In view of the frequent occurrence of omissions and false alarms of partial discharge insulation defects in on-site gas insulated switchgear(GIS),the partial discharge multi-source detection test platform was built by using true GIS to carry out the intermittent discharge test of metal contamination defect on the surface of insulator. Different partial discharge detection methods were used to study the variation of intermittent discharge characteristics of different discharge degrees. The research results show that the discharge amount of metal contamination defect shows a trend of first increasing and then decreases with the prolongation of discharge time;the overall discharge time interval shows an increasing trend;ultrasonic detection method and chemical detection method cannot realize the effective perception of intermittent discharge of metal contamination defect;the distribution law of intermittent discharge can be preliminarily obtained from the 200 frequency period ultra high frequency(UHF)phase-resolved partial discharge(PRPD)spectrum composed of 4 groups of 50 frequency period UHF PRPD spectrum data;metal contamination defect in intermittent discharge state will not gradually evolve into breakdown discharge failures. The research results are of great significance for expanding the cognition of intermittent discharge characteristics and the field detection of GIS discharge defects.

针对现场气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)绝缘缺陷局部放电漏报、误报情况频发的问题,利用真型GIS搭建局放多源检测试验平台,开展绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电试验,采用不同局放检测法研究不同程度间歇性放电特性变化规律。研究结果表明:金属污秽缺陷放电量随着放电时间的延长呈现先升后降的变化趋势;放电时间间隔整体呈现增加的变化趋势;超声检测法和化学检测法无法实现金属污秽间歇性放电的有效感知;由4组50个工频周期特高频(UHF)相位分辨局部放电(PRPD)图谱数据所构成的200个工频周期UHF PRPD图谱中能初步得出间歇性放电分布规律;处于间歇性放电状态的金属污秽缺陷不会逐渐发展演变成击穿放电故障。研究成果对拓展间歇性放电特征的认知及现场对GIS放电缺陷的检测具有重要意义。

针对现场气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)绝缘缺陷局部放电漏报、误报情况频发的问题,利用真型GIS搭建局放多源检测试验平台,开展绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电试验,采用不同局放检测法研究不同程度间歇性放电特性变化规律。研究结果表明:金属污秽缺陷放电量随着放电时间的延长呈现先升后降的变化趋势;放电时间间隔整体呈现增加的变化趋势;超声检测法和化学检测法无法实现金属污秽间歇性放电的有效感知;由4组50个工频周期特高频(UHF)相位分辨局部放电(PRPD)图谱数据所构成的200个工频周期UHF PRPD图谱中能初步得出间歇性放电分布规律;处于间歇性放电状态的金属污秽缺陷不会逐渐发展演变成击穿放电故障。研究成果对拓展间歇性放电特征的认知及现场对GIS放电缺陷的检测具有重要意义。

In view of the frequent occurrence of omissions and false alarms of partial discharge insulation defects in on-site gas insulated switchgear(GIS),the partial discharge multi-source detection test platform was built by using true GIS to carry out the intermittent discharge test of metal contamination defect on the surface of insulator. Different partial discharge detection methods were used to study the variation of intermittent discharge characteristics of different discharge degrees. The research results show that the discharge amount of metal contamination defect shows a trend of first increasing and then decreases with the prolongation of discharge time;the overall discharge time interval shows an increasing trend;ultrasonic detection method and chemical detection method cannot realize the effective perception of intermittent discharge of metal contamination defect;the distribution law of intermittent discharge can be preliminarily obtained from the 200 frequency period ultra high frequency(UHF)phase-resolved partial discharge(PRPD)spectrum composed of 4 groups of 50 frequency period UHF PRPD spectrum data;metal contamination defect in intermittent discharge state will not gradually evolve into breakdown discharge failures. The research results are of great significance for expanding the cognition of intermittent discharge characteristics and the field detection of GIS discharge defects.

