The structure parameters of dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous motors(DSPMSM)were optimized with finite element method and Taguchi method at the rated point,maximum torque point,and maximum speed point,respectively,aiming at the problem of large torque ripple of DSPMSM. The influence on electromagnetic torque performance of each optimization variable was also analyzed. Then,comprehensively considering the influence degree of different variables under each operation point and the proportion of each variable's influence degree to the total influence degree,the optimal combination of variables that can balance the electromagnetic torque performance under three operation points was finally obtained. The results indicate that the comprehensive optimization design method based on Taguchi method for multiple operation points can significantly reduce torque ripple and improve the electromagnetic performance of DSPMSM.

针对双定子永磁同步电机转矩波动大的问题,采用有限元法和田口法分别在额定点、最大转矩点和最大转速点对双定子永磁同步电机结构参数进行优化,并分析了各优化变量对电磁转矩性能的影响。然后,综合考虑各工况运行点下不同参数对电机性能的影响程度及各个参数影响程度占总影响程度比重,最终得到可兼顾3个工况运行点下电磁转矩性能的最优方案。结果表明,基于田口法进行双定子永磁同步电机多工况运行点的综合优化设计方法,可显著降低电机的转矩波动,提高电机的电磁性能。

针对双定子永磁同步电机转矩波动大的问题,采用有限元法和田口法分别在额定点、最大转矩点和最大转速点对双定子永磁同步电机结构参数进行优化,并分析了各优化变量对电磁转矩性能的影响。然后,综合考虑各工况运行点下不同参数对电机性能的影响程度及各个参数影响程度占总影响程度比重,最终得到可兼顾3个工况运行点下电磁转矩性能的最优方案。结果表明,基于田口法进行双定子永磁同步电机多工况运行点的综合优化设计方法,可显著降低电机的转矩波动,提高电机的电磁性能。

The structure parameters of dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous motors(DSPMSM)were optimized with finite element method and Taguchi method at the rated point,maximum torque point,and maximum speed point,respectively,aiming at the problem of large torque ripple of DSPMSM. The influence on electromagnetic torque performance of each optimization variable was also analyzed. Then,comprehensively considering the influence degree of different variables under each operation point and the proportion of each variable's influence degree to the total influence degree,the optimal combination of variables that can balance the electromagnetic torque performance under three operation points was finally obtained. The results indicate that the comprehensive optimization design method based on Taguchi method for multiple operation points can significantly reduce torque ripple and improve the electromagnetic performance of DSPMSM.

