Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)has the advantages of fast dynamic response,high power density,and high torque at low speed,but the temperature variation and complex working conditions will cause the variation of PMSM parameters, thus affect motor performance and reduce the output efficiency. To address the controller parameter mismatch problem caused by the change of motor parameters in the model predictive current control,firstly an adaptive linear (Adaline)neural network was used for the online identification of the parameters of the PMSM such as inductance,flux and resistance,and then the normalized least mean square (NLMS)algorithm was introduced to improve the Adaline neural network algorithm in order to improve the convergence speed and computational accuracy of the algorithm. In addition,the high-frequency current component of the model predictive control was utilized to calculate the PMSM rotor position and the parameters of rotor angle and speed were adopt to achieve sensorless control. The experimental results show that the improved NLMS-Adaline neural network is of practical value in terms of speed and accuracy compared with recursive RLS and traditional Adaline online identification,along with a nice adaptation to parameters mismatching.

永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有动态响应快、功率密度高、低速大转矩等优点,但是温度变化和复杂工况会造成PMSM参数的变化,进而影响电机性能并且降低效率。针对模型预测电流控制中电机参数变化导致的控制器参数失配问题,首先采用自适应线性(Adaline)神经网络进行PMSM的交直轴电感、磁链和电阻等参数在线辨识,然后引入归一化最小均方误差(NLMS)算法对Adaline神经网络算法进行改进,以提高算法的收敛速度和计算精度。此外,利用模型预测控制中的高频电流成分对PMSM转子位置进行计算,获得转子位置角和转速两个参数,以达到无位置传感器控制的目的。实验结果表明,改进后的NLMS-Adaline神经网络相比递推RLS和传统Adaline在线辨识的速度和精确度上都有所提升,对参数失配有良好的适应性。

永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有动态响应快、功率密度高、低速大转矩等优点,但是温度变化和复杂工况会造成PMSM参数的变化,进而影响电机性能并且降低效率。针对模型预测电流控制中电机参数变化导致的控制器参数失配问题,首先采用自适应线性(Adaline)神经网络进行PMSM的交直轴电感、磁链和电阻等参数在线辨识,然后引入归一化最小均方误差(NLMS)算法对Adaline神经网络算法进行改进,以提高算法的收敛速度和计算精度。此外,利用模型预测控制中的高频电流成分对PMSM转子位置进行计算,获得转子位置角和转速两个参数,以达到无位置传感器控制的目的。实验结果表明,改进后的NLMS-Adaline神经网络相比递推RLS和传统Adaline在线辨识的速度和精确度上都有所提升,对参数失配有良好的适应性。

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)has the advantages of fast dynamic response,high power density,and high torque at low speed,but the temperature variation and complex working conditions will cause the variation of PMSM parameters, thus affect motor performance and reduce the output efficiency. To address the controller parameter mismatch problem caused by the change of motor parameters in the model predictive current control,firstly an adaptive linear (Adaline)neural network was used for the online identification of the parameters of the PMSM such as inductance,flux and resistance,and then the normalized least mean square (NLMS)algorithm was introduced to improve the Adaline neural network algorithm in order to improve the convergence speed and computational accuracy of the algorithm. In addition,the high-frequency current component of the model predictive control was utilized to calculate the PMSM rotor position and the parameters of rotor angle and speed were adopt to achieve sensorless control. The experimental results show that the improved NLMS-Adaline neural network is of practical value in terms of speed and accuracy compared with recursive RLS and traditional Adaline online identification,along with a nice adaptation to parameters mismatching.