气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)具有占地面积少、安装灵活方便、绝缘性能好等优点,在电力系统获得了广泛的应用[1-3]。虽然GIS被普遍认为是少维护甚至是免维护的,但根据GIS几十年的运行经验,其在制造、运输、安装、检修和运行等过程中,会出现一些无法避免的绝缘缺陷,缺陷导致的局部放电(简称局放)可能导致绝缘故障,从而造成停电事故[4-6]
尽管国内外对局放绝缘缺陷技术检测做了大量的理论和试验研究,但近年来现有的GIS局部放电在线监测系统出现了较多的误报和漏报问题,国网公司组织技术专家对GIS设备进行解体与故障分析,认为间歇性放电是导致误报和漏报的原因,这是因为间歇性放电每次放电之间的时间间隔远远大于稳定放电时间间隔,导致传统的局放检测系统将间歇性放电脉冲判断为干扰信号而忽略。而目前对间歇性放电并没有一个明确的定义,其放电时间间隔也没有统一的标准。文献[7]研究了绝缘子表面金属异物长间歇性放电情况下不同时间段相位分辨局部放电(phase-resolved partial discharge,PRPD)图谱特性和放电时间间隔的变化规律,发现绝缘子表面放电通道出现了明显的增长,放电的间歇性进一步增强,而且幅值也显著增大。文献[8]利用GIS盆式绝缘子表面缺陷模型验证了长时间间隔稀疏性放电的存在,深入研究了此类放电的时序统计特性和脉冲序列相位分布分析(phase-resolved pulse sequenceanalysis,PRPS)和PRPD图谱特征,其试验结果表明放电最大时间间隔可达6 min,而且分散性也较大。文献[9]研究污秽放电缺陷的长期发展过程,揭示表面金属污秽在长期发展阶段中稀疏性特征,有效放电时间占比仅有4.3%,且放电区间间隔不固定,分散性大,间隔时间自数秒至数小时不等。上述文献对绝缘子表面金属异物长间歇性放电情况下放电时间间隔和图谱特征变化进行了深入的分析,提出了不同于稳定放电缺陷的间歇性放电表征特征量,但是上述文献对于放电信号的采集大多采用的是局放特高频检测仪,缺少对间歇性放电多源特征信号变化规律的研究,且对于GIS内部常见的绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电特性缺乏相关的研究。局部放电会产生电、声、磁和化学等特征信息,比起单一局放检测方法,多源检测法能较为全面地研究绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电特性,同时也能提升局放检测的准确性。
基于此,本文针对GIS内部常见的典型金属污秽绝缘缺陷开展不同程度间歇性放电多源特征信号变化规律研究,利用真型220 kV GIS搭建金属污秽间歇性放电多源检测试验平台,开展长时间不同程度间歇性放电试验,采用脉冲电流法、特高频法、超声波法和特征组分检测法对不同程度间歇性放电信号的时频域特征、图谱特征、放电时间间隔和放电量特征、气体特征组分进行分析研究,并总结金属污秽绝缘缺陷间歇性放电特征变化规律。
本文使用脉冲电流法、特高频法、超声波法和化学检测法等多源检测手段对局部放电进行检测,搭建的220 kV真型GIS金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电多源检测试验回路如图1所示,其中绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷实物如图2所示。
图1中,T1为调压台;T2为无局放工频试验变压器;Rr为4 kΩ保护电阻;C1为耦合电容,Z为检测阻抗,根据IEC60270标准建立了耦合电容C1和检测阻抗Z串联的局部放电检测回路,通过检测阻抗Z采集局部脉冲放电信号;C2和C3为分压电容,工频周期信号由电容C3端通过同轴电缆线传输至泰克高性能数字示波器(Tektronix*MS044,四通道,带宽1.5 GHz,采样频率6.25 GS/s);GIS试验腔体密封法兰盘为有机玻璃材质,UHF天线传感器置于有机玻璃法兰盘的外壳;超声波传感器经超声波导电膏贴于GIS试验腔体金属外壁;在试验腔体中用光滑无棱角金属导杆连接试验缺陷高压电极和腔体内盆式绝缘子高压端,低压电极用金属铜线通过有机玻璃法兰盘连接到地线,试验腔体中充入0.5 MPa纯净的SF6气体。
