The main circuit faults of the four-quadrant rectifier and the corresponding influences were analyzed and summarized,focusing on the analysis of the voltage and current parameter equations in the pre-charging process of the intermediate DC link,and the estimation method of the converter input current and the intermediate DC link voltage was proposed. The estimated parameters were compared with the actual detection results,and the corresponding fault detection can be carried out by using the performance of different faults in the pre-charging process. Through simulation and experiment,different faults were simulated and analyzed,and the results show that the fault detection method proposed is effective and feasible.

对四象限整流器主电路故障以及相应的影响进行分析和总结,重点针对中间直流环节预充电过程中的电压和电流参数方程进行分析,提出变流器输入电流和中间直流环节电压的估算方法。将估算参数与实际检测结果进行对比,利用不同故障点在预充电过程的表现可以进行相应的故障诊断。通过仿真和试验对不同故障点的工况进行模拟和分析,结果表明提出的故障诊断方法有效可行。

对四象限整流器主电路故障以及相应的影响进行分析和总结,重点针对中间直流环节预充电过程中的电压和电流参数方程进行分析,提出变流器输入电流和中间直流环节电压的估算方法。将估算参数与实际检测结果进行对比,利用不同故障点在预充电过程的表现可以进行相应的故障诊断。通过仿真和试验对不同故障点的工况进行模拟和分析,结果表明提出的故障诊断方法有效可行。

The main circuit faults of the four-quadrant rectifier and the corresponding influences were analyzed and summarized,focusing on the analysis of the voltage and current parameter equations in the pre-charging process of the intermediate DC link,and the estimation method of the converter input current and the intermediate DC link voltage was proposed. The estimated parameters were compared with the actual detection results,and the corresponding fault detection can be carried out by using the performance of different faults in the pre-charging process. Through simulation and experiment,different faults were simulated and analyzed,and the results show that the fault detection method proposed is effective and feasible.

单相四象限整流器是牵引传动变流系统的重要组成部分,其性能不仅直接关系到牵引变流器对供电接触网的影响,而且与电机侧逆变器的运行性能密切相关[1-3]。正因如此,四象限整流器一旦出现故障通常将导致变流器停机,导致牵引动力的丢失,从而影响整车的牵引能力。此时如何快速准确判断其故障点是非常重要的。
本文以两电平四象限整流器为基础,对其故障点以及相应的影响进行总结,并对其主电路进行分析。在此基础上重点针对预充电阶段的电压、电流特征进行理论分析,针对不同故障点在此阶段的表现进行相应的故障诊断,从而能够准确地定位相应的故障。故障的准确定位可减少变流器的运用维护时间,同时通过对电压、电流的检查亦可以判断相关部件的特性参数变化,为变流器的健康管理提供依据。
通过仿真和试验的方法对不同故障点的测量参数进行分析,表明本文提出的故障诊断方法有效可行,可用于四象限整流器故障定位,能够为相关故障诊断和健康管理提供支持。
图1是四象限整流器主电路[4-5],从图中可以看出四象限整流器主要包括三个环节:交流输入、整流功率模块和中间直流环节。其中交流输入主要包括变压器、线路接触器K1、预充电电阻R和预充电接触器K2,变压器可将接触网提供的高压电降为变流器输入所需电压,K1在四象限整流器正常工作时闭合,将交流电送入整流功率模块,K2仅在主回路刚刚上电时为中间直流环节充电使用,可将R接入以限制充电电流。整流功率模块(由T1~T4,D1~D4构成)则可将交流电变换为直流电,并且保证能量的双向流动。直流环节主要包括支撑电容Cd和二次滤波装置(由电感L2和电容C2共同构成),Cd确保中间直流环节电压稳定,二次滤波装置主要为中间直流环节的二倍频电流提供通路[2],避免其导致直流电压出现脉动。
如果四象限整流器在运行时部件出现故障,那么必然会导致变流器无法正常工作,通常此时最直接的现象将是出现异常的电压或电流。表1列出了不同部件故障时四象限整流器可能出现的结果。
表1中可以看出,当不同部件出现故障时主要反映在电压和电流结果的异常上,但是如何做进一步分析以确定真正的故障点更为重要。
在前面对四象限整流器不同部件运行过程中出现故障的结果进行了初步分析,但是运行过程中能够检测到的信息是有限的,通常只能判断出电压电流异常,此时故障保护的结果一般都是要停止故障变流器工作,并根据其严重程度判断是否能够重新投入运行。如果需要进一步确定实际的故障原因,四象限整流器预充电过程[6]对相关参数的检测就极为重要。下面重点介绍预充电时主回路特点和充电过程分析。
四象限整流器中间直流环节预充电主要目的是通过充电电阻的限流作用防止中间直流环节电容上出现过高的电流冲击,避免部件损坏。预充电过程的主要特点是四象限整流器并未启动工作,此时仅通过与IGBT反并联的二极管进行不控整流,线路接触器K1尚未闭合,预充电接触器K2闭合,因此图1的主电路可以简化为如图2a中所示。在图2a中输入电压un为正弦交流电,此时电源将通过预充电电阻R、整流模块二极管向中间直流环节的支撑电容Cd和二次滤波环节的电容C2充电,in为输入电流,ud为中间直流环节电压。为分析方便可将图2a进一步等效为图2b,在图2b中预充电电阻被移至直流环节,输入电压uin等效为将正弦交流电全波整流后的脉波电压,iin为输入电流。另外图2b中的二极管D主要目的在于利用其逆止效应,当输入电压低于中间直流环节电压时不会形成反向的放电,这与实际四象限整流器的充电过程也是一致的。
图2b中输入电压、电流与图2a中对应关系如下:

首先针对图2b中方框内的电路进行分析,采用Laplace变换方式可列出中间直流环节阻抗Xd如下:

从式(3)可以看出该阻抗阶数较高,如不进行必要简化将增加后续分析的复杂性。
如前所述,L2和C2构成二次滤波环节,因此有下式成立[7]

将式(4)代入式(3)中,同时用Laplace变换为角频率的表示形式可得:

通常在50 Hz工频电网供电时,谐振频率为100 Hz,即

图2b所示,由于四象限整流器在充电过程中基本处于直流工况,并且二极管本身具有逆止效应,因此在充电过程中 ω ω 2,则式(5)可简化为

在后面的频域分析和仿真计算中也表明这种简化是合理的。
依据图2b电路,考虑二极管的逆止效应,同时结合式(7)的阻抗表达式可列出电路方程如下:

式(8)和式(9)为输入电源向中间直流环节预充电过程的电路方程,其中式(8)为输入侧向中间直流环节提供能量的方程,式(9)表明二极管处于逆止状态时中间电压将维持恒定,没有能量的流动。本文重点关注的是式(8),即输入电流和中间直流环节电压变化的情况,将式(8)转化为微分方程如下式所示:

采用离散化方法[8-9]将式(9)离散化,并设C=Cd+C2可得到离散化后的方程表达如下:

式中:Ts为采样周期;uintk),iintk),udtk)分别为输入电压、输入电流和中间直流环节电压的采样值。
由于uiniinud均为四象限整流器进行控制时所需要采集的参数[10],因此根据式(11)可估算当前变流器的输入电流值,而式(12)则可估算下一周期中间直流环节电压值。但是式(12)为微分方程离散化后的形式,通常采样周期较小,估算得到的中间直流环节电压与实际值在相邻的采样周期之间相差不大,因此采用连续时间段内的实际电流进行中间直流电压的估算,即式(12)可改写为如下形式:

图3是预充电故障诊断流程图,从图中可以看到,如果估算输入电流和中间电压在正常允许范围表明变流器正常,如果估算输入电流或中间电压超出规定范围则进入故障判断程序,具体故障判断方法如表2所示。需要注意的是,图3中用于故障判断的电流是图2b中的输入电流,如与实际变流器输入电流比较还应根据式(2)进行变换,转换至图2a中的变流器输入电流。关于故障判断阈值设置主要考虑传感器、信号转换、采样等环节的精度,阈值过小易产生误保护,阈值过大则容易导致保护时间增加,甚至保护失效。因此本文实际使用的保护阈值按直流环节电压和预充电电流最大值的3%设定。
传统预充电检测方法通常在预充电开始一定时间后测试中间直流环节电压是否达到预定的限值范围,通常需要s级的检测时间。而本文提出的检测方法的优势在于当预充电开始时即进行实时估算,如果存在故障,能够在更短的时间得到检测结果。另外,如果充电过程没有异常,还可在充电过程中估算RC,最终可采用回归分析得到本次充电过程中的期望值,通过长期积累该数据可以反映变流器相关部件特性参数变化,以用于变流器的健康管理系统。
另外如果存在多个故障同时发生,则需要对故障进行具体分析。多个故障发生时存在两种可能的结果:一种情况是严重的故障掩盖了其他故障特征,单纯从充电环节测量的数据无法区分,例如中间直流环节短路与二次滤波环节开路,此时数据只能反映出短路情况,需待严重故障处理完成后再进行其他故障处理;另外一种是故障信息的叠加,如模块短路故障与二次滤波环节开路,单纯依靠故障模型进行判断可能较为复杂,因为故障组合之后的状态可能呈几何级数增加,此时建议考虑采用聚类分析等方法对故障数据进行判断。
仿真采用如图2a所示的主电路,故障判断流程按图3进行编写。首先针对中间直流环节部件阻抗参数进行了频域分析,比较了式(3)和式(7)两种中间直流环节阻抗下整个电路阻抗的频域特性,并比较了两种阻抗下中间直流环节的充电过程。另外针对功率器件短路、二次滤波环节开路和中间直流环节短路三种故障分别进行了仿真,需要说明的是,在仿真和后面的试验中检测到故障后只是将故障位置位,没有停止预充电过程。仿真的基本参数如下:电源电压Un=1 900 V,预充电电阻R=56 Ω,直流侧支撑电容Cd=3 mF,直流环节工作电压3 300 V,二次滤波电感L2=0.603 mH,二次滤波电容C2=4.2 mF。
图4为不同中间直流环节阻抗下预充电回路阻抗的频率特性,上半部分为式(3)对应的阻抗特性,下半部分为式(7)对应的阻抗特性,从图中可以看出除在155 Hz附近式(3)对应的阻抗较大,两种阻抗特性在低频部分基本是一致的,这与前面的分析也是对应的。图5为两种阻抗下的预充电过程比较,从该图也可以看出两种阻抗下中间直流环节电压的变化基本保持一致,均在预充电开始后3 s达到2 400 V左右。由此可见式(7)所做的简化是合理且切实可行的。
图6模拟了功率开关器件T1短路时的充电过程,图中从上至下分别为故障信号、中间直流环节电压、输入电流,虚线波形为本文方法估算的电压和电流。从图6中可以看出,在电源正半波电源电流幅值逐步降低,但是在负半波电流幅值则基本保持不变,说明只有正半波时向中间直流环节充电,而负半波则通过T1形成短路。从直流环节电压的上升过程也可以看出,中间直流环节实际电压相比本文方法估算的电压明显要低,在预充电开始后0.5 s仅达到800 V左右,而图5中正常充电过程则已达到1 300 V左右,因此这种故障导致达到相同电压时所需的充电时间会更长。另外采用本文故障诊断预估的电流值在正半波与实际电流出现了明显的偏差。根据本文的故障检测方法在充电开始后的0.05 s左右即可检测到故障的存在。
图7为二次滤波环节开路时的仿真波形,从图中可以看出本文故障诊断预估的中间直流环节电压比实际电压要低,这主要是由于直流环节电容值的减少导致在同样电流下充电更快,在充电开始后的0.5 s即达到了1 900 V左右。由于变流器输入电流是根据实际中间直流环节电压估算,因此与实际电流基本一致。根据本文的故障检测方法在充电开始后0.02 s左右即检测到故障的存在。
图8为中间直流环节短路时的充电过程模拟,从图中可以看出,在电源正负半波电源电流均比较大。但是中间直流环节电压由于短路,实际电压一直保持在0 V,与本文故障诊断预估的电压值明显不一致,根据本文的故障检测方法在充电开始后0.025 s左右即检测到故障的存在。
采用变流器机组进行了故障诊断功能的试验验证,试验系统主要电路参数与仿真基本相同。试验系统结构如图9所示,外部10 kV供电送入实验室,由实验室内部的升压变压器升至25 kV,然后通过牵引变压器降压至1 900 V送至牵引变流器。虽然实际机组以及供电条件与仿真会有差别,但是对于本文的故障诊断结果是相同的。试验中的故障采用电缆短路或开路的方式进行模拟,故障的类型与仿真中的相同。
图10为功率开关器件T1短路时的实际充电过程。图10a为变流器中间环节直流电压实际值与估算值随时间变化的对比,图10b为变流器输入电流实际值和估算值随时间变化的对比。从图中可以看出与仿真类似,在电源正半波实际输入电流幅值没有衰减,预估的电流值与实际电流出现了偏差,同时估算电压比实际电压高,估算的中间电压在1 s后已经达到可能的最大限值3 500 V。在充电开始后不到0.1 s检测到故障的存在。
图11为二次滤波环节开路时的试验波形,与仿真类似,预估的中间直流环节电压比实际电压要低,在充电开始后的0.5 s即达到了2 000 V左右,在充电开始后很快就检测到故障的存在。
图12为中间直流环节短路时的充电过程试验,其结果与仿真时类似,输入电流幅值基本保持不变,实际中间直流电压一直保持为零,而估算中间直流环节电压则明显偏高,不到0.8 s就已经达到可能的最大限值3 500 V,根据本文的故障检测方法在充电开始后很快检测到故障的存在。
通过仿真与实际试验对比可以看出,由于仿真中所有器件均为理想状态,不存在输入检测误差和信号延时等因素,而实际试验中存在信号转换、采样误差、参数匹配等问题,导致仿真和试验结果存在一定差异,但是从仿真和试验的总体效果上看,本文的故障检测方法能够根据输入电流和中间直流电压的估算值和实际值的比对迅速有效地检测到故障现象。
交流传动系统已经成为我国铁路机车车辆牵引的主流,并逐步发展成熟,但是由于交流传动系统本身的复杂性,一旦出现故障可能导致动力丧失,对故障的准确定位和判断对于维修具有重要指导意义,因此针对部件的故障诊断仍需进一步加强。本文针对四象限整流器在实际运行中可能出现的故障提出了诊断方法,并采用仿真和试验对故障诊断方法进行了确认。结果表明,本文提出的方法切实可行,能够迅速检测各种故障现象,可以满足四象限整流器故障诊断的要求,亦可通过相关测量参数判断部件的特性参数变化,从而为变流器的故障处理和健康管理提供支持。另外针对多种故障同时出现的情况,如何快速确定故障原因并加以区分,后续有必要进行更深入的研究。
