Aiming at the problem that the ripple content of current and voltage in cycloconverter speed control system is large and the ripple period is time-varying, the real-time sampling value is not suited for feeding back to the speed control system directly,a variable period mean sampling algorithm was proposed. Firstly,the algorithm took the interval time of trigger pulse of cycloconverter power device as the mean period to calculate the meanvalue of actual current and voltage. Secondly,the phase lag angle caused by the mean period was calculated according to the real-time frequency and mean period of current and voltage. Finally,the lag compensation and interpolation operation were carried out according to the phase lag angle. More ideal voltage and current feedback values were obtained for speed control system. Compared with the average sampling method,this algorithm is more suitable for the time-varying ripple period of cycloconverter conversion,and it eliminate the sampling lag and improve the performance and stability of the speed control system.

针对交交变频调速系统中电压、电流纹波含量较大且纹波周期时变,无法直接反馈于调速控制系统的问题,提出一种变周期均值采样算法。首先,该算法以实时交交变频功率器件触发脉冲的间隔时间作为均值周期,对电压、电流实际值进行均值计算。其次,根据电压、电流实时频率及均值周期计算该均值周期所带来的相位滞后角度。最后,按照相位滞后角度进行滞后补偿及插补运算,得到更理想的电压、电流反馈值,用于调速控制系统。相较于一般的均值采样,该算法更适合交交变频纹波周期时变的情况,并能消除采样滞后,提升调速系统控制性能及稳定性。

针对交交变频调速系统中电压、电流纹波含量较大且纹波周期时变,无法直接反馈于调速控制系统的问题,提出一种变周期均值采样算法。首先,该算法以实时交交变频功率器件触发脉冲的间隔时间作为均值周期,对电压、电流实际值进行均值计算。其次,根据电压、电流实时频率及均值周期计算该均值周期所带来的相位滞后角度。最后,按照相位滞后角度进行滞后补偿及插补运算,得到更理想的电压、电流反馈值,用于调速控制系统。相较于一般的均值采样,该算法更适合交交变频纹波周期时变的情况,并能消除采样滞后,提升调速系统控制性能及稳定性。

Aiming at the problem that the ripple content of current and voltage in cycloconverter speed control system is large and the ripple period is time-varying, the real-time sampling value is not suited for feeding back to the speed control system directly,a variable period mean sampling algorithm was proposed. Firstly,the algorithm took the interval time of trigger pulse of cycloconverter power device as the mean period to calculate the meanvalue of actual current and voltage. Secondly,the phase lag angle caused by the mean period was calculated according to the real-time frequency and mean period of current and voltage. Finally,the lag compensation and interpolation operation were carried out according to the phase lag angle. More ideal voltage and current feedback values were obtained for speed control system. Compared with the average sampling method,this algorithm is more suitable for the time-varying ripple period of cycloconverter conversion,and it eliminate the sampling lag and improve the performance and stability of the speed control system.

