core under harmonic action were calculated,and the influence of harmonic on core loss and temperature rise of dry-type transformer was analyzed,which provides a reference for the monitoring of the temperature rise about the transformer core under harmonics.

为了更加准确地研究干式变压器铁心磁场和温度场分布,分析不同激励对干式变压器铁心磁场损耗和热点温升的影响,首先使用Maxwell计算了干式变压器瞬态磁场分布,得到空载条件下铁心磁场损耗。在此基础上提出了一种三维干式变压器磁场-温度场耦合计算方法,将磁场损耗耦合至Fluent作为温度场计算的热源,采用流固耦合的方法计算干式变压器温度场分布,获得铁心热点温度和位置。最后,基于上述方法对谐波下变压器铁心的磁场和温度场进行计算,分析了谐波次数和谐波含有率对干式变压器铁心损耗和温升的影响。所研究内容为谐波下变压器铁心温升监测提供了参考。

为了更加准确地研究干式变压器铁心磁场和温度场分布,分析不同激励对干式变压器铁心磁场损耗和热点温升的影响,首先使用Maxwell计算了干式变压器瞬态磁场分布,得到空载条件下铁心磁场损耗。在此基础上提出了一种三维干式变压器磁场-温度场耦合计算方法,将磁场损耗耦合至Fluent作为温度场计算的热源,采用流固耦合的方法计算干式变压器温度场分布,获得铁心热点温度和位置。最后,基于上述方法对谐波下变压器铁心的磁场和温度场进行计算,分析了谐波次数和谐波含有率对干式变压器铁心损耗和温升的影响。所研究内容为谐波下变压器铁心温升监测提供了参考。

In order to study the distribution of magnetic field and temperature field of dry-type transformer iron core more accurately,analyze the influence of different excitation on the magnetic field loss and hot spot temperature rise of dry-type transformer core,firstly,Maxwell was used to calculate the transient magnetic field distribution of dry-type transformer,and the loss of the iron core under no-load condition was obtained. On this basis,a three-dimensional dry-type transformer magnetic field-temperature field coupling calculation method was proposed. The magnetic field loss was coupled to Fluent as the heat source of temperature field calculation,and the fluid structure coupling method was used to calculate the temperature field distribution of dry-type transformer. Finally,based on the above method,the magnetic field and temperature field of transformer core under harmonic action were calculated,and the influence of harmonic on core loss and temperature rise of dry-type transformer was analyzed,which provides a reference for the monitoring of the temperature rise about the transformer core under harmonics.

电力系统的快速扩展以及电子设备中非线性器件的大量应用,导致了谐波问题逐渐严重[1-2]。电力变压器作为输配电的关键设备,其工作状况直接影响着整个系统的安全性和稳定性,其损耗对系统经济也造成了很大的影响[3-4]。谐波会使变压器温度异常升高,进而引起变压器绝缘劣化、寿命明显缩短的不良后果,最终影响其安全稳定运行[5-7]。而干式变压器则以其环保性、耐高电压性以及维修工程量较小等优势,在配电变压器中所占据的比重越来越大[8]。因此,研究谐波条件下干式变压器磁场分布及损耗量,获得其温度场分布对干式变压器的设计制造、故障检测以及安全稳定运行都具有重要价值[9]
目前,对变压器在谐波条件下的研究主要集中在绕组部分,然而谐波在铁心上引起的损耗也是不能忽略的[10]。在计算方法上,传统解析法不能体现变压器的温度场分布,仅适用于特定型号的变压器[11-12]。因此国内外学者目前常采用有限元法计算变压器磁场和温度场分布[13-14]。文献[15]考虑空气流动的流固耦合模型,使用Fluent对干式变压器的三维温度场和流体场进行仿真,使用Maxwell计算了各次谐波的损耗并分析其对干式变压器温度场的影响;文献[16]引入谐波损耗因子计算干式变压器在谐波下的损耗,并利用ANSYS软件仿真分析谐波电流下变压器内部温升情况;文献[17]使用magnet电磁计算软件对干式变压器磁场进行分析,计算各次谐波下铁心的空载损耗,考虑谐波含量对铁心损耗的影响。上述文献均为采用计算或仿真得到谐波激励下变压器的等效总损耗,然后再以平均热源的形式施加到温度场作为载荷,这种等效方式并不能体现磁场分布不均匀对变压器温度场分布的影响。
文献[18]利用单相耦合的技术,系统分析研究了换流变压器二维模型的磁场以及损耗、流体参数和温度场,提出了一种磁场和温度场之间的数据映射算法;文献[19]采用非均匀热源的变压器多物理场耦合计算方式,克服了传统温度场计算方法中采用平均热源对媒介物性参数的影响。上述文献均采用了磁热耦合的分析方法,在瞬态磁场分析的基础上,通过磁热耦合将实际损耗分布施加到温度场作为载荷,考虑损耗分布对温度场的影响,但是他们仅建立了较简单的变压器二维模型。
文献[20]使用Maxwell分析了二维变压器漏磁场和谐波与损耗的关系,利用Fluent软件对变压器模型进行流固耦合,分析了谐波次数与温升的关系;文献[21]通过三维磁场计算得到变压器的各部分损耗,将损耗作为载荷加载至二维稳态流体-温度场模型计算温度场分布;文献[22]使用magnet软件对高频变压器进行磁场分析,将空载损耗作为载荷加载至thermnet中计算铁心三维温度场分布,实现了磁场-温度场的单相耦合,但是在计算铁心温度场时没有考虑空气流场的影响。
根据以上问题,本文将给出一个三维干式交流变压器电磁-温度场的耦合计算方法,通过Maxwell对干式变压器进行暂态电磁模拟,可以得出铁心的与电磁分布情况。根据此磁场的分布结果和温度场进行耦合(即将损耗分布作为热源施加于温度场),同时考虑空气流场,采用流固耦合的方法得到空载情况下铁心温度场分布。最后,本文采用上述方法分析了谐波对干式变压器铁心损耗和温升的影响。
干式变压器运行时会在铁心、绕组和其他结构件上产生损耗,这部分损耗进而产生热量,造成变压器温度上升。变压器的损耗通常分为铜耗和铁耗。铁心损耗主要分为涡流损耗和磁滞损耗,其表达式为

