A dual active bridge (DAB) DC-DC converter voltage control strategy based on double-integral sliding mode control was proposed,which can obtain good control effect under the condition that the model accuracy requirements are low and the controller design process is simple. Firstly,the reduced-order model of the converter was established based on the single-phase shift modulation mode. Then,the output voltage controller of the converter was designed by using the double-integral sliding mode control theory. The design process introduced the time domain analysis method to analyze the sliding surface coefficients. Finally,simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

提出一种基于双积分滑模控制的双向有源全桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器电压控制策略,该策略在模型精度要求低、控制器设计流程简单的情况下,可以获得良好的控制效果。首先,基于单移相调制方式建立变换器的降阶模型。然后,采用双积分滑模控制理论设计变换器的输出电压控制器。设计过程通过引入时域分析法进行滑模面系数的选取分析。最后,仿真和实验结果表明了所提控制策略的有效性。

A dual active bridge (DAB) DC-DC converter voltage control strategy based on double-integral sliding mode control was proposed,which can obtain good control effect under the condition that the model accuracy requirements are low and the controller design process is simple. Firstly,the reduced-order model of the converter was established based on the single-phase shift modulation mode. Then,the output voltage controller of the converter was designed by using the double-integral sliding mode control theory. The design process introduced the time domain analysis method to analyze the sliding surface coefficients. Finally,simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

新能源的发展是解决化石燃料危机、环境污染问题的重要措施[1]。而双向DC-DC变换器因其可以实现能量的双向流动,在直流微电网、电动汽车等新能源领域中被广泛应用[2]。其中双有源全桥(dual active bridge,DAB)DC-DC变换器由于具备电气隔离、功率密度高、效率高、体积小、易实现软开关等优点[3],具有极高的应用价值,其实际应用中的动态控制问题受到了广泛的关注。
在DAB动态控制研究方面,文献[4-5]建立了DAB的高精度全阶小信号模型,并在此基础上进行了线性控制器的设计。全阶小信号模型建模精度高,模型较为复杂,对应的线性控制器可以在设定工作点附近取得良好效果,但当工作点出现偏移时,控制性能容易受到影响。文献[6-8]以直接功率控制为基础,开发了多种非线性控制策略,这些控制策略可以达到良好的控制效果,不足之处则是采样量较多,控制器设计过程没有系统性的方法,设计难度大。滑模控制具备鲁棒性强、响应速度快等优点,其在设计流程上也很成熟,目前在DAB中应用较少。文献[9]提出将滑模控制应用于DAB,文献[10]基于DAB的谐波模型设计了滑模控制器,获得了良好的控制性能,但控制器设计过程采用全阶模型,计算量较大。
为探索一种计算量小且能达到良好控制效果的控制策略,本文基于DAB降阶模型提出一种双积分滑模控制算法。首先推导分析DAB的降阶模型,在此基础上设计了双积分滑模电压控制器,并通过时域分析法对滑模面系数的选取进行分析。最后通过仿真和实验对所提控制策略进行验证,结果表明了该控制策略在DAB上应用的有效性。
基本的DAB工作原理图如图1所示。图1中,变换器主体由两个全桥、一个n∶1的高频变压器、一个辅助电感L和两端的端口电容Cint和Cout组成,其中辅助电感L包括了变压器等效至左侧的漏感。变换器可以采用PWM调制方式和移相调制方式,其中移相调制方式更为简单和易于实现,因此,移相调制是DAB的主流调制方式。其工作原理是通过控制两个全桥在两侧分别获得交流方波电压,再调整两侧的方波电压之间的相差从而控制传输功率的大小及方向。

式中:D为半开关周期移相比;n为高频变压器变比;fs为开关频率;VinVout分别为变换器输入侧、输出侧电压;L为辅助电感。
为建立DAB的状态空间平均模型,可选取输出侧滤波电容电压和辅助电感电流作为状态变量。单重移相(single phase shift,SPS)调制是DAB控制采用的主流调制方式,若采用其他调制方式,推导方式亦与SPS调制一致。在一个开关周期内,SPS调制下的DAB一共有4种模态,如图2所示。其中,假定D为外移相比,即S1与S5的导通时间差,Ts为开关周期的1/2。

