With the proposal of the "dual carbon" goal,the application of EVs is becoming increasingly widespread. In order to further reduce the charging cost of EVs so as to easing the charging cost burden of EV users,a coordinated control strategy for EV charging DC microgrid was proposed,which includes photovoltaic(PV),energy storage system(ESS)and power grid. This strategy can coordinate the input and output states of different ports based on the power relationship between each port,reduce the fluctuation of EV charging load through peak shaving and valley filling thus lowering the charging cost. Firstly,the control strategies of PV and ESS were introduced. Then,Monte Carlo algorithm was used to predict the charging load of EVs. Next,six modes and four voltage bands during microgrid operating was divided,mode switching condition and coordinated control strategies between each port were proposed. Subsequently,the feasibility of coordinated control was verified in Matlab/Simulink and Yuankuan semi-physical simulation platform. Finally,by calculating EV charging costs under five typical weather scenarios and comparing them with other literature,it was found that the proposed strategy can reduce charging costs by up to 28.1%,its significant effect in reducing costs was demonstrated.

随着“双碳”目标的提出,电动汽车(EV)的应用愈加广泛。为了进一步降低电动汽车充电成本、减小用户的充电负担,提出一种包含光伏(PV)、储能(ESS)以及交流电网的电动汽车充电直流微电网协调控制策略,该策略能够根据各个端口间的能量关系协调不同端口的输入、输出状态,针对电动汽车充电负荷的波动性削峰填谷以降低充电成本。首先介绍光伏和储能系统的控制策略,之后对电动汽车充电负荷使用蒙特卡洛算法进行预测,接着将微电网运行划分为6个模态以及4个电压带,提出各端口间的模态切换条件以及协调控制策略,随后在Matlab/Simulink以及远宽半实物平台验证了协调控制的可行性,最后通过计算5种典型天气场景下的电动汽车充电成本并与其他文献比较,得出所提策略最多降低充电成本28.1%的结论,证明了其在降低成本方面的显著效果。

随着“双碳”目标的提出,电动汽车(EV)的应用愈加广泛。为了进一步降低电动汽车充电成本、减小用户的充电负担,提出一种包含光伏(PV)、储能(ESS)以及交流电网的电动汽车充电直流微电网协调控制策略,该策略能够根据各个端口间的能量关系协调不同端口的输入、输出状态,针对电动汽车充电负荷的波动性削峰填谷以降低充电成本。首先介绍光伏和储能系统的控制策略,之后对电动汽车充电负荷使用蒙特卡洛算法进行预测,接着将微电网运行划分为6个模态以及4个电压带,提出各端口间的模态切换条件以及协调控制策略,随后在Matlab/Simulink以及远宽半实物平台验证了协调控制的可行性,最后通过计算5种典型天气场景下的电动汽车充电成本并与其他文献比较,得出所提策略最多降低充电成本28.1%的结论,证明了其在降低成本方面的显著效果。

With the proposal of the "dual carbon" goal,the application of EVs is becoming increasingly widespread. In order to further reduce the charging cost of EVs so as to easing the charging cost burden of EV users,a coordinated control strategy for EV charging DC microgrid was proposed,which includes photovoltaic(PV),energy storage system(ESS)and power grid. This strategy can coordinate the input and output states of different ports based on the power relationship between each port,reduce the fluctuation of EV charging load through peak shaving and valley filling thus lowering the charging cost. Firstly,the control strategies of PV and ESS were introduced. Then,Monte Carlo algorithm was used to predict the charging load of EVs. Next,six modes and four voltage bands during microgrid operating was divided,mode switching condition and coordinated control strategies between each port were proposed. Subsequently,the feasibility of coordinated control was verified in Matlab/Simulink and Yuankuan semi-physical simulation platform. Finally,by calculating EV charging costs under five typical weather scenarios and comparing them with other literature,it was found that the proposed strategy can reduce charging costs by up to 28.1%,its significant effect in reducing costs was demonstrated.

