In order to study the operating characteristics of onboard power net of high-speed maglev train,an automated networking test system based on LabVIEW was developed on the basis of several independent onboard power net test systems. Through the comprehensive simulation of the external power supply of the train,the running speed of the train and the possible fault mode on the train,the ground combination test was realized after the networking of the onboard power net equipment with different power supply system and different design parameters.

为研究高速磁悬浮列车车载电网运行特性,在多个独立车载电网装置测试系统基础上,开发了一种基于LabVIEW的自动化组网测试系统。通过综合模拟列车的外部供电情况、列车的运行速度、列车上可能出现的故障模式,实现不同供电制式、不同设计参数的车载电网组件间组网后的地面组合试验验证。

In order to study the operating characteristics of onboard power net of high-speed maglev train,an automated networking test system based on LabVIEW was developed on the basis of several independent onboard power net test systems. Through the comprehensive simulation of the external power supply of the train,the running speed of the train and the possible fault mode on the train,the ground combination test was realized after the networking of the onboard power net equipment with different power supply system and different design parameters.

基于长定子的高速磁悬浮列车是一种新型的地面交通工具,车载电网分布在列车每节车厢,是高速磁悬浮列车重要组成部分,车载电网的安全性和可靠性将直接影响车辆运行的安全性和可靠性[1-2]。车载电网供电模式复杂多样,在静浮和低速运行阶段通过供电轨进行接触式供电,在高速运行阶段使用直线发电机进行非接触式供电,在故障工况下使用蓄电池供电。车载电网组件均采用模块化结构,对于每个组件均有相应的测试单元实现单组件的出厂测试以及检修维护。开发车载电网组网测试系统,将原有的各种组件测试单元有机连接起来,可在地面模拟不同运行工况下车载电网组件的供电能力及故障模式,对车载电网及各组件的设计进行验证。
高速磁悬浮列车车载电网主要由4个440 V直流电网、4个24 V直流电网和2个230 V三相交流电网组成。440 V电网组件包括升压斩波器(HS)、440 V车载电网开关箱(BV440)、440 V蓄电池(B440),其中每个440 V电网中有8台升压斩波器;24 V电网组件包括DC/DC变换器(DCDC)、24 V蓄电池箱(B24);230 V电网组件包括230 V车载逆变器(WR)、单相逆变器(DCAC)。车载电网控制器(BNS)实现对车载电网组件的逻辑控制和故障综合。
