Addressing challenges such as low data storage efficiency, weak real-time data retrieval responsiveness, and the separation between data storage and analysis in space missions, an integrated data-access-computation platform architecture is proposed. First, based on the characteristics of data acquisition and usage in the aerospace domain, a requirements analysis for the integrated platform is conducted. Subsequently, an overall architecture is constructed, outlining its core business processes and functional framework. The functional architecture comprises five layers: infrastructure, data acquisition, data storage, data computation, and data application, supporting multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition, operator invocation, task scheduling, and timed execution. Following this, a full-chain technical solution for real-time data acquisition, storage, retrieval, and computation is designed in detail, targeting the core functions of the integrated architecture. This solution provides decision-making support for space missions and lays a technical foundation for intelligent data analysis. Finally, key technologies are elaborated, including intelligent generation of aerospace test reports, data flow modeling, and visual analysis process orchestration.

针对航天任务数据存储效率低、获取数据实时响应弱、存储与数据分析分离等问题,提出一种存取算一体化平台架构。首先针对航天领域数据采集及使用特点,开展存取算一体化平台需求分析;然后构建存取算一体化总体架构,规划了其核心业务流程与功能架构,具体包含基础设施、数据采集、数据存储、数据计算与数据应用层,支持多源异构数据采集、算子调用、任务调度与定时执行;随后针对存取算一体化架构核心功能,详细设计实时数据采集、实时数据存储、实时数据获取、实时数据计算全链路技术方案,为航天任务提供决策支撑,为数据分析智能化提供技术基础;最后对航天试验报告智能生成、数据流建模与可视化分析流程编排关键技术进行了阐述。

Addressing challenges such as low data storage efficiency, weak real-time data retrieval responsiveness, and the separation between data storage and analysis in space missions, an integrated data-access-computation platform architecture is proposed. First, based on the characteristics of data acquisition and usage in the aerospace domain, a requirements analysis for the integrated platform is conducted. Subsequently, an overall architecture is constructed, outlining its core business processes and functional framework. The functional architecture comprises five layers: infrastructure, data acquisition, data storage, data computation, and data application, supporting multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition, operator invocation, task scheduling, and timed execution. Following this, a full-chain technical solution for real-time data acquisition, storage, retrieval, and computation is designed in detail, targeting the core functions of the integrated architecture. This solution provides decision-making support for space missions and lays a technical foundation for intelligent data analysis. Finally, key technologies are elaborated, including intelligent generation of aerospace test reports, data flow modeling, and visual analysis process orchestration.

近年来,计算机技术与数字化手段发展迅速,运载火箭地面试验与发射任务产生大量数据1-3,数据来源分散,结构多样,采集频率高,对实时处理要求严格。现有方案数据存储效率不足,实时响应能力弱,数据存储与分析环节相互分离,数据分析依赖人工脚本或独立工具,流程僵化,算法难以复用,数据量稍大分析效率便显著下降,难以满足任务对高效和可靠性的要求4-8。此外,随着大模型等人工智能技术的发展,对数据智能化分析能力要求越来越高9-11,但现有平台智能化水平不足。
在航天任务中,数据存储与访问同样关键12,不同类型数据分布于多种硬件和网络环境,规模庞大且异构明显。现有体系在兼容性、高并发访问及国产化部署上存在瓶颈,入库与检索效率偏低,数据共享受限。要构建存取算一体化平台,需要高效统一的数据存取机制,确保数据在处理链条中连续、稳定。
针对上述问题,本文提出面向航天的实时数据存取算一体化平台,在一定程度上基于低代码可视化工作流,使用户能够自主构建与管理分析流程。平台整合多源数据采集、算子调用与任务调度,从数据接入、存储到结果呈现形成端到端闭环,为航天任务的数据处理效率和智能分析提供系统化支撑。
实时数据分析指在数据生成或采集阶段同步进行快速处理、特征提取与辅助决策的过程,其主要目的是在一定程度上满足航天任务对数据处理实时性与可靠性的需求。与传统批处理或离线分析相比,实时分析更侧重低延迟、高吞吐量及动态响应,需适配数据生成与分析同步推进的业务场景。传统流程中,数据采集、存储、计算与可视化通常按阶段独立实施:采集依赖脚本或单一接口获取试验数据;存储缺乏统一机制,数据分散在不同数据库或文件系统中,访问效率可能受限;预处理与计算通过批量清洗、格式转换及模型分析完成特征提取;可视化阶段再呈现结果。在多源、高频数据环境下,这种分阶段处理效率有限,且可能难以保障数据入口一致性及全链路可控性。
在航天任务中,实时分析算法在多种场景下均有应用9。例如,在发射任务中,通过滑动窗口算法实时提取推进系统振动特征,XGBoost模型分类识别设备状态。所依赖的传统算法在海量数据处理场景中存在局限性,缺少多算法组合调用与任务调度的统一机制,无法满足多源异构数据的实时分析需求。
随着实时数据分析技术的发展,航天任务的数据处理正在逐步趋向于自动化、模块化与智能化。平台设计引入算子化处理将常用分析功能封装为可独立调用、组合复用的标准模块,同时结合多源数据采集、混合存储及端到端数据获取机制,支持低代码流程设计与动态调度,实现了从数据采集、存储、获取到分析决策的闭环,为航天任务构建统一、高效、可控的数据处理框架提供技术支撑。
存取算一体化平台为业务人员在数据分析过程中提供统一的作业平台,完成包括数据采集、存储、获取、管理、分析、探索与共享等环节的操作。随着分析任务的数据规模和复杂性的持续增加,平台需要保障业务人员对数据采集、存储、获取到计算的全生命周期的可操作性与可控性。
数据采集方面需要接入多源异构数据,包括试验监测数据、仿真计算结果、任务日志及实时传感数据13-14,并兼容关系型数据库、文件系统、应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API)服务和消息中间件等多种数据源,对时序数据考虑时间同步及数据一致性处理能力。另外,平台需构建高可靠的数据存储体系,包括以表格存储的结构化数据、文档化存储的半结构化数据以及采用文件存储结合结构化标签方式的非结构化数据。在计算环节,平台应提供可覆盖大量分析任务的内置算子以及分析算子的可扩展机制,支撑业务人员以低代码方式构建数据清洗、统计计算、特征提取、指标计算及可视化生成的处理流程和参数配置,在流程执行时优化任务调度与流程管理,从而保证分析任务的连续性和可靠性。