近年来,全球变暖等过量碳排放带来的负面影响逐渐加剧[1],为了有效减缓气候变暖进程,中国提出在2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和的目标,而电动汽车作为取代化石燃料汽车、降低碳排放[2-4]的重要载体有着非常广阔的前景。同时,光伏发电作为新能源发电中最具代表性的方式[5-6],因其清洁、高效、零碳排放的特点[7]也成为“双碳”目标实现的关键因素,但由于其输出的时空不确定性[8],为了有效提高利用率需要将其接入储能系统来存储发出的多余能量[9]。由此,光储系统与电动汽车充电的结合成为一种低碳排放量、高效率[10]的选择。采用共直流母线结构的光储微电网可以依靠光伏和储能灵活高效地对系统能量进行动态调节[11-12],在此基础上制定各端口间恰当的协调控制策略便能够对波动性的电动汽车充电需求进行削峰填谷[13],使得整体充电成本降低,从而在一定程度上推进电动汽车的进一步普及。
对于光储系统结合电动汽车充电的微电网系统,现有的对降低充电成本的研究主要从控制策略以及各端口建模后采用优化算法进行优化两个角度进行。在控制策略方面,文献[14]将多端口微电网划分为离网和并网两种模式,采用直流下垂控制来对电动汽车供能;文献[15]采用有源双向桥将电动汽车负载接入直流微电网并引入二次电压补偿以及平滑切除控制策略来提升系统的稳定性;文献[16]采用无线电能传输为电动汽车供能并分析了开关管调制占空比与充电效率的关系;文献[17]在孤岛状态下将供能与负荷间的不平衡功率归一化,在不同的不平衡功率下采用不同电价以降低成本。但是,以上策略都仅将电动汽车部分等效为蓄电池,对充电负荷波动或者光照气温变化时系统可能出现的各种运行状态划分并不完善。在优化算法方面,文献[18]使用灰狼优化算法来提高储能利用率以降低充电总成本;文献[19]对比了鲸鱼优化算法、水循环算法以及引力搜索算法用于降低成本时的优化效果;文献[20]采用主从博弈和贪心策略来对包含电动汽车的电网进行优化调度。以上文献主要从数学模型角度刻画各端口的特性,但是优化计算过程需要经过多次迭代寻优,其控制的实时性并不理想,从而难以准确描述系统物理模型级别的变化。
基于以上分析,为了满足不断波动的电动汽车充电负荷需求、保证系统各端口在不同状态下的稳定运行,并从物理模型级别降低电动汽车充电的成本,本文提出了一种基于协调控制的电动汽车充电成本优化策略。首先介绍了光伏、储能接入恒定母线电压的直流微电网中时的控制策略,通过蒙特卡洛算法预测得到电动汽车一天中的充电需求并将其作为直流微电网的负荷,接着通过对各端口运行状态进行模态划分并采用多模态切换的协调控制,在满足电动汽车充电需求的同时维持直流母线电压的稳定。之后,在5种典型天气条件下将所提策略在Matlab/Simulink中进行仿真验证并在远宽半实物平台上进行实验验证,以证明所提策略的可行性。最后计算不同天气条件下的每日充电成本,并与其他文献优化效果对比,证明该策略在降低成本方面的有效性。
本文介绍的电动汽车充电成本优化以共直流母线微电网为基础,主要包括光伏系统、储能系统、交流电网以及电动汽车充电负荷,系统整体结构如图1所示。光伏模块通过单向DC/DC变换器接入直流母线;储能模块的连接则采用双向DC/DC变换器以实现能量的双向流动;交流电网通过DC/AC变换器接入;负载部分使用电动汽车预测算法计算所得到的结果。下文将分别对各个端口及其控制方法进行介绍。
系统中光伏端口结构如图2所示。与直流母线相连的DC/DC变换器采用BOOST变换器。图中UPV为光伏输出电压,IPV为光伏输出电流,UDC为直流母线电压,L1为BOOST电感,VD为二极管,V为IGBT开关器件,C1为光伏输出侧电容,Cdc为直流母线电容。
