In response to the existing problems of traditional diode based clamp type wind turbine inverters,a hybrid clamp type structure was introduced. Based on the analysis of its working principle,a method for switching the switch state and a vector optimization selection method that can avoid modulation waveform burr line voltage were proposed,achieving balanced control of clamp capacitor and DC bus capacitor voltage. A third-order low-pass filter method with initial angle calculation was proposed to optimize the virtual flux orientation control strategy for the control of hybrid clamp type rectifiers in the unit. A direct power tracking control method for rectifiers based on improved virtual flux orientation was also presented. Finally,simulation and experiments were conducted on the system,confirming the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

针对目前传统基于二极管钳位式风力发电机组变流器存在的问题,引入了混合钳位式结构,在对其工作原理分析的基础上,提出了开关状态切换的方法及能够避免调制波形毛刺线电压的矢量优化选择方法,实现了钳位电容及直流母线电容电压的平衡控制。针对机组混合钳位式整流器的控制,提出了带有初始角度计算的三阶低通滤波器方法,对虚拟磁链定向控制策略进行了优化,并给出了整流器基于改进虚拟磁链定向的直接功率跟踪控制方法。最后对系统进行了仿真和实验,证实了所提方法的正确性、有效性。

针对目前传统基于二极管钳位式风力发电机组变流器存在的问题,引入了混合钳位式结构,在对其工作原理分析的基础上,提出了开关状态切换的方法及能够避免调制波形毛刺线电压的矢量优化选择方法,实现了钳位电容及直流母线电容电压的平衡控制。针对机组混合钳位式整流器的控制,提出了带有初始角度计算的三阶低通滤波器方法,对虚拟磁链定向控制策略进行了优化,并给出了整流器基于改进虚拟磁链定向的直接功率跟踪控制方法。最后对系统进行了仿真和实验,证实了所提方法的正确性、有效性。

In response to the existing problems of traditional diode based clamp type wind turbine inverters,a hybrid clamp type structure was introduced. Based on the analysis of its working principle,a method for switching the switch state and a vector optimization selection method that can avoid modulation waveform burr line voltage were proposed,achieving balanced control of clamp capacitor and DC bus capacitor voltage. A third-order