近年来,随着稀土永磁材料的发展,永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)在汽车、船舶以及航空航天等众多领域得到了应用[1-3] 。PMSM转子是由永磁体构成的,没有直接的电能消耗,具有较高的电机效率,同时省去了常出现问题的集电环和电刷,提升了电机运行时的可靠性。PMSM的广泛应用离不开高性能控制器,实际运行过程中,由于温度变化、外部干扰等因素的影响,PMSM的电阻、电感和磁链等电机参数往往会实时发生变化[4-5],这些参数的改变会影响到电机控制系统的性能,进而影响电机的运行状态。除了温度变化,内部磁场变化产生的磁滞损耗、涡流损耗以及器件之间的磨损都是不可避免的影响因素[6],都会直接或间接地影响到电机参数的变化,尤其是近年来无位置传感器控制策略的广泛推广使用,需要精确的电机参数进行转子位置计算[7-8],这意味着控制器计算中涉及的电机敏感参数需要根据电机变化进行实时调整,以保持控制器输出控制值的有效性。
目前电机参数辨识可以大致分为离线参数辨识和在线参数辨识两种方法[9]。离线参数辨识包括阶跃响应法和伏安法实验测量方法等[10-11],离线辨识法辨识结果较为准确,但是需要存储大量数据进行查询计算,而且无法实时反映运行过程中的实时工况变化,一般用于电机设计阶段或获取电机未知铭牌参数。在线辨识PMSM的实时参数从而自动调节控制器参数,已经成为了高性能控制器发展的必然趋势[12]。对于PMSM常用的控制策略,例如矢量控制、直接转矩控制、模型预测等,都涉及到PMSM的敏感参数。当PMSM控制系统使用模型预测电流控制(model predictive current control,MPCC)时,需要建立准确的数学模型,PMSM的参数变化可能会影响电流预测计算式,引起参数失配,从而对控制器产生不利影响[13]
在线参数辨识可以使用递推最小二乘法(recursive least square,RLS)、模型参考自适应法(model reference adaptive system,MRAS)、扩展卡尔曼法(extended kalman filters,EKF)以及人工神经网络等方法实现[14-17]。文献[18]基于带遗忘因子的最小二乘算法提出一种模糊遗忘因子最小二乘算法,对PMSM的定子电阻进行在线辨识,但RLS算法普遍存在计算时间较长和计算不精确的缺点。MRAS结构简单,利用旋转坐标系构建电流参考模型,可以实现对电感和磁链的辨识[19]。文献[20]提出一种基于扩展卡尔曼滤波和梯度校正结合的方法,能够快速准确地获得电机参数值。文献[21]提出一种基于扩展卡尔曼滤波与神经网络结合的PMSM参数辨识方法,该方法具有较好的收敛速度,表明神经网络在参数辨识中的可用性。自适应线性(adaptive linear,Adaline)神经网络是一种线性可调的网络,与单层感知器非常相似,网络权值和阈值无需训练,直接使用设计函数得到,网络层输出可以取任意值,克服了感知器神经网络输出只能为0或1的缺点,因此适用于信号处理中的自适应滤波、预测和模型识别等领域。Adaline神经的表达式只包含简单的加减乘运算,不包含矩阵计算或除法计算,可调参数只有步长,易于实现。文献[22-23]使用单层Adaline神经网络实现了PMSM电感、磁链参数的辨识。原始Adaline神经网络结构的收敛速度和计算精度仍无法完全满足PMSM的实际运行要求,文献[24-25]改进Adaline神经网络中的最小均方误差(least mean square,LMS)算法为变步长算法,提高了预测精度。
本文以模型预测电流控制为PMSM的控制策略,针对PMSM运行中容易出现控制器参数失配的问题,使用Adaline神经网络进行在线参数辨识,并使用归一化最小均方误差(normalized least mean square,NLMS)算法对Adaline神经网络算法进行改进,提高其收敛速度与参数辨识能力,为模型预测控制器的数学模型反馈实时的电机参数,以提高PMSM的控制性能。
图1中,A-B-C为三相坐标系;α-β为静止坐标系;d-q为旋转坐标系;θ为转子与Aα)轴的夹角;由于转子真实位置未知,定义d^轴为估计的d轴,q^轴为估计的q轴;θ^d^轴与Aα)轴夹角;估计角度误差Δθ=θ-θ^;N和S为转子永磁体极性。
PMSM在d-q旋转坐标系下电压方程为

