In order to balance the output difference between renewable energy and load in the active distribution network and reduce the budget cost and user purchase cost,an optimal dispatching method of distributed generation units in the active distribution network based on power demand side response was proposed. On the premise of power demand side response,set the optimal dispatching priority of distributed generation units,combined with the objective function established with the total generation cost of active distribution network as the minimum objective,set the node voltage,power flow process,state of charge of energy storage system and power limit constraints of flexible load in all time periods of the active distribution network dispatching cycle,on this basis,the optimal dispatching model of active distribution network distributed generation units was constructed. Finally,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model and obtain the final optimized scheduling result. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively balance the difference in power generation output between renewable energy and load,which not only improves the absorption capacity of active distribution networks for renewable energy,but also reduces power generation budget expenses and user purchase costs.

为了平衡主动配电网中可再生能源与负荷间的出力差值,降低预算成本和用户购电费用,研究提出基于电力需求侧响应的主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度方法。以电力需求侧响应为前提,设定分布式发电单元优化调度优先级,结合以主动配电网发电成本费用总值最低为目标而建立的目标函数,设置主动配电网调度周期内所有时间段的节点电压、潮流方程、储能系统荷电状态以及柔性负荷的功率极限约束条件,并以此为基础构建主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度模型。最后,再利用改进后的粒子群算法对模型进行求解,从而得到最终的优化调度结果。实验结果表明,所提方法可以有效平衡可再生能源与负荷之间的发电出力差值,既提升了主动配电网对可再生能源的消纳能力,也降低了发电预算开支和用户购电成本。

为了平衡主动配电网中可再生能源与负荷间的出力差值,降低预算成本和用户购电费用,研究提出基于电力需求侧响应的主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度方法。以电力需求侧响应为前提,设定分布式发电单元优化调度优先级,结合以主动配电网发电成本费用总值最低为目标而建立的目标函数,设置主动配电网调度周期内所有时间段的节点电压、潮流方程、储能系统荷电状态以及柔性负荷的功率极限约束条件,并以此为基础构建主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度模型。最后,再利用改进后的粒子群算法对模型进行求解,从而得到最终的优化调度结果。实验结果表明,所提方法可以有效平衡可再生能源与负荷之间的发电出力差值,既提升了主动配电网对可再生能源的消纳能力,也降低了发电预算开支和用户购电成本。

In order to balance the output difference between renewable energy and load in the active distribution network and reduce the budget cost and user purchase cost,an optimal dispatching method of distributed generation units in the active distribution network based on power demand side response was proposed. On the premise of power demand side response,set the optimal dispatching priority of distributed generation units,combined with the objective function established with the total generation cost of active distribution network as the minimum objective,set the node voltage,power flow process,state of charge of energy storage system and power limit constraints of flexible load in all time periods of the active distribution network dispatching cycle,on this basis,the optimal dispatching model of active distribution network distributed generation units was constructed. Finally,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model and obtain the final optimized scheduling result. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively balance the difference in power generation output between renewable energy and load,which not only improves the absorption capacity of active distribution networks for renewable energy,but also reduces power generation budget expenses and user purchase costs.