图2中,绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷利用环氧树脂胶将多个金属碎片固定在绝缘子表面,以该缺陷模型来模拟GIS实际运行过程中隔离开关或者断路器动作时触头碰撞会产生金属碎屑,金属碎屑的尺寸为mm级别,金属碎屑在电场作用下附着在绝缘子表面[10]。金属污秽由长×宽×高为1 mm×1 mm×0.5 mm的金属碎片构成。
特高频(ultra high frequency,UHF)天线传感器用于检测局部放电辐射的高频电磁波信号[11-15],本文所采用的UHF天线传感器为超宽带(ultra wide band,UWB)椭圆单极子天线。柔性UWB高灵敏椭圆单极子天线的工作频段为300 MHz~3 GHz,几乎可覆盖整个UHF频段,在340 MHz~3 GHz频段内电压驻波比(voltage standing wave ratio,VSWR)小于2。特高频天线传感器结构如图3所示,其不同弯曲程度的VSWR曲线如图4所示。
超声波局部放电检测法是利用超声波传感器在电力设备的外壳部分进行检测[16-17]。试验使用的超声波传感器有以下3个特点:1)超声波传感器工作频带范围25~530 kHz;2)超声波差分放电模块的放大倍数20 dB,40 dB,60 dB可选;3)超声波传感器谐振频率为140(1±20%) kHz。超声波传感器实物如图5所示。
化学检测法也属于非电测法的一种,不受电磁干扰[18-20]。针对220 kV GIS无法专门小剂量取气问题,本文对GIS取气口进行改进,设计了能配套试验腔体带控制阀门和密封性能良好气压表的采气装置,其结构如图6所示,控制采气口阀门能小剂量采集放电试验后的气体到配套的采气袋中,利用气相色谱质谱联用仪(gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer,GCMS)对SF6分解后特征气体进行定性和定量分析。
首先按照图1所示电路搭建试验平台,采用接替升压法升至缺陷模型的局放起始电压Ui;随后缓慢降低试验电压至连续放电消失,保持试验电压恒定不变,试验持续进行48 h。试验过程中,每隔8 h统计1次脉冲电流信号(对应放电量信息)、特高频信号、超声特征信号和相位信号,并进行图谱分析。试验结束之后,利用GIS上方的采气口采集放电试验后的气体,利用气相色谱质谱仪测出SF6分解气体的组分及其浓度,获取GIS内部间歇性放电特性。试验流程图如图7所示。
利用标准脉冲发生器对检测系统进行脉冲放电量幅值的标定试验。示波器50 Ω端口阻抗标定结果如图8所示,拟合后数据斜率为2.77。
然后,将试验腔体抽成真空状态,向腔体里面充入0.5 MPa的纯净SF6气体,示波器上CH1,CH2,CH3和CH4通道分别接入传输脉冲电流信号、特高频信号、超声波信号和工频周期信号的同轴电缆线。采用阶梯升压法获取起始局部放电电压Ui,当采用脉冲电流法检测到稳定的连续放电信号即认为该电压为缺陷起始局部放电电压Ui,此时调压台设置的试验电压为22.8 kV。计算出所有数据的平均幅值为8.77 mV,对应平均放电量为24.3 pC,最大放电量为31.3 pC,采集该电压等级下50个工频周期脉冲电流信号进行放电图谱分析,分析结果如图9所示。从图谱中可以明显看出脉冲个数较多,该状态下放电为稳定放电。
试验环境保持不变,降低试验电压至22 kV,试验结果表明:示波器CH1通道单个放电脉冲电流信号不连续,放电次数明显减少,1个工频周期内不易检测到放电信号,放电脉冲时间间隔约为1~2 s,间隔时间远大于稳定放电脉冲时间间隔,脉冲电流平均幅值为9.83 mV,对应平均放电量约为27.2 pC。采集该状态间歇性放电情况下50个工频周期的放电脉冲电流信号并进行图谱分析,对应PRPD图谱如图10所示。从图谱中可以明显看出该状态下放电脉冲个数较少,放电较为稀疏,该种情况下的放电特征很容易被认为是干扰信号。
