The gauging accuracy of propellant filling system is critical to the success of aerospace launch. Because of the defects of the calibration method for the flowmeter of launch site filling system, the deviation for the liquid level I value calculated by the filling system flowmeter and the theoretical value of the rocket tank liquid level I is quite large. An online calibration method is proposed for the flowmeter of filling system by which K coefficient of flowmeter is corrected by the rocket tank liquid level I. The result is shown that gauging accuracy of propellant filling system in launch site is enhanced, which is of great importance for the success of rocket launch.

加注计量精度对于航天发射任务的成败至关重要。针对中国发射场加注系统流量计标定方法的不足,提出了一种基于火箭贮箱I液位的加注系统流量计在线标定方法。该方法在初始K系数基础上,通过火箭贮箱I液位对流量计进行标定,计算得到地面加注系统流量计K系数。计算验证结果表明,通过该方法可以提高火箭推进剂加注四氧化二氮的计量精度,这对确保火箭发射圆满成功具有重要意义。

加注计量精度对于航天发射任务的成败至关重要。针对中国发射场加注系统流量计标定方法的不足,提出了一种基于火箭贮箱I液位的加注系统流量计在线标定方法。该方法在初始K系数基础上,通过火箭贮箱I液位对流量计进行标定,计算得到地面加注系统流量计K系数。计算验证结果表明,通过该方法可以提高火箭推进剂加注四氧化二氮的计量精度,这对确保火箭发射圆满成功具有重要意义。

The gauging accuracy of propellant filling system is critical to the success of aerospace launch. Because of the defects of the calibration method for the flowmeter of launch site filling system, the deviation for the liquid level I value calculated by the filling system flowmeter and the theoretical value of the rocket tank liquid level I is quite large. An online calibration method is proposed for the flowmeter of filling system by which K coefficient of flowmeter is corrected by the rocket tank liquid level I. The result is shown that gauging accuracy of propellant filling system in launch site is enhanced, which is of great importance for the success of rocket launch.

