The motor actuator used in circuit breaker has the advantages of simple structure,small dispersal of action and strong controllability,which provides the possibility for the switch contact of circuit breaker to follow the preset reference curve. The traditional control method can not adjust the parameters according to the movement process of circuit breaker switch contact,and the following is poor,and the intelligent control algorithm is complicated in calculation,affects the rapidity of control system,and is extremely difficult to implement in engineering. A piecewise pseudo-differential control strategy was presented,which avoids direct differentiation of the controlled variables and has the ability of fast dynamic response and anti-interference. Meanwhile,the control system parameters were given according to the segmented environment to ensure the following accuracy. The control strategy model was established for simulation analysis,and the 126 kV circuit breaker motor actuator control system was developed for experimental verification. The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the control strategy.

电机执行机构应用于断路器中,具有结构简单、动作分散小、可控性强等优点,为实现断路器开关触头对预设参考曲线的跟随提供可能。传统的控制方式参数固定无法根据断路器开关触头运动过程进行参数调整,跟随性差;智能控制算法计算复杂,影响控制系统快速性,且工程上极难实现。提出一种分段式伪微分控制策略,该控制策略避免了被控变量的直接微分,具有快速动态响应和抗干扰能力,同时,根据环境分段式赋予控制系统参数,保证了跟随精度。建立该控制策略模型进行仿真分析,并研制126 kV断路器电机执行机构控制系统以试验验证,仿真及试验结果均表明了该控制策略的有效性。

电机执行机构应用于断路器中,具有结构简单、动作分散小、可控性强等优点,为实现断路器开关触头对预设参考曲线的跟随提供可能。传统的控制方式参数固定无法根据断路器开关触头运动过程进行参数调整,跟随性差;智能控制算法计算复杂,影响控制系统快速性,且工程上极难实现。提出一种分段式伪微分控制策略,该控制策略避免了被控变量的直接微分,具有快速动态响应和抗干扰能力,同时,根据环境分段式赋予控制系统参数,保证了跟随精度。建立该控制策略模型进行仿真分析,并研制126 kV断路器电机执行机构控制系统以试验验证,仿真及试验结果均表明了该控制策略的有效性。

The motor actuator used in circuit breaker has the advantages of simple structure,small dispersal of action and strong controllability,which provides the possibility for the switch contact of circuit breaker to follow the preset reference curve. The traditional control method can not adjust the parameters according to the movement process of circuit breaker switch contact,and the following is poor,and the intelligent control algorithm is complicated in calculation,affects the rapidity of control system,and is extremely difficult to implement in engineering. A piecewise pseudo-differential control strategy was presented,which avoids direct differentiation of the controlled variables and has the ability of fast dynamic response and anti-interference. Meanwhile,the control system parameters were given according to the segmented environment to ensure the following accuracy. The control strategy model was established for simulation analysis,and the 126 kV circuit breaker motor actuator control system was developed for experimental verification. The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the control strategy.