目前,随着分布式发电模式逐渐被广泛应用到主动配电网当中,呈现出高渗透、高运用率的特点,切实提升了主动配电网主动管理和控制能力,彻底将被动式接收电能方式转换成了需求侧主动响应方式。分布式发电单元主要包括柔性负荷、可再生能源以及储能,对其进行调度能够合理调控这些发电单元,提高对可再生能源以及清洁能源的消纳能力,从而达到节能降损、提高供电质量以及运行可靠的目的。然而,由于可再生能源在发电过程中具有较强的随机性和波动性,无法获得连续耦合相关性以及时间转移特性等特征,难以适应分布式发电单元的主动配电网。为此,开展以电力需求侧响应为前提条件的分布式发电单元优化调度,具有重要的意义和价值。
文献[1]利用“源-荷”集群策略,将主动配电网分为上、下两个层次,从不同角度分别进行优化调度。上层以全局优化为主,主要针对“源-荷”集群计算功率偏差,实现分布式协调优化;下层以局部优化为主,对分布式单元进行协调优化后,得到最佳效率下的“源-荷”集群,再将两层策略结合在一起,完成主动配电网整体的优化调度。文献[2]从两个阶段实现对主动配电网的分布式优化调度。第一阶段以有功优化为主,将主动配电网总的成本费用最低作为目标,通过对现有发电资源进行有功调节,完成主动配电网初期经济的优化调度;第二阶段以无功优化为主,基于经济优化,将发电损耗最低作为目标,通过对现有发电资源进行无功调节,完成主动配电网后期损耗的优化调度。利用交替方向乘子法,将有功优化和无功优化整合后再分解,得到若干个子模型,通过相邻区间进行期望信息交互,实现主动配电网分布式优化调度。文献[3]基于拉丁超立方采样方法,分析风电场中的不确定性,建立储能系统模型,以分布式储能、气轮机、配电网买卖电成本作为目标函数,并采用优化后的粒子群算法进行求解,获取最优调度方案。文献[4]等以主动配电网的最小运行成本作为目标,建立随机规划模型,基于Benders分解算法分解主问题和子问题,并进行求解,将区域最优运行成本作为最优目标,根据同步型交替方向乘子法完成分布式计算,实现全局最优调度。文献[5]提出了一种结合拓扑重构、BES优化和负载响应的协调日前调度方法在线性潮流模型的基础上,建立了可再生能源的线性电流注入模型,并提出了一种可扩展的线性开关运算方法来解决网络重构问题,提高配电网优化调度能力。文献[6]建立了一种基于电池的集成储能-太阳能光伏系统的能源管理平台,通过制定充/放电的最佳调度算法,将净能源购买成本降至最低,基于模糊逻辑的速度控制策略提高工艺效率。将随机优化问题公式化为混合整数线性规划,以实现能源的最优调度。
由于上述几种方法并未考虑柔性负荷与储能装置之间的协调作用,导致最终的优化调度结果较差。为此,提出基于电力需求侧响应的主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度方法。在本次研究中,通过设定分布式发电单元优化调度的优先级、设置储能系统荷电状态约束条件和以主动配电网调度周期的所有时间段为基础构建优化调度模型,体现储能的调度和配置。其中,优化调度需要考虑分布式发电单元的优先级设定,该步骤涉及到如何合理配置储能以及确定其在系统中的重要程度;储能系统的荷电状态是储能配置的一个关键参数,需要根据实际需求和系统特点来设定相应的约束条件,以确保储能系统按照预期进行荷电和放电操作;优化调度模型是对储能配置的数学表达,通过考虑主动配电网调度周期内的各个时间段,可以更准确地对储能配置进行建模,包括储能系统的容量、技术选择等方面。在实验测试中,所提方法针对主动配电网测试系统取得了理想的优化调度结果,使主动配电网发电成本和用户的用电成本得以降低,在一定程度上提高了用户对电力系统的用电满意度。
在考虑电力需求侧响应的基础上,对储能、分布式发电单元以及柔性负荷的调度优先级进行设定。将光伏、风力和储能等不同的能源发电方式进行互补优化,使分布式发电单元、柔性负荷以及储能装置实现协调优化调度,以此来提高可再生能源利用率和发电可靠性,降低主动配电网发电成本和用户购电费用,实现主动配电网和用户的双赢。
柔性负荷是一种具有调整和适应能力的电力负荷,它可以在电力系统的需要下做出灵活的响应。相对于传统的固定负荷,柔性负荷具有较高的灵活性和可调度性,通常应用于一些大型工业企业或商业建筑,其拥有灵活的生产线、恒温调节系统、储能装置等,可以通过调整工艺流程、调整温度设定、调度储能装置等手段,实现对用电负荷的调控和优化。其优点是具有良好的负荷响应能力、可降低电压频率波动、提高可再生能源的利用率;但也具有成本高、需要先进的自动化技术参与的缺点。通过在电力系统中引入柔性负荷,可以优化电力供需匹配,减少网损,降低主动配电网的发电成本和用户的购电费用。
针对可再生能源的高随机性和高波动性的特性,储能系统充分发挥了其调整性、双向互动性以及柔性负荷的主动参与能力[7],以此作为重要的技术手段。在多能互补发展中,可再生能源(如光伏和风机)因更具环保性和经济性,被广泛应用。储能系统作为一个辅助性设备,具有调度灵活性优势,被赋予了较低的调度优先级,目的是通过其柔性负荷、调度能力等特点来平滑可再生能源的波动性,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。基于上述内容,得出的发电成本为

储能可以对可再生能源出力瞬时波动实现快速且精准的调节,根据主动配电网的运行状态进行灵活充放电,在一定程度上提高了主动配电网的供电质量和对可再生能源的消纳能力[8]。储能装置使用寿命与主动配电网的放电深度之间呈现负相关关系,随着放电深度的增加,储能装置寿命随之缩短。因此,将储能系统的调度优先级设置为最高。在对储能系统放电次数、充放电功率和状态切换等产生的一系列损耗进行了综合考虑后,计算储能等效运行成本,公式为