针对单个车载电网组件的自动测试单元已经有开发应用的介绍[3]。单组件测试单元主要由3个部分组成,分别为供电电源及负载、测试硬件平台、上位机测试软件。其中供电电源及负载用于模拟组件外部供电电源及负载特性,采用程控电源及电子负载实现;测试硬件平台实现控制信号模拟和反馈信号采集,采用PXI架构硬件平台实现;上位机测试软件用于测试仪器、设备驱动和测试流程控制、测试结果判定输出,采用图形化编程软件LabVIEW及测试流程管理软件TestStand开发实现。
本文主要介绍在已有多个单台车载电网组件测试单元基础上,通过增加主控台及模拟电源,开发的基于LabVIEW的自动化组网测试系统,本系统在实现车载电网系统供电能力研究的基础上,也可以用于单个组件的出厂检验和维护测试,使测试系统的利用最大化。
组网测试系统根据功能划分为主控台、车载电网控制器测试单元、升压斩波器测试单元、直/直变换器测试单元、电网开关箱测试单元、逆变组件测试单元、蓄电池测试单元等几部分。各组件测试单元可以实现单台组件的功能测试,并通过功率线缆和信号线缆在系统内实现组网。主控台负责整个车载电网的测试控制和数据的收集及显示,组网测试系统整体框图如图1所示。
系统实现了1个440 V电网、1个24 V电网和1个230 V电网。其中440 V电网使用2台升压斩波器进行组网,使用程控电源模拟其他6台升压斩波器。主控台的主控制器通过以太网与各测试单元的控制器进行通信,每个测试单元内部包含程控接触器,可实现组件相关功率及信号接口的切换。在测试单元独立工作模式下,被测组件接口通过内部程控接触器接入测试单元,实现单台组件测试;在组网工作模式下,主控台发送组网命令,各测试单元收到命令后将被测组件接口与其他测试单元内部组件连接,实现组网测试。
组网测试主要包括4种测试:供电能力测试、模拟电网故障测试、440 V电网组网测试和24 V电网组网测试。其中供电能力测试用来模拟列车运行时车载电网系统的供电能力。模拟电网故障测试包括放行允许测试、干扰运行测试、无强制停车测试、空调启动测试和关闭编组电网测试5个测试项。440 V电网组网测试和24 V电网组网测试分别对440 V电网和24 V电网相关组件进行组网运行测试。
测试系统中需要多种电源来模拟车载电网系统的供电及负载,测试系统中使用了HS模拟供电轨电源、HS模拟直线发电机电源、B440充放电功率电源、440 V可逆电源、24 V电源装置5个主要模拟电源,各模拟电源依据车载电网组件外围供电特性进行设计。
车载440 V电网来自3种电源:包括供电轨的直流电,直线发电机发出的交流电以及440 V蓄电池提供的直流电。测试系统中的这3种电源分别采用模拟供电轨电源、模拟直线发电机电源、B440充放电功率电源进行模拟。在系统组网供电能力测试中,B440充放电功率电源还用于模拟440 V电网中并联HS的功率输出;在系统组网440 V电网测试中,模拟8台HS并联供电轨供电;在单台功能测试中,用于实现440 V蓄电池充放电功率测试。440 V可逆电源在系统测试中,用于模拟440 V电网的负载;在单台功能测试中可以模拟440 V电网供电。B24充放电装置用于24 V蓄电池充放电功率测试。
车载电网的供电能力与列车运行速度相关,其中与速度相关的主要因素是直线发电机的输出功率,其输出电压及频率随速度变化[4]
一个升压斩波器HS有5路直线发电机输入,单台HS最大输出功率20 kW,5路输入电压相位互相差60°,输入相位错开有助于降低升压斩波器的输出纹波[5]。因此需要设计开发模拟直线发电机,精确模拟时速0~600 km/h直线电机输出电压、相位、频率的特性。
模拟直线发电机主回路采用两组H桥串联叠加的形式,原理如图2所示。采用三相380 V输入,通过双副边变压器隔离,全桥整流后,进行逆变。采用IGBT器件,等效开关频率为40 kHz。通过电感滤波后生成正弦电压。其中L1和L2模拟直线发电机电枢绕组的电感,R001,R002,R003用于模拟直线发电机电枢绕组的电阻。
系统软件采用“主控台软件+测试单元软件”的架构,主控台软件实现组网测试项目及各测试单元的调度控制;测试单元软件进行被测组件的驱动激励和数据采集,同时具备和主控台通信的客户端。系统软件具备权限设置、安全管理等基本的系统管理功能。主控台和测试单元的软件架构如图3所示。
