Permanent magnet synchronous motors play an important role in industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, household appliances, and other fields due to their high efficiency, high power density, good torque performance, and ease of control. However, in the field of electrical transmission, it is not only necessary to accurately control its operating status, but also to have complex industrial communication and human-machine interfaces. Traditional electrical drives mostly use proportional integral components for speed control, which may lead to integrator saturation issues, resulting in slower integration response after disturbance disappears. Complex industrial communication and human-machine interfaces require a large amount of chip resources and chip IO, resulting in high control costs. By improving the traditional proportional integrator and introducing output feedforward control, the response delay caused by integrator saturation was solved. By improving the external communication protocol and external human-machine interface hardware circuit, it solved the problem of resource and IO occupation that traditional transmission system design can only solve by increasing the number of chips. The improved system can complete all functions on a single chip 280039C DSP. Due to the absence of inter chip communication, the communication speed and response speed is greatly improved, and the on-site use is good.

永磁同步电机高效率、高功率密度、良好的转矩性能和易于控制等优点在工业自动化、汽车、航空航天、家用电器等领域发挥着重要作用。然而,在电气传动领域不仅需要精确地控制其运行状态,还需具备复杂的工业通信和人机接口。传统电气传动大多采用比例积分环节进行速度控制,会存在积分器饱和问题,扰动消失后,积分响应变慢;复杂的工业通信和人机接口需要占用大量的芯片资源和芯片IO,导致控制成本居高不下。通过对传统的比例积分器进行改进,引入输出前馈控制,解决由于积分器饱和带来的响应延迟,并通过改进外部通信协议和外部人机交互接口硬件电路,解决了传统传动系统设计只能通过增加芯片数量来解决资源和IO占用问题。改进后的系统可以在单芯片280039C DSP上完成全部功能,由于不存在芯片间通信,通信速率和响应速度都大幅提升,现场使用情况良好。

永磁同步电机高效率、高功率密度、良好的转矩性能和易于控制等优点在工业自动化、汽车、航空航天、家用电器等领域发挥着重要作用。然而,在电气传动领域不仅需要精确地控制其运行状态,还需具备复杂的工业通信和人机接口。传统电气传动大多采用比例积分环节进行速度控制,会存在积分器饱和问题,扰动消失后,积分响应变慢;复杂的工业通信和人机接口需要占用大量的芯片资源和芯片IO,导致控制成本居高不下。通过对传统的比例积分器进行改进,引入输出前馈控制,解决由于积分器饱和带来的响应延迟,并通过改进外部通信协议和外部人机交互接口硬件电路,解决了传统传动系统设计只能通过增加芯片数量来解决资源和IO占用问题。改进后的系统可以在单芯片280039C DSP上完成全部功能,由于不存在芯片间通信,通信速率和响应速度都大幅提升,现场使用情况良好。

Permanent magnet synchronous motors play an important role in industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, household appliances, and other fields due to their high efficiency, high power density, good torque performance, and ease of control. However, in the field of electrical transmission, it is not only necessary to accurately control its operating status, but also to have complex industrial communication and human-machine interfaces. Traditional electrical drives mostly use proportional integral components for speed control, which may lead to integrator saturation issues, resulting in slower integration response after disturbance disappears. Complex industrial communication and human-machine interfaces require a large amount of chip resources and chip IO, resulting in high control costs. By improving the traditional proportional integrator and introducing output feedforward control, the response delay caused by integrator saturation was solved. By improving the external communication protocol and external human-machine interface hardware circuit, it solved the problem of resource and IO occupation that traditional transmission system design can only solve by increasing the number of chips. The improved system can complete all functions on a single chip 280039C DSP. Due to the absence of inter chip communication, the communication speed and response speed is greatly improved, and the on-site use is good.

近年来,永磁同步电机系统设计应用范围越来越广,例如基于ARM+DSP+FPGA的电气传动设计,采用ARM开发人机接口,DSP进行算法处理,FPGA对数据信号采集和脉冲调制。该配置虽能实现整个控制系统设计,但由于多个芯片需要不同电源设计,芯片之间存在高速通信以及同步问题,导致整个系统维护性较差;人机接口电路采用了独立电路设计,占用大量芯片IO,导致芯片内部外设无法使用;内部控制算法大多采用传统PI控制,PI控制在系统误差处于饱和状态下相应地速度变慢,在一些复杂的应用场合容易导致整个控制系统响应变慢。本文针对以上问题,提出了一种单芯片实现整个控制系统的算法结构;根据传统IO占用问题提出了一种改进电路结构拓扑;考虑到传动系统需要外部工业通信,但需要人工的方法去设置整个组态结构,提出了一种改进协议来自动完成各个组态设配。实验结果和应用效果验证了所提策略的可行性。
为了获得更好的控制性能,需要对电机的瞬态特性进行分析[1]。电机的电气模型及机械模型公式分别如下:

