A method for establishing edge triggered pulse control switch state time was proposed to address the divergence of floating capacitor voltage and DC capacitor midpoint voltage in a 5-level active neutral point clamped(ANPC-5L)inverter using the space vector pulse width(SVPWM)algorithm in the g-h coordinate system. The fluctuation of floating capacitor voltage and the offset of DC side capacitor voltage were reduced. The principle that the fluctuation of the floating capacitor current causes the voltage deviation of the floating capacitor was used. Based on the principle that the same level is output under different switch states,and different switch states cause the current direction of the floating capacitor to be opposite,within a complete cycle,the floating capacitor current cancels out each other,reducing the voltage fluctuation of the floating capacitor. An active power flow model was established to balance the midpoint voltage of the DC side capacitor by reducing the voltage fluctuation of the floating capacitor. Finally,by building a simulation platform and comparing the capacitor voltage balance of ANPC-5L before and after the application of the proposed method,the validity of the method was verified.

针对有源中点钳位五电平(ANPC-5L)逆变器在g-h坐标系的空间矢量脉宽(SVPWM)算法下的悬浮电容电压和直流电容中点电压发散问题,提出了一种建立边沿触发脉冲控制开关状态时间的方法,降低悬浮电容电压波动,减小直流侧电容电压偏移。通过悬浮电容电流波动导致悬浮电容电压偏移的原理,依据不同开关状态下输出相同的电平,且不同开关状态导致悬浮电容电流方向相反的原理,在一个完整周期内,使得悬浮电容电流相互抵消,降低悬浮电容电压波动。建立一种主动功率流动模型,通过减小悬浮电容电压波动来实现直流侧电容中点电压的平衡。最后,通过搭建仿真平台,对比应用所提方法前后ANPC-5L的电容电压平衡情况,使方法的有效性得到验证。

针对有源中点钳位五电平(ANPC-5L)逆变器在g-h坐标系的空间矢量脉宽(SVPWM)算法下的悬浮电容电压和直流电容中点电压发散问题,提出了一种建立边沿触发脉冲控制开关状态时间的方法,降低悬浮电容电压波动,减小直流侧电容电压偏移。通过悬浮电容电流波动导致悬浮电容电压偏移的原理,依据不同开关状态下输出相同的电平,且不同开关状态导致悬浮电容电流方向相反的原理,在一个完整周期内,使得悬浮电容电流相互抵消,降低悬浮电容电压波动。建立一种主动功率流动模型,通过减小悬浮电容电压波动来实现直流侧电容中点电压的平衡。最后,通过搭建仿真平台,对比应用所提方法前后ANPC-5L的电容电压平衡情况,使方法的有效性得到验证。

A method for establishing edge triggered pulse control switch state time was proposed to address the divergence of floating capacitor voltage and DC capacitor midpoint voltage in a 5-level active neutral point clamped(ANPC-5L)inverter using the space vector pulse width(SVPWM)algorithm in the g-h coordinate system. The fluctuation of floating capacitor voltage and the offset of DC side capacitor voltage were reduced. The principle that the fluctuation of the floating capacitor current causes the voltage deviation of the floating capacitor was used. Based on the principle that the same level is output under different switch states,and different switch states cause the current direction of the floating capacitor to be opposite,within a complete cycle,the floating capacitor current cancels out each other,reducing the voltage fluctuation of the floating capacitor. An active power flow model was established to balance the midpoint voltage of the DC side capacitor by reducing the voltage fluctuation of the floating capacitor. Finally,by building a simulation platform and comparing the capacitor voltage balance of ANPC-5L before and after the application of the proposed method,the validity of the method was verified.