真空断路器作为电力系统中最重要的设备之一,在电网运行中起着至关重要的控制和保护作用[1-2]。控制其执行机构实现开关触头按预设参考曲线分合闸操作,可减少过电压和涌流对系统的冲击,使电力系统更加高效、安全、可靠,提高系统整体寿命[3]
传统的断路器执行机构多采用弹簧、液压等,结构复杂,响应速度慢,难以实现控制开关触头按预设参考曲线运动[4]。电机执行机构具有运动部件少、结构简单、动作分散小、可控性强等优点,被广泛应用于断路器中。通过控制驱动电机旋转,即可实现对开关触头的运动控制。
断路器开合闸过程时间短,驱动电机为瞬时工作,且速度变化范围大、环境复杂。关合闸操作过程的触头跟随精度取决于控制系统对驱动电机的控制精度。针对驱动电机的控制,国内外学者做出了大量研究。文献[5]提出的基于滑模自抗扰控制策略提高了永磁同步电动机的抗扰性和鲁棒性;文献[6]针对机械弹性储能系统多变量、强耦合和负载特性时变的特点,提出了机械弹性储能系统用永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)增量反推控制方法;文献[7]提出基于参数辨识的永磁同步电机控制系统的设计,减少控制器参数调试的工作量和时间,最终得到的电机控制系统具有较优的动态性能;文献[8-9]针对永磁同步电机在不同领域的应用,提出了多种优化控制方法。以上均因无法满足真空断路器工作环境对电机执行机构的要求,难以将其直接应用于电机执行机构控制系统中。针对断路器电机执行机构控制的算法,需解决在断路器开合闸几十 ms内调速,使其按预设参考精确完成跟踪运动。此方面的研究鲜见报道。文献[10]针对断路器电机执行机构及其控制系统进行了研究,采用双闭环控制策略能够实现开合闸速度满足126 kV断路器要求,但其控制精度未提及;文献[11]提出断路器电机执行机构单神经元比例积分微分(proportional integral differential,PID)控制算法;文献[12]根据高压断路器电机操动机构运动过程非线性特点,提出模糊PI控制方法,但其智能算法复杂,影响响应速度,且不利于工程实现。
本文在对反馈原理进行深入探讨的基础上,分析断路器运动特性,提出对电机控制系统采用分段式伪微分控制策略,其中,断路器电机机构结构如图1所示。该算法融合了传统PID控制与智能控制思想,分段式根据环境变化赋予伪微分算法合适的控制参数,解决了传统控制策略无法根据环境调整控制参数及智能控制算法调整控制参数因需冗余繁杂的计算影响响应快速性的难题。同时,伪微分算法避免了输出量随输入量的积分、微分变化,而不能紧跟输入量变化的问题,可以保证系统具有快速跟随性和抗干扰能力。为了验证仿真结果,以126 kV高压真空电路器触头运动过程为研究对象,搭建了仿真模型及控制系统,仿真及试验结果验证了该控制方法的可行性。
断路器开、合闸动作为执行机构的驱动电机将电能转化为机械能的过程[13-15]。驱动电机通过传动机构驱动断路器开关触点运动。驱动电机的输出性能满足断路器开、合闸时负载及速度需求是实现对断路器开、合闸过程控制的前提[16-18]。断路器基本参数为:触头开距60±2 mm,超程24±2 mm,断路器拉杆行程84±2 mm,平均合闸速度1.3±0.2 m/s,平均分闸速度3.5±0.2 m/s,合闸时间70±20 ms,分闸时间42±2 ms,合闸触头弹跳时间≤10 ms,分闸触头反弹幅值≤6 mm,触头自闭力180±40 N。
根据断路器开、合闸要求设计驱动电机,其应具有启动速度快、启动转矩大、机械响应时间短、工作可靠性和运行稳定性高的特点。所设计PMSM电机的基本参数为:定子外径200 mm,定子内径132 mm,电枢长度300 mm,转子外径140 mm,转子内径54 mm,气隙长度2 mm,绕组相数3,定子槽数36,极对数2,极弧系数0.93,永磁体厚度10 mm,每槽导体数21,绕组线径1.5 mm,长径比1.5,永磁体材料N40SH,定子材料DW470,转子材料10#钢,转动角度68°。对设计进行仿真分析,以验证其满足断路器开、合闸要求。模拟断路器工作环境,设置其工作电源为电容器,充电电压为350 V,容量为198 000 μF,仿真时间0.15 s。电机开环仿真结果如图2所示。
图2可知,分别对电机的输出电流、反电动势、输出转矩、输出速度4个特性进行了分析。其中,驱动电机输出最大转矩452 N·m,输出转速为546 r/min(转换至断路器开关触头侧运动速度4.06 m/s),满足断路器分、合闸负载转矩及平均速度的要求。其电流输出特性、反电动势波形均满足电机设计的电流输出范围要求及理想状态下的反电动势波形输出要求。因此,所设计电机执行机构能够满足断路器开关触头的运动控制的前提要求。
断路器开、合闸过程中开关触头的运动速度直接影响断路器的触头间隙重击穿过程和快速暂态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)特性等多个方面。控制电机执行机构,实现开关触头运动速度跟踪预设参考速度曲线极其重要。在真空断路器合闸过程的几十ms内,电机执行机构的驱动电机旋转角度为68°,负载转矩及速度大幅度变化,因此,其控制系统需要具有快速响应和抗干扰能力。本文根据断路器电机执行机构控制需求,针对性地设计了新型分段式伪微分控制算法。为了验证所提控制算法的有效性,需进行开关触头速度跟踪实验仿真及试验验证。根据断路器分、合闸运动特性预设断路器开关触头速度曲线如图3所示。
控制系统的基本作用是将被控变量与参考输入进行比较,根据误差情况做出决策。控制算法对误差的运算处理决定控制系统的性能。
常规PID控制算法系统框图如图4所示,在前馈回路中每增加一种对误差的运算,同时增加了对参考输入和被控变量的运算,对参考输入的 每一种运算都将在整个控制系统的微分方程中表现出来,如下式所示:

式中:C为常数;J为电机转动惯量;B为电机黏性阻尼系数; K p K i K d分别为比例、积分、微分系数; w ( t )为输出; v ( t )为输入。
从式(1)可以看出,等式右边三个强迫项: C K p K i v ( t ) d t + C K p v ( t ) + C K p K d d v ( t ) / d t使输出不能紧跟输入量的变化,还随输入量的积分、微分变化。
根据分析,控制系统的前馈回路中只能采用积分运算,但为了保证系统的快速性、稳定性等理想的控制特性,需提供被控对象的微分量。为了避免引入参考输入的微分量,出于补偿目的被控量的微分必须全部在反馈回路中。根据以上分析,设计电机控制系统,其框图如图5所示。微分方程如下:

图5可以看出,对输出信号微分的积分仍是wt),这就说明没有必要对wt)进行微分。在工程上应尽量回避微分运算,可以将图5的控制系统改成图6所示的控制系统,其微分方程式仍为式(2)。没有对被控变量直接进行微分,得到与微分完全相同的结果,保证了系统具有快速跟随性和抗干扰能力等。
分段伪微分控制器的设计思想结合了智能控制算法与常规控制算法,其控制原理结构如图7所示。
在电机机构运动过程中,控制系统把调速量(速度偏差值)的大小进行分段,根据每段偏差值都能完全映射到其对应的调速量上这一原则,设立每段独立的控制参数。在输入量速度偏差范围较大的控制系统中,避免了常规控制器输入量与调速量映射不全的问题,从而避免了出现调节输出量饱和这一现象,提高了控制系统的控制精度。
本文根据大量计算分析及实验验证,以确定断路器合闸过程中,电机机构在每一阶段中控制最优的控制参数。电机机构在运动过程中,根据所处的阶段直接调用当前最优控制参数,节省计算分析时间,保证控制系统能够快速、精确控制电机运动。
为验证所提控制算法的有效性,在断路器开、合闸过程中,对触头速度跟踪预设曲线进行仿真分析,仿真结果如图8所示。
图8a可知,合闸时,开关触头运动速度跟踪预设参考曲线,最大跟踪误差在38.12 ms时刻,为0.21 m/s;分闸时,开关触头运动速度跟踪预设参考曲线,最大跟踪误差在23.56 ms时刻,为0.19 m/s。通过仿真分析可知,采用所提控制算法,断路器电机执行机构具有良好的跟踪性能。
断路器分、合闸过程中伴随着剧烈环境变化及干扰信号,为了验证所设计控制策略具有抗干扰性能及可靠性,能够保证断路器实现可靠的分、合闸操作,以合闸过程为例对控制系统进行抗干扰仿真分析,其结果如图9所示。在合闸20 ms时刻施加干扰信号,速度跟踪曲线出现偏离,经过调整,在25.3 ms时刻恢复跟踪预设参考曲线。由结果可知,所提控制策略具有抗干扰性能,能够保证开关触头速度对预设参考曲线的跟踪,实现断路器可靠分、合闸操作。
为进一步验证本文设计的控制算法及控制系统的有效性,研制了电机执行机构控制系统。本控制系统选用DSP作为控制模块核心来完成整个系统的功能。该系统还包括分合闸隔离驱动控制电路、电机位置检测电路、速度检测电路、绕组线圈电流检测电路、电容充放电控制电路等。电动机操动机构及控制器的电气原理图如图10所示。
以126 kV高压真空电路器电机执行机构为研究对象,对其开关触头运动过程进行试验分析,试验平台如图11所示。
设定电容器充电电压为350 V,电容器容量为198 000 μF,环境温度为25 ℃,进行断路器电机执行机构分、合闸操作试验,试验结果如图12所示。
图12为动触头速度对预设参考跟踪曲线,由分闸曲线可知,断路器在分闸过程的19.98 ms时刻,出现最大跟踪误差,误差为0.23 m/s;由合闸曲线可知,断路器在合闸过程的51.34 ms时刻,出现最大跟踪误差,误差为0.14 m/s。综合仿真及试验结果可知,采用所提控制算法,可使断路器分、合闸过程中,开关触头速度跟踪误差在0.3 m/s以内,证实了126 kV高压真空断路器配电机执行机构动触头随动控制的可实现性,且误差精度可控。
本文对高压断路器操动机构电机控制系统进行仿真和试验并可以得到以下结论:为实现断路器分、合闸过程中动触头的随动控制,研究了分段式伪微分控制算法,并进行仿真分析。同时,搭建以DSP28335为核心处理器的电机执行机构的硬件控制平台,进行联机试验。仿真及试验结果均表明,在分、合闸过程中,所提控制策略具有抗干扰性及可靠性,能够实现开关触头对预设参考的跟踪误差在0.3 m/s以内,保证断路器的有效开合动作,动触头速度跟踪精度可控。