为了保证金属污秽缺陷不同程度间歇性放电试验结果的准确性,重新将试验腔体抽真空并充入0.5 MPa纯净的SF6,调整工频试验电压至23 kV左右达到连续放电,降低试验电压至21.2 kV,此时放电时间间隔约为2~4 s,此时50个工频周期内的放电次数更少,50个工频周期脉冲电流PRPD图谱如图11所示,其平均幅值为5.5 mV,对应平均放电量为15.2 pC,放电很稀疏。前后两次的试验结果表明,采用略低于起始放电电压的试验电压可以实现放电间隔时间达到s级的放电模拟,表明采用该加压方法研究间歇性放电的可行性。
实验中获取的间歇性放电时的特高频信号和超声波信号如图12图13所示。从图12中可以看出特高频法能有效测出金属污秽在间歇性放电情况下的放电信号,从图13中可以看出超声波传感器并不能有效检测到其放电产生的超声信号。
对特高频信号对应的噪声频谱和特高频放电脉冲频谱进行分析,如图14图15所示。对比图14图15可知,背景噪声信号主要频点在900 MHz和1.8 GHz,这两个频率对应信号为4G通讯干扰信号[21],检测到的局部放电UHF信号主要频带集中在900 MHz以上,符合局部放电UHF信号300 MHz~3 GHz频率范围。
图13中可以看出超声波传感器对绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电所产生的超声信号检测灵敏度有限,无法检测到缺陷间歇性放电所产生的超声波信号。这是因为超声波信号在SF6气体中衰减大,衰减系数为26 dB/m,间歇性局部放电产生的超声波信号先通过SF6气体后再通过金属外壳传达到超声波传感器。在本试验中,超声波探头贴于试验腔体外壁,与声源距离约200 mm,且间歇性放电能量小,辐射的超声波信号较弱,导致外置超声波法很难检测绝缘子表面金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电所产生的超声信号。
在持续加压的48 h内,从初始间歇性放电开始每隔8 h采集1次50个工频周期PRPD图谱数据,以传统50个工频周期特高频图谱来对金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电进行研究,分析其幅值、相位、放电次数等能表征间歇性放电特性信息的变化规律,工频试验电压21.2 kV下间歇性放电不同时间段特高频50个工频周期PRPD图谱如图16所示。
图16中可以看出,在50个工频周期内的放电图谱非常稀疏,而经过48 h放电试验,UHF传感器采集不到污秽缺陷间歇性放电信号。其放电次数波动性很大,表明传统50个工频周期时间的放电图谱分析方法已经无法适用于间歇性放电图谱的分析。
为了制作出能有效反映其间歇性放电规律的PRPD图谱,在经过8 h放电后连续采集2组50个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱数据,分别提取出这2组特高频放电信号的相位、幅值数据,将这2组数据组合起来构成一组100个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱数据,所构成的二维PRPD图谱如图17所示,图中放电数据量很少,同样无法适用于间歇性放电图谱的分析。连续采集3组50个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱数据组合而成的150个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱如图18所示,其放电次数较于100个工频周期图谱中的数据有所增大,但是其放电分布还是较为分散。
进一步连续采集4组50个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱数据,分别提取出这4组特高频放电信号的相位、幅值数据,将这4组数据组合起来构成一组200个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱数据,所构成的二维PRPD图谱如图19所示。从图中可以看出,放电信号多数集中在正半周峰值和负半周峰值,有较为明显的分布规律,放电特高频信号幅值差距较大,反映出金属污秽缺陷在间歇性放电过程中放电不稳定。
