DC high current comprehensive characteristic test device is used to detect the released characteristics of DC low-voltage electrical overcurrent protection electrical device,which is used in low-voltage electrical industry for DC products for long time delay,short time delay,instantaneous tripping test and short circuit test. With the wide application of DC low-voltage electrical products in non-ferrous metallurgy,chlor-alkali chemical industry,low-voltage power distribution,DC transmission and distribution,new energy and railway applications,the DC high current comprehensive characteristic test device used for DC electrical product testing needs to be traced regularly to ensure that it can meet the accuracy requirements of the test detection capability. In the field of measurement calibration,the present situation of relevant calibration methods was analyzed,and the research direction of calibration methods of this test device was reviewed. According to the corresponding product of the test device and the national standard,a new calibration parameter was proposed. Aiming at the calibration problem of the DC high-current device,the measurement method of optical fiber current sensor was proposed,so as to evaluate the uncertainty of the data generated.

直流大电流综合特性试验装置是用于检测直流低压电器过流保护电器的脱扣动作特性的仪器,指在低压电器行业用于对直流产品进行长延时、短延时、瞬时脱扣试验和短路试验的测试设备。随着直流低压电器产品在有色冶金、氯碱化工、低压配电、直流输配电、新能源以及轨道交通等领域的广泛应用,用于直流电器产品检测的直流大电流综合特性试验装置需要定期溯源,以满足试验检测能力的准确度要求。在计量校准领域内展开相关校准方法的现状分析,梳理了现阶段此试验装置校准方法的研究方向。根据试验装置对应产品,依据国家标准,提出新的校准参数,针对直流大电流装置的校准问题,提出使用光纤电流传感器测量方法进行测量,并对其产生的数据进行不确定度评定分析。

直流大电流综合特性试验装置是用于检测直流低压电器过流保护电器的脱扣动作特性的仪器,指在低压电器行业用于对直流产品进行长延时、短延时、瞬时脱扣试验和短路试验的测试设备。随着直流低压电器产品在有色冶金、氯碱化工、低压配电、直流输配电、新能源以及轨道交通等领域的广泛应用,用于直流电器产品检测的直流大电流综合特性试验装置需要定期溯源,以满足试验检测能力的准确度要求。在计量校准领域内展开相关校准方法的现状分析,梳理了现阶段此试验装置校准方法的研究方向。根据试验装置对应产品,依据国家标准,提出新的校准参数,针对直流大电流装置的校准问题,提出使用光纤电流传感器测量方法进行测量,并对其产生的数据进行不确定度评定分析。

DC high current comprehensive characteristic test device is used to detect the released characteristics of DC low-voltage electrical overcurrent protection electrical device,which is used in low-voltage electrical industry for DC products for long time delay,short time delay,instantaneous tripping test and short circuit test. With the wide application of DC low-voltage electrical products in non-ferrous metallurgy,chlor-alkali chemical industry,low-voltage power distribution,DC transmission and distribution,new energy and railway applications,the DC high current comprehensive characteristic test device used for DC electrical product testing needs to be traced regularly to ensure that it can meet the accuracy requirements of the test detection capability. In the field of measurement calibration,the present situation of relevant calibration methods was analyzed,and the research direction of calibration methods of this test device was reviewed. According to the corresponding product of the test device and the national standard,a new calibration parameter was proposed. Aiming at the calibration problem of the DC high-current device,the measurement method of optical fiber current sensor was proposed,so as to evaluate the uncertainty of the data generated.