low-pass filter method with initial angle calculation was proposed to optimize the virtual flux orientation control strategy for the control of hybrid clamp type rectifiers in the unit. A direct power tracking control method for rectifiers based on improved virtual flux orientation was also presented. Finally,simulation and experiments were conducted on the system,confirming the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

在国家发展战略的支撑下,我国风力发电产业正经历着历史性的高速发展。据国家能源局统计,截至2023年10月,我国总风力发电装机容量达404 GW,占比超过我国发电总装机容量的14.4%。但是,我国风力发电系统也面临着变流器等关键设备效率低、体积大、维护成本高等问题[1-2]。综合目前的研究现状来看,应用于大功率风力发电机组的变流器主要包括二极管钳位式和电容钳位式三电平结构,前者由于直流侧电容与三相之间存在电流充放电过程,导致其中点电位出现电压偏差,随着应用场所电压等级的升高,这种不平衡造成的影响也就越大,需要额外设置RCD过电压吸收电路,增加了系统硬件成本和体积;后者存在悬浮电容过多、控制复杂、故障率高、电容充放电控制困难等问题,同样需要设置RCD过电压吸收电路[3]
1993年,韩国学者Young-Seok通过采用“钳位电容+钳位二极管”方式提出了一种混合钳位式三电平变流器结构[4],相较传统二极管钳位式结构,其一方面通过增加钳位电容可以自动钳位桥臂内侧功率开关器件关断过电压;另一方面通过钳位电容与直流侧电容之间的充放电作用可以实现直流侧中点电位的自平衡控制;另外,其输出电压空间矢量增加至64种,可以实现更加精准的调制。本文将这种结构应用于永磁直驱风力发电机组中,结构如图1所示。
Young-Seok在文献[5]首次提出了混合钳位式拓扑结构,并通过类比二极管钳位式结构,对称交替使用小矢量实现平衡调制,但是由于混合钳位式结构与二极管钳位式结构输出电压空间矢量数量不同、电流通路及对中点电位影响特性不同,不能完全类比,实际控制效果一般。文献[6]对这种拓扑结构进行了分析,但是其分析的原理与文献[5]一致,对于变流器调制策略、控制电机应用等没有更多的提及,属于原理综述类。清华大学教授岳云涛在文献[7]中将这种变流器应用于双三电平变流器驱动的变频调速系统中,提出了增加五个电压传感器,实时对钳位电容电压、直流侧半母线电容电压测量分析的方法,从而实现对混合钳位式三电平变流器的控制,该方法硬件成本高、设备体积大、故障率高,并且所增加的传感器降低了控制的实时性,效果一般。
本文提出了开关状态切换的方法及能够避免调制波形毛刺线电压的矢量优化选择方法,实现了混合钳位式三电平变流器的平衡控制。针对整流器基于电网电压定向控制不准确的问题,提出了带有初始角度计算的三阶低通滤波器方法对虚拟磁链定向控制策略进行优化,并给出了整流器基于改进虚拟磁链定向的直接功率跟踪控制方法。最后,对永磁直驱式风力发电系统进行了仿真和实验验证。
本文所研究的永磁直驱风力发电机组机侧和网侧变流器一个工作在整流器状态,一个工作在逆变器状态,是随着系统的工作过程而发生变化的。需要分别分析两种状态下的控制策略。
混合钳位式三电平逆变器结构如图2所示,通过在每相桥臂增加钳位电容既能够钳位桥臂内侧开关器件关断过电压,还能提高逆变器的控制精度。
初始状态下,假设钳位电容两端的电压与直流侧半母线电容电压相等,为半母线电容电压Udc/2,A相输出电平如表1所示,ON,OFF分别代表开关器件导通、断开。
开关状态分析如下:
1)1+开关状态,混合钳位式逆变器的双向电流通路如图3a中回路①、回路②虚线所示,以O点为参考零电位,其输出为半母线电压;当电容Ca两端电压低于半母线电压时,可以通过图3b中回路③虚线所示通路进行充电,从而降低中点电位偏差。
2)0+开关状态,混合钳位式逆变器的双向电流通路如图4a中回路④、回路⑤虚线所示,以O点为参考零电位,其输出电压为零。当电容Ca两端电压低于半母线电压时,可以通过图4b中回路⑥虚线所示通路进行充电;当电容Ca两端电压高于半母线电压时,可以通过图4b中回路⑦虚线所示通路进行放电,从而降低中点电位偏差。
同理可以分析得出1-,0-开关状态下的电流通路。可见,1+,0+,0-,1-四种开关状态下均可实现电流的双向流动及钳位电容的充电。在0+,0-开关状态下,当钳位电容电压低于上母线或者下母线电容电压时可以对钳位电容充电,从而维持平衡;当钳位电容电压高于上母线或者下母线电容电压时钳位电容可以进行放电,从而维持平衡。
表1可知,混合钳位式三相三电平逆变器输出电压空间矢量为43=64种,如图5所示。64种电压空间矢量可分为四类,分别为零矢量V0,小矢量V1~V6,中矢量V7~V12,大矢量V13~V18,根据矢量位置的不同将其分为S=1~6个大扇区,每个大扇区内包括N=1~6个小扇区,大扇区重叠部分以虚线箭头为分界。
传统二极管钳位式三电平逆变器在逆变、整流状态下每个电压空间矢量的电流路径相同[8],而混合钳位式则并不完全相同,其对中点电位的影响也不是简单的相同或者相反。以开关状态1+0-0-,0-0-1+,0-1+0-为例,其在逆变和整流下的交、直流侧电流路径如图6所示。可见,逆变状态下该矢量对中点电位无影响或使其下降;整流状态下该矢量使中点电位下降。
采用同样的方法可以对其余63个电压空间矢量进行分析。
由前面的分析可知,钳位电容在四种开关状态下均可以由直流侧母线电容对其进行充电,仅仅在0+,0-状态下才可对负载进行放电,可见满足其放电条件是实现钳位电容电压平衡控制的关键。因此,本文提出采用开关状态切换的方法,通过控制开关状态,从而满足两种零电平状态下钳位电容的放电条件。分析如下:以逆变状态为例,在进行SVPWM矢量调制时,为了减少开关损耗,每次仅需动作两个开关,对于0+开关状态,其可与1-或者1+之间相互切换。由图4b可知,为了满足钳位电容放电条件,需要保持开关S3a处于导通状态,通过分析可知只有在0+与1-之间互相切换才能够保证开关S3a处于导通状态,从而满足钳位电容的放电条件;同理可以分析0-开关状态以及整流状态。因此,在进行SVPWM调制时,逆变状态下开关状态在0-与1+,0+与1-之间互相切换;整流状态下,开关状态在0+与1+,0-与1-之间互相切换,即可实现钳位电容电压的平衡控制。
为了简化控制,可将混合钳位式三电平逆变器调制转换为两电平逆变器调制,过程步骤如下[9-10]:1)首先判断目标参考电压矢量所在扇区位置。2)根据扇区位置,进行参考电压矢量平移,将三电平控制转为两电平控制。3)计算矢量作用时间。4)优化电压空间矢量,输出脉冲信号。关键点在于第4步如何优化选择电压空间矢量次序。
图5可知,混合钳位式三电平逆变器的电压空间矢量增加至64种,在进行“七段式”电压空间矢量优化选择时,每个小扇区内部根据钳位电容平衡条件,可以保证在0-与1+,0+与1-之间互相切换,不会产生毛刺电压;而在不同大扇区之间或者不同小扇区之间跳变时,可能会存在1-与1+之间跳变的情况,从而产生毛刺电压。为此,本文将所有不同大扇区之间或者不同小扇区之间跳变的情况一一列出,然后进行分析,排除会产生毛刺电压的“七段式”电压空间矢量。根据目标参考电压与直流侧母线电压之间的关系,在进行扇区判断时可以分为四种情况[11-12]:1)参考电压幅值小于等于1/2中矢量;2)参考电压幅值大于1/2中矢量且小于等于中矢量;3)参考电压幅值大于小矢量且小于等于中矢量;4)参考电压幅值大于中矢量且小于等于大矢量。四种情况下,参考电压所在扇区分别位于小内圈、大内圈、小外圈、大外圈,对应图7a~图7d