在主动配电网中,要实现源荷共赢,就必须综合考虑柔性负荷、用户购电费用等因素的影响。一方面,通过对柔性负荷进行补偿与激励并与分时售购电价机制相结合,促进电力消费模式与结构的优化调整;另一方面,通过设置主动配电网调度优先级,在减少用电损耗的同时还能降低用户购电成本,提高用户对主动配电网优化调度的响应积极性。通过对上述两方面的协调优化,使主动配电网负荷曲线得到有效改善。因此,将柔性负荷的调度优先级设定为最低,源荷共赢成本费用计算公式为

主动配电网优化调度的前提是保证成本费用最低,将其作为目标函数构建分布式发电单元优化调度模型,同时将主动配电网作为与主电网进行电能交易的活跃参与者。根据设定的调度优先级与分时售购电价相结合,以 f g f l o s s f l o a d为子目标,构造的目标函数如下式所示:

对主动配电网分布式发电单元进行优化调度,必须综合考虑全运行周期中各时段的约束。因此,所提方法除了对节点电压约束和潮流方程约束进行了分析计算外,还对储能系统的荷电状态极限和柔性负荷的功率极限进行了分析计算,具体如下:

通过上述分析计算可以看出,主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度模型中含有多个决策变量、连续变量和离散控制变量,从根本上来说该模型属于混合整数非线性约束规划问题。综合考虑之下,选取粒子群算法来求解调度模型。
粒子群算法[13]因其具备无法比拟的寻优能力,在配电网重构、主动配电网优化调度以及微网经济运行等领域被广泛应用。由于主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度模型中含有一些离散控制变量,传统粒子群算法极易陷入局部最优。为此,将非线性递减惯性权重引入到传统粒子群算法中,以用于平衡寻优过程中的搜寻范围。
将非线性递减惯性权重引入到粒子群算法中,使算法整体跳出次优解。改进后的粒子群算法表达式为

利用式(14)对主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度模型进行求解,经过全局搜索和局部搜索后输出得到目标函数值,具体实现过程如图1所示。
为了验证所提方法是否可以取得效果最好的优化调度结果,搭建实验环境对其展开测试分析。实验是在包含4座光伏发电站、2台燃气轮机、2座风力发电站以及7个蓄电池储能的44个节点的主动配电网环境中展开,具体如图2所示。
在进行优化调度之前,不会将储能系统和柔性负荷纳入到调度中,此时分布式发电单元的日负荷曲线如图3所示。
电力市场实时售购电价如图4所示。以主动配电网和用户双赢为目标,设定 λ m u l - g = 0.40 λ m u l - l o s s = 0.33 λ m u l - l o a d = 0.27,对主动配电网分布式发电单元进行优化调度,得到的运行状态如图5所示。
通过对比图3图5可以看出,分布式发电单元经过所提方法优化调度后,储能装置和柔性负荷积极参与到调度周期中,使可再生能源发电出力曲线和负荷曲线之间的契合度得到有效提升。
再对图5中的储能出力曲线进行分析后可以发现,经过所提方法调度后,储能装置的充放电特性变得更加灵活。在可再生能源发电功率比负荷高且电价又较低的情况下,需要给储能充电以储存电力;反之,则应该储能装置将进行放电,以平衡负荷与可再生能源之间的出力差值,保证主动配电网的正常运行。
为了验证所提方法是否可以降低主动配电网成本费用,对比优化调度前、后的成本结果如表1所示。
通过对比表1优化调度前、后数据可以很明显地看出,在发电成本方面,优化调度后的发电成本从24 838.6元降低到14 301.2元,表明所提方法在能源调度方面具有降低成本的能力。其次,储能等效运行成本和源荷共赢成本也都得到了明显的降低。最终,总的配电网运行成本从47 889.5元降低到30 114.9元,进一步证明了所提方法的有效性。由此可知,所提方法可有效降低主动配电网的发电成本,从而使用户的购电成本得以降低。
为实现主动配电网分布式发电单元在保证最低发电成本的前提下完成正常供电,提出了基于电力需求侧响应的主动配电网分布式发电单元优化调度方法。以主动配电网的发电成本和费用最小化为目标,建立了分布式发电单元优化调度模型,经由改进粒子群算法求解后,实现最优调度。在44个节点主动配电网中对所提方法进行实验测试,结果显示,所提方法可有效实现主动配电网的最优调度,平衡负荷与可再生能源之间的出力差值,有效降低主动配电网的运行成本和用户购电费用,实现主动配电网和用户的双赢。