与双电平变换器相比,多电平变换器具有电压应力小、总谐波失真(THD)小、电磁干扰小等显著优势[1-3]。因此,多电平变换器被广泛应用于高性能中压环境下。如可再生能源、船舶或飞机的电力推进[4-6]。具体而言,ANPC-5L变流器由于其成本低、谐波低、电压平衡方法简单、输出电压电平更灵活、可靠性更高等诸多吸引人的优点,得到了广泛的研究[7-8],更适合高性能中压电机驱动。
三相ANPC-5L变换器的简化电路如图1所示,该变换器每一相由8个功率开关和1个飞电容组成。虽然ANPC-5L变换器的研究已经进行了很多年,但电容电压平衡算法仍然是研究的重点。如果不能很好地控制电容电压,可能会导致开关因应力过大而失效,降低系统效率和性能,增加THD。
为了解决这一问题,近年来提出了几种调制方法,如选择谐波消除PWM(SHEPWM)和SVPWM。SHEPWM方法是调节浮动电容(floating capacitor,FC)电压和中性点(neutral point,NP)电压[9]。通过交换机的开关模式来控制FC电压,同时将NP电压控制到参考电压水平。然而,该算法是离线计算,并依赖于表查找。
为了克服SHEPWM方法的缺陷,一种SVPWM策略来控制电容器电压的方法被提出,通过选择冗余矢量序列控制FC电压[10]。此外,有学者提出了另一种基于线电压坐标的SVPWM方法[11],通过判断输出电流和输出电压的方向来平衡FC电压。简化了基本向量的步长和基本向量的运算时间。但由于开关矢量和开关序列中每个基本矢量的停留时间的确定需要复杂的计算和编程,因此在更高电压电平条件下使用SVPWM方法将会复杂得多。此外,控制装置上的计算压力会随着电压等级的升高而增大[12]
为了简化计算,基于g-h坐标系调制方法首先提出于5L-NPC逆变器中[13],采用了60°坐标系的原理,将空间矢量坐标取整,避免扇区选择和三角函数的运算,减少计算量。但是没有给出直流电容中点电压和悬浮电容电压的平衡方法。
本文基于g-h坐标系对ANPC-5L逆变器进行调制,针对中点电流引起的电容电压发散问题,提出识别一个周期内上升沿和下降沿,控制不同开关状态输出相同电平的时间相等的方法,使一个周期内的电流相互抵消,以减小电容电压发散。对该调制方法进行仿真,将前后ANPC-5L的电容电压平衡情况进行对比,以验证该调制方法起到的电压平衡作用。
g-h坐标系下不需要扇区判断和大量的三角函数计算,计算简单,易于实现。该方法利用三电平的基本矢量均为60°的特征,g轴与直角坐标系中的α轴统一,将g轴逆时针旋转60°得到h轴。g-h坐标变换后,各电压矢量的坐标再归一化为整数,大大降低了基本电压矢量选择和持续时间计算的复杂性。坐标变换前、后的基本空间电压矢量如图2所示。
图3所示,ANPC-5L单相拓扑上、下母线侧各有一个直流链路电容 C 1 C 2,有一个悬浮电容 C d以及8个开关管,分别为 S x 1 S x 2 S x 3 S x 4 S x 5 S x 6 S x 7 S x 8x={abc}。
设直流侧上母线电压为 u c 1,下母线电压为 u c 2,悬浮电容 C d的电压为 u c d,输出电流为 i x,中点电流为 i o,悬浮电容电流为 i c d。规定电流正方向为图3箭头方向。以母线侧中点为参考地,可输出5电平 v x={+2,+1,0,-1,-2},对应8种开关状态 S x={V0V1V2V3V4V5V6V7},开关状态所对应的实际输出电压为 u x,其不同开关状态对悬浮电容的电压和中点电流影响如表1所示。
设参考电压矢量Ur在变换前坐标系中坐标为( U r α U r β),在g-h坐标系中为( U r g U r h),坐标变换的公式为

转换到g-h坐标系下参考电压矢量Ur U r g U r h),通过取整运算即可获得所在四边形的4个基本电压矢量:

式中:ceil(·)和floor(·)分别为向上和向下取整; U u l U l u为最近的基本电压矢量。
合成参考矢量的第3个基本矢量在 U u u U l l中,且总是落在所形成的平行四边形对角线的同一侧。对角线在g-h坐标系方程为