为了使得光伏模块的利用率最大化,对其采用最大功率跟踪(maximum power point tracking,MPPT)策略使其一直输出当前温度和光照下所能输出的最大功率。本文使用扰动观察法来追踪光伏的最大功率,但是由于传统的扰动观察法一直采用相同步长对电压施加扰动,使得在功率追踪的初期追踪速度较慢,而在光伏输出接近最大功率时电压一直以固定的步长在最大功率所对应的电压附近波动,造成输出功率也在最大功率附近波动,降低了系统整体的稳定性。为了提升最大功率追踪的速度与精度,本文对扰动观察算法进行改进。
改进的基本思路是在追踪开始时采用较大的扰动步长以快速提高输出功率,在接近最大功率时采用较小的步长使得最大功率稳定输出。因此,在比较前后两次功率差值时,本文将预设的功率差值比较区间a划分为长度不同的n段,通过调节系数k来控制每一个区间的长短。各个区间的上、下限分别为a/kna/kn+1,随着n的增大各区间逐渐变短,各区间对应的扰动步长c/kn+1也逐渐减小,其中c为预设的在追踪最大功率初期的初始步长。在功率差值落入某一区间后,采用相应的步长改变下一时刻光伏输出电压,对输出电压及功率进行调节。当前后两次功率差值较大时,长区间对应的较大步长使得输出功率迅速上升到最大功率附近以减小追踪时间;而当功率差值较小时,短区间对应的较小步长可以在接近最大输出功率时较为准确地确定最大输出电压和功率,提高追踪的精度。整体的算法流程图如图3所示,其中PPV为光伏输出功率,UPVref为光伏输出参考电压,UPV(0)=0,IPV(0)=0。
在相同温度和光照条件下对采用相同初始步长的传统扰动观察法与本文所提改进的扰动观察法追踪最大功率效果进行比较,仿真结果如图4所示。对图4分析可得经过改进的扰动观察法追踪最大功率时速度提高了18.3%,最大功率波动减少35.4%,改进效果较好。
光伏端口控制原理如图5所示。在得到最大输出电压后通过双闭环PI调节得到控制开关管V的占空比D,之后产生PWM调制波以实现光伏在最大功率处为系统供能。
系统中储能端口结构如图6所示。储能系统采用锂电池组,通过双向DC/DC变换器连接到直流母线以实现能量的双向流动。图中,Ib为储能电流,L2为电感,V1和V2为IGBT开关器件,Cb为储能输出侧电容,Cdc2为直流母线电容。
储能端口控制原理如图7所示,Udcref为直流母线电压参考值,Ibmax为储能充放电最大电流。在储能不需要以最大功率进行充放电时,通过给定与母线电压数值相同的参考值的PI双闭环控制储能维持母线电压,储能进行恒压充放电;而当储能达到充电或放电最大功率时采用恒电流单闭环PI控制使得储能保持最大功率充放电。
电动汽车的充电需求往往取决于电动汽车自身的行驶情况以及车主将其接入充电系统的时间,但以上两个因素具有较强的随机性,因此需要选择合适的方法刻画大量电动汽车充电负荷的特征模型[21]。本文采用蒙特卡洛算法对电动汽车一天中的充电负荷进行预测,将预测所得结果作为电动汽车充电负荷引入系统[22]
电动汽车每日的行驶情况可以用电动汽车每日行驶里程来表示。通过对美国家庭出行调查(national household travel survey,NHTS)公布的电动汽车行驶数据的拟合,可以得到其概率密度分布函数如下:

设电动汽车每日最大行驶里程为Lm,可以计算得到电动汽车电池充满所需时间T如下:

假设电动汽车开始充电时间即为其完成一天全部行驶任务后接入系统开始充电的时间。对NHTS相关数据进行拟合,可得其充电开始时间t满足下式:

式中:σt为充电开始时间概率分布的方差;μt为充电开始时间概率分布的数学期望。
接下来使用蒙特卡洛算法对电动汽车的充电负荷进行预测。蒙特卡罗算法的基本思想基于大数定律,原理为通过一次随机试验,使一个事件的概率与某未知数有关,然后通过多次的重复试验,以该事件发生的频率近似值表示该未知数的近似值。在本文预测时,首先设定总的电动汽车数量,之后依据日行驶里程及充电起始时刻的概率分布随机抽取数据,由此计算一辆车的充电负荷曲线,之后重复这一过程,将每一辆车的充电负荷曲线叠加直到计算次数等于设定的电动汽车数量,这样得出的结果就可以认为是这些数量的电动汽车一天中充电所需求的总负荷曲线。