当参考电压位于小内圈时,同一大扇区内小扇区跳变情况:S=1,N=4~3间跳变;S=2,N=5~4间跳变;S=3,N=6~5间跳变;S=4,N=1~6间跳变;S=5,N=2~1间跳变;S=6,N=3~2间跳变。当参考电压所在扇区分别位于大内圈、小外圈、大外圈时,可以采用同样的方法进行分析。在进行电压空间矢量优化调制过程中,逐一对上述不同扇区内开关状态跳变情况进行分析,排除1-与1+之间跳变的情况,即可防止发生空间矢量调制序列跳变,避免产生调制电压毛刺问题。
在每个小扇区内的“七段式”矢量组合均包括八种情况,进一步将中点电位平衡、钳位电容电压平衡及线电压毛刺跳变平衡控制考虑进来,从而在每个小扇区的八种矢量组合中选出最优矢量组合,即可实现混合钳位式三电平变流器的优化调制。
本文机组结构为“背靠背”双三电平永磁直驱式风力发电机组,通过机侧、网侧变流器实现对风力发电机组的控制,机侧变流器负责对风能的最大捕获,网侧变流器负责直流侧母线电压及并网电压控制[13-14]
对于网侧混合钳位式三电平变流器,假设其工作在整流状态,由表1可知整流器交流侧与直流侧间存在四种开关状态,对应三种连接关系,可得其等效电路如图8所示。整流器四种开关状态下的电流通路及钳位电容充、放电过程与逆变器状态分析类似,仅是电流通路方向发生改变,不再赘述。
通过三相静止、两相同步旋转坐标系间坐标变换可得整流器在同步旋转坐标系下的电压方程,如下式所示:

式中: u d u q分别为交流侧电压在交、直轴坐标系中的电压分量;edeqidiq分别为交流侧电压、电流在交直轴坐标系中的分量;LsRs分别为交流侧电感、电阻; ω为电网角频率。
进一步采用状态反馈法进行解耦,可得整流器基于电网电压定向的直接电流控制指令信号,如下式所示:

式中: u d * u q * i d * i q *分别为交直轴控制电压、电流分量;KiPKiI分别为电流内环的比例、积分调节增益。
对于整流器的控制,传统基于式(2)采用电网电压定向的控制策略,需要增加高电压等级的电压传感器,增加了系统硬件成本和体积。另外电网电压中所含有的谐波分量和非线性分量也会对控制效果产生影响,因此需要对其优化。
图8分析可知,该系统类似于逆变器控制三相交流电机的定子模型,电网电压等效为交流电机定子绕组感应电动势,并网电抗器电感和电阻等效为电机定子绕组的漏感和电阻,同步角速度等效为电机转速。由于并网电抗器和线路阻值远远小于其阻抗,其影响可忽略不计,进而可得在两相静止坐标系下整流器电压方程如下式所示:

式中: Ψ α Ψ β分别为电网虚拟磁链在αβ坐标轴的分量; v α v β分别为整流器输出电压在αβ坐标轴的分量。
可见,虚拟磁链的组成可以分为网侧变流器交流侧产生的磁链和并网电抗器产生的磁链。结合变流器交流侧电压开关函数,推导可得变流器交流侧电压,对交流侧电压、电流进行坐标变换可得电压 v α v β和电流 i α i β,代入式(6)即可完成虚拟磁链计算。
由式(6)可见,在进行虚拟磁链计算时,需用积分器对其进行积分,虽然可以抑制部分谐波,但是会造成直流分量的累积进而产生误差,将会对虚拟磁链定向控制效果产生影响。即使采用低通滤波器代替积分器,仍然会产生幅值和相位误差[15]。为了对虚拟磁链定向控制策略进行优化,本文提出了可编程级联低通滤波器替代传统低通滤波器的方法。低通滤波器的传递函数如下式所示:

为提高其响应速度和改善直流分量的衰变时间,本文选用三阶可编程级联型低通滤波器(progarmmable cascaded low-pass filter,PCLPF)对传统的单阶滤波器进行替代,其控制框图如图9所示。
基于三阶PCLPF的虚拟电网磁链观测器可以有效提高磁链观测的稳态特性,准确计算电角度和幅值,但其初始定向角不准确,对于大容量的并网逆变器而言,会产生较大的冲击电流,对电力系统和并网逆变器的安全运行产生影响,因此需要对其作进一步的优化。参考交流电机初始角度的判定方法,在起始时刻电流为零,根据式(6)通过对网侧电动势积分获取初始定向角,整流器启动之后对定向角进行切换,可得有初始角度计算的三阶PCLPF虚拟电网磁链观测器如图10所示。
直驱风机中整流器控制的目的是维持直流母线电压稳定以及单位功率因数并网,可得引入虚拟磁链控制的机组整流器直接功率控制结构如图11所示。