所以,第3个矢量判断如下:
1)若 U r g + U r h - U u l g + U u l h > 0,则 U u u为第3个矢量;
2)若 U r g + U r h - ( U u l g + U u l h ) 0,则 U l l为第3个矢量。
根据伏秒平衡原理,设 U 1 = U u l U 2 = U l u U 3 = U l l U u uTs为一个周期,可以通过以下方程求出3个矢量所分别作用的时间T1T2T3

这样,我们可以得出3个矢量作用的时间,然后对同一开关矢量Vgh),通过下列的方程组确定对应开关矢量的状态SSaSbSc):

不同的开关状态可能对应着相同的输出电平,因此,可以通过合理选择开关状态来减小对电容电压的影响[14]
理想情况下FC电压保持直流电压的1/4不变,但它实际情况会受到中点电流和它本身充放电情况的影响而产生电容电压的波动,进而会影响直流侧电容电压波动和输出波形的质量。为了保证ANPC-5L逆变器的输出波形的质量稳定和直流侧中点电压的平衡,本文提出一种方法可减小FC电容电压波动,实现电容电压控制平衡,其流程图如图4所示。
结合表1的输出状态分析,开关状态V1V2对应的输出电平为-1,V5V6对应输出电平为+1,对FC电压的影响相反。因此,控制FC电压平衡需要检测输出的电平情况,当输出电平状态为+1和-1时,通过逻辑信号的上升沿和下降沿使开关状态V5V6V1V2的作用时间相同,使得产生的电流 i x - i x可以在一个周期内互相抵消,进而完成FC电压的平衡控制。
表1可知,ANPC-5L的直流侧电容电压和FC电压是耦合的,悬浮电容电压平衡一定会影响直流侧电容电压的平衡。图5是ANPC-5L的拓扑的功率流动图。
定义PdcpPdcn分别为直流侧上侧电容和下侧电容的输出功率,PpPn分别为逆变器输出电压的正半轴和负半轴输出功率。则满足这样的功率关系:

根据式(14)、式(22)和式(23)可知,在保证中点电位不变、FC电压平衡和输出不含直流分量的情况下,直流侧电容和FC的功率变化符合式(26),即直流侧电容容值差异产生电容输入功率差异,使得FC电压在工频半周期的输出功率不等于输入功率,进而使得FC电压偏离额定值。在另一个角度,设

从上述公式得出,通过调节周期内悬浮电容电压的输入输出功率,即FC电压的额定平衡值,可以实现在无直流分量输出情况下对直流侧中点的电压平衡。
为了验证上述理论分析和基于g-h坐标系空间矢量算法的正确性,我们在Matlab/Simulink环境下对中点和FC电压控制进行了仿真验证,模拟参数如下:直流侧电压Vd=1 500 V,直流侧电容C=4 700 µF,电阻R=10 Ω,电感L=0.8 mH,开关频率fs=2 kHz。
图6为FC电压施加控制前、后仿真结果对比图,图7为中点电容电压在控制前、后对比图,图8为控制后的线电流波形及其THD,图9为输出的线电压波形图与THD。
图6中可以看出在施加控制策略后,FC电压的波动从320 V(标准300 V)降低到300 V,FC电压得到控制。
图7中,可以观察到中点电压的偏移情况经过该算法控制后得到抑制,消除了电压偏移对输出波形的影响。
图8图9中给出了施加控制算法后的输出线电压与线电流,并进行了THD分析,其THD值都在5%以下。
为了解决g-h坐标系下的ANPC-5L中点电压和FC电压的平衡问题,本文提出了一种新型的、不用直流侧电容和悬浮电容解耦的算法,实现了ANPC-5L逆变器的中点电容电压与悬浮电容电压的平衡控制。该控制算法采用了边沿触发信号,使得悬浮电容一个周期内的正、负电流相互抵消,实现对悬浮电容电压波动的控制;采用功率流动模型,使存在的中点电压偏移也因FC电压平衡后得到收敛。通过仿真验证,FC电压波动在0.2 V以内,中点电容电压偏移情况得到解决。输出的线电压和线电流波形THD在5%以下。