各端口的协调及状态切换是多端口微电网控制的核心问题。本文中的微电网主要包括光伏、锂电池储能、电动汽车充电负载以及电网4个端口,为了使得电动汽车充电费用最小,需要把除电网外的3个端口设定为一个较高优先级的系统,先确保能量在这三个端口间的供需平衡,同时还需要确保电池的荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)维持在电池长时间稳定运行的范围内。当电网未接入时,负载需求主要依靠光伏以及储能系统来满足,其中光伏系统一直执行MPPT策略输出最大功率,储能系统采用恒压充放电来维持直流母线电压稳定。当光伏输出功率很大,负载需求已被满足且储能以最大功率充电仍无法消纳光伏输出的能量时就需要将系统接入电网,向电网售电以获取利润,在这期间当储能达到SOC上限时,需要将其切除直到需要储能进入放电状态再将其重新接入。而当光伏输出功率较小且负载需求较大,储能即使以最大功率放电仍然无法满足负载需求时也需要将电网接入系统,通过向电网购电来维持系统功率的平衡,这期间当储能模块放电至SOC下限时也需要将其切断直到需要其进入充电状态再将其重新接入。由此可以将4个端口的能量状态汇总成6个模态,如表1所示。
模态Ⅰ:光伏通过改进的MPPT算法持续输出最大功率,储能持续充电至SOC上限,此时需要将其切断并将系统接入电网,光伏输出功率在满足充电负荷需求后剩余部分全部出售给电网以获得利润。
模态Ⅱ:光伏通过改进的MPPT算法持续输出最大功率,储能模块未达SOC上限,由于充电负荷功率较小,即使储能以最大功率充电仍然无法消纳光伏输出的功率,此时接入电网以向电网售电获利。
模态Ⅲ:光伏通过改进的MPPT算法持续输出最大功率,充电负荷所需功率可直接由光伏满足,储能吸收多余的能量且未达最大充电功率,因此不需要接入电网。
模态Ⅳ:光伏通过改进的MPPT算法持续输出最大功率,充电负荷所需功率可以由储能放电及光伏输出满足,储能未达最大放电功率,因此不需要接入电网。
模态Ⅴ:光伏通过改进的MPPT算法持续输出最大功率,储能以最大功率放电且SOC未达下限,而此时前两者仍无法满足电动汽车充电负荷需求,由此将整个系统接入电网以向电网购电来满足负荷需求。
模态Ⅵ:光伏通过MPPT算法持续输出最大功率,储能持续放电至SOC下限,此时需要将其切断并将系统接入电网,通过向电网购电来补足光伏输出与负荷需求之间的差值。
在进行模式切换时,首先以功率需求为条件,即比较光伏输出功率PPV和电动汽车充电负荷功率PL,当PPV>PL时,储能进入充电状态,之后检测其SOC是否达上限,若已达上限则将其切除,系统进入模态Ⅰ运行;若SOC未达上限则判断其是否需要以最大功率充电,若需要则进入模态Ⅱ运行,否则进入模态Ⅲ运行;当PPV<PL时,储能进入放电状态,之后检测其SOC是否已达下限,否则将其切除,系统进入模态Ⅵ运行;否则判断其是否需要以最大功率放电,若需要则进入模态Ⅴ运行,否则进入模态Ⅳ运行。各个模态的切换流程如图8所示。
在进行模态切换时,母线电压会随着不同端口的能量变化而产生波动。为了减少母线电压波动对系统稳定运行产生的影响,本文将母线电压划分为ABCD 4个电压带,如图9所示,图中Uub为母线所允许的最高暂态电压,Ulb为母线所允许的最低暂态电压,UupUlow分别为储能达到自身充电和放电最大功率时对应的母线电压,UR为母线电压额定值。当母线电压上升至B电压带,光伏通过MPPT以恒定功率输出能量,储能模块恒压充电控制母线电压回落至额定电压附近;若母线电压继续上升至A电压带,此时储能已达到自身充电最大功率,进而转为恒流充电模式,母线电压由电网进行恒压控制使得其回落至额定电压附近;当母线电压下降至C电压带,光伏通过MPPT以恒定功率输出能量,储能模块恒压放电控制母线电压回升至额定电压附近;若母线电压继续下降至D电压带,此时储能已达到自身放电最大功率,进而转为恒流放电模式,母线电压由电网进行恒压控制使得其回升至额定电压附近。通过以上控制策略可以在母线电压波动时快速将母线电压恢复到额定电压附近,确保了系统的稳定性。
