Aiming at the problem of large output voltage fluctuation and long recovery time of three-phase pulse-width modulation (PWM)rectifiers when the load changes,an improved single-neuron gradient learning control strategy was proposed. Due to the poor adaptability of the traditional PI controller parameters when the load changes,a single neuron PI control was adopted in the voltage outer loop,and the gradient descent method was used to adjust the weight parameters online. In order to avoid falling into a local optimal solution during the solution process,a stochastic gradient descent algorithm with restart function (SGDR)was used,and cosine annealing was used to change the learning rate of the weights to improve the convergence performance of the algorithm. Through Matlab and hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiments,the dynamic response performance of the voltage outer loop of the three-phase PWM rectifier under different control algorithms was compared and analyzed. The results show that the three-phase PWM rectifier controlled by the improved single neuron PI algorithm has smaller voltage fluctuation,faster dynamic response and more stable operating state when the load changes.

针对三相脉宽调制(PWM)整流器在负载变化时输出电压波动大且恢复时间长的问题,提出一种改进单神经元梯度学习控制策略。由于传统的PI控制器参数在负载变化时适应性差,在电压外环采用单神经元PI控制,利用梯度下降法在线调整权值参数。为了避免求解过程中落入局部最优解,采用带有重启功能的随机梯度下降算法(SGDR),利用余弦退火改变权值的学习速率,提升算法的收敛性能。通过Matlab及半实物仿真实验,比较分析三相PWM整流器电压外环采用不同控制算法下的动态响应性能,结果表明:改进单神经元PI算法控制下的三相PWM整流器在负载变化时具有更小的电压波动、更快的动态响应以及更加稳定的运行状态。

Aiming at the problem of large output voltage fluctuation and long recovery time of three-phase pulse-width modulation (PWM)rectifiers when the load changes,an improved single-neuron gradient learning control strategy was proposed. Due to the poor adaptability of the traditional PI controller parameters when the load changes,a single neuron PI control was adopted in the voltage outer loop,and the gradient descent method was used to adjust the weight parameters online. In order to avoid falling into a local optimal solution during the solution process,a stochastic gradient descent algorithm with restart function (SGDR)was used,and cosine annealing was used to change the learning rate of the weights to improve the convergence performance of the algorithm. Through Matlab and hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiments,the dynamic response performance of the voltage outer loop of the three-phase PWM rectifier under different control algorithms was compared and analyzed. The results show that the three-phase PWM rectifier controlled by the improved single neuron PI algorithm has smaller voltage fluctuation,faster dynamic response and more stable operating state when the load changes.

三相脉宽调制(pulse-width modulation,PWM)整流器既能整流又可实现逆变,且凭借整流输出电压可调、引起的网侧电流谐波含量少、稳定单位功率因数运行等优点[1],在电动汽车充电领域得到广泛应用,满足了汽车储能元件与电网间电能的互补利用[2]。随着新能源汽车及智能微电网的不断发展,电力系统的稳定运行更加依赖PWM整流器的控制性能。
双闭环控制因其结构简单、易于实现,在三相PWM整流器控制中被广泛使用[3],但传统PI参数是针对某一特定工况整定得到的,当运行状态发生变化时,其值不能随之实时调整。针对上述问题,国内外学者引入神经网络、模糊控制等智能算法对PI控制器进行优化。文献[4]将传统PI调节器输出量与实际直流电压值传入径向基神经网络进行辨识,依据辨识结果对PI参数在线调节,从而获得更优的系统性能;文献[5]使用双重模糊控制器,利用不同的输入变量及模糊规则,对PI参数进行两次修正,在电机驱动方面得到良好应用;文献[6]在负载变化情况下,电压外环采用自适应方法,对电压设定值进行跟踪,有效应对了传统PI控制器参数不能随工况实时调整的问题。
作为先进控制理论的一种典型方法,单神经元PI目前在光伏发电系统[7]、无人机喷雾系统[8]、飞轮储能系统[9]、无刷直流电机[10]等领域获得大量应用,但其在三相PWM整流器电压调节方面的应用还鲜有研究。为了解决PI控制器比例积分系数无法自适应负载变化的问题,本文提出基于改进单神经元梯度学习的电压控制策略,利用神经元具有自主学习能力的优点,实现控制权值的自适应调整,引入余弦退火对学习率进行调整,达到更优的控制效果。
图1为三相PWM整流器主电路拓扑结构。其中, E a E b E c为网侧三相电压; i a i b i c为网侧三相电流; U d c为整流输出的直流电压;L为交流侧滤波电感;R为交流侧电路等效电阻;Cd为直流侧电容;RL为负载电阻。
依据基尔霍夫定律搭建PWM整流器数学模型:

式中: S i ( i = a , b , c )为三相桥臂的开关状态,Si = 1表示上桥臂导通而下桥臂关断,Si = 0正好相反[11]
将式(1)进行坐标变换,得到d-q同步旋转坐标系下的数学模型:

式中:ωd-q坐标系的旋转角频率,ω=2πfEdEqidiq分别为电压、电流矢量在同步旋转坐标系下的分量;SdSq分别为开关状态在dq轴的分量。
本文采用电压电流双闭环控制策略,电流内环用来跟踪交流电压,保持单位功率运行;电压外环用来调节与稳定直流输出电压。
由式(2)可知,三相PWM整流器在d-q同步旋转坐标系下idiq是相互耦合的,其中一项的变化会带来另一项的变化,控制器设计较为复杂。因此,我们采用前馈解耦策略对电流环进行解耦[12],将电流内环设计为

式中: K i P K i I分别为电流控制器比例、积分系数;id_refiq_ref分别为idiq的电流期望值。
d-q同步旋转坐标系下的电流环解耦,得到的控制框图如图2所示。由上述分析可得,在旋转坐标系下,电流被转换成直流量,PI调节器实现了无偏差跟踪。
将电流环用一阶惯性环节近似替代[13]

确定如图3所示的三相PWM电压外环控制框图。图中:Kτ为电压外环PI控制器参数,Gis)为电流环传递函数。
按照经典Ⅱ型系统设计电压调节器[14],可得出电压开环传递函数为

其中,Ts为控制对象固有的,分子上的比例微分环节用来保证系统稳定,因而待定的参数有两个:Kττ比3Ts大得越多,系统的稳定裕度就越大[15]
按典型Ⅱ型系统关系进行整定得到:

定义中频宽[16]h=τ/(3Ts,工程上一般取中频宽h=5。在确定了h之后,可计算电压外环PI调节器的参数:

根据上节的分析可得,三相PWM整流器电压外环采用传统PI控制器,能够实现对直流电压设定值的状态跟随,但经整定后参数固定,在负载突变时参数适应性差。借鉴神经网络算法,采用具有自学习能力的神经元。根据系统运行状态实时调整控制器参数,具有较强的鲁棒性,且能抑制超调,改善动态响应性能。
传统PID控制器与单神经元相融合,对偏差值进行状态变换得到三种不同状态量作为神经元的输入,神经元的权值 ω i对应于PID的三个系数,这就构成了单神经元PID控制器[17]。其控制系统框图如图4所示。
图4中,rk)为直流电压设定值,yk)为直流电压实际采样值,第k次采样时刻被控对象的误差ek)为

单神经元PID的传递关系可表示为

式中:uk)为第k次采样时刻电压环的输出;K为神经元的比重; ω - i ( k )为归一化权值; K ω - i ( k )为PID控制中的比例、积分和微分增益。
与传统PID不同的是,单神经元PI可通过对加权系数的调整来实现自适应功能。为了通过权值的自学习来实现良好的控制效果,引入二次型性能指标函数Jk):

采用梯度下降法,权值的学习目标是使Jk)沿着负梯度方向变化,即减小误差ek)。设 η i ( η i 0i=1,2,3)分别表示比例、积分、微分环节的学习速率,Jk)与 ω i ( k )的关系可表示为