直流低压电器产品(如断路器、隔离开关、接触器、继电器、双电源、自动转换开关、控制保护开关电器、微型断路器等)在有色冶金、氯碱化工、低压配电、直流输配电、新能源以及轨道交通等领域应用广泛。直流寿命和短路试验系统、直流温升系统等直流大电流综合特性试验装置是直流电器产品性能检测的关键设备,需要定期进行校准,以保证试验检测能力的可靠性。直流电器产品的生产企业对性能检测设备的需求量很大,一个中等规模的生产企业至少需要10台或以上的试验设备用于产品的例行检验。对于直流电器产品的各种性能检测系统,目前国家或行业尚无校准规范作为计量校准的溯源依据,同时没有准确的校准方法,所以无法对试验装置的生产企业进行有效的技术监督,产品的研发和生产制造处于无序状态;第三方计量机构也不具备相关的校准能力,无法出具整套系统的校准证书,只能将系统拆解,在其授权许可的范围内对其中的电流传感器和测量仪表单独校准。一方面,受实验室电源容量和大电流标准器的限制,10 kA以上很难校准;另一方面,实验室无法产生真实的试验电流,校准状态与实际使用状态不一致,这也给企业带来了很大的困扰。因此,直流电器产品性能检测系统的计量水平明显处于滞后状态,无法满足目前产品制造和检测计量溯源的需求。因此,在计量校准行业内,亟需确立统一的计量校准规范,完善直流大电流综合特性试验装置的计量溯源体系,推动解决行业计量溯源痛点难题,为直流电器产品的性能检测及质量提升提供支撑保障。
常用的直流大电流测量方法包括:分流器法、霍耳电流传感器、直流电流比较仪、光纤电流传感器等。
分流器法基于欧姆定律,通过测量电压计算出待测量的电流大小。分流器需介入一次电流回路,无法实现与二次测量回路的电气隔离;大电流分流器通常体积庞大、质量大(百kA量级分流器的质量在几十kg),安装不便,电阻值的热效应影响电流的测量准确度和重复性。
霍耳电流传感器一般由霍耳元件、聚磁铁心、补偿线圈、功率放大电路组成。霍耳元件位于铁心的气隙内,基于霍耳效应检测一次被测电流产生的磁通,通过功率放大电路驱动二次补偿线圈反馈补偿一次电流,形成闭环。霍耳大电流传感器在有色冶金、氯碱化工行业广泛应用,存在的问题是测量精度受外磁场干扰影响较大,百kA量级的霍耳电流传感器体积庞大、质量大,适合现场安装长期运行,但不适合作为计量标准。
直流电流比较仪也称零磁通电流互感器,采用磁调制技术,利用检测线圈检测铁心中的磁通,对二次电流进行反馈控制,实现一次、二次安匝平衡。直流电流比较仪通常具有很高的测量精度,采用磁耦合实现了一次、二次电气回路的隔离,但受限于铁心质量,测量范围有限,目前商用产品测量范围为一般不超过20 kA。
光纤电流传感器测量装置在物理上基于法拉第磁光效应和安培定律。传感光纤围绕被测电流形成闭合环路,其中传输的两束圆偏振光在被测电流产生的磁场作用下形成相位差,该相位差与被测电流成正比。采用光学干涉测量技术,通过探测两束圆偏振光之间的相位差可实现电流测量。
光纤电流传感器测量装置的主要特点是:测量准确度较高、动态范围大、可以同时测量直流和交流电流、可溯源;传感光纤一般采用柔性封装,可在不断开载流母线的情况下在线安装,匝数可根据被测电流的大小及测量准确度的要求灵活配置;便携性好,适合作为量值传递标准实现超大电流量的现场校准,是未来的发展趋势。
由于直流大电流综合测量装置一般较大,不易移动,且周围存在电磁干扰等影响因素。因此,采用光纤电流传感器测量装置,计量校准直流大电流综合特性试验装置,很好地解决了现场计量以及电流测量范围窄的问题。
直流大电流综合特性试验装置是一种用于检测直流断路器等过流保护电器的脱扣动作特性的仪器,其原理如图1所示。
依据国家标准GB/T 14048.1—2012《低压开关设备和控制设备 第1部分:总则》,将直流大电流综合特性试验装置的主要校准参数提取为电流、端口电压、纹波系数、导通时间、焦耳积分和时间常数等。通过分析直流大电流综合特性试验装置预期波的电压、电流参数,将直流大电流综合特性试验装置显示值与通过光纤传感器测量装置得到的数据进行比对,分析直流大电流综合特性试验装置的能力,进而实现了对直流大电流综合测量装置的计量校准,满足GB/T 14048系列的元器件产品的检测需求。
光纤传感器测量装置由光纤敏感环、光电采集模块和上位机数据采集系统组成。被测电流从光纤敏感环中心穿过,光纤敏感环输出光信号,经过光电采集模块转换成数据采集系统能识别的电信号,进而达到准确测量电流的目的。