根据式(1)、式(2)得到系统传递函数的拉普拉斯变换,分别如下:

由式(7)、式(8)可知,判断系统是否稳定需要获取到电机的参数以及系统参数。根据自动控制理论,当系统处于稳定状态,阻尼比需要大于0小于1,无阻尼自然振荡角频率为负值。对于大多数电机系统而言,系统电气时间常数要比机械时间常数快得多,基于这种情况,忽略电路的瞬态, L a = 0,所以式(5)简化为

从式(9)可以看出,系统的速度与电压为一阶系统,尽管时间存在一定的延时,但是呈正比例关系。所以,通过改变后续输出电压即可控制永磁同步电机速度,但是考虑到实际系统中的其他因素(如负载、摩擦等)对输出变量的影响,需要根据实际情况对控制策略进行调整和优化,即调节控制器参数,以确保能够实现精确的速度控制和转矩控制。
电机控制系统中一般需要两种环路控制:一种为电流控制环路,也就是电流控制器;另一种为速度控制环路,也就是常说的速度控制器。这两种环路的设计一般采用PI控制器,为了后续建模参数调试,根据理论去分析PI控制器如何影响系统性能,首先列出PI控制器的传递函数,如下式:

包含PI控制器的电流控制器模型如图2所示,其中, K p c K i c为电流模型的比例、积分系数。
根据控制模型,推导出电流控制器传递函数如下式:

PI控制器决定电流控制的性能,采用零极点对消的方式,将传递函数简化:

得到 K p c = ω c c L a,根据零极点对消原理, 将环路中的PI控制器抵消掉电机的极点,将系统降为一阶线性控制系统,这样方便后续控制,又降低了系统阶数,巧妙地降低了整个系统的运算量。
电流控制器的积分增益计算如下:

由式(15)可以看出,电流控制器增益与电机参数、剪切频率有关,所以控制电机需要选择合适的参数和剪切频率。一般而言,受到开关频率和采样频率影响,C2000控制器的运算性能可以与开关频率同步,所以电流控制器可以选取与开关频率一致。
速度控制也是电机控制中一个重点,本文选择PI控制器来设计速度控制器,需要设计在电流控制器的外环。速度控制器模型如图3所示。
根据图3,速度控制器传递函数可以表示为

为了使电流控制器环路不影响速度控制环路,一般需要电流控制环路的剪切频率高于速度环路剪切频率5倍以上。同样,PI调节器的频率 ω p i要远小于速度调节器频率 ω c s,所以将式(16)简化为

式(19)、式(20)表明,惯量 J越大、 k T越小,需要更大的比例增益才能使系统稳定。
在永磁同步电机中,定子的电流分别用来产生转矩和励磁,所以通过坐标变换,可以很方便地进行解耦[2-6]。坐标变换如图4所示。
图4中,A-B-C为三相坐标系, α- β为静止坐标系,d-q为旋转坐标系。A-B-C坐标系下 f a f b通过坐标变换转变为静止坐标系的 f α f β,这种坐标变换也叫Clark变换,变换后各参数如下:

永磁同步电机矢量控制程序如图5所示,算法结构根据图6进行程序搭建,整个功能分别运行在主循环和中断,主循环运行非实时程序,中断运行在ADC采样点,角度通过德州仪器InstaSPIN观测器进行推算。
主循环部分完成关键控制外设初始化,主要包括:GPIO管脚初始化,根据外部接口需要配置成UART接口、普通IO模式、模拟输入、模拟输出、PWM模式、输捕获模式等;ePWM初始化,主要配置PWM周期、死区时间、ADC采样触发比较点;UART功能初始化,配置UART串口速率、FIFO深度;ADC采样初始化,配置ADC采样时间、保持时间设置、采样窗口设置等;比较器CMPASS初始化,配置比较器内部ADC初始比较值、比较器结果链路、电机参数模型初始化等。
中断程序部分主要完成进入中断的上下文保存。进入中断后,清空ADC中断标志;读取ADC采样数值,根据采样数值进行实际值变换;将采样的电压和电流值送入InstaSPIN观测器进行角度估算,根据估算角度进行相应变换;电机速度调节器的计算以及两个电流调节器的计算,根据计算结果进行SVPWM运算,并将得到的时间值送给PWM模块生成波形;中断时间与PWM时间同步,增加关键电压、电流、温度数值周期采样;DMA数据搬运,完成数据由DMA到数据监控内存搬运。
通过上述PI控制器的引进,可以看到积分控制器可以有效地消除稳态误差。这是因为积分控制器的性质是从过去累积的误差中产生其输出的。然而,在控制器输出受限的情况下,这种特性往往是控制性能下降的原因。一旦PI控制器的输出由于一段时间的持续误差信号而超过其极限,输出将饱和,但控制器中的积分器通过持续的积分作用具有一个大的值。由于积分器内部的大量累积值,控制器无法立即响应错误的变化。控制器要求错误在很长一段时间内具有相反的符号,直到回到正常状态,这使系统成为一个开环系统,输出始终保持在最大极限,误差不再影响输出。因此,该系统将表现出较大的超调和较长的设置时间。为了避免这种情况发生,当饱和度发生时,积分项的大小应保持在一个适当的值,这样一旦控制误差发生变化,控制器就可以恢复动作。
因此,在积分器中增加前馈控制,抵消由于调节器一直处于过调节时造成的误差累积。根据测试,前馈增益设置为积分的倒数较为合理,且响应速度最快。带前馈控制的模型框图如图7所示,前馈控制为图中虚线框。
增加前馈控制后,仿真观察给定 i *与实际反馈值有偏差时,前馈控制器作用,如图8所示。图8a为无前馈控制器的电流波形,图8b为增加前馈控制器的电流波形。
传统控制器常用串口、485通信接口、CANOPEN接口实现工业通信功能,但是随着科技高速发展,现场对于通信的实时性和可扩展性提出了更高要求,EtherCAT,PROFINET逐渐成为当今工业通信的主流[7-8]。本文通过开发新的通信协议,完成了280039C DSP与外部扩展板卡的通信,外部扩展板卡为PRONFINET通信卡,硬件结构图如图9所示。
扩展板采用200P-2主控,协议栈采用标准PROFIBUS国际组织的工业总线标准,280039C控制板与PROFINET接口板之间采用SCI接口进行通信。为了达到较高的响应速度,波特率采用460 800 bps,并在通信格式中增加了组态功能,方便280039C进行组态判定,加快组态速度。相对以往的人工设置,这种方式效率更高、稳定性更强。协议格式如图10所示。功能码和IO模型为外部板卡类型和组态模型。实际测试响应准确无误,整个控制周期为5 ms左右。
传统工业小键盘硬件电路通过数码管和按键控制整个设备运行,但是由于数码管和按键需要大量IO,需要引脚更多的芯片去开发,增加了整个控制器成本,并且随着元器件数量的增多,对于板卡的面积和散热都提出了更高的要求。本文通过巧妙的电路设计,解决了传统小键盘大量IO占用问题,数码管电路如图11所示,外接键盘如图12所示。
通过串并、并串转换芯片将大量数据通过一个时钟和一个信号线即可完成数据传输,这种方式可以配合DSP外设SPI接口,巧妙地完成数据的转换,并且方便扩展。
为了方便用户用电脑设置参数,本文还开发了基于SCI接口的上位机MONITOR监测软件,整个软件简洁明了,可以让用户方便地进行整机运行状态监控,监控界面如图13所示。
整个监控界面采用了LabVIEW组件进行开发,通过串口将参数实时上传和下载,并且整个数据过程通过CRC进行数据校验,保证了整个通信的稳定,数据上传和下载过程进行整体加密和解密,防止非法上位机进行连接,同时为了防止小键盘和上位机同时操作设备,增加了切换功能。
为了验证整个算法理论以及观测器的性能,使用5 kW永磁同步电机进行整体功能测试,利用霍耳传感器采集电机U相电流波形,并用示波器观测。图14为永磁同步电机5 Hz空载电流波形。
通过测试,主要程序从采样到输出的处理时间仅需要25 μs,电流波形稳定,系统运行良好,初步验证了硬件电路和软件的功能。
为了进行对比实验,进行5 kW和400 W小电机对比测试,观察角度波形,如图15a图15b所示。
通过电机运转情况和角度输出波形观察,整个系统对于不同功率电机角度观测准确,控制性能优越。现在该控制系统已经用于工业现场,现场电机为200 kW永磁同步电机,负载为水刺泵负载。控制方式采用PN,现场采用一主多从方式进行控制,连接拓扑如图16所示。
通过DA波形输出,观察现场10%负载运行电流和相电压波形情况,如图17图18所示。
本文通过对永磁电机控制算法进行深入研究,分析了影响整个电机控制器的参数以及特性,并通过改进整个环路,使系统在特殊工况下具有更强的抗扰动性。通过改进部分电路的设计,降低了芯片的资源使用,提高了程序的运行性能。通过实验测试,使用280039C DSP可以使整个电机控制环路响应时间小于25 μs,实现永磁同步电机的无码盘精确控制。通过以上结果表明,本文开发的变频传动系统可用于工业现场,并且性能优越。
