In response to the complex working environment of pumped storage energy units,where disturbances such as temperature variations are prominent,and considering the insufficient control precision of traditional vector control for brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM),a study was conducted on a control strategy based on linear active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)for power decoupling of BDFM.This strategy aims to mitigate disturbances,enhance control precision,improve operational characteristics,and consequently elevate the energy conversion efficiency within pumped storage energy systems.The mathematical model for BDFM in the unified coordinate system and two-phase rotating coordinate system was established.The coordinate system was determined using the power winding orientation method.The current relationship under the power winding orientation was derived,and based on this,the control winding was used to control the active and reactive power of the power winding,thereby achieving power decoupling control.To improve control performance,the speed loop and current loop were rewritten,disturbances were analyzed,state equations were formulated,an extended state observer was designed,and the control performance of the machine was enhanced using the active disturbance rejection control technique.Based on the analysis of harmonics,it is concluded that the main harmonic in the synchronous coordinate system is the 6th harmonic.To suppress specific frequency harmonics,the repetitive controller was employed.Through Simulink simulation,dynamic responses and Fourier analysis of the d-axis winding current were observed,confirming the effectiveness of the proposed active disturbance rejection power decoupling control method and harmonic suppression method.

针对抽水蓄能机组工作环境复杂、温度等扰动较为突出、传统矢量控制对于无刷双馈电机控制精度不足的问题,研究了一种基于线性自抗扰控制的无刷双馈电机功率解耦控制策略,用来降低电机扰动并提高控制精度,提升其运行特性,进而提高其在抽水蓄能系统中的能量转换效率。建立了无刷双馈电机统一坐标系下两相旋转坐标系的数学模型,采用功率绕组定向的方法确定坐标系,推导了功率绕组定向下的电流关系并据此使用控制绕组控制功率绕组的有功和无功,从而实现了功率解耦控制。为提高控制性能,重写转速环和电流环,分析扰动,列写状态方程,设计扩张状态观测器,采用自抗扰技术提升了电机控制性能。进行谐波分析,基于控制绕组电流在同步坐标系下主要谐波为6次谐波的结论,采用重复控制器进行特定频次谐波的抑制。通过Simulink仿真,观察动态响应和d轴绕组电流傅里叶分析,并在电网电压阶跃变化和系统存在白噪声两种状态下与传统PI控制的效果进行对比,验证了所提自抗扰功率解耦控制方法及谐波抑制方法的有效性。

针对抽水蓄能机组工作环境复杂、温度等扰动较为突出、传统矢量控制对于无刷双馈电机控制精度不足的问题,研究了一种基于线性自抗扰控制的无刷双馈电机功率解耦控制策略,用来降低电机扰动并提高控制精度,提升其运行特性,进而提高其在抽水蓄能系统中的能量转换效率。建立了无刷双馈电机统一坐标系下两相旋转坐标系的数学模型,采用功率绕组定向的方法确定坐标系,推导了功率绕组定向下的电流关系并据此使用控制绕组控制功率绕组的有功和无功,从而实现了功率解耦控制。为提高控制性能,重写转速环和电流环,分析扰动,列写状态方程,设计扩张状态观测器,采用自抗扰技术提升了电机控制性能。进行谐波分析,基于控制绕组电流在同步坐标系下主要谐波为6次谐波的结论,采用重复控制器进行特定频次谐波的抑制。通过Simulink仿真,观察动态响应和d轴绕组电流傅里叶分析,并在电网电压阶跃变化和系统存在白噪声两种状态下与传统PI控制的效果进行对比,验证了所提自抗扰功率解耦控制方法及谐波抑制方法的有效性。