通过分析直流大电流综合特性试验装置预期波的电压、电流参数,将直流大电流综合特性试验装置显示值与通过光纤传感器测量装置得到的数据进行比对,分析直流大电流综合特性试验装置的能力,试验原理图如图2所示。
环境条件:温度22.5 ℃,相对湿度50% RH。
测量标准:光纤电流传感器和数据采集器。
被测对象:直流大电流综合特性试验装置。
测量方法:将光纤电流传感器测量装置和被校准的直流大电流综合特性试验装置的电路连接如图2,按10%~100% FS范围内均匀选取不少于5个点的要求输出电流值,分别记录直流大电流综合特性试验装置和数据采集器输出电流的有效值I和 I s,得到电流的示值误差。
电流示值误差的测量模型如下式所示:
Δ ( I ) = I x - I s
式中: Δ ( I )为试验装置的电流示值误差; I x为直流大电流综合特性试验装置输出电流的示值; I s为光纤电流传感器数据采集器的电流实测值。
考虑到待测直流大电流综合特性试验装置最大允许误差对测量结果的影响,数学模型应为
Δ ( I ) = I x - I s + δ I x
式中: δ I x为直流大电流综合特性试验装置电流最大允许误差对测量结果的影响。
I x I s δ I x之间不相关。
直流大电流综合特性试验装置设定输出直流电流6 300 A,读取此时试验装置显示数据6 300 A,即被校准的试验装置的显示值;同步读取光纤电流传感器数据采集器并记录其实测值,在相同环境条件下,重复测量10次,获得数据如表1所示。
测量的平均值计算如下:
x ¯ = 1 10 i = 1 10 x i = 6.253   3   k A
单次测量值的试验标准偏差计算如下:
s = i = 1 10 ( x i - x - 2 ) n - 1 = 2.111   A
取单次测量值为测量结果,因此标准不确定度如下式:
u 1 I = 2.111   A
光纤电流传感器和数据采集器组成的校准装置根据校准证书,在3’160 kA范围内校准装置电流测量不确定度评定为0.1%,区间半宽度 a = 0.1 % × 6   300   A = 6.3   A,符合均匀分布,k= 3。因此,标准不确定度为
u 2 ( I s ) = a k = 6.3   A 3 = 3.637   A
依据直流大电流综合特性试验装置使用说明书中的技术指标,被校准直流大电流综合特性试验装置直流电流的最大允许误差为±2% FS,在(-63 A,63 A)之间,服从均匀分布,区间半宽 a = 63   A,包含因子 k = 3,则
u 3 ( I x ) = a k = 63 3 = 36.37   A
不确定度分量的汇总表如表2所示。
合成标准不确定度是由若干个标准不确定度分量经过方差或协方差算得的标准不确定度。其表达式如下式所示:
u c = u 1 2 I + u 2 2 ( I s ) + u 3 2 ( I x ) = 36.612A
扩展不确定度由合成标准不确定度的倍数表示,一般选取置信概率 p = 95 %,即 k = 2时,来表示测量结果的区间。则直流6 300 A校准结果的扩展不确定度为: U = k u c = 73.224   A 73.2   A,换算至相对扩展不确定度为: U r e l = 1.2 % k = 2
依据经验,全面分析校准过程中产生误差的原因,得到校准不确定度,将校准结果的最佳估计值与不确定度结合起来,即在95%置信概率下,确定包含真值的置信区间为(6 300.0±73.2)A。
针对低压元器件行业直流大电流综合试验装置的计量校准需求,在梳理现有的计量校准方法基础上,提出使用光纤电流传感器法,具有测量准确度高、便携性好和抗干扰能力强等特点,可以很好地解决现场计量难的问题。
通过以直流大电流综合试验装置在电流6 300 A校准点为例,使用光纤电流传感器校准直流大电流综合试验装置时进行了不确定度分析,分析结果也证明了光纤电流传感器法的良好特性。
本文中提出的校准参数,可以有效地解决直流大电流综合试验装置的计量校准问题,满足GB/T 14048系列的元器件产品的检测需求。通过确立统一的计量校准规范,可以完善直流大电流综合特性试验装置的计量溯源体系,为直流电器产品的性能检测及质量提升提供支撑保障。