永磁同步电机模型预测控制的原理图如图2所示,在k时刻获取电机三相电流,通过坐标变换得到k时刻的dq轴电流,结合转子位置信息,计算得到下一时刻的电流。
在有限集模型预测控制中,被控对象是离散化的模型,选择dq轴的电流作为状态变量,在k时刻,使用欧拉法对式(1)离散化处理,得到预测电流:

由于数字系统中存在计算延迟,通常使用两步法来补偿一步控制器延迟,在使用式(2)获得k+1时刻的预测电流之后,预测k+2时刻的电流:

由于采样间隔极短,假设给定的参考电流对于相邻时刻恒定,根据k时刻的预测值和k+2时刻的预测值构建代价函数:

选取使代价函数最小的电压矢量为最优电压矢量,得到与之对应的udk+1),uqk+1)以及最优开关组合进行下一控制周期的滚动。
离散开关控制在每一个控制周期都要遍历每个开关状态,如图3所示,对应7种不同的空间电压矢量。每个控制周期内,算法都将所有基本电压矢量循环代入代价函数以遍历电压矢量值,并获得使代价函数取值最小的最优电压矢量,作为下一个控制周期输入给三相逆变器的开关状态信号。PMSM由逆变电路进行驱动,逆变电路输出Sabc表示离散控制下逆变器的8种开关状态,由6个非零电压矢量和2个零电压矢量组成,表示为

系数矩阵中的电流量可以直接获得,转速可以由转速传感器或者无位置传感器算法进行获取。
由PMSM电压电流方程可以看出,d轴电感、q轴电感、定子电阻R和永磁体磁链Ψf对MPCC的性能至关重要,受温度、工况变化等影响,电机的工作点会发生变化,造成MPCC参数失配,电流预测不准确,控制性能变差。采用Adaline神经网络对电机参数进行在线辨识,可以实时修正MPCC预测控制器中的电机参数,以确保稳定和准确地控制PMSM。Adaline结构示意图如图4所示。
Adaline神经网络反映了输入与输出样本向量空间中的线性映射关系,是Roseblatt感知器的改进,其输入输出关系表示为

Adaline规则的权重更新是通过一个连续的线性激活函数来完成的,通常使用最小均方差(least mean square,LMS)作为代价函数,LMS属于有监督学习算法,呈现出的是二次函数的抛物曲面,曲面顶点为神经网络的最优解。使用最小均方差LMS对网络权值调整表示为

传统的LMS算法虽然结构简单,易于实现,但是由于算法步长即权重调节系数为固定值,在收敛速度和收敛精度上存在着矛盾。由式(7)和式(8)可知,LMS算法中包含误差信号与输入信号的乘积,权重调节系数与输入信号存在约束关系,所以将输入信号进行归一化处理,可以将步长调整为可变步长。

NLMS-Adaline神经网络在当前控制周期内对电机参数在线计算,当电机参数发生变化时,辨识结果将实时反馈到模型预测控制器中进行参数更新。

固有电流纹波可以作为一种自有高频特性代替外部注入高频电压所产生的高频电流,电流纹波中提取转子位置信息。
A相电流FFT分析如图5所示,由图5可知,电流含有远高于基波频率的高频电流分量,但是由于离散开关特性,电流的频率不固定,谐波分散较为杂乱,这对滤波器截止频率的选择和提取造成一定的困难,影响转子位置的计算。
为了使电流纹波高频信号显著,采用相邻矢量电压选取方法来减少电流纹波的频率分布范围。如表1所示,利用上一时刻的开关组合,从两个相邻有效向量和零向量中通过代价函数最小选取下一时刻的最优开关状态。

由于d轴与q轴的正交性,UDUQ互不相关,在稳态时,离散开关控制稳态时UDUQ并不恒为零值,但是其平均值U-D=0U-Q=0,而且

当计算的转子角度为真实转子角度时,d^轴与q^轴重合,Δθ=0,式(46)也为零,使用锁相环结构即可进行转子位置计算,锁相环结构图如图6所示。整体系统结构框图如图7所示。
为了验证在线参数辨识的效果,使用一台内置式永磁同步电机进行实验,永磁同步电机参数为:额定电压380 V;额定转速1 500 r/min;极对数4;定子电阻0.9 Ω;直轴电感5 mH;交轴电感12 mH;转子磁链0.18 Wb;转动惯量0.003 6 kg·m2
主要硬件平台如图8所示,主控芯片为德州仪器TMS320F28335。控制系统搭建框图如图9所示。
在线参数辨识分别使用递推RLS算法、Adaline神经网络算法和NLMS-Adaline神经网络算法进行,实验结果如图10~图12所示。
递推RLS参数在线辨识的LdLq约在t=0.8 s趋于稳定,但收敛性不好,没有在真实值附近稳定,最终辨识结果为:Ld=4.40 mH,Lq=9.31 mH,误差分别为0.6 mH和2.69 mH;转子磁链Ψft=0.15 s收敛至稳定值Ψf=0.194 Wb,误差为0.014 Wb;定子电阻R约在t=0.2 s收敛至稳定值R=1.42 Ω,误差约为0.52 Ω。
Adaline神经网络参数在线辨识的直轴电感Ld约在t=0.55 s趋于稳定,收敛值为Ld=5.40 mH,误差为0.40 mH;交轴电感Lq约在t=0.7 s趋于稳定,收敛值为Lq=11.44 mH,误差为0.56 mH;定子电阻Rt=0.4 s收敛至稳定值R=0.98 Ω,误差为0.08 Ω;转子磁链Ψft=0.15 s后收敛至稳定值Ψf=0.22 Wb,误差为0.04 Wb。
NLMS-Adaline神经网络参数在线辨识的直轴电感Ld约在t=0.32 s趋于稳定,收敛值为Ld=5.013 mH,误差为0.013 mH;交轴电感Lq约在t=0.47 s趋于稳定,收敛值为Lq=12.06 mH,误差为0.06 mH;定子电阻Rt=0.32 s收敛至稳定值R=0.98 Ω,误差为0.08 Ω;转子磁链Ψft=0.37 s后收敛至稳定值Ψf=0.182 Wb,误差为0.002 Wb。
三种参数在线辨识结构的实验结果如表2所示。
从仿真速度来看,NLMS-Adaline神经网络的电感计算速度比Adaline和RLS更快,但是磁链和电阻的计算速度不如RLS,这可能是Adaline神经网络中定子电阻R的单独计算造成的;从计算精度来看,NLMS-Adaline神经网络的精度有了比较大的提高,电感和磁链的计算误差比Adaline减小一个数量级,定子电阻的计算误差虽减小不多,但耗时缩短了20%。
为了验证负载突变下低速控制策略,启动至15 r/min稳定转速,在t=5 s时突增负载,在t=10 s时突减负载。转速波形如图13所示,负载发生变化时,转速短暂降低,但很快恢复到给定转速。
图14图15分别为240 r/min突加负载的转速曲线以及转子位置角的变化情况。超低转速运行时转速稳定,240 r/min突加负载时转速快速恢复,稳定性良好。
图16为1 000 r/min时突加负载的转速曲线,负载增大后转速可以快速恢复到给定值,在中高速运行系统抗干扰性良好。
在负载突变时,转子位置计算准确,无相位偏差,图17为50 r/min提速至500 r/min再提速至 1 000 r/min时的转速情况,控制系统具有良好的抗干扰性。可以观察到,各转速区间的转速稳定。相应的,图18为转子位置角计算结果。
针对永磁同步电机参数变化导致控制器参数失配的问题,本文对参数在线辨识方法进行了研究,主要结论如下:
1)引入NLMS算法对Adaline神经网络进行改进,提高了对PMSM交直轴电感、磁链在线辨识的速度和精确度。
2)利用MPCC中的高频电流纹波计算转子位置和转速,省去位置(速度)传感器,实现无位置传感器控制。