变压器铁心通常由薄硅钢片垒叠而成,以降低铁心涡流损耗,额定情况下涡流损耗大约为铁耗的50%,因此 p h p e,可以得到:

式中: k B ( l ) l次谐波磁通密度含有率; k e ( l )为谐波电压含有率: B ( l ) l次谐波磁通密度; B ( 1 )为基波磁通密度; U ( l ) U ( 1 )分别为 l次谐波电压有效值和基波电压有效值。
从式(3)能够发现,变压器铁心损耗和谐波电压含有率及谐波次数相关。
同时铁心损耗与其内部的磁密分布有关,故先计算变压器磁场分布,才能进一步求其铁损。基于矢量磁位A的控制方程为

求出矢量磁位A,即可得出单元磁通密度 B e,通过单位质量损耗对应BP曲线能够计算各单元的损耗值。铁心材料的BH曲线如图1所示。
变压器中铁心和绕组的热量传递方式通常分为热传导、热对流和热辐射。热传导大多存在于变压器铁心和绕组内部等固体部分;对流换热一般出现在流体区域,利用空气的流动进行散热;辐射换热通常出现在有温差的部件之间。
一般而言,热传导方程可用来计算固体部分的热传递问题,而流体传热问题相对来说更加复杂。干式变压器流体-温度场控制方程如下:

式中: 2为拉普拉斯算子,定义为梯度的散度; 为散度计算;U为空气的速度矢量, U为速度散度;p为流体压强, p为压强梯度;f为外力密度矢量;ρ为流体的密度; μ 0为动力的黏度系数; c p为比热容;T为变压器的温度标量值, T为温度梯度;λ为导热系数; S T为热源[23]
本文采用大型有限元计算软件ANSYS计算干式变压器的磁场和温度场。ANSYS融合了电磁场计算模块Maxwell,基于流固耦合的温度场计算模块Fluent等,采用Maxwell计算干式变压器瞬态磁场,得到干式变压器铁心瞬态磁场分布和铁心损耗密度分布,将损耗分布耦合到Fluent作为热源,基于流固耦合的方法计算相应损耗分布下的铁心温度场分布。
为简化计算,对计算模型做如下假设:1)由于本文主要研究谐波下铁心磁场和温度场分布,可将绕组视作圆环;2)模型中只考虑交流变压器油、铁心以及绕组,不含其它金属构件;3)空载情况下铁心作为唯一热源,其余金属构件产生热量可以忽略;4)假设外界环境温度为20 ℃。
本文以一台35 kV·A环氧浇注干式变压器为算例,基于干式变压器实际尺寸,建立干式变压器物理模型,如图2所示。由表1可以得到变压器材料的基本物性数据。
在计算前必须先对干式变压器进行网格划分,图3a为铁心及绕组总体划分结果,图3b为铁心及绕组网格区分具体细节示意图。由于铁心的外形不规则且对计算精度的要求较高,因此采取四面体网格进行划分。对于变压器绕组,由于其外形规整,因此采取六面体网格划分方法。在保证精度又考虑计算时间的条件下,铁心网格尺寸不大于20 mm,绕组网格尺寸不大于35 mm。
利用电磁场模拟软件Maxwell对空载情况下变压器的磁场进行了估算,并设定空载情况下激励为一次侧绕组的最高电流,当二次侧绕组开路时设定为二次侧绕组电流为零,得到空载条件下干式变压器磁场分布结果。铁心在各相峰值时刻磁通密度分布如图4所示。
图4中可以看出,变压器铁心磁通密度峰值约为1.59 T。变压器铁心的磁通密度在变压器峰值相转角处内部最大,在变压器转角处外部最小。A相铁心磁感应强度的最大值为1.55 T,B相为1.59 T,C相为1.57 T,基本接近。
图5为干式变压器铁心损耗密度分布。可以看出,变压器的铁心损耗分布与磁密分布有相似的特性,在铁心外部转角处和铁心柱中相上、下侧损耗密度较小,铁心柱中相平均损耗最大。将铁心损耗密度进行积分可以得到工频下铁心总损耗为9 319.2 W(仿真值)。将变压器的空载损耗9 840 W(实验值)和仿真值进行比较,偏差为5.29%,小于15%,说明干式变压器的磁场计算正确。
基于Maxwell对变压器进行电磁场仿真后,利用耦合计算的方法,将其模型数据耦合至温度场计算软件Fluent中进行温度场分析。在Fluent中采用相同的网格划分,避免了采用异构网格映射法加载热源的工作量和误差。将损耗分布结果作为热源加载在变压器铁心上,通过迭代求解,计算空载情况和负载情况下铁心的稳态温度场分布。同时作为对比,采用传统平均热源法对干式变压器铁心温度场进行计算。
将磁场计算结果中铁心的空载损耗密度分布耦合至温度场,基于非平均热源计算干式变压器空载情况下铁心的温度场分布,得到干式变压器铁心的温度场分布,如图6所示。
根据温度场的计算结果,空载情况下铁心最热点温度为88.7 ℃,温升为68.7 ℃,铁心最热点位于铁心柱中相上端靠下的位置,与实际情况相符。这是因为铁心柱端部接触空气面积大,散热条件比中部好的原因。铁心上端部温度比下端温度高,铁心热点温度靠近上端。B相铁心柱温度较高,这是因为A相、C相两侧心柱与空气接触的散热面积大,两侧的冷却介质通过性好,散热效果明显,且热源相对其他两相略大。铁心柱的四角端部的温度明显低于心柱温度,这是由于在铁心四角端部的损耗密度小于其他区域的损耗密度,由此产热量小,温度较低。
在对干式变压器铁心耦合非平均热源的同时,在高、低压绕组上施加热源,计算负载率为0.8时干式变压器温度场分布,分析负载情况下铁心温度场分布。负载情况下铁心温度场分布如图7所示。
图7可以看出,铁心最热点温度为91.1 ℃,最低温度65.3 ℃,温差25.8 ℃,大于空载情况下最大温差。负载状况下的铁心温度场分布和在空载状况下有共同点,即热点一般都处在铁心柱中相上端略靠下的部分,因此整个温度分布出现了从上往下逐步降低的态势,且铁心外部四个转角处温度较低。此外,与空载条件的高温场比较,在负荷条件下AC两相心柱温度显著上升,而B相心柱温度则从上往下显著降低。这是因为负载情况下,绕组损耗大于铁心损耗,绕组产生的热量和温度场分布影响到了铁心温度场分布,三相绕组均呈现明显的由上至下温度逐渐降低的趋势,因此负载情况下铁心温度场分布呈现出一些与空载情况不同的分布结果。图8为低压绕组温度场分布。
上述计算铁心温度场的热源是采用磁场计算得出铁心损耗密度分布,将损耗分布结果导入温度场作为热源进行计算,考虑了铁心损耗分布对铁心温度分布的影响。平均热源的方法是将每个单元的损耗值相加计算整体损耗,随后除以总体积算出平均热源,该方法简单方便,便于实现,但是不能计及铁心损耗分布对温度场的影响,故与实际不符,不能准确模拟铁心温度场分布。
图9为采用平均热源方法计算得到的负载情况下铁心温度场分布,铁心最热点温度为81.2 ℃。
可以看出两种方法计算出的铁心温度场分布规律基本相同,铁心最热点温度均位于中相铁心柱上端靠下的位置,铁心整体呈现由上至下温度逐渐降低的趋势。与非平均热源不同的是,采用平均热源时三相心柱温度差值较小,铁心外部四个角温度与平均温度相差不多,这是因为采用平均热源没有考虑铁心损耗分布,因此呈现出的温度场分布主要受到绕组温度场分布的影响,与绕组温度场分布趋势相似。通过实验,负载情况下变压器实际运行时的铁心最热点温度为93.8 ℃。采用两种方法计算得出最热点温度与实验测得温度偏差如表2所示,可以看出本文采用的方法计算得到的最热点温度偏差仅为2.88%,因此采用磁场损耗分布计算得到的温度场与实际变压器铁心温度场分布更加接近,可以证明该方法的先进性。
分别对干式变压器施加不同次数、电压含有率的谐波电压激励,基于Maxwell对干式变压器进行瞬态磁场分析。
分别在谐波含量为5%,10%,15%时,对干式变压器施加3,5,7,9,13,17,21次谐波电压,再对干式变压器进行瞬态磁场仿真,不同谐波次数下的铁心损耗的变化曲线如图10所示。能够发现,随谐波次数增加,铁心损耗逐渐减小并趋向平缓。
分别对3,5,7,9次谐波,且当谐波含有率为3%,5%,7%,10%,12%,15%时的变压器磁场进行仿真,得到相应情况下的铁心损耗如图11所示。
图11可以发现,当谐波次数不变时,谐波电压含有率的上升会导致干式电力变压器的谐波铁耗增加,其变化趋势正比于谐波电压含有率的平方。当谐波含有率低于3%时,铁心损耗较小,可以忽略。
分别在基波电压中叠加3,5,7,9,13,17,21次谐波(谐波含有率分别为5%,10%,15%),对干式变压器空载情况下磁场进行仿真,将铁心损耗耦合至温度场作为热源进行温度场分析,得到不同谐波次数下干式变压器铁心温升。图12为干式变压器铁心热点温升和谐波次数的关系曲线。
图12可发现,谐波会导致变压器铁心出现附加温升,其温升值随谐波次数的升高而下降,并趋向平稳,其变化趋势和谐波次数与铁心损耗的变化趋势相似。当总谐波次数超过13次时,铁心产生的附加温度上升较小,为计算谐波干扰下的干式变压器铁心温度变化提供了依据。
分别在基波电压中叠加谐波电压含有率为3%,5%,7%,10%,12%,15%时的3,5,7,9次谐波,对干式变压器空载情况下的磁场进行仿真,将铁心损耗耦合至温度场作为热源进行温度场分析,得到不同谐波含有率下干式变压器铁心温升。
干式变压器铁心最热点温升与谐波含有率的关系曲线如图13所示。从图中可以看出,当谐波次数一定时,干式变压器铁心温升随谐波含有率的增加而增加,且变化趋势与谐波含有率的平方成正比。当谐波含有率小于5%时,温升变化较小,谐波含有率小于3%,铁心谐波损耗约在2.5℃以下,可以忽略不计。谐波含有率大于15%,铁心最热点温度变化较大,如果求解铁心热点温度时不考虑谐波空载损耗,会出现较大偏差。
综上所述,谐波电流会导致干式变压器的铁心出现谐波损耗,进一步引起温度升高,而附加温升和谐波含有量以及谐波次数密切相关。同时温度升高将造成变压器绝缘部分受到的电气应力变大,从而削弱了电气设备的可靠性,引起设备寿命变短,严重的会出现绝缘老化、局部过热的情况,使变压器发生故障。所以,需要设置适当的消谐器以减少供电系统中的高频谐波数量,提升变压器的运行效率,使其寿命得到延长。
本文提出了一种基于干式变压器三维模型的磁场-温度场耦合计算方法,并对谐波激励下干式变压器的铁心损耗和温升进行了分析,本文的主要工作如下:
1)对空载情况下干式变压器铁心瞬态磁场进行仿真分析,得到铁心磁场损耗密度分布,与空载实验测量结果相比,误差仅为5.29%,验证了磁场分析的准确性。
2)在铁心磁场分析的基础上,建立了三维干式变压器铁心磁场-温度场耦合计算模型,考虑了铁心损耗密度分布对温度场的影响,采用流固耦合的方法计算干式变压器温度场,克服了换热分析对温度场计算结果的影响。与传统平均热源的计算方法相比,本文提出的方法计算结果更接近实际变压器温度场分布。
3)采用本文提出的计算方法,对各种谐波条件下干式变压器的磁场-温度场关系进行仿真,结果表明,谐波次数的提高将导致干式变压器铁损增大,同时增大幅度会逐步放缓;谐波电压含有率的上升也会造成铁损增加,且上升趋势正比于谐波电流含有率的平方。