In response to the complex working environment of pumped storage energy units,where disturbances such as temperature variations are prominent,and considering the insufficient control precision of traditional vector control for brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM),a study was conducted on a control strategy based on linear active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)for power decoupling of BDFM.This strategy aims to mitigate disturbances,enhance control precision,improve operational characteristics,and consequently elevate the energy conversion efficiency within pumped storage energy systems.The mathematical model for BDFM in the unified coordinate system and two-phase rotating coordinate system was established.The coordinate system was determined using the power winding orientation method.The current relationship under the power winding orientation was derived,and based on this,the control winding was used to control the active and reactive power of the power winding,thereby achieving power decoupling control.To improve control performance,the speed loop and current loop were rewritten,disturbances were analyzed,state equations were formulated,an extended state observer was designed,and the control performance of the machine was enhanced using the active disturbance rejection control technique.Based on the analysis of harmonics,it is concluded that the main harmonic in the synchronous coordinate system is the 6th harmonic.To suppress specific frequency harmonics,the repetitive controller was employed.Through Simulink simulation,dynamic responses and Fourier analysis of the d-axis winding current were observed,confirming the effectiveness of the proposed active disturbance rejection power decoupling control method and harmonic suppression method.

近年来,提高可再生能源比例,降低化石能源污染的需求在我国日益提高[1]。由于风、光等可再生能源具有时空分布上的不确定性,因而电力存储在可再生能源发电的“削峰填谷”中至关重要。抽水蓄能电站是电力系统中最可靠、技术最成熟、成本最低且容量大的储能装置[2],目前在国内针对抽水蓄能电站源网协调、机组控制策略、电机结构设计等方面展开了广泛研究。传统抽水蓄能机组采用定速机组,无法根据水流情况灵活调速,效率较低。变速机组能根据水头、流速等情况灵活调整电机转速,使机组工作在效率最高的转速下,提高能量转换效率。无刷双馈电机因其独特的结构,具有可在多种模式下运行[3]、可靠性高且维护成本低[4]、变频器容量小、造价低等优点,在变速抽水蓄能系统的建设中有巨大应用前景。
控制策略对电机性能有巨大影响,针对无刷双馈电机控制策略,文献[5-6]等提出标量控制,对转速和功率因数进行双闭环控制,这种方法易实现但没有考虑瞬态过程,动态性能较差;文献[7]等指出直接转矩控制对无刷双馈电机不适用,尽管目前为止已经有很多改进策略,但应用于无刷双馈电机的直接转矩控制转矩脉动大及参数依赖性高的问题仍无法较好解决[8-9];矢量控制是目前最受欢迎的控制技术,文献[10]提出了双同步坐标系模型,基于此模型,文献[11]研究了磁场定向下的功率控制,文献[12]推导了无刷双馈电机的统一坐标系模型,使矢量控制中的电机模型更为简洁,基于此模型文献[13]研究了功率绕组定向下的解耦控制。能够独立控制有功功率和无功功率是无刷双馈电机的一个重要特点,通过统一坐标系模型功率绕组定向下对控制绕组的矢量控制可实现功率绕组的功率解耦控制。然而,仅通过传统的矢量控制无法满足并网抽水蓄能电站的高效能量转换需求[14]
自抗扰控制器可以有效补偿系统参数摄动等非周期扰动的扰动,并解决传统矢量控制所用PI控制器的快速性和超调性之间的矛盾[15],使用自抗扰控制技术可以进一步提升无刷双馈电机的控制性能,提高参数鲁棒性。而对于逆变器非线性等谐波问题,传统自抗扰控制器无法实现精确的扰动补偿[17],针对谐波抑制的改进方法主要有重复控制[18]、迭代自学习控制[19]等基于反馈的抑制方法和观测器观测谐波扰动,并前馈至控制器输出的基于扰动前馈的抑制方法[20]
本文为提高无刷双馈电机的控制精度及其对环境变动等扰动的鲁棒性,使用自抗扰技术改进无刷双馈电机的解耦控制,从而提高其控制性能。由于线性自抗扰控制器无法对周期性扰动有较好的响应,因而在此基础上,使用重复控制器抑制主要谐波,从而进一步提升无刷双馈电机在抽水蓄能系统中的能量转化效率。
三相静止坐标系下,绕组间耦合关系复杂,对电机的控制常在两相旋转坐标系下进行。