测试单元软件采用4层架构,自下而上分别为驱动层、数据层、测试流程层和接口层,其中,驱动层实现程控设备及PXI设备的驱动;数据层实现采集数据的转化、计算、归集;测试流程层执行单组件的测试序列;接口层实现与用户接口。作为测试单元软件中实现组网控制的客户端程序直接调用数据层。
客户端程序运行流程如图4所示,各状态说明如下:
1)等待状态,等待主控台发送使能信号,执行设备初始化及后续状态;当执行完系统测试所有状态且各测试单元无故障时,返回等待状态等待下一个使能信号。
2)测试单元设备初始化状态,进行设备初始化,初始化无故障后进入UDP数据更新状态。
3)UDP数据更新状态,根据UDP接收/发送循环,解析主控台指令,同时将测试单元状态通过UDP协议上传主控台。无故障进入输出更新状态。
4)输出更新状态,用于检测NI卡的控制指令是否有变化。为加快NI卡执行速度,仅当NI卡上的控制指令发生变化时才执行该卡相关操作。
5)输入检测状态,根据各测试单元实际NI卡进行检测。包括开关量卡DIO、万用表卡DMM、继电器卡Relay、矩阵开关卡MUX和CAN卡等。在NI卡状态检测的最后一个状态,需要检测“系统测试使能”信号:当该信号为真则返回UDP数据状态重新检测,当该信号为假则进入清除状态。
6)清除状态,清除所有变量值,清除测试单元设备状态。无故障返回等待状态。
7)设备故障状态,在测试单元程序执行过程中,若检测到故障后将跳转到此状态。在此状态中,测试单元保持故障状态。操作人员须根据故障代码确认是否清除故障。只有当“主控台故障复位”为真时,测试单元执行状态清除,然后返回等待状态。
主控台软件对接各测试单元客户端实现组网的管理、控制与监测等功能。用户在主控台上配置测试步骤、测试参数等命令数据,通过测试流程管理模块生成测试命令集以及测试执行序列,通过以太网下发至各测试单元客户端。各测试单元根据测试命令集,调用本地管理模块,驱动设备进行信号激励和数据采集,采集数据再通过以太网上传至主控台,从而实现各测试单元的组网测试功能。
以太网通信采用UDP协议进行数据发送和读取,按每16位为1个字的方式发送或读取数据。无论是发送还是读取数据,协议最后一个字都是看门狗,用于以太网通信状态的监测,防止通信中断而造成系统故障。各测试单元运行后,看门狗的计数器开始自动计数。如果主控台接收到的数据5 s未发生变化,则认为以太网通信中断。
图5所示,当主控台给出系统使能信号后,各测试单元进行自身设备自检,自检完成后返回各测试单元组网状态信号。此状态信号正常,则进入系统组网测试选择界面,包括供电能力、模拟电网故障等测试。选定某项测试后,主控软件依据既有设定完成的系统组网逻辑关系,自动下发对应的输入信号命令集,各测试单元接收命令集后,响应对应操作指令,并将采集数据上传至主控台,主控台将其与软件设定的阈值进行比较,判断各组网功能逻辑关系是否正确。测试过程中将所有测量及各测试的结果自动存储到对应文件中。最终形成相应的测试报告。
系统实验重点为供电能力测试和模拟电网故障测试,以下介绍两种测试实现功能以及实验的波形。选择供电能力测试,在实验前需要设置实验参数,包括运行的季节(夏季、冬季)、实验线路、运行最高速度、持续时间、运行里程。设置完成后进入如图6所示测试运行页面,页面顶部显示已设置将要进行实验的基本信息。中间右侧部分显示本实验的结构图及相关实时信息,下方波形图显示实验过程的数据曲线信息,中间左侧为实验操作区。
实验开始时点击“开始组网”按钮,测试实验开始运行,自动实现各测试单元组网、模拟电源使能运行,并提示手动操作BNS进行“供电允许”、“440 V电网上电”、“起浮”等步骤。完成后即可点击测试页面“发车运行”模拟列车出站运行工况。
进入模拟列车运行后,按照设定参数及运行速度曲线调整各模拟电源及负载输出参数,记录运行过程中组件工作数据。
选择模拟电网故障测试,进入如图7所示的测试运行页面。测试分为仿真和实物两种测试模式,通过模式切换开关选择测试模式。仿真测试模式通过程序模拟相对应的逻辑关系,根据输入的信号产生测试结果。实物模式下通过供电开关给HS供电,然后通过上位机发送信号给HS经处理返回处理信号。可通过列车发车状态,信息显示按钮显示和隐藏警示信息,画面中黑线为各信号相对应的逻辑关系。
本文主要介绍在多个单台独立高速磁悬浮车载电网组件测试系统基础上,开发基于LabVIEW的自动化组网测试系统:
