In high-precision applications,the control accuracy of the servo system is extremely high required. The control precision of the servo system depends largely on the precision of the feedback measurement. Position and speed feedback accuracy can be improved by increasing the absolute accuracy of the encoder,and it is not sensitive to external interference,while the current sampling link is more sensitive to switching noise,which will cause torque fluctuation and reduce the control precision of the servo system. Based on the principle of high-precision current sampling in servo system,the influence of switching noise on current control accuracy was studied. An SINC3 filter structure with continuous output and a method to improve the steady-state current control accuracy were proposed. The experimental results show that the method has obvious effect on restraining the current fluctuation caused by switching noise,and has strong engineering guiding significance.

在高精度应用场合,对伺服系统的控制精度提出了极高的要求。伺服系统的控制精度很大程度上取决于反馈测量的精度,位置、速度反馈精度可通过提高编码器的绝对精度进行提升,且对外界干扰并不敏感,而电流采样环节对开关噪声较为敏感,噪声会造成输出转矩波动,降低伺服系统控制精度。从伺服系统高精度电流采样原理出发,研究开关噪声对电流控制精度的影响,提出一种具有连续输出的SINC3滤波器结构和一种提高稳态电流控制精度的方法。通过实验结果可知,该方法对开关噪声造成的电流波动有明显的抑制效果,具有很强的工程指导意义。

在高精度应用场合,对伺服系统的控制精度提出了极高的要求。伺服系统的控制精度很大程度上取决于反馈测量的精度,位置、速度反馈精度可通过提高编码器的绝对精度进行提升,且对外界干扰并不敏感,而电流采样环节对开关噪声较为敏感,噪声会造成输出转矩波动,降低伺服系统控制精度。从伺服系统高精度电流采样原理出发,研究开关噪声对电流控制精度的影响,提出一种具有连续输出的SINC3滤波器结构和一种提高稳态电流控制精度的方法。通过实验结果可知,该方法对开关噪声造成的电流波动有明显的抑制效果,具有很强的工程指导意义。

In high-precision applications,the control accuracy of the servo system is extremely high required. The control precision of the servo system depends largely on the precision of the feedback measurement. Position and speed feedback accuracy can be improved by increasing the absolute accuracy of the encoder,and it is not sensitive to external interference,while the current sampling link is more sensitive to switching noise,which will cause torque fluctuation and reduce the control precision of the servo system. Based on the principle of high-precision current sampling in servo system,the influence of switching noise on current control accuracy was studied. An SINC3 filter structure with continuous output and a method to improve the steady-state current control accuracy were proposed. The experimental results show that the method has obvious effect on restraining the current fluctuation caused by switching noise,and has strong engineering guiding significance.

交流伺服系统以其高精度、高性能而广泛应用于各种场合[1]。电流反馈作为交流伺服系统的重要反馈环节,其采样精度在很大程度上影响着整个伺服系统的精度[2],随着现代电力电子器件的快速发展,PWM逆变器的开关频率得到极大的提高[3],开关器件的动作带来了高频的du/dt,这些高频信号通过寄生电容形成漏电流,产生共模电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)[4]。若电流采样中拾取了开关噪声,势必会造成输出转矩波动,无法满足高端应用场合的精度要求。针对以上问题,文献[5]通过硬件冗余电路消除开关噪声的影响,该方法增加了额外的采样电路;文献[6]通过采集平均电流的方法规避开关噪声,一个周期内仅进行一次电流采样,该方法不利于电流环带宽拓展[7-8];文献[9]提出了基于SINC3硬件滤波器配合软件滤波器来削弱开关噪声的影响,但增加了系统延时。
本文从伺服系统的高精度电流采样原理出发,分析了开关噪声对伺服系统电流控制精度的影响,提出了一种改进的SINC3滤波器结构和一种实时修正输出转矩的控制策略。通过实验结果可知,该方法可有效地抑制开关噪声对伺服系统精度的影响。同时,本文所述方法由于增加了电流环执行频率,降低了电流环前向通道的延时,提高了电流环带宽。
电机控制领域目前常用的电流采样是逐次逼近型(successive approximation register,SAR)模数转换器(analog to digital converter,ADC),但SAR型ADC受限于模拟器件的制造工艺,很难做到高精度[9]。随着对电流采样精度要求的越来越高,∑-Δ型ADC逐步被应用于高精度伺服控制器上。
∑-Δ型ADC以远高于信号频率的时钟对模拟量进行采样,将其转化为1 bit数据流,转换之后的数据通过数字滤波器进行滤波和抽取,将1 bit的数字信号转换为多位的数字信号。工程中常用SINC3滤波器完成数字滤波及抽取,SINC3滤波器的传递函数Gz)表示如下:

式中:M为抽取率。
SINC3滤波器由以采样时钟频率更新的3个积分器和以抽取频率更新的3个微分器组成。
SINC3滤波器是一个线性时不变系统,因此其脉冲响应h[n]可用来确定任何时间对任何输入的响应,其表达式如下:
y [ n ] = k = - x [ k ] × h [ n - k ]
式中: x [ k ]为输入序列; h [ n ]为输出序列。
由式(2)可知,滤波器为加权和,中间采样得到的信号具有较大的权重,往两边逐步降低。
图1为SINC3滤波器阶跃响应与脉冲响应的对应关系,滤波器经历了3个完整的抽取周期后达到稳定状态,因此SINC3滤波器的建立时间为3个抽取周期。抽取率与信噪比之间存在密切联系,抽取率越高,输出的有效位数越多,但提高抽取率会带来建立时间的增加,从而导致电流环带宽的下降,降低电流环性能。由SINC3滤波器的原理及图1可知,∑-Δ型ADC需要采集一段时间内的电流信号,将其转化为1 bit的数据流,由SINC3滤波器进行滤波及抽取,输出的是窗口期间采样电流的加权平均值。
伺服系统共模EMI传导路径示意图如图2所示。图中Rs1,Rs2为电机UV相电流采样电阻,ilg为共模漏电流。
采用空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)技术时,在开关器件动作的瞬间,会产生开关频率整数倍附近频率的噪声,这些噪声会穿透SINC3滤波器,从而影响伺服系统的控制精度。一般而言,∑-△型ADC输入电压范围仅为几百mV,同时为了提高信噪比,在实际应用中一般都会用满其线性输入区间,因此在小电流高精度的应用场景中,开关噪声带来的影响更为突出。
图3为SVPWM在1个PWM周期TPWM内的开关示意图,在t1时刻,U相上桥臂导通,此刻产生的开关噪声会被∑-Δ型ADC采集,tSINC3为数据穿透SINC3滤波器的延时。双采样双更新控制策略在三角波的波峰和波谷进行PWM更新,若计算时所得的电流反馈中包含了噪声信息,PI模块输出的UdUq并非期望值,最终造成电流波动。
传统的SINC3滤波器如图4所示,ADC和积分器采用系统时钟,差分器则按照抽取率使用抽取时钟,滤波器以抽取时钟速率输出数据,每次输出数据间隔时间较长,以10 MHz系统时钟、64抽取率为例,每次数据输出间隔6.4 μs。
本文针对传统的SINC3滤波器进行了改进,提出一种实时输出的SINC3滤波器结构,该结构在满足SINC3滤波器数据建立时间的要求后,每个系统时钟均可输出电流采样数据,为实时转矩修正提供了基础。改进的SINC3滤波器结构如图5所示,所有计算模块均使用系统时钟,其中R1~R5为双口随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM),RAM的时钟可选取系统时钟的2倍或以上,其深度为SINC3滤波器的抽取率,用来存储积分器和差分器的计算结果。
图5中,Diff1为本次抽取的样本差分结果,Diff1_dDiff1_dd分别为上次及上上次样本的差分结果,RAM共用一对读写地址,读地址比写地址多1,且读写地址每个时钟周期自增1,在时钟的上升沿将本次计算的结果按写地址写入RAM,下降沿按读地址从RAM中读出数据,由于读地址始终比写地址高1且地址的个数等于SINC3滤波器的抽取率,因此每隔一个抽取周期才能读取到写入该地址的数据,读取的值为上个抽取周期的计算结果。改进的滤波器由于增加了RAM,使得SINC3滤波器每个时钟均可以输出一次有效电流数据,假设ADC使用的系统时钟为10 MHz,100 ns即可更新一次采样电流,可认为采样电流连续。
由于SINC3中间的采样序列具有最高的权重,因此单次开关噪声的影响在连续输出的电流采样数据中一定是随时间变化的,三阶滤波器的脉冲响应长度T由下式所得:
T = ( 3 × D R - 2 ) × t M
式中:DR为抽取率;tM为调制器的时钟周期。
假设ADC及SINC3滤波器采用10 MHz时钟,抽取率选择64,脉冲响应的长度为19 μs,开关噪声的影响在图3t1时刻后9.5 μs达到峰值,此时t1处于脉冲序列的中间,而后影响逐渐趋近于0。
多次采样多次更新的电流控制策略可以对开关噪声的影响进行一定的修正,但由于一次PWM周期内有多个开关管动作,要取得较好的噪声抑制效果,需要尽可能地提高电流环的执行频率。本文采用的控制策略如图6所示,图中,tm为单个PWM周期内第m次电流环开始执行的时间,tum为第m次占空比更新的时刻,tumtm之差为电流环计算时间。电流环在单个PWM周期内执行20次,基于连续的电流反馈信息,实时修正PWM占空比,抑制开关噪声带来的影响。
作者搭建了伺服系统实验平台验证本文所研究内容,被控对象为200 W伺服电机,电感5.25 mH,额定电流1.6 A。电流采样芯片选用了德州仪器的AMC1204,量程为±320 mV,使用现场可编程的门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)实现电流环控制,开关频率为8 kHz。
使用锁轴工装将电机轴固定,采用单电流闭环,电角度在程序中设定为270°,电流环输入的Iq指令为定值。由于电机轴和电角度固定,稳态时系统的扰动可认为仅剩下开关噪声。
Iq指令为额定电流(峰值)的情况下,稳态时通过FPGA在线读取的电流反馈信息如图7所示,此时电流环在一个载波周期内执行4次。可见在开关管动作时刻,电流采样波形上出现了异常的毛刺尖峰,并在采集到尖峰毛刺的下一个电流控制周期,电流波形向毛刺的相反方向波动。实际电流波形如图8所示,10 ms/格展开时可见波形杂乱,自动测量峰峰值230 mA,100 μs/格展开时峰峰值229 mA,电流波动明显。
图9为采用了实时转矩修正策略的电流控制波形,由图可见,10 ms/格展开时整体波形平滑,自动测量峰峰值15.6 mA,100 μs/格展开时电流波形上下平齐,峰峰值106.69 mA,输出电流稳定无波动,控制效果良好。
为了进一步验证实时转矩修正策略的效果,在指令电流为电机额定电流峰值的0.5倍、1倍以及2倍的情况下,对比四更新控制策略和实时转矩修正策略的电流控制波形,对比结果如表1所示,两种策略下0.5倍和2倍的电流控制波形如图10图11所示。
由于单电流闭环锁轴模式稳态时PWM的占空比接近恒定,为了更好地验证实时转矩修正策略在占空比不断变化情况下的控制效果,作者在加载台上对电机进行加载,采用速度电流双闭环进行动态模式验证,电机运行转速1 000 r/min,负载为额定负载。在转速达到稳定后,对比双更新控制策略、四更新控制策略以及实时转矩修正策略下的电流控制波形,结果如图12~图14所示。
图12图13可见,双更新控制策略输出的电流波形正弦度较差,展开可见电流波形出现明显的上下波动,四更新控制策略输出的电流波形较双更新控制策略有所改善,但开关噪声引起的电流波动仍然清晰可见,总体波形正弦度欠佳。采用实时转矩修正策略的控制波形如图14所示,电流波形正弦度良好,波形平滑无波动,几乎完全消除了开关噪声的影响。
本文分析了开关噪声对于伺服系统电流控制精度的影响,根据∑-Δ型ADC及SINC3滤波器原理,提出了一种改进的SINC3滤波器结构,该结构可在系统时钟下输出连续的电流采样波形,并基于改进的SINC3滤波器,提出了一种实时转矩修正策略,通过实验证明该策略有效削弱了开关噪声对伺服系统电流控制精度的影响,输出的转矩电流稳定无波动,本文采用的控制策略不仅可以提高电流控制精度,同时提升了伺服系统带宽,具有很强的工程指导意义。