航天工业代表了当前工业文明发展的最高水平,几乎涵盖了所有科技以及工业领域的尖端技术成就,也是一个国家科技水平和综合国力的重要体现。航天器复杂极端工况对伺服作动系统的可靠度和性能提出了非常高的要求,作为伺服作动器的核心关键设备,电机系统的可靠度和性能优劣关乎整个航天发射任务的成败和成本,这使得转矩输出能力成为首要关注的电机性能指标。双定子永磁同步电机是在传统永磁同步电机基础上衍生出的一种新型电机[1-3],采用内外双定子结构,可以有效利用电机转子内部空间,在不增加外定子直径情况下,提高永磁同步电机的输出能力及容错能力[4-6]。然而,由定子齿槽引起磁导变化所产生的齿槽转矩,以及定子磁场和转子磁场相互作用所产生的负载纹波转矩均会影响双定子永磁同步电机的转矩平稳性[7-11]。双定子永磁同步电机的转矩波动大会使得当电机应用于高性能传动系统时,对电机控制精度的影响大。同时,还会引发电机整个系统的振动噪声[12-13]。因此,分析与抑制双定子永磁同步电机的转矩波动成为近年来诸多学者的研究目标。
定子斜槽或转子斜极是一种抑制交流电机转矩波动的常用方法,在双定子永磁电机中,若采用转子斜极则只能采用分段斜极方式,这会增加加工工艺难度,因而在双定子永磁电机中,常采用定子斜槽来降低电机转矩波动[14]。此外采用分数槽绕组[15]、合适的极槽配合和内外定子槽口宽度[16-17]、定子侧增加辅助槽[18]等方式同样可抑制电机的转矩波动,改善电机的输出转矩性能。
为了在不增加双定子永磁电机质量的前提下降低转矩波动,同时提升平均转矩,本文结合有限元法和田口(Taguchi)法优化设计了双定子永磁同步电机。在多工况运行点下,通过计算各优化参数下电机性能的方差,分析不同参数对电机性能的影响程度及各个参数影响程度占总影响程度的比重,进而可得到兼顾多运行点下的电机最优方案。本文后续章节安排如下:第1节介绍双定子永磁电机结构及参数;第2节介绍基于Taguchi法的双定子永磁电机多目标优化设计过程,包含选择优化目标及优化因子、确定优化因子的范围及水平值、多工况多目标正交试验及结果分析、优化前后电机性能参数对比几个部分;结论位于文章的最后。
双定子永磁同步电机结构如图1所示,主要由外定子铁心、外定子绕组、外层永磁体、转子铁心、内层永磁体、内定子铁心及内定子绕组7个部分组成,其初始参数如表1所示。由图1可分析出,相比于单定子永磁电机,双定子永磁电机充分利用电机内部空间,其电磁转矩由内外定子绕组中的电流共同产生,因而这种结构可以有效提升转矩密度和功率密度。
20世纪70年代,日本的Taguchi G博士创立了能够实现多目标优化设计的局部优化设计方法,即Taguchi法。通过设置正交试验表,Taguchi法可用较小的计算成本达到较好的优化设计结果。因此,当用于电机优化设计时,Taguchi法可以有效提升计算效率,是一种高效的电机优化设计方法。Taguchi法的优化设计流程图如图2所示,主要包含以下几步:确定优化目标、选择优化因子、确定优化因子取值范围及水平值、进行正交试验、平均值和方差分析,以及确定各优化因子的最优水平组合。
双定子永磁电机通常具有较宽的转速及转矩运行范围,为了保证电机在多个运行工况下均具有较好的运行性能,选取3个具有代表性的运行点进行研究:额定运行点(2 000 r/min,14 N·m)、最大转速运行点(4 000 r/min,9 N·m)、最大转矩运行点(1 500 r/min,16 N·m)。通过对上述3个运行点分别进行优化,最终得到能够兼顾多个运行点性能参数的电机结构方案。考虑电机应用场合的性能要求,将低转矩波动Trip、较高的平均转矩Tavg及低电机质量M作为优化目标。作为限制条件,3个运行点下的平均转矩Tavg均应满足工况需求,此外,受到逆变器直流母线电压的限制,最大转速运行点下外定子相电压峰值uout_max不超过110 V。由于永磁体结构尺寸及定子铁心尺寸对电机的运行性能影响较大,选取外定子槽口宽度boa_out、内定子槽口宽度boa_in、极弧系数αp、外定子齿宽bt_out、内定子齿宽bt_in、永磁体厚度hM、外定子轭高hj_out及内定子轭高hj_in这8个参数作为优化因子。
表2为各优化因子的取值范围,并在各因子取值范围内分别等距离选择7个水平值,按照由小到大的顺序分别用水平值Ⅰ~Ⅶ来表示,如表3所示。
如2.1节所述,为了尽可能保证双定子永磁电机在宽转矩及转速范围内实现高性能运行,在3个工况下同时进行优化。若采用传统排列组合的方法,需要完成3×87=6 291 456次有限元计算,耗时较长;但当采用田口法时,通过在每个工况下建立L49(78)的试验正交表,3个工况下仅需进行3×49=147次有限元仿真,大幅降低了试验次数,从而在科学合理的前提下,以较少的计算成本达到较好的优化结果。
为便于进一步分析,根据得到的正交试验结果,首先计算某一性能指标在各个优化因子的各个水平值下的平均值。假设优化因子A的水平值Ⅰ对应的性能指标Z的试验结果分别为Z(1)~Z(7),则性能指标Z在优化因子A的水平值Ⅰ下的结果平均值计算方法如下式所示:

式中:mZA(Ⅰ)为优化因子A的水平值Ⅰ对应的性能指标Z的试验结果的平均值。
结果表明,随着永磁体厚度hM增加,TavgTripuout_maxM均单调增加,为满足Tavguout_max限制条件,应满足1.4 mm<hM<1.5 mm,选取hM=1.45 mm。对于其它7个优化因子,根据高输出转矩、低转矩波动及低电机质量的目标,进行参数选取。在3个工况下,各优化因子的水平值变化对优化目标的影响如图3~图5所示。
根据图3~图5,各工况下使得平均转矩最大、转矩波动最小,以及质量最小的组合如表4所示。
根据图5,各优化因子水平变化时,对电机质量影响较小,因此在确定电机结构参数时,首先考虑Tavg最大及Trip最小两个目标。由表4可知,各个运行工况下,使得Tavg最大及Trip最小的各优化因子所取水平组合各不相同,因此还需要结合方差分析,获得各优化因子对电机平均转矩及转矩波动影响的相对重要性程度,从而兼顾平均转矩和转矩波动来选择各优化因子所取水平组合。方差分析的计算公式如下式所示:

式中:SA为某性能指标在优化因子A下的方差;mAj为某性能指标在优化因子A的水平j下的平均值;NL为各个优化因子所取的水平数;mt为某性能指标的总体平均值。
nt为试验次数,mti)为第i次试验对应的某一性能指标的试验结果,则mt可由下式计算得到:

根据方差计算结果,得到各优化因子对于各目标的重要性程度,如表5所示。结合表4表5,对于额定运行点,使Tavg最大及Trip最小的目标组合为boa_out(Ⅱ)-boa_in(Ⅰ)-bt_out(Ⅶ)-bt_in(Ⅴ)-hj_out(Ⅶ)-hj_in(Ⅶ)-αp(Ⅴ);对于最大转速运行点,使得Tavg最大及Trip最小的目标组合为boa_out(Ⅰ)-boa_in(Ⅰ)-bt_out(Ⅶ)-bt_in(Ⅵ)-hj_out(Ⅶ)-hj_in(Ⅶ)-αp(Ⅵ);对于最大转矩运行点,对应的目标组合为boa_out(Ⅱ)-boa_in(Ⅰ)-bt_out(Ⅶ)-bt_in(Ⅴ)-hj_out(Ⅶ)-hj_in(Ⅶ)-αp(Ⅶ)。综合3个运行点,同时结合质量尽可能小的目标,最优目标组合为boa_out(Ⅱ)-boa_in(Ⅰ)-bt_out(Ⅶ)-bt_in(Ⅴ)-hj_out(Ⅶ)-hj_in(Ⅶ)-αp(Ⅴ)。因此,优化后的双定子永磁电机结构参数如下:boa_out=1.8 mm,boa_in=1.6 mm,bt_out=6.7 mm,bt_in=5.3 mm,hj_out=3.9 mm,hj_in=3.4 mm,αp=0.87,hM=1.45 mm。
在三个运行点下,优化前、后电磁转矩波形对比图如图6所示。进一步,为了让对比结果更加直观,表6给出了优化前、后的平均转矩、转矩波动、电机质量及外定子相电压峰值对比结果。
图6,对于额定运行点,优化后的输出转矩最大值与优化前基本相同,输出转矩最小值比优化前更大;对于最大转速运行点,优化后的输出转矩最大值与最小值均优于优化前,且优化后转矩最大值增加量小于最小值的增加量;对于最大转矩运行点,优化后的输出转矩最大值小于优化前,输出转矩最小值优于优化前,且优化后转矩最大值的减小量要小于最小值的增加量。因此,在3个运行点下,优化后的电机平均转矩均较优化前有所提升,转矩波动有所下降。由表6可知,在3个运行点下,优化后的电机平均转矩均满足限制要求,对于转矩波动,在3个运行工况下,优化前的转矩波动均超过6%,而优化后的转矩波动均低于4.3%。对于最大转速运行点下外定子相电压峰值,优化前为110.74 V,超过110 V,优化后为108.72 V,满足限值要求。此外,优化前电机质量为3.34 kg,优化后变为3.39 kg,优化前、后电机质量基本保持不变。综合上述分析,利用Taguchi法对双定子永磁同步电机进行优化,在基本不提升电机质量的前提下,有效提升了额定运行点、最大转速运行点及最大转矩运行点的平均转矩,降低了转矩波动,且满足了平均转矩及外定子相电压的限值要求。
本文结合有限元法和田口法提出了一种双定子永磁同步电机优化设计方法。针对双定子永磁同步电机转矩波动大的问题,以定子槽口宽度、极弧系数、外定子齿宽、内定子齿宽、永磁体厚度、外定子轭高及内定子轭高等参数为优化因子,采用有限元法和田口法相结合的方式在多工况运行点下进行性能指标的优化。仿真结果表明,在基本不增加电机质量的前提下,有效提升了额定运行点、最大转速运行点及最大转矩运行点的平均转矩,并显著降低了转矩波动。下一步将考虑电机损耗,以增加双定子永磁同步电机效率为优化目标,对双定子电机进行进一步优化。
