Flux-weakening control technology can effectively broaden the speed range of the permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM), therefore, it is of great significance to the research on the flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous machine. Most of flux-weakening modified the flux-weakening current command through a single PI link, and its response speed is slow and difficult to meet the high-performance control requirements, and due to the high coupling and nonlinearity of the flux-weakening loop, PI parameters setting is difficult. In order to solve the above shortage, a method of using a conversion look-up table was proposed to be added to the control system as a feedforward, having accelerated the speed of flux-weakening adjustment.While, the method of gain linearization was adopted, by analyzing the changes of the small signal model at different operating points, it solved the problem that the fixed PI parameters of the flux-weakening loop controller that have been set by experience cannot cope with the change of the operating point, which improved the stability and accuracy of the system. Finally, according to the simulation and experiments, it was verified that the improved method can improve the performance of flux-weakening control.

弱磁控制技术能够有效地拓宽永磁同步电机运行速度范围,因此对永磁同步电机弱磁控制的研究具有重要意义。大多弱磁控制通过单一的PI环节修正弱磁电流指令,其响应速度较慢,难以满足高性能的控制需求,且由于弱磁环的高耦合、非线性,PI参数整定困难。针对以上不足提出一种折算查表的方法作为前馈加入到控制系统中,加快了弱磁调节的速度;同时采用增益线性化的方法,通过分析不同工作点处小信号模型的变化,解决了通过经验整定的弱磁环控制器的固定PI参数无法应对工作点变化的问题,从而提高了系统的稳定性和准确性。最后根据仿真和实验验证了改进的方法,能够有效提升弱磁控制的性能。

弱磁控制技术能够有效地拓宽永磁同步电机运行速度范围,因此对永磁同步电机弱磁控制的研究具有重要意义。大多弱磁控制通过单一的PI环节修正弱磁电流指令,其响应速度较慢,难以满足高性能的控制需求,且由于弱磁环的高耦合、非线性,PI参数整定困难。针对以上不足提出一种折算查表的方法作为前馈加入到控制系统中,加快了弱磁调节的速度;同时采用增益线性化的方法,通过分析不同工作点处小信号模型的变化,解决了通过经验整定的弱磁环控制器的固定PI参数无法应对工作点变化的问题,从而提高了系统的稳定性和准确性。最后根据仿真和实验验证了改进的方法,能够有效提升弱磁控制的性能。

Flux-weakening control technology can effectively broaden the speed range of the permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM), therefore, it is of great significance to the research on the flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous machine. Most of flux-weakening modified the flux-weakening current command through a single PI link, and its response speed is slow and difficult to meet the high-performance control requirements, and due to the high coupling and nonlinearity of the flux-weakening loop, PI parameters setting is difficult. In order to solve the above shortage, a method of using a conversion look-up table was proposed to be added to the control system as a feedforward, having accelerated the speed of flux-weakening adjustment.While, the method of gain linearization was adopted, by analyzing the changes of the small signal model at different operating points, it solved the problem that the fixed PI parameters of the flux-weakening loop controller that have been set by experience cannot cope with the change of the operating point, which improved the stability and accuracy of the system. Finally, according to the simulation and experiments, it was verified that the improved method can improve the performance of flux-weakening control.

随着工业技术不断发展,永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous machine,PMSM)因其稳定性强、高效率、高功率密度等特点广泛应用于具有较高调速驱动系统要求的电动汽车中。弱磁控制能够在电机的端电压达到允许输出的最大值时,在不改变电机容量的前提下减弱电动机磁场,从而提升电机转速,使电机在较宽速度范围运行[1],因此弱磁控制在内置式永磁同步电机(inner-mounted PMSM,IPMSM)中的应用具有重要的研究意义。
传统的弱磁控制采用公式法给出弱磁电流指令,该方法利用电机数学模型计算出电流分配值,对参数具有依赖性,若参数不准,对系统响应能力和准确性有很大影响[2]。针对上面的问题,学者们设计出很多新的弱磁控制策略如梯度下降法[3]、负直轴电流补偿法[4]、查表法[5-6]等。
文献[3]中梯度下降法,通过电流调节器的输出电压值与给定的电压值进行比较,利用差值确定电流修正值,其计算较为复杂,应用较少。文献[4]负直轴电流补偿法,利用逆变器输出最大电压与给定电压合成矢量幅值的偏差,来补偿直轴电流,产生去磁电流从而进行弱磁控制,该方法实现简单,且能够有效应对实际运行中电机参数发生变化的情况,因此在永磁同步电机的弱磁控制中得到了广泛应用,但其相应速度较慢,且单一参数PI控制器的稳定性随着转速不断上升而逐渐变差,文章中未对PI参数的整定方法进行详细分析。文献[5]提出了一种改进的转矩前馈弱磁控制策略和查表法相结合的方法,使得到的电流给定值更加准确,大大加快了弱磁响应的速度,但只在单一电压下的查表来得到给定电流,当母线电压发生变化时,弱磁工作点发生变化,其前馈值将不再准确,弱磁控制性能也会下降。文献[6]提出了在前馈通道加入一个电机磁链与转矩/电流的二维表格,根据当前转矩和磁链信息快速查取dq轴电流期望值,来提升系统的实时性及动态特性,使用磁链作为查表输入能够适应母线电压变化的影响,但由于dq轴磁链信息不易于通过标定数据得到,该方法在实际工程应用中的价值需要进一步探索。
从以上控制策略来看,查表法利用真实的电机数据得到电流分配值能够获得快速的瞬态响应,弱磁效果明显[7]。对于查表的选择,相比于磁链,转速、转矩等易于标定的数据,更加直观理解,具有工程应用价值,但当前已有方案未考虑母线电压变化对标定参数准确度的影响,如果使用不同母线电压下的多张查表,不仅数据量大、标定不方便,而且不同表格间的切换策略也较为复杂。因此本文提出一种利用电压折算查表的方法作为前馈加入到控制系统中,利用设定的最低电压值折算不同母线电压下的电流指令值,有效解决了母线电压变化对标定参数的影响;同时针对弱磁环PI参数整定困难的问题,本文在弱磁环利用增益线性化的方法对弱磁PI控制器参数进行整定,得到了可方便计算的整定公式,使用整定公式计算出的参数,能够使得不同工况下d轴弱磁电流都能快速准确达到稳定值,提升了系统整体响应速度与稳定性。
在同步旋转参考坐标系下,忽略定子电阻前提下,建立IPMSM稳态下电压方程如下:

转速调节器输出转矩指令值,在基速区,转矩指令按照式(9)分解为dq轴指令值,以实现电机的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制,MTPA轨迹如图1所示。
随着转速不断升高,电机输出转矩逐渐受到电流、电压限制,此时限制方程为

考虑输出最大转矩时,电机首先沿着电流极限圆运行,随着速度继续上升,电机弱磁运行不能超过最大转矩电压比(MTPV)的边界,即电压极限椭圆与恒转矩曲线的切点,在MTPV曲线上直流母线电压已被充分利用,电压极限椭圆和电流极限图如图2所示。
若转速继续增大,电流运行区域只能沿着MTPV曲线向电压极限椭圆中点( i c h,0)运动,电机提供的转矩降低,并且满足${{i}_{\text{ch}}}<{{i}_{\text{s}\max }}$。文献[8]提供了MTPV的详细推导过程[8],最终可得到其曲线方程为

电机运行在弱磁区时,弱磁电流的指令值 i d能够直接影响到系统整体动态性能,传统的公式计算具有很强的参数依赖,而实际中电机参数会随着电机实际运行发生改变,因此公式法仅仅只有理论依据。若弱磁电流能直接由当前实际电机运行数据给出,则系统将获得更佳的动态响应能力。因此本文设计了在前馈通道采用离线计算的方法获得转矩/转速二维表格,通过查表直接获得d轴电流期望值。
不同母线电压的大小也会影响d轴电流的给定值,所以本文设计了使用最低电压值来折算不同的母线电压的方案。在高速时,根据式(13)得到以下电压极限椭圆方程:

可见如果在某母线电压下寻找某转速、某转矩的弱磁电流时,可以将其等效为最低母线电压下相同转矩、折算转速的工作点,两者具有相同的弱磁电流。这样只需要对最低母线电压下的数据制作查表即可,大大减少了所需要的电机标定数据量。
实际应用中,首先在最低母线电压下进行电机台架测试,得到所需要转速、转矩、弱磁电流相关数据,然后将其整理成二维表格。本文通过编写Matlab脚本的方式得到所需要的表格数据,并在电机控制程序对表格进行线性插值,得到确定转速、转矩时对应的稳态弱磁电流值。
所设计的前馈通道结构如图3所示,图4为离线计算转速和转矩获得的 i d指令值三维表格,最后将得到的 i d作为前馈值加入弱磁PI控制器,加快弱磁PI调节速度。
通过在MTPA轨迹上增加一个PI控制的d轴电流来削弱磁场,使得相位电压幅值达到参考值,从而得到所需的转矩轨迹之间的交点(在 i d - i q电流平面的双曲线)和参考电压轨迹(同一平面的椭圆),这种弱磁控制方法的好处是:在满足电压限制的基础上具有最小电流矢量。
任何通过修改当前参考空间矢量来实现弱磁控制的策略都具有一定的小信号特性,即电流矢量和电压幅值之间的传递函数是工作点的函数[9]。所以电压控制器是一个非线性调节对象,需要对所有工况进行合理的设计优化,如转速和转矩。图5为电压反馈弱磁控制框图,其中固定参数的PI控制器无法应对不同工作点处的小信号模型导致的非线性,本节主要利用增益线性化的方法,分析不同工作点处小信号模型的变化。
利用直轴电流作为控制变量,将其加到根据MTPA标准从参考转矩计算得到的值中,精确的转矩控制是基于电机参数和d轴参考电流 i d *(由MTPA值和弱磁分量之和给出),来计算正确的q轴参考电流 i q *