功率绕组电压矢量定向的目的是为了得到控制绕组电流d轴分量和q轴分量的解耦。对功率绕组电压矢量定向而言,理想的情况是控制绕组电流d轴分量与电机电磁转矩相对应,q轴分量与功率绕组无功功率相对应,这样通过对控制绕组d轴电流和q轴电流分别进行控制,就能实现电机转矩和无功功率的解耦控制,从而获得理想的系统动态响应特性。
图1为无刷双馈电机自抗扰功率解耦控制总控制框图。电动状态下,有功功率即对应电机的转速,因而外环分别为对电机转速的控制和对功率绕组无功电流的控制。对高性能驱动系统而言,对转速进行闭环控制是非常必要的,根据前文的推导,通过控制绕组d轴电流可以对电机的电磁转矩进行控制,因此,转速控制器的输出为控制绕组d轴电流指令值 i c d *。通过功率绕组电压矢量定向,功率绕组q轴电流的大小代表了功率绕组从电网吸收感性无功功率的多少。因此,将功率绕组的q轴电流控制为零,表示对功率绕组实行单位功率因数控制,有利于提高整个系统的功率因数。功率绕组无功功率控制器的输出为控制绕组q轴电流指令值 i c q *
仅依靠矢量控制策略无法实现无刷双馈电机的高性能解耦控制,为了解决这一问题,本文在磁场定向的基础上引入自抗扰控制,实现对无刷双馈电机有功和无功的解耦控制。
电流环自抗扰控制器结构如图2所示,根据自抗扰控制原理重写电流环方程[22]

参数选取沿用高志强教授的“带宽”参数选择方法[24],将所有极点配置在同一位置,同时保证了LESO的增益与稳定性,并且极大简化了参数选择步骤。

无功控制需要控制 i p q = 0,可以作为外环,通过控制 i c q实现,无功率PI控制结构如图4所示, i c q计算如下:

变频器的直流母线采用二极管不控整流的方式建立,负载较大时会产生大量的谐波电流。前面章节在分析时都假定系统运行环境是理想电网,电网电压与频率近似认为是常数,本章则主要研究一些非理想电网环境下无刷双馈电机的控制方法,包括弱电网与畸变电网。对于油田等处于电网末端的偏远地区负荷来说,负载分布过于分散。用于供电的变压器容量较小,相应的电网阻抗较大,这类电网环境通常被称为弱电网。该电网本身容易受到负载影响,若无刷双馈电机驱动系统相对于电网容量占比较高,运行时不控整流桥注入电网的谐波电流容易引起公共节点处电网电压畸变,注入电机的谐波电流则会对电机运行产生影响。另一种电网本身容量较大,无刷双馈电机驱动系统相对于电网容量占比较小,对电网影响很小。但电网中含有大量的非线性负载,导致无刷双馈电机系统整体运行在一个畸变的电网环境中。
这两种运行环境下,谐波分布取决于电网侧与电机侧各自的等效谐波阻抗,但这只影响谐波含量分布,并不影响频率分布,可以通过测定、计算、推导等手段得到其主要谐波为5,7,11,12…次,在同步坐标系中其表现形式为6kk为正整数)次谐波(基波为电网电频率)。
因为电网频率基本固定,所以谐波可视为固定频率,由上一小节可知,电网的主要谐波为5,7次谐波,在同步坐标系中主要为6次谐波。针对固定频率谐波,在框图的电流环中使用重复控制器进行消除是一种很好的控制方法。
重复控制器表达式如下:

式中: K r c为重复控制器的开环增益; z K可以调节输出的相位; Q z通常被设置为小于1的常数以确保控制器的稳定性; f s为采样频率,在方案设计中取 f s = 10 k H z f d为干扰频率。
绘制重复控制器伯德图如图5所示,设定参数后,其在选定频率与其倍频上拥有较大的增益,并且还兼顾了0相移的特性。
改进电流环利用重复控制器的选频特性,将其并联在电流自抗扰控制器上,基于自抗扰控制器强大的抗扰能力和重复控制器的选频能力,最大程度上削弱谐波对转矩输出的影响,因为转矩只与控制绕组d轴电流相关,因此只需设计d轴改进电流环,其结构如图6所示。
为验证上述自抗扰功率解耦控制策略的有效性,在Simulink中搭建无刷双馈电机模型进行控制策略仿真分析。仿真条件为:给定转速指令500 r/min,在1 s时刻突变转速指令至1 000 r/min,并在2 s时突加负载100 N·m。各变量仿真结果如图7所示。
在可变速抽蓄机组中有功功率的控制实际也是对转速的控制。验证解耦控制策略,无功不变,独立控制有功:空载启动,0.6 s时对电机施加负载,0.7 s时升速,1.0 s时降速。图8为在控制有功时,转速、有功功率和无功功率的响应曲线,由图8可知可实现了独立调节有功功率。
可调节无功是双馈电机的重要功能,在实际并网运行中,起到调节功率因数的重要作用。有功不变,独立控制无功功率,采用如下方式仿真:无功为0启动,0.3 s加负载100 N·m,0.7 s时控制无功功率指令值为6 000 var,1.1 s控制无功功率指令值为0,1.5 s时控制无功功率指令值为-6 000 var。图9为转速、有功功率和无功功率的响应曲线,可知实现了独立控制无功功率。
由上一部分的仿真结果可看出,电流和转矩波形中均含有大量谐波,影响输出的平稳。为突出谐波,对控制系统进行空载分析,图10为空载控制绕组d轴电流及其傅里叶分析,可见其主要谐波为6次谐波,与理论相符,伴有12次、18次…等谐波存在,但随着频率升高,其占比逐渐减小,高次谐波可以忽略。
通过以上分析得知,主要电流谐波频率为300 Hz,因此设计重复控制器中N=33,Q=0.95, K r c与系数K通过仿真参数整定得到。
模拟带负载情况,0.5 s时刻突加负载30 N·m,稳定后d轴电流波形如图11所示。通过仿真调试,最终取 K r c = 8K=11,可得到如图12所示的改进电流环控制绕组d轴电流波形。
图12所示,0.8 s前为传统控制方法状态下的电流,0.8 s后改进电流控制器使谐波震荡显著降低。进一步地,通过傅里叶分析1 s之后的电流,结果如图13所示。
图13可知,6次谐波含量由0.74%降至0.275%,降低了63%,改进电流环方法有效地抑制了谐波,提高了转矩输出的平滑性。
为验证该控制方法在非理想电网下的优越性,分别在电网电压有突变和系统存在白噪声时,对该控制方法与传统PI控制对比。
图14为电网电压在1.5 s时跌落10%,并在0.5 s后恢复的三相电压波形,图15为传统PI控制器下的转速变化,电压跌落时,转速跌落1.00 r/min后恢复指令值,电压恢复时,转速升高0.95 r/min后恢复指令值。
图16为该自抗扰控制方法下的转速变化,电压跌落时,转速跌落0.83 r/min,优于传统PI控制器17%,电压恢复时,转速升高0.78 r/min,优于传统PI控制器18%。
当系统存在白噪声时,电网输入电压如图17所示。传统PI控制器时d轴电流傅里叶分析如图18所示,总谐波含量为2.31%,改进电流环ADRC的d轴电流傅里叶分析如图19所示,总谐波含量为0.83%,对谐波的抑制效果优于传统PI控制64%。
本文针对无刷双馈电机在变速抽水蓄能机组的应用,对无刷双馈电机的两相旋转坐标系建模、功率绕组定向矢量控制、自抗扰控制及谐波抑制进行了研究,研究结论如下:
1)提出的自抗扰功率解耦控制可分别灵活调节有功功率和无功功率,实现对无刷双馈电机的高精度控制;
2)针对控制绕组电流中仍有较高含量的谐波问题,设计了重复控制器,抑制了含量最高的6次谐波,由傅里叶分析可知6次谐波降低了63%;
3)电压跌落10%时,改进后的ADRC比传统PI的转速跌落少17%,电压恢复时,改进后的ADRC比传统PI的转速提升少18%,存在白噪声时,改进后的ADRC对谐波的抑制效果优于传统PI控制64%。