在实际应用中,式(13)中 y ( k ) / Δ u ( k )的精确值难以计算,将其用神经元输出uk)近似表示。基于有监督的Hebb学习[18-19],式(13)可以简写为

式中:ηi为权值的学习速率,取值通常不一致,一般大于0。
引入文献[20]中的带重启的随机梯度下降算法(stochastic gradient descent with restarts,SGDR),来提高其在训练深度神经网络时的随时性能。考虑了一种简单的热重启方法,一旦执行了Tm个完整训练批次,就会模拟新的随机梯度下降(stochastic gradient descent,SGD)热启动运行/重启,其中m为热重启的次数。重新启动不是从头开始执行,而是用增加学习率 η i来模拟,将上一次的权值 ω i用作初始值,来增加先前获得的信息被使用的程度。
在第m次运行时,利用余弦退火对该训练批次中的学习速率进行更改,如下所示:

式中: η m i n m η m a x m为第m次学习率的上、下限。
Tcur说明当前已经执行的训练批次个数。由于Tcur在每次迭代时更新,它是小数值,如0.1,0.2等,因此,当t=0即Tcur=0时, η i= η m a x m。一旦Tcur=Tm,cos函数将输出-1,此时 η i= η m i n m
为了简单起见,每次都采用相同的 η m a x m η m i n m,以减少所涉及的参数数量。由于热重启(学习率的增加)通常会暂时降低性能,为此,权值 ω i采用 ηi= η m i n m时刻计算求解的值。
本文分别通过Matlab仿真软件及半实物平台,对所提出的改进单神经元梯度学习控制策略的正确性与实用性进行验证。
三相PWM整流器电路选型参数为三相电压源频率50 Hz,三相交流相电压有效值20 V,直流参考电压50 V,交流侧电感L=1 mH,直流母线电容C=2 500 μF,PWM开关频率f=10 kHz,直流侧负载RL=100 Ω。
为验证系统空载稳定运行投入负载时的抗干扰性能,在1 s时投入100 Ω负载,图5为此情况下直流侧电压仿真结果。传统PI控制在负载接入时,其整流输出电压受到扰动,电压跌落较大且恢复时间较长(电压波动为1.29 V,动态响应时间约0.35 s);单神经元PI控制策略下,电压波动降到0.91 V,调节时间下降至0.25 s,系统的动态性能得到改善;而采用余弦退火的改进单神经元PI控制器,则进一步提升了系统性能,将调节时间减小到0.1 s。
进一步的,为验证突卸负载时的系统抗干扰能力,在系统满载稳定运行后,2 s时卸掉负载,图6为此情况下直流侧电压变化情况,对比传统PI、单神经元PI和本文所改进方法,采用本文控制方法的电压波动更小,调节时间更短,在切掉负载时,也具有很好的控制效果。具体仿真结果如表1所示。
图7所示样机,样机参数与仿真所用参数相同,控制算法利用YXSPACE-SP2000编译实现。
图8为本文改进控制方法在100 Ω负载情况下的实验波形,由图8a可知,相电流波形为正弦且跟随相电压,图8b显示直流电压稳定在设定值50 V处。
图9为进行100 Ω负载投切实验时,整流输出电压及电网输出电流的波形。图9a为传统PI控制实验结果,在负载投入时,电压下降了3.1 V,恢复时间约为0.41 s;图9b为单神经元PI控制实验结果,电压降幅为2.57 V,恢复时间约为0.38 s,系统响应性能改善并不明显;图9c为本文改进方法所得的实验结果,电压波动为1.64 V,恢复时间降至0.16 s。对比实验波形可知,本文采用的控制策略改善了系统抗负载扰动的能力,具有良好的自适应性。具体变化情况如表2所示。
为了改善三相PWM整流器的电压跟踪性能,本文提出了一种基于改进单神经元梯度学习的电压电流双闭环控制方案。利用梯度下降法,根据误差信息在线调整权值参数,同时引入余弦退火算法改变梯度下降法的学习速率,改善系统动态响应性能。仿真及实验结果表明,系统输出直流电压超调小,动态响应快,具有良好的动、静态性能。