接下来将引入小信号方法,模型如图6所示。

由于 i d U的特性,电压调节回路是强非线性的,通过将在控制回路中引入一个补偿块,如图7 k n o r m模块, i d U的增益与 k n o r m相互抵消,从而使得传递函数进一步简化,因为唯一的非线性块的影响被增益归一化抵消,通过除以小信号增益式(27)实现归一化,使传递函数的直流增益为正,即

可见通过增加增益补偿模块,弱磁控制器回路得到简化,这样可以方便进行PI参数的整定而不会受到工作点变化的影响。

这对于分析和处理系统很有利,选择合适的增益值的电压调节器变得简单。在弱磁电压调节器的调谐也可以简单地通过应用零极点来抵消,使用PI调节器使其时间常数 τ F W等于被控对象的时间常数(即电流调节):
τ F W = 1 / 2 π B c = k p F W / k I F W
其中 k p F W = B F W / B c
式中: k p F W为比例增益,其设置具有一阶低通滤波响应的闭环带宽。
在弱磁电流前馈设计中,首先要验证采用最低电压折算母线电压的可行性,如果前馈电流在合理误差区间,则说明电压折算具有实际工程应用可行性。图8为电压折算仿真模型。
折算误差验证中所使用的数据,均为真实电机台架所采集。图8中利用310 V电压值折算系统在450 V下电动和发电工况下的母线电压,Sheet1中采用阶梯式的速度值,每段速度值对应着不同的转矩值来模拟不同的工况,如图9所示。通过与真实的母线电压进行对比,其仿真结果如图10图11所示。
图中利用310 V分别折算380 V和450 V母线电压,其d轴电流的误差值都在10 A以内,电流跟随性都在合理误差范围之内,因此利用此类方法能够实现在任意母线电压下采用低于母线电压的固定电压值去折算,所达到的效果类似。对于折算过程中的误差,主要是由于理论推导过程中,忽略了电压方程中的电阻项,而实际中电阻项分压的存在,会使得不同母线电压下的相同工作点发生偏离,进而产生折算误差。但由于电阻项较小,其分压较小,因此对折算的影响可以忽略不计,本部分的结论也验证了这一点。
指令电流查表的输入端为指令转矩、转速和直流母线电压三个量,输出为d轴指令电流,通过电机标定好的数据加在线性查表中即得到所需的d轴前馈指令电流值。仿真给定转速为7 000 r/min,转矩设置为200 N·m,母线电压为450 V,在电动工况下分析d轴电流的速度响应情况。同时考虑到弱磁控制下电流需要运行在MTPA曲线的左侧和MTPV曲线的右侧区域内,避免出现工作点电流位于电流极限圆外。因此模型中将电压折算查表输出的 i d值进行了与 i d , M T P V取最大值,再与 i d , M T P A取最小值,如图12所示。
通过与不增加弱磁电流前馈进行仿真对比,获得如图13图14所示的仿真图。
可以看出在1.2 s时利用MTPA得到的指令电流 i d值为-210 A左右,而采用折算查表得到的指令电流 i d值为-290 A左右,两者电流值相差了近80 A。由此可以分析出采用折算查表的方式能够大大提升d轴电流的响应速度,快速达到稳定值,从而提升了整体系统的弱磁控制动态性能。
为进一步分析所提算法的可行性,通过台架实验进行实验验证。设置电机的母线电压为380 V,最大转矩为240 N·m,分别设计进行了速度为7 000 r/min和11 000 r/min电动工况下的实验。分别观察d轴电流和转矩响应情况,设置转速为7 000 r/min时如图15图16所示;转速为11 000 r/min时如图17图18所示。
从对比结果可以明显看出,弱磁电流的指令在达到MTPA工作点之后明显变得缓慢,这是因为此时弱磁电流的变化只受到弱磁PI控制器的调节,而弱磁PI控制器的带宽受到电流环PI控制器带宽的限制,不宜太大,这就导致了整体上弱磁响应的缓慢。而加入弱磁电流前馈后 i d值负向补偿加快,抖动减小,由于前馈的存在,弱磁指令电流将会很快达到稳态弱磁电流附近,此时弱磁PI控制器只对前馈的误差进行调节,在保证了前馈准确的基础上,其所需要的调节量是很小的,这就大大加快了弱磁环响应的速度,转矩响应提升效果明显。
本文针对永磁同步电机在弱磁区转矩响应较慢的问题,增加转矩、转矩查表的稳态指令电流前馈,并采用最小电压值来折算母线电压,仿真和实验都验证了此策略能够加快d轴电流到达稳定值的速度,提升转矩响应;同时针对电压反馈弱磁控制存在固定参数的PI控制器无法应对不同工作点处小信号模型变化导致的非线性,本文分析了不同工作点处小信号模型的变化,并采用增益线性化的方法对增益进行归一化补偿,提高了系统的稳定性和动态性能。但同时,本文的研究未展开考虑转子零位不准、磁链温度变化等对所提出改进策略的影响,对于该问题,会在后续的实践中做进一步的分析。