为了证明本文所提控制策略的可行性以及降低充电成本的有效性,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了与图1的结构图相对应的仿真模型,具体参数如下:直流母线额定电压750 V,储能锂电池额定电压60 V,电动汽车电池容量C=50 kW·h,电动汽车最大行驶里程Lm=400 km,电动汽车充电功率Pc=3.5 kW,电动汽车充电效率η=0.9,储能锂电池容量200 A·h。其中光伏最大输出功率选取基于蒙特卡洛预测算法所得电动汽车充电最大功率需求。
选取晴天、多云、雨天、阴天以及雪天5种典型天气作为应用场景分别进行24 h运行仿真。系统运行时各个模态由不同颜色的色块标示,模态Ⅰ和模态Ⅵ由于不能最大限度利用储能模块应该尽量避免,只是作为保护储能模块的备用模态。
晴天时系统运行状态如图10所示。白天光照充足时充电负荷以及储能不能完全消纳光伏输出的能量,因此系统进入模态Ⅱ接入电网进行光伏上网套利;傍晚后光照强度的明显降低使得光伏输出降低,电网被接入以补足充电负荷需求差值,系统进入模态Ⅴ;其余时刻仅依靠储能以及光伏即可有效实现系统运行,系统在模态Ⅲ和模态Ⅳ间切换。一天运行中直流母线电压被维持在750 V附近,电压波动小于5%并且能以较快速度恢复到额定电压。
多云天气时系统运行状态如图11所示,在一天中系统仅经历了模态Ⅲ、模态Ⅳ以及模态Ⅴ,这是由于多云时光照波动较大并且强度较低导致光伏输出较低,系统主要依靠储能的调节作用满足充电负荷需求。傍晚后光伏输出进一步降低,系统向电网购电。一天运行中直流母线电压被维持在750 V附近,电压波动被维持在5%以内。
雨天时系统运行状态如图12所示。上午11:00时前以及下午14:00时后的连续降雨使得光伏输出只有一小段的高峰,从而导致系统进入模态Ⅱ进行光伏上网套利只持续不到2 h;在傍晚时较高的充电负荷需求同样使得系统进入模态Ⅴ向电网购电且持续时间更长;其余时刻系统在模态Ⅲ和模态Ⅳ间切换运行。直流母线电压被维持在750 V附近,电压波动小于5%并且能以较快速度恢复到额定电压。
阴天时系统运行状态如图13所示。与晴天相比,阴天光照变化趋势相近但强度显著降低,这使得系统也仅经历了模态Ⅲ、模态Ⅳ以及模态Ⅴ,用户无法进行光伏上网套利,系统进入模态Ⅴ的时间也较长,充电成本明显上升。运行中直流母线电压被维持在750 V附近,电压波动小于5%并且能以较快速度恢复到额定电压。
降雪天气时系统运行状态如图14所示。上午11:00时前光照强度逐渐升高,但之后的降雪导致积雪覆盖光伏面板,光伏输出受到严重影响。在降雪前系统有一段时间进入模态Ⅱ接入电网进行光伏上网套利,之后长时间运行在模态Ⅴ从电网购电。运行中直流母线电压被维持在750 V附近,电压波动被维持在5%以内。
为了进一步对控制策略进行验证,选取晴天24 h运行期间各模态的切换过程在远宽MT6020 HIL实时仿真器中进行了半实物验证。实验平台如图15所示。
早上06:00时系统由模态Ⅳ切换为模态Ⅲ,实验结果如图16所示,随着光伏输出功率的突然升高母线电压出现3.06%的超调,0.22 s后恢复到额定电压附近,储能从放电状态转换为充电状态。
早上08:00时系统由模态Ⅲ切换为模态Ⅱ,实验结果如图17所示,光伏输出功率的进一步升高使得储能由恒压充电模式转换为最大功率充电模式,系统接入电网,此时直流母线电压因为转为由电网端控制而出现4.71%的跌落,但在0.2 s内恢复,电网侧电流逐渐增大以消纳光伏过剩功率。
下午15:00时后系统由模态Ⅱ重新切换为模态Ⅲ,实验结果如图18所示,光伏输出功率保持恒定,但由于负载需求的增加,系统从电网断开连接,储能退出最大功率充电模式转而变为恒压充电模式,直流母线电压出现3.82%超调并在0.17 s后恢复。