交交变频系统作为大型传动的专用变频装置,产品一直被西门子、ABB等国外大公司垄断,其使用的矢量控制技术、直接转矩控制技术已经被国内广为研究,而其采样控制部分一直作为其核心内容未公开。交交变频调速系统采用晶闸管元件作为开关器件,变频输出每相为晶闸管组成的可逆三相全控桥,按照相控方式工作,实现交流-交流直接变频、变压[1-2]。晶闸管导通后,三相全控桥输出的电压、电流实时值与相控移相相位角有关,两个相邻移相触发脉冲之间的输出电压为电网线电压正弦曲线的一部分,受系统阻抗和晶闸管换相的影响,交交变频输出电压、电流波形除基波外还含有大量高次谐波。这些带有较大波动的电压、电流值直接反馈到矢量控制系统,会造成系统调速精度差、转矩脉动大的问题,甚至导致系统不稳定。为达到提升调速系统控制性能及稳定性的目的,通常会采用硬件或软件滤波对电压、电流采样值进行处理。
硬件滤波方法将增加采样电路的复杂性,且针对不同系统的适应性较差。因此变频器数字控制系统一般不采用硬件滤波方式。软件滤波方法比较多样,其中较为简单和通用的方法有惯性滤波、均值滤波和移动均值滤波等。惯性滤波灵敏度低,容易造成交流信号的相位滞后和幅值衰减,滞后相位和幅值衰减的大小与信号频率相关且计算复杂,因此不适合变频控制系统。均值滤波方法通过在设定周期内将若干次采样值累加并求平均值达到滤除干扰和杂波的目的。根据选取的采样周期不同,均值滤波又可分为固定周期均值滤波和变周期均值滤波。传统交交变频系统通过硬件采样模块(analog input with vol-tage frequency digital conversion,AFC)将反馈模拟量变换成频率信号,并按定周期对频率信号进行计数,得到反馈量的数字信号,该方法等同于使用固定周期均值滤波方法处理电压、电流信号[3],其得到的信号含有一定量杂波,需要进一步处理。文献[4]提出一种利用较高频率的固定周期采样和与触发脉冲同步的变周期均值滤波来实现电压、电流信号获取的方法。但未考虑均值滤波造成的相位滞后,导致磁链信息观测存在误差,且滤波后的波形对较小控制系统执行周期而言不平滑,容易对控制系统造成扰动。移动均值滤波使用固定长度的移动窗口内数据队列均值代替当前实时值,随着采样数据更新不断计算平均值,此方法所计算的电压、电流值对控制系统而言为连续变化量。但由于后续需依照矢量控制运算执行周期从采样结果中取值,如果滤波窗口时间小于等于矢量运算执行周期,其采样结果与固定周期均值滤波相同;如果滤波窗口时间大于矢量控制运算执行周期,则需要滤波窗口足够大滤波才有效果,后续在3.1节中进行仿真验证。
针对上述问题,本文提出一种应用于交交变频调速系统的变周期均值采样方法,以晶闸管移相触发脉冲间隔为周期计算电压、电流平均值,相较于定周期均值滤波方法更适合交交变频中晶闸管移相控制的工作方式。该方法进一步针对均值滤波产生的相位滞后进行了滞后补偿,并通过插补运算使得采样值更平滑,有助于矢量控制系统性能和稳定性得到提升。
交交变频器使用晶闸管元件作为开关器件,晶闸管是开通时刻可控、关断时刻不可控的半控型功率器件,其采用移相控制方式工作,实现交流-交流直接变频、变压。
晶闸管整流装置的平均输出电压为

对于三相交交变频调速,控制系统根据速度给定、速度反馈和输出的三相电压、电流反馈量等变量进行矢量运算,可得出输出三相电压期望值的幅值与角度。假设输出的三相对称电压期望值如下式所示:

式中: U A U B U C分别为三相电压期望值; U o m为三相电压矢量的幅值; f e为输出三相电压的基波频率。
通过式(2)分别计算得到三相正反组的延迟触发角如下式所示,并依此生成触发脉冲。

式中: α p . n A α p . n B α p . n C分别为各相正反组的延迟触发角; α ( · )表示式(2)所示函数关系。
依据式(4)所得各相延迟触发角来产生各相触发脉冲,并以此在功率回路中产生三相交流电流驱动电机运转。本文提出的采用变周期均值采样算法的交交变频调速系统原理图如图1所示。
交交变频调速系统的反馈量包括 U A U B U C I A I B I C。本文算法将反馈量按照实际触发脉冲的时间间隔进行平均值计算。一个触发周期内的电压、电流按照晶闸管导通的自然规律变化,不是一个平稳值,系统通过硬件对电压、电流信号进行高频采样,并根据触发脉冲信号,对两个脉冲间的采样值进行平均值计算。
三相矢量控制的电压、电流实际值信号,需要以矢量形式反馈,即在三相信号标定一致基础上,保证采样时刻的一致(即同步)性。当采用变周期均值采样时,如三相按各自的脉冲触发进行变周期采样平均值计算,则三相反馈信号采样时刻不同步,无法得到三相矢量信号。所以采用三相都以其中一相的脉冲作为基准同步计算变周期平均值。
变频调速系统使用矢量控制方式,需将三相电压、电流矢量反馈变换至α-β坐标系下。进行平均值计算需先将高频采样的三相电压 U A U B U C和电流 I A I B I C进行Clark变换,得到αβ轴电压 U α U β和电流 I α I β。其变换过程如下两式所示:

计算得到 U α U β I α I β瞬时值后,选取A相脉冲前沿,作为计算平均值计算周期的标志,分别计算各周期内高频采样的平均值。其中 I α电流变周期采样的局部图如图2所示。
图2中, I α   a c t α相电流实时值波形, I α   a v e为电流的变周期均值波形,PF为触发脉冲前沿。使用采样平均值相比实际值有半个均值周期的滞后,其平均值在均值采样周期内相当于单次采样,反馈量比较粗糙,直接使用将对系统造成扰动,这在后续将通过滞后补偿和插补运算来进行改善。
变周期均值采样以移相触发脉冲间隔作为均值周期对高频采样的电压、电流值进行均值计算,其各周期的均值计算如下式所示:

式中: U k为第k个均值周期的均值(即触发脉冲前沿到达时的电压均值); n k - 1为从第 k - 1到第k个触发脉冲前沿之间高频采样个数的计数值; U ( i )为在这期间电压高频采样信号的第i个实时值。
当触发脉冲前沿到来时,计数值n从1开始计数,到下一个脉冲到来,系统记录 n k - 1并计算均值,完成后n置1。
变周期均值采样以触发脉冲间隔作为均值周期,随触发角的变化脉冲触发周期在0.15~6.66 ms之间变化。其每个均值周期所产生的相位滞后也是一个变化值,其为均值计算周期的1/2,若要对滞后相位进行补偿,则需要对滞后相位进行周期性的计算。第k个触发脉冲时滞后相位计算如下:

式中: f e为电压、电流基波频率(可以使用系统的速度给定计算得出电机电压、电流频率,也可以使用控制系统中电压模型磁链观测器所观测的频率); T s为高频采样周期。
根据式(8)计算所得滞后相位,通过Park变换来进行滞后补偿,其补偿计算公式如下式:

式中: θ k *为第k个周期采样均值滞后补偿后的相位角度(即等效采样时刻的相位角度); θ k为第k个周期采样均值滞后补偿前的相位角度(即实际采样时刻的相位角度)。
经式(9)计算后,满足 θ k * = θ k + Δ θ k
变周期均值得到的信号为以脉冲周期为采样时刻的正弦信号,其采样时刻间隔的大小为0.15~6.66 ms。而为了保证交交变频器调速系统的性能及响应速度,控制系统数字控制器处理周期为500 μ s或1 ms。因此需要将均值信号进行插补运算使得采样值能满足控制系统的要求。
插补运算基于上一均值周期结束时所计算补偿后的相位角,并依据变频控制系统的执行周期和当前所处均值周期的实时基波频率来计算插补值。
基于滞后补偿完成后电压、电流相位 θ k *(假设电压、电流同相位),在α-β坐标系下的电压、电流等效采样值如下:

为使插补值的计算更精确、更线性,本文通过对电压、电流相位角度的插值来实现电压、电流值的插补。假设第k个均值周期等效采样时刻电压、电流值相位插补计算基值为 θ k . 0 *,根据变频控制系统执行周期计算的第j个插补相位 θ k . j *如下:

为验证变周期均值采样方法的有效性,进行了仿真。仿真所用参数如下:高频采样频率 θ k ( j ) = Δ θ k + i = 1 j 2 π f e ( i ) T A,控制系统执行周期 T s = 2   μ s,电压、电流值均为标幺值。图3a图3b分别为高频采样下的电压、电流实时值波形。
以上实际值在经过Clark变换之后,未经滞后补偿和插补处理的变周期均值滤波在α-β坐标系下的电压、电流波形如图4a图4b所示。
滞后补偿及插补运算后的波形如图5所示。将图3图5仿真波形放在同一坐标下,采用本文所提变周期均值采样算法后得到的反馈电压和电流的相位、幅值与原始的反馈波形相同,同时滤除了反馈上的纹波,所得波形更平滑。
为了与所提变周期算法进行比较,对同样的电压、电流信号进行定周期算法仿真,选取均值滤波周期为2 ms(4倍控制系统执行周期),进行定周期均值滤波,滤波后的波形如图6所示。
对比图5图6所示仿真波形,采用定周期均值滤波处理后的反馈波形含有更多杂波,系统还需要采取进一步滤波处理,才可以使用。
为了与移动均值滤波算法做对比,对同样的电压、电流信号进行移动均值滤波算法仿真,选取移动窗口为4 ms,控制系统执行周期取值500 T A = 500   μ s。滤波后的波形如图7所示。
对比图5图7所示仿真波形,采用移动均值滤波处理后,反馈波形同定周期算法一样也含有较多杂波,系统还需要采取进一步处理才可以在控制系统中使用。显然变周期采样算法相较于定周期算法更适合交交变频调速系统对电压、电流的采样运算。
目前,所提变周期均值采样算法已在我公司交交变频系统开发中得到应用,并在交交变频同步电机试验机组上进行了实验。
试验机组交交变频同步电机调速系统所使用控制器的处理器包含可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)和数字微处理器(DSP)两部分,分别完成采样运算、触发脉冲运算和矢量运算及连锁控制功能。本文所提算法在控制器中的具体实现步骤如下:
1)控制器通过数字采样芯片对电压、电流进行高频采样,采样周期2 μ s,并在FPGA中对采样值进行规格化处理,使采样值转化为符合系统需求的标幺值,将三相电压、电流进行Clark变换,转换为α-β坐标系下的电压、电流值,并记录该电压、电流值以备之后的均值计算。
2)在FPGA中对前一步的高频采样值进行变周期均值运算。按照实际触发脉冲将均值周期分割为0.15~6.66 ms的变化周期,并依照触发脉冲间的高频采样值计算变周期均值。同时实时计算均值计算造成的滞后时间   μ s,并将变周期均值、滞后时间 Δ t k发送至DSP。
3)变周期均值采样的滞后补偿和插补运算在DSP中执行,并将最终结果用于在DSP运行的矢量控制中,矢量控制的执行周期为500 μs。DSP收到来自FPGA用以实现变周期均值采样的变量包括 Δ t k U α U β I α I β。结合 Δ t k依照式(8)实时计算滞后相位,按照式(9)进行滞后补偿运算,最后通过式(12)、式(15)、式(16)进行插补运算,并将结果反馈至控制系统。对于脉冲触发周期小于500 μs的情况,DSP将自动选取FPGA发送的最后一个平均值做作为补偿运算起点。
滞后补偿和插补运算中所需基波频率 Δ t k来自控制系统模型计算的结果。仿真中该值使用系统给定频率,其默认系统输出频率可以精准跟踪斜坡给定。实际应用的交交变频系统中基波频率要考虑实际速度和选用的反馈模型,计算更为复杂。
图8为本系统运行时,通过ibaPDA采样模块获得的三相电流实时值和本文给出的变周期采样算法得到的 f e I α值波形。
使用变周期均值采样算法的交交变频系统最终得到的电流反馈波形,相比原始三相电流波形,无相位滞后,滤除了大量的杂波,更接近正弦,同时保留了电压、电流的异常波动。
经实际测量,电机稳态运行时转矩纹波在低速、中速、高速状态下都可以小于1%,相比固定周期采样方式纹波大为减小。
采用该变周期采样方法的交交变频系统已在某钢厂棒材生产线成功应用,并达到与西门子交交变频产品相同的技术指标。
本文提出了一种变周期均值采样算法,并将其应用于交交变频调速控制系统。该方法依据晶闸管触发脉冲间隔实时确定均值周期,进一步根据电压、电流实时频率及均值周期计算该均值周期所带来的相位滞后,最后通过滞后补偿及插补运算得到更理想的电压、电流反馈值。
通过仿真对比和应用验证,表明采用该算法可以滤除交交变频调速系统中反馈电压、电流的纹波,得到理想的电压、电流值,相较三相电流实时波形无相位滞后。所提算法能有效提升交交变频调速系统的控制精度和控制性能及稳定性。