图11可知,直驱风机中整流器的直接功率控制一般采用直流电压外环、功率内环控制,其中直流电压外环控制可以对有功功率进行调节,实现稳定直流母线电压的目的。对于无功功率,可以使无功功率的给定值为零,从而实现单位功率因数控制。
对于直驱风机中机侧变流器控制,本文推导了永磁同步电机的数学模型,选择零d轴电流控制作为本文的控制方法,并建立机侧变流器基于PI控制器的定子电压解耦控制模型,可得其控制框图如图12所示。
基于Matlab搭建系统仿真模型,采用双混合钳位式三电平变流器“背靠背”结构,机侧变流器控制永磁同步电机实现最大功率跟踪控制,网侧变流器实现单位功率因数并网控制,直流环节电容起稳压作用。将机侧变流器和网侧变流器仿真模型统一参数后连接起来,即可得到系统整体仿真模型。模型中永磁同步电机的额定功率为2 000 kW,定子绕组等效电阻为0.006 Ω,同步旋转坐标系下交、直轴电感为0.3 mH,电机极对数为26,主磁极磁通为8.2 Wb,直流侧母线电压为1 200 V,上、下半母线电容为1 mF,钳位电容为1 mF,风力机的半径为35 m,仿真结果如图13a~图13e所示。
为了简化分析,本文假设风速是稳定变化的,其变化波形如图13a所示。图13b为永磁同步电机定子输出三相电流波形,为正弦波状态。图13c图13d分别为直流侧母线电压波形、网侧变流器输出电压电流波形,可见随着风速的变化母线电压短暂变化后很快恢复稳定,并实现了单位功率因数并网控制,验证了本文所提改进虚拟磁链定向直接功率跟踪控制策略的正确性。图13e为三相钳位电容电压波形,保持在半母线电压上下波动,可见采用开关状态切换的方法能够避免调制波形毛刺线电压的矢量优化选择方法,可以实现钳位电容及直流母线电容电压的平衡控制。
为了对比混合钳位结构与传统二极管钳位结构三电平变流器调制效果,本文同时搭建了基于二极管钳位式三电平变流器的系统仿真模型,仿真参数一致,对比仿真结果如图14a~图14d所示。图14a图14b分别为混合钳位结构与二极管钳位结构输出直流侧中点电位波形,图14c图14d分别为混合钳位结构与二极管钳位结构在直流侧母线电压相差Udc/2情况下,中点电位自恢复波形,对比可见混合钳位式结构具有更强的自平衡控制能力。
利用直流电机实验平台,采用基于“DSP+FPGA”的控制器结构对虚拟磁链定向的直驱式风力发电机组变流器系统进行实验验证,结构及控制板实物如图15所示。
采用直流电机模拟风机工作,主电路为双混合钳位三电平“背靠背”结构。实验参数如下:永磁同步电机定子绕组等效电阻为0.006 Ω,同步旋转坐标系下交、直轴电感为0.3 mH,电机极对数为26,主磁极磁通为8.2 Wb,惯性系数J=8 759 kg·m2,摩擦系数F=0,直流侧母线电压为1 200 V,上、下半母线电容为0.001 F,钳位电容为0.001 F,网侧交流电压峰值563 V,滤波电感L=0.3 mH,采样频率f=2 kHz。
实验结果如图16所示。图16a为混合钳位式三电平变流器输出线电压uab波形,可见其线电压不存在毛刺现象,证明了本文所采用的避免毛刺电压的优化调制算法的正确性;图16b为机侧输出A相电流波形,为正弦波状态;图16c为网侧相电压、电流及直流侧上下母线电压波形,实现了单位功率因数并网,直流母线电压具有较强的自恢复能力,验证了本文所提带有初始角度计算的三阶低通滤波器虚拟磁链定向优化控制策略的有效性;图16d为钳位电容电压波形,其在半母线电压上下波动,证实了本文所提开关状态切换方法实现钳位电容电压平衡控制的正确性。
本文提出了混合钳位式三电平变流器钳位电容电压平衡控制方法,并给出了其可以避免毛刺电压的优化调制算法。针对风电机组整流器的控制,提出了带有初始角度计算的三阶低通滤波器方法对虚拟磁链定向控制策略进行了优化。仿真和实验结果表明,混合钳位式三电平变流器结构通过合理的调制,可以实现更强的直流侧母线电压自平衡控制。直驱风机整流器虚拟磁链定向控制策略可以有效提供并网性能,省去了硬件电压传感器。将混合钳位式三电平变流器结构应用于永磁直驱风力发电机组可以提高系统的控制性能。