下午16:00时后由于光照的减弱和负载需求的进一步增大,系统由模态Ⅲ切换为模态Ⅳ,实验结果如图19所示,随着光伏输出功率的突然下降,母线电压跌落3.98%,0.18 s后恢复到额定电压附近,储能从充电状态转换为放电状态。
下午17:00时后光伏和储能输出已经无法满足负载需求,系统由模态Ⅳ切换为模态Ⅴ,实验结果如图20所示,光伏输出功率下降使得储能由恒压放电模式转换为最大功率放电模式,系统接入电网,此时直流母线电压因为转为由电网端控制出现7.53%的跌落并在0.25 s后恢复,电网侧电流逐渐增大以满足负载需求。
晚上22:00时后系统由模态Ⅴ重新切换为模态Ⅳ,实验结果如图21所示,光伏输出功率保持恒定,但因为负载需求的降低系统从电网断开连接,储能退出最大功率放电模式转而变为恒压放电模式,直流母线电压上升4.63%并在0.24 s后恢复。
接下来对充电成本优化效果进行比较计算。系统各部分成本相关参数如下:光伏上网电价0.445 4元/(kW·h);光伏建设成本4.3元/W;民用阶梯电价为:峰值电价0.588元/(kW·h),谷值电价0.288/(kW·h),储能建设成本1.66元/(W·h)。所有参数来源为中国浙江地区政策文件。其中峰值电费执行时间为08:00时至22:00时;谷值电费执行时间为22:00时至次日08:00时。
根据各成本参数数据可得光伏建设成本为51 600元,储能建设成本为19 920元,计光伏使用年限为20 a,储能使用年限为5 a,则光储系统每日成本为17.99元。对本文所提成本优化控制策略在5种不同典型天气条件下的充电成本进行计算,并与文献[14]所提成本优化方法以及文献[19]的3种比较算法中优化效果最佳的鲸鱼优化算法的结果进行比较,计算得到每日充电费用比较如图22所示。
浙江某地充电站一天内的阶梯电价如图23所示。如果将上文电动汽车充电负荷接入充电站,则每日充电成本为73.84元。若采用家庭自行安装充电桩并执行阶梯电价,则每日充电成本为37.356元。
对以上成本计算结果进行分析得到成本降低百分比如表2所示。在晴天时本文充电成本比文献[14]降低0.34%,最为接近,这是由于本文将部分光伏输出功率用于储能充电,降低了光伏上网的收益,但同时也在负荷高峰期降低了向电网购电的费用,而文献[14]在光伏输出功率不足时购电费用较高;其他天气情况下则至少降低充电费用18.35%,显著优于文献[14];在所有天气条件下与文献[19]相比至少降低充电费用15.07%,显著优于文献[19]。对比家用自装充电桩与充电站,分别至少降低充电费用25.71%与62.43%。综上,本文所提基于协调控制的电动汽车充电成本优化策略能够有效降低充电成本,大幅减少用户充电负担。
本文针对电动汽车充电成本优化问题,提出了一种包含光伏系统、储能系统以及电网的多端口直流微电网控制策略来有效协调各端口间的能量关系,在系统保持稳定运行的条件下实现电动汽车充电成本的有效降低。主要结论如下:
1)本文将微电网运行划分为6种模态并将母线电压划分为4个电压带,使得在供能端和用能端能量实时变化的情况下,直流微电网能够有效协调各个端口的出力并在不同模态间切换,同时母线电压波动小于5%,从而有效提升光伏发电的利用率、实现能量的削峰填谷并维持直流微电网系统的稳定运行。
2)本文在计算电动汽车充电成本时考虑了电动汽车充电负荷的波动性,通对5种典型天气场景下充电费用的计算并综合各部分建设成本,得出本文所提优化策略相比其他文献最多降低充电成本28.1%,相比充电站降低充电成本62.4%的结论,说明该策略在降低电动汽车充电成本方面的有效性,能够在一定程度上推动电动汽车的进一步普及。
3)本文提出的改进的扰动观察法相比传统扰动观察法在追踪光伏最大功率时速度提高18.3%,最大功率波动减少35.4%,有利于系统及时响应环境条件变化。
