The primary side feedback can stabilize the output voltage,and improve the service life of the equipment without using the secondary winding detection error signal. The topology of active filter and the improved method of primary side feedback were adopted. The performance of active EMI filter topologies was analyzed from insertion loss and equivalent circuit,the active filter with voltage sampling and current compensation was adopted. Through describing the mechanism of primary-side feedback of sampling knee point voltage,the small signal modeling of the converter in discontinuous current mode(DCM) was carried out,and the compensation network was designed to ensure the stability. The simulation and experimental results show that the active EMI filter can effectively replace the traditional filtering method,and the original side feedback method can detect and correct the output voltage fluctuation to ensure the voltage stability.

原边反馈式变换器不借助副边绕组检测误差信号,能够稳定输出电压,提高设备使用寿命。通过采用有源滤波拓扑和原边反馈优化策略,基于电压采样电流补偿型有源滤波拓扑,从插入损耗和等效电路分析了有源滤波拓扑的性能。通过阐述原边反馈采样膝点电压的机理,对断续电流模式(DCM)下的变换器进行了小信号建模,针对补偿网络进行了优化设计,保证了环路的稳定性。仿真和实验结果表明,有源EMI滤波拓扑能够有效代替传统滤波方式,且原边反馈方法能够检测输出电压波动值并进行校正,实现了电压稳定输出。

原边反馈式变换器不借助副边绕组检测误差信号,能够稳定输出电压,提高设备使用寿命。通过采用有源滤波拓扑和原边反馈优化策略,基于电压采样电流补偿型有源滤波拓扑,从插入损耗和等效电路分析了有源滤波拓扑的性能。通过阐述原边反馈采样膝点电压的机理,对断续电流模式(DCM)下的变换器进行了小信号建模,针对补偿网络进行了优化设计,保证了环路的稳定性。仿真和实验结果表明,有源EMI滤波拓扑能够有效代替传统滤波方式,且原边反馈方法能够检测输出电压波动值并进行校正,实现了电压稳定输出。

The primary side feedback can stabilize the output voltage,and improve the service life of the equipment without using the secondary winding detection error signal. The topology of active filter and the improved method of primary side feedback were adopted. The performance of active EMI filter topologies was analyzed from insertion loss and equivalent circuit,the active filter with voltage sampling and current compensation was adopted. Through describing the mechanism of primary-side feedback of sampling knee point voltage,the small signal modeling of the converter in discontinuous current mode(DCM) was carried out,and the compensation network was designed to ensure the stability. The simulation and experimental results show that the active EMI filter can effectively replace the traditional filtering method,and the original side feedback method can detect and correct the output voltage fluctuation to ensure the voltage stability.

反激式变换器由于具有电路拓扑简单、能够多路输出等优点,在中小功率场合得到了广泛运用。传统的反馈回路使用光耦和稳压器配合,易影响电路的整体性能及效率。为改善上述缺陷,电路可采取原边反馈的方式,但原边反馈方式也存在着电压采样精度的问题。针对变换器高频化引起的电磁干扰问题,当前使用较为广泛的滤波方法为无源EMI滤波器,但此种方法虽然结构简单,在低频段的滤波效果却不甚理想[1-3]。使用有源EMI滤波方式则可以达到相同的滤波效果且减少电路的体积、损耗。
文献[4]详述了无源EMI滤波器的缺陷,从三方面设计了有源EMI滤波结构,证实其对共模噪声有明显的抑制作用。文献[5]对比了在相同的采样方式下,两种补偿方案对噪声的抑制效果,发现电流补偿的方式更适合于消除噪声源高阻抗的共模噪声。文献[6]提出一种基于数字有源EMI滤波的精确系统模型,具有良好的动态特性,但成本较高,设计较为复杂。文献[7-8]采用状态空间平均法对原边反馈反激变换器的小信号建模进行了详细地推导,但电路采用固定时间采样导致精度不够准确。文献[9]通过对膝点电压进行采样并检测原边峰值电流,实现了变换器全周期下断续电流模式(discontinuous current mode,DCM)自适应启动,提高了系统抗干扰性。文献[10]采用电容型串并联谐振,在DCM下分析变换器电压增益及效率特性,实现了零电流开通和零电压关断。
本文在优化有源EMI滤波器的基础上,分析了原边反馈在变压器DCM下的工作原理,为减少电路插入损耗,采用膝点电压采样策略。并对变换器进行小信号建模,分析设计补偿方案,保证系统环路的稳定性,降低电流谐波畸变率(THD)。同时,通过采用电压检测电流补偿型有源拓扑,降低了电流互感器对高频段寄生参数的影响。最后,通过搭建实验样机对电路输出纹波率和THD等性能指标进行测试,验证了所提方法的正确性与有效性。
反激式变换器能起到隔离开关电路初、次级的作用,提高电路的性能,其有三种工作模式:电流连续模式、电流断续模式和临界电流模式,电路结构如图1所示。
原边反馈变换器受到电压采样精度问题的影响,常采用电流断续模式[8],断续模式下的工作原理如图2所示。T1时间段内,原边绕组储存能量,副边截止;T2时间段内,原边关断,副边绕组传送能量;T3时间段内,原边关断,副边截止,电容为负载供电。反馈电压满足:

式中:NpNaux分别为原边与副边绕组匝数;IsRs分别为绕组电流与寄生阻抗;R1R2为反馈采样电阻;VOVD分别为输出电压和二极管压降。
图2所示,在T3时间段内由于二极管的导通压降及电流的影响,造成电路振荡,故不可在T3时间段采样。由于变换器工作在DCM下,T2时间段内电流为零时,可以得出:

此时,副边电流与二极管压降均为零,采样电压不受扰动条件的影响,故在电流为零点即膝点采样为最优。
为了得到精确的采样电压,变压器必须工作于DCM模式,故对原边反馈变换器工作在DCM下进行建模。通过图1所示电路结构,可以将环路分为两部分:功率级和控制级[7-8]。建立环路小信号等效模型,如图3所示。
图3中,Ts)为整体环路传递函数,Gvds)为功率级传递函数,Hs)为采样网络传递函数,Gcs)为控制网络传递函数,1/VM为PWM比较器传递函数。忽略电路寄生参数的影响[7],建立功率级的信号模型,如图4所示。

为抑制功率级传函极点随负载摄动而产生的影响,采用重载情况下的零点补偿策略,其伯德图如图6所示。
图6可以看出,因负载变轻,功率级环路小信号数学模型的极点向低频移动,虽然系统单位增益带宽有所减小,相角裕度也稍有降低,但系统仍处于稳定状态,具有较强的鲁棒性。基于此,控制系统采用Ⅱ型补偿方式,其示意图如图7所示。
图7中, C 1 C 2,忽略运放本身的零极点并默认增益足够大,可得其传递函数为

由于变换器工作在DCM下,从减少电路影响因素的角度确定了采样电压点为膝点,在此基础上对变换器进行了数学建模。为增大反激式系统环路的单位增益带宽采用了零点补偿的方式,确定了传递函数的零极点,用以改善系统性能。零点可补偿功率级的RC极点,而极点则可以用来改善系统的相位裕度并抑制高频噪声。
有源滤波器能有效抑制传导干扰,且具有体积小、成本低等优点,可分为电流采样电压补偿型、电流采样电流补偿型、电压采样电流补偿型和电压采样电压补偿型,拓扑结构如图8所示。
EMI滤波器对噪声信号的抑制能力一般用插入损耗来衡量,定义为

对四种有源EMI滤波器进行等效分析,电压检测电流补偿型有源滤波器可等效为可变共模电容,并且由于没有互感器的影响,分析简便。电压采样电流补偿型有源EMI滤波器电路结构如图9所示。

即电压检测电流补偿型有源EMI滤波器可等效为一个可变共模电容,等效电路如图10所示。
综上所述,电压检测电流补偿型有源滤波拓扑不存在电流(电压)互感器,无需考虑高频段寄生参数的影响,该优化方案减小了变换器设计复杂度。
本文采用电压检测电流补偿型有源EMI滤波拓扑和原边反馈的方式,经过对DCM下的变换器进行小信号建模,分析并改善其整体网络,其电路原理见图1,系统参数如下:输入电压220 V,输入电流2 A,工频50 Hz,开关频率20 kHz,输出端电压±12 V。
仿真结果如图11所示。从图11中可以看出,+12 V电压的输出端,其输出电压最大值为12.293 V,最小值为12.285 V,输出电压纹波率在2.5%以下;-12 V电压的输出端,其输出电压最大值为-12.285 V,最小值为-12.294 V,输出电压纹波率在2.5%以下。表明该功率变换器电压状况稳定,小信号模型分析的结果准确无误,根据其结果做出的补偿网络效果良好,整体电路性能抗干扰性强。
可以看出,该反激式功率变换器能够较好地实现输出电压要求,快速达到稳定状态,并保持输出波形平稳,本文所提策略可明显降低系统THD,电能质量具有明显改善,电压纹波率符合IEEE519—2014标准的限值要求。
以仿真电路及系统参数为基础,搭建了一台反激式功率变换器实验样机,如图12所示。测试波形如图13所示。
由实验波形看出,样机反馈波形与仿真实验结果基本一致,能够将220 V交流电压转换为直流±12 V输出,输出电压能够快速达到稳定状态,转换效率可达到95%以上,输出电压纹波率均在2.5%以下,符合IEEE519—2014标准的限值要求。表明所设计的功率变换器在其运行区间内能够稳定工作,可以为负载提供安全可靠、优质经济的电能。
本文从降低反激式功率变换器的电压纹波率入手,着重阐述了有源EMI滤波拓扑的插入损耗和等效电路的研究,以及原边反馈方式的小信号模型与补偿方法,论证了有源EMI滤波电路和原边反馈回路的有效性。
有源EMI滤波拓扑能够减少电路体积,其中电压检测电流补偿型拓扑结构不受互感器的影响,无需考虑高频段寄生参数的问题,设计便利。
基于膝点采样法保证原边反馈采样电压精确度,通过小信号分析变压器模型,提出了Ⅱ型补偿结构,通过优化传递函数的零极点改善了系统的相位裕度并抑制了噪声干扰。