每隔8 h进行放电量信息采集,随机取10组放电量的平均值,分析金属污秽间歇性放电量随时间的变化规律,48 h内,平均放电量和最大放电量变化规律如图20图21所示。
随着放电时间的延长,金属污秽缺陷在间歇性放电的试验过程中放电量在一段时间内会慢慢增大,随着放电时间的延长,放电量整体上会逐渐减少。在进行不同程度的间歇性放电试验中观察到放电在40—48 h中间会出现放电熄灭这一现象,持续观察一段时间后并未出现重新放电的趋势,表明绝缘子表面并不会出现沿面闪络痕迹,在实际试验完后观察绝缘子表面并未出现绝缘子表面有烧蚀的痕迹。
为了进一步研究金属污秽放电的间歇性程度随时间变化的规律,每隔8 h进行放电时间差的采集,随机取10组放电信号进行平均时间差计算,分析金属污秽间歇性放电平均放电时间差随时间的变化规律,48 h内,平均放电时间差变化规律如图22所示。
图22中可以看出,金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电平均放电时间差Δt随放电时间的增加呈现整体上逐渐变大的趋势,表明放电的间歇性在慢慢变大。初始间歇性放电平均放电时间间隔较短,随着放电时间的延长,放电时间间隔在经过8 h后变得较大,相邻两次放电不一定在一个工频周期内,放电变得十分稀疏。从Δt随时间变化规律分析可以得出,处于间歇性放电状态的金属污秽缺陷不会逐渐演变成激烈的放电,也再次表明金属污秽间歇性放电不会演变成击穿放电。
纯净SF6气体在长时间放电试验之后会分解出SO2F2,SOF2,SO2和H2S等分解产物[22],绝缘子表面金属污秽试验缺陷在进行间歇性放电试验后,利用采气袋收集由试验腔体上方的采气口出来的气体。由实验室GCMS标定并定量检测,结果得出的分解产物浓度量级为10-6 ‰,间歇性放电试验后的气体检测结果如图23所示。
图23中可以看出,在48 h金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电后检测结果SO2F2,SOF2,SO2和H2S特征气体的浓度非常低,很难利用现有技术进行特征气体的检测,利用气体组分检测法很难对间歇性放电缺陷进行检测。同时气体组分检测结果也说明该缺陷在间歇性试验中放电量并不大,放电并不剧烈。
金属污秽缺陷导致的间歇性放电虽然重复频率较低,但本质上也是重复发生的,本文认为金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电更容易存在于其连续放电和放电熄灭之间。在外施电压相对较低的情况下,缺陷部位的场强畸变不足,难以引发连续的强烈放电。本文从金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电试验中可以得出:
1)利用UHF天线能有效检测到金属污秽间歇性放电辐射高频电磁波信号,安装在GIS金属外壳上的超声波传感器不能有效检测到放电信号;金属污秽缺陷间歇性放电导致SF6气体分解的SO2F2,SOF2,SO2和H2S特征气体浓度非常低,特征气体组分化学检测法很难对间歇性放电进行有效检测。
2)随着加压时间的延长,金属污秽缺陷放电量随着放电时间的延长呈现先升后降的变化趋势,甚至最后出现放电消失现象;放电时间间隔整体上呈现逐渐增加的变化趋势,这意味着处于小放电量间歇性放电状态的金属污秽缺陷不会引起击穿放电的发生。
3)传统50个周期的特高频PRPD图谱并不能有效地得出金属污秽间歇性放电的变化规律,而由4组50个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱数据所构成的200个工频周期特高频PRPD图谱中能初步得出间歇性放电分布规律,为下一步从所构成的PRPD图谱中提取出能有效表征该缺陷间歇性放电特征量做好研究准备。