式中:uin为输入电压;uo为输出电压;iL为电感电流。
在DAB中,电感电流属于交流分量,在一个稳态开关周期内求平均结果等于零。所以该分析方式不适合对电感电流进行平均值建模。因此,采用功率除以输出电压的方式替换电感电流,可以得到DAB的降阶模型为

需要注意的是,该方式下得到的电感电流不能反映周期内的变化,且需要理想无损耗的情况下才具有等式关系。因此,降阶模型是对实际模型中的辅助电感进行了近似简化,其建模精度较低。
滑模控制作为一种非线性控制方法,具有响应速度快和对系统参数变化不敏感的优点[11]。在本文中选择输出电压作为状态变量,可得双积分滑模面如下式所示:

滑模控制情况下,变换器的动态响应过程可以划分为到达阶段和滑动阶段,其中到达阶段所占时间相对于整个响应过程十分短暂,所以整个动态响应时间可以近似为滑动阶段时间。滑动阶段的时间主要由滑模面决定。当选取双积分滑模面时,根据文献[12],可以采用二阶系统时域分析法分析选取滑模面系数。令滑模面表达式为零,对时间求二阶导数,整理可以得到下式:

二阶系统调节时间Ts与自然频率ωn和阻尼比ζ相关,通过不同阻尼状态下的衰减时间常数以及规定允许误差范围可获得期望的Tsωnζ的关系式,进而得到期望的Ts与滑模面系数之间的关系式,从而可根据期望的Ts对滑模面系数进行估算。采用适当的自然频率和阻尼比搭配可有效配置滑模面系数,达到快速响应的效果。
为验证上述设计的控制器的性能,在Simulink中搭建了DAB仿真模型,采用双积分滑模控制与传统PI控制进行仿真对比分析。变换器参数设置如下:输入、输出电压均为48 V,额定功率为500 W,变压器变比为1∶1,辅助电感为20 μH,输出电容为1 000 μF,工作频率为20 kHz。
为了体现对比的公平性,以启动状态为参考标准,通过调整滑模面参数和PI参数令两者启动动态响应尽可能接近。当滑模面参数以调节时间3 ms、欠阻尼响应( ζ=0.707)确定,PI控制积分项定为38,比例项定为0.07时,启动响应如图3所示。图中双积分滑模控制与PI控制在启动超调、动态响应时间上互相接近,后续仿真沿用该情况下的控制器参数。
图4为负载突变情况下的性能比较。可以看到,在负载突变过程中,双积分滑模控制在暂态过程中的输出电压超调/跌落更小,并且能在更快的时间内恢复至稳态,表现出了更优良的动态性能和更强的抗干扰性。
在变换器运行过程中,有可能遇到输入电压突变的情况。图5为在输入电压突变的情况下输出电压的暂态过程比较,输出端固定带6 Ω负载。
当输入电压突增或突减时,双积分滑模控制和PI控制都可以取得良好的稳定输出电压的效果。相比之下,双积分滑模控制可令输出电压在偏移更小的情况下更快地恢复至额定状态,表明了其在抑制输入电压波动产生的影响时更具优势。
为分析控制器在实物工作时的情况,进行了相关的实验。实验平台由500 W DAB变换器、可编程电源、电子负载、示波器和STM32F103RCT6系统板组成,如图6所示。
首先分析变换器在负载突变情况下的运行性能。图7为负载突变情况下的输出电压变化波形。从图中可以看出,双积分滑模控制相比于PI控制,暂态过程电压超调/跌落更小,调节时间更短。
图8为输入电压突变的情况下输出电压的暂态变化过程,其中输出端固定带6 Ω负载。
在输入电压由额定值突增或突减时,双积分滑模控制相比于传统PI控制,都可令输出电压在更小电压超调/跌落的情况下更快恢复至稳态。
本文基于DAB的降阶模型设计了双积分滑模电压控制器,采用时域分析法对滑模面系数的选取进行了分析,并通过仿真和实验对所提控制策略进行了验证。相同实验条件下,仿真和实验结果在动态变化过程的变化趋势上对应良好。无外加扰动时,双积分滑模控制器与PI控制器均可使DAB的输出电压快速准确地跟踪参考值。当出现负载扰动和输入电压波动时,双积分滑模控制器比PI控制器具有更小的电压超调/跌落和更短的调节时间,表现出更好的抗干扰性能。