推进剂加注设备是航天发射场关键地面设备之一,其主要功能包括为火箭加注及泄回推进剂,推进剂打回流、调温和转注等工作1-2。流量计在加注系统中属于核心设备,用于推进剂流量的计量。中国发射场对四氧化二氮、偏二甲肼、煤油等常规推进剂的加注量计量通常采用箭上贮箱点式液位和地面流量计结合的方法进行。推进剂加注量计量过程分两个阶段,即基本加注阶段(以火箭贮箱某液位为准)和补加阶段。其中基本加注量计量精度取决于火箭贮箱液位刻度,而火箭贮箱液位是采用更高精度标准测量,可认为这个阶段的加注量误差很小。补加阶段加注量采用加注系统流量计计量,补加精度取决于加注系统流量计精度。
推进剂加注精度关系到航天发射成败。加注过多或不足都会影响火箭动力学参数,进而影响火箭飞行控制稳定性和控制精度,甚至会导致发动机无法正常关机,致使发射任务失败3-5。因此,加注过程中需要重点关注流量计计量的准确性。为确保计量精度,航天发射场采用了在线校验罐标定法、在线贮罐标定法、外标法等6方式进行流量计参数标校。
以上3种标校方法都属于容积标定法,均存在一定的缺点。采用在线校验罐标定方法,需要花费较高经费建设标准校验罐,且校验罐多年使用后易因腐蚀变形等原因难以保证其容积精度,导致流量计系数校验精度不高。在线贮罐标校方法,是通过读取流量计计量开始和计量结束后的贮罐液位容积差获取对标容积,然而贮罐容量一般达到上百立方米,容积表上相邻刻度容积差较大,选用的对标容积精度不够7。外标法能避免上述两种方法校验精度差的问题,但外送标校工况与实际工况存在区别,如管路特征、流量计安装位置等均与发射场流量计实际工作状态不同,且外标法中流体介质一般为水,与实际加注过程流体性质不同,如剪切黏度、密度等,导致标校后的流量计依然会出现较大误差。以某航天发射场外标流量计为例,在某次四氧化二氮推进剂加注过程中,流量计累计值已经达到火箭贮箱I液位理论值,但并未触发I液位信号,偏差持续增大并超过了加注预案判定贮箱I液位失效的数值。后经过排查证实贮箱I液位工作正常,产生偏差的原因是流量计计量误差过大。加注库房根据加注预案给出I液位故障信号并模拟发出I液位信号,一段时间后加注库房又收到火箭动力系统发出的I液位信号。这种情况不会导致I液位前的推进剂加注总量变化,但会影响指挥员的正常工作,若此时突发其他故障会干扰指挥员操作,且执行预案造成了不良影响。此外,常规推进剂补加量由地面流量计计量,达到补加量流量计发讯,关闭加注阀门停止加注,若流量计精度不高,必然导致补加量出现较大偏差,影响推进剂总加注量的精度。
综上所述,发射场加注系统现行的流量计标定方法具有标校精度不高或存在引入系统误差的缺点。本文提出了一种航天发射场常规推进剂加注流量计标校方法。在推进剂加注过程中实时采集火箭贮箱高精度液位数据对地面流量计进行在线标定,解决了推进剂流量计累计流量计量误差过大的问题7
涡街流量计是一种用于测量气体和液体流量的仪表,具有精度高、量程大、无活动部件等优点8。它主要由漩涡发生体、检测探头以及电子电路组成。使用钝体绕流这种流体力学效应,就是在流场中放置一个障碍物——漩涡发生体,流体经过这个障碍物时会在两侧有规律地出现漩涡,这就是著名的卡门涡街现象9,如图1所示。
漩涡发生体生成漩涡的频率f与流速V及漩涡发生体宽度d关系如下:f=St·V/dSt为斯特劳哈尔数(Strouhal number)。St数值与发生体宽度d及流动状态参数雷诺数Re(流体流动时惯性力和黏性力的比值)相关,是无量纲常数,当Re<2×104时,St为变量;当2×104Re≤7×106时,St值的变化可忽略,可采用此区间计量流量4
发射场涡街流量计通常采用容积法进行标定。容积法标定装置主要由水池、液泵、阀门、稳压设备、调节阀、换向器、工作量器、控制设备及管路等组成,如图2所示。标定原理:液泵将水池中的液体输入稳压设置中,经稳压设备缓冲消除脉动后流进后续管路10;在标定管路末端设置换向器,通过换向器切换液体流动方向,使液体流向计量容器或旁通管路中。换向器切换时,同步触发计时器,以保证液体体积和试验时间的同步测量11
流量计标定过程:首先将换向器切换到旁通管的位置,沟通流体回水池管路,启动液泵,打开阀门,使装置运行。改变调节阀开度,等流量达到规定数值,状态平稳后,转动换向器,切换流动方向,将液流导入工作量器。在换向器切换管路的过程中,同步启动计时器和被检流量计的脉冲计数器,当工作量器中的液体达到工作位置时,将换向器切回到水池管路,同步停止计时器和流量计脉冲数的记录。
发射场常规推进剂加注过程主要包括:初速加注、大流量加注、减速加注、小流量加注和定值补加等。
图3为该发射场加注系统流量计安装示意图。燃料、氧化剂加注系统分别安装有4个流量计(L1、L2、L3、L4),L1、L2流量计为DN100,用于计量火箭贮箱0-I液位加注量;L3流量计为DN50,用于计量火箭贮箱I-II液位加注量;L4流量计为DN50,用于定量补加。
近期,某发射场火箭一级加注四氧化二氮时,多次出现地面加注系统I液位计量值与火箭贮箱I液位理论值偏差偏大的现象。最大偏差值超过1 800 L,偏差率超过2%,超过流量计本身计量精度一倍。
加注过程中,该系统流量计系数采用外标的K系数。正常情况下,该系统流量计每两年外标一次。按照JJG 1029-2007《涡街流量计检定规程》9,对于1.0级流量计,检测流量点应包含qminqt (0.2qmax)、0.4qmaxqmax 4个点,每个流量点的检定次数不少于3次。
流量计各检定流量点的K系数计算为:Ki=1nj=1nKij,流量计K系数为K=Kimax+Kimin2,式中的KimaxKimin分别是在qtqqmax范围内各检定流量点K系数的最大值和最小值。
流量计外标时采用容积法,以水为介质,选择5个流速不同的特征点对流量计L1、L2(DN100)进行标定,选择4个流速不同的特征点对流量计L3、L4(DN50)进行标定。
对同一个特征点连续标定3次,每次得到一个流量系数Kij,将3个系数取平均值即可得到该特征点的平均系数Ki;然后通过流量计K系数计算公式,计算得到流量计流量系数K
发射场加注系统某型流量计工作偏差主要包括随机误差和系统误差两部分。随机误差由流量计本身精度导致,系统误差由流量计标定时所在系统导致。
a)流量计本身产生的随机误差。
涡街流量计精度受生产加工尺寸精度、制造工艺等影响,同时流量计使用一段时间后其内部电子元器件长时间漂移也能引起误差。
b)流量计标定系统不同产生的系统误差。
在实际加注和外标时,流量计所处的整个系统完全不同,加注系统中介质为火箭推进剂,外标系统中介质为水。具体包括以下几个因素:1)加注时推进剂经过流量计到达火箭贮箱,温度会有一定变化,推进剂的温度变化对推进剂密度造成影响;外标时水的温度基本没有变化。2)氧化剂加注系统介质为四氧化二氮,流动时容易在管路中发生气蚀,产生气液两相流;外标时系统介质为水,不会产生气液两相流。3)加注系统中泵的运行会导致管路发生一定的振动;外标系统中没有泵,管路基本没有振动。4)加注系统中流量计的安装方式、流量计前后直管段长度、流量计前后管路内径等因素均与外标系统不同。这些因素均会对涡街流量计标定时的K系数产生影响12-14,导致流量计在不同系统中标定时产生系统误差。
随机误差有正有负,受流量计本身性能影响,无法解决。系统误差为正或负,受流量计标定时所处系统影响,可以通过流量计在线标定方式解决。当流量计计量偏差较小时,流量计计量偏差主要由随机误差导致;当流量计计量偏差较大时,流量计计量偏差主要由系统误差导致。
火箭生产厂家在火箭总装前会对火箭贮箱液位进行标定,合格的贮箱液位精度高达0.1%15,优于流量计精度,因此本文认为贮箱液位值是准确的。下文以某型火箭贮箱I液位为基准,对发射场四氧化二氮流量计进行在线标定。推进剂加注过程中温度变化对黏度影响较小,故忽略推进剂黏度的影响。
按照JJG 1029-2007《涡街流量计检定规程》8,对于脉冲输出的液体流量计,每次检定的K系数按下式进行计算:

加注过程中推进剂温度和压力的变化对液体四氧化二氮体积影响极小,故忽略温度和压力的影响。
a)一级四氧化二氮加注时,基于火箭氧化剂贮箱一级I液位的流量计流量系数标定值为

式中 Ki-1为流量计上次标定的系数,对于新流量计首次使用时,为外标的系数;Qiy1为第i次推进剂加注时流量计测得的火箭四氧化二氮贮箱一级I液位计量值;QiY1为第i次推进剂加注时火箭四氧化二氮贮箱一级I液位理论值。
b)二级四氧化二氮加注时,基于火箭四氧化二氮贮箱二级I液位的流量计流量系数标定值为

经历每一次火箭加注工作,流量计的K系数按下式进行计算:

综上分析,可得脉冲输出的流量计的K系数计算公式:

流量计在线修订次数小于等于3时,对已有的K系数取平均值;流量计在线修订次数大于3时,取最近3次修正后K系数的平均值。
流量计K系数在火箭进行四氧化二氮加注时的使用:流量计新购置第1次使用时,装订外标的K系数或通过校验罐系统标定的系数;流量计第2次及以后使用时,装订上一次基于式(7)计算得到的K系数。
根据上述在线标定方法,对流量计K系数进行计算验证。
第1次加注工作,采用外标K系数WB_K=1.416 0,假定推进剂温度、压力不变。
a)对于一级氧化剂加注,计算得到该次基于火箭一级贮箱I液位的K系数:
Ki1=WB_K×D11/D21
式中 WB_K为流量计外标K系数;D11为火箭一级I液位流量计计量值;D21为火箭一级I液位理论值。
将加注工作中实际数据代入式(8),得到:

b)对于二级氧化剂加注,计算得到该次基于火箭二级I液位的K系数:

通过该次火箭推进剂加注工作,得到流量计的K系数:

针对某发射工位加注系统5次四氧化二氮加注计量历史数据,采用上述计算方法,对利用火箭贮箱I液位的流量计在线标定的K系数进行了计算,并与原外标K系数进行了比较,如图4所示。
图4显示了两种方法得到的K系数与加注次数的关系。ZX_K数据为采用火箭贮箱I液位在线标定流量计的K系数,WB_K数据为外标法标定的K系数(一般2年标校一次,在这5次加注期间,未进行外标修正K系数)。由图4可知,在线标定法K系数展现增大趋势,前3次长斜率大,第4次和第5次修订后基本稳定。
以发射场某型火箭5次加注历史计量数据作为验证案例,分别计算基于火箭贮箱I液位的流量计在线标定方法下,流量计测得的I液位计量值与贮箱I液位刻度值之间的偏差,和外部标定K系数时的偏差进行比较,如表1所示。
表1中数据可以看出,与采用外标法得到的K系数装订流量计计量偏差相比,本文提出的流量计K系数标定方法多次迭代后偏差值显著降低。
根据火箭I液位容积和流量计精度计算出I液位时系统误差约为500 L,经本方法修正后偏差在100~420 L之间,这主要来自系统随机误差,经多次迭代后基本消除了系统误差。
根据李彬等17的研究,四氧化二氮加注系统中流量计长期使用过程中,在其表面会形成附着物,这些附着物改变了漩涡发生频率,带来系统误差。本文提出采用火箭贮箱液位标校的方式可持续校正流量计系数,有效减少了系统误差。对于偏二甲肼、煤油等常温推进剂加注系统,若计量系统出现较大系统误差,如误差达到2%,则可采用计量精度高的火箭贮箱液位(一般为0.1%)进行在线标校。对于液氧、液氢、液甲烷等低温推进剂,低温液体进入贮箱后会大量汽化,火箭贮箱液位数据不能反映真实的加注量,不适合用本方法进行修正。
本文提出利用火箭贮箱特定液位的航天发射场流量计在线标定方法,为发射场加注系统流量计标定提供了新思路,具有易操作、实时性强的优点,可大幅度降低四氧化二氮加注过程中的计量偏差,弥补了发射场四氧化二氮加注系统流量计外标法的缺陷,通过历史数据计算,验证了其可显著提高四氧化二氮加注计量精度。