存取算一体化平台高易用性和高效性是支撑业务人员完成数据分析的重要保障,因此存取算一体化平台的性能应满足以下条件。
系统界面简洁直观,操作门槛低。分析任务涉及多源数据采集、存储、计算流程组合,用户需理解数据流向、存取路径和任务逻辑。界面层级过深或交互混乱,会增加误操作风险。
平台支持流程复用和节点调整。参数可在可视化界面直接修改,无需重建链路。拖拽操作简化算子配置与数据管理,整个分析流程在单一界面完成,任务执行路径清晰,操作记录可追踪。
任务执行中,输入参数或数据源可即时调整。系统提供实时反馈,显示计算进度和资源状态。算子执行、数据加载、结果生成阶段,用户可随时掌握进展并调整操作。高交互性提高了操作灵活性,也增强了计算可控性。
分析流程由多个算子及其依赖关系构成,缺乏可视化易造成逻辑混乱。系统提供节点化可视化编辑和监控,直观呈现数据流、算子依赖和存取路径。用户可通过交互操作理解数据在采集、存储和计算中的流转。界面支持调试、验证和自动调度,异常时可追溯执行链条,便于复现和定位问题。
数据规模增大、分析任务增多时,系统易出现性能下降和模块耦合的问题。传统平台在算法更新、组件替换及跨环境部署上受限,难以满足复杂任务需求。
系统采用模块化设计,保持开放性和灵活性。存储层按数据类型分层管理,多副本备份保障安全;访问层兼容多接口协议,支持不同数据源接入;计算层允许算子库扩展并复用任务逻辑。模块解耦配合统一调度,降低维护成本,同时保证复杂任务下的稳定运行。
基于对平台功能的整体分析,核心业务流程如图1所示。异构数据源(设备、数据库及文件系统等)通过网络接口接入平台,由数据采集模块完成多源统一接入与协议适配,并按任务类别与时间顺序存储至国产关系型数据库。数据计算模块依托自主研发平台,结合报文解析与数据处理算子库,在定时或触发模式下对原始数据加工计算,生成结构化数据表与分析视图,并回写数据库。随后,数据分析智能体提取所需数据,结合报告模板构建模板库,并将操作规范、预案与数据库表结构关联起来,形成任务场景知识库。基于模板与知识库,平台可支持故障关联分析、数据智能问答、试验报告生成及预案匹配,为用户提供智能化分析与辅助决策。该流程实现数据采集、存储、计算与应用的闭环,有助于提升航天任务数据处理效率与价值挖掘能力。
本平台功能架构以数据“全生命周期智能化管理”为核心,构建“五层递进+双向贯穿”的分层体系。平台功能如图2所示,5个层次分别为:基础设施层、数据采集层、数据存储层、数据计算层和数据应用层,涵盖数据采集、存储、管理、分析与应用的完整链路。数据采集层、数据存储层与数据计算层形成“数据接入—分类存储—智能加工”的递进链路,分别解决多源异构数据接入、结构化/半结构化/非结构化数据存储及低代码计算问题。权限控制与开放接口贯穿各层,确保安全与可扩展性。
基础设施层:提供计算、存储和网络资源。系统基于分布式集群与边缘节点,实现数据并行处理与高速传输,为上层功能提供稳定的算力支撑。弹性调度降低延迟,保证可靠运行。
数据采集层:支持多源航天数据接入与实时更新。兼容多协议、多格式数据,分类管理并按时校准,保证数据连续与一致。
数据存储层:管理任务数据访问。结构化、对象存储和关系型数据库混合使用,辅以元数据索引和副本机制,实现快速检索与容灾,确保数据安全稳定。
数据计算层:执行预处理、算子计算与流程编排。模块化算子与可视化设计支持低代码任务构建。渐进式计算框架支撑大规模数据分析,提高处理效率与结果可控性。
数据应用层:面向航天数据处理核心业务,提供故障分析、报告生成及预案跟随服务;展示分析结果并服务任务控制。通过多维监控与动态渲染功能反映关键参数和设备状态。系统支持趋势分析与预测,为指挥和维护提供实时信息支撑。
实时数据采集层是存取算一体化平台的输入核心,负责航天测发控任务中多源数据接入与同步传输。系统基于AirByte数据集成框架,通过标准化源连接器和目标连接器,实现数据库、遥测接口、文件存储和API等多类型数据源统一接入。结合Temporal工作流引擎和Scheduler调度机制,平台构建任务级同步流程,支持实时及准实时数据捕获,其总体架构如图3所示,可在测发控任务中实现毫秒级延迟的数据流转,为计算层提供连续、可追溯的输入通道。
采集过程中,系统对数据流执行动态质量控制与格式标准化处理。内置校验算子完成空值补全、异常修正及重复数据剔除,并根据任务特征自适应调整采样频率,保证数据精度与时效性。处理后的数据统一加载至临时存储区,为预处理、统计分析及航天状态监控提供基础,实现从源端采集到分析入口的全链路自动化控制。
航天任务数据类型复杂,涵盖测试记录、日志、配置历史、操作轨迹及计算中间结果,既有结构化数据,也有非结构化数据。不同数据在更新频率、访问方式和安全要求上差异明显,需采用混合存储,针对特性设计结构,保证高并发、高可靠和高性能。
结构化数据存于ClickHouse列式数据库,覆盖测发控参数、实时指标及中间结果。此类数据写入密集、聚合复杂。ClickHouse通过列式存储、分布式集群与并行查询实现快速访问,通过分区管理与物化视图提升查询效率,同时增强压缩效果。
针对日志文件、任务配置、遥测图像及模型文件等非结构化与半结构化航天数据,系统选用MinIO对象存储技术。其融合文件系统接口与云原生特性,支持分片上传、冗余副本及版本控制,能较好地满足航天数据长期归档与快速检索需求。借助元数据标签机制,可实现文件关联与任务索引构建,为上层数据分析提供灵活访问支持。
针对用户信息、操作记录及权限配置等非业务管理数据,系统采用MySQL关系型数据库管理。该数据库事务一致性强、结构规整,适配各类管理数据存储需求。通过索引优化与表分区设计,可保障操作记录高效写入与查询,其细粒度访问控制及日志追踪功能,能在一定程度上保障系统安全合规。
实时数据获取功能的核心目标是将存储层数据高效、可靠地输送至分析与计算模块,为分析任务的连续性与实时性提供基础支撑。结合航天数据的多元特性,平台采用分层加载策略:业务数据与临时表通过ClickHouse实现高性能批量加载与增量更新,确保计算图中各类操作符能及时获取最新数据;流程信息及工作区关联数据依托Redis完成加载,可在一定程度上实现低延迟访问与状态缓存;操作符元数据、用户信息通过MySQL加载,配置文件等非结构化数据则借助MinIO读取,保障不同类型数据的完整性与可管理性。实践表明,这套分层加载机制实现了数据从存储到计算的无缝衔接,使航天领域分析任务能按需调取数据开展自助分析与作业调度,同时在高并发访问场景下兼顾数据一致性,形成存储与加载的逻辑闭环。
在数据计算层,封装分析算子是实现高效、可控数据计算的前提。平台基于计算图模型构建数据分析流程,将多种数据处理与算法功能封装为可组装、可插拔的操作符,操作符之间通过数据依赖和联动关系形成完整计算图,实现任务级流程的自动化与高效化。算子设计采用统一描述字段,包括输入输出参数、算法类型、数据格式、异常处理及执行约束等,同时支持多语言(包括Matlab、Python)、多平台(包括Windows、Linux、麒麟)运行,兼容现有分析算法及新接入AI的算法,实现跨平台、跨语言分析任务的无缝整合,为航天领域复杂数据处理提供标准化、高可复用的分析组件。
算子库由内置算子和自定义扩展组成。平台采用ClickHouse、MySQL与MinIO混合存储,统一管理算子元信息、算法代码和依赖文件,支持版本控制。用户可基于模板创建自定义算子,在平台内完成配置、测试、发布,实现标准化与可追溯。算子管理机制支持任务快速调用所需算子,构建计算流程,形成从定义到执行的闭环,提升航天数据分析的自动化与处理效率。
数据入库后,实时计算是核心。计算流程如图4所示。平台通过目录树层级与统一权限控制,实现多源数据的快速定位与加载。结合ClickHouse与 Redis,可高效检索结构化表、临时表及流程信息,按需加载至计算平台,保障实时性与数据完整性。
交互计算阶段采用渐进式计算和自适应采样策略,数据处理过程中即可生成局部可视化结果。大规模任务按优先级分区并行执行,动态调度直至输出稳定。用户可在运行中调整参数与约束,系统即时迭代更新,结果实时呈现,提高探索与响应效率。
分析结果展示采用组件化设计。计算输出映射为可自由组合的可视化单元,如柱状、折线、散点和三维图,用户可按任务需求布局。渲染结果可存入对象存储或数据库,支持多端访问和自动同步。
结合故障分析、报告生成与任务预案推演,系统建立基于知识引导的自然语言到算法代码转化流程。包括测发控数据分析知识库建设、算子模板与颗粒度标准制定、指令注入与上下文增强策略研发,使大模型识别功能边界、输入输出结构及异常处理,并探索领域术语与编程语义映射,实现任务描述到标准化可执行代码的稳定转换。
在航天任务中,包络分析将待测参数与历史成功样本进行比对,识别偏离、趋势异常或超包络情况,为风险评估提供依据15-16。传统分析报告依靠人工整理或固定模板,效率低,易出错。航天试验报告智能生成技术以算子为核心,构建自动化试验报告生成流程,覆盖数据采集、存储管理与计算分析全链路,如图5所示。数据接入模块统一抽取结构化、半结构化与非结构化数据,进行标准化建模,提供算子接口。每个算子封装功能独立,包括指标判读、包络分析与异常检测,逻辑可复用。存储管理采用混合方案:结构化数据入关系型数据库,半结构化数据以文档形式存储,非结构化数据存于文件系统,结合元数据索引与版本控制,实现追溯与快速检索。计算分析模块沿算子链路顺序或并行处理任务,调度与状态管理保证数据流闭环。大模型嵌入自然语言解析与问答接口,将计算结果生成文本、图表和摘要,用户可按指标或任务查询分析输出。模块化设计与算子模板调用,使系统适配不同任务,分析逻辑透明,任务链路可追踪,实现存取算一体化管理与报告自动生成。
该技术紧密结合数据存取算,实现自动判读与报告生成。算子化与模板化设计提高了任务适应性,大模型辅助文本化呈现,使分析结果更加直观,同时可提示异常或超包络指标及趋势。技术优势在于减少人工整理的工作量,降低重复操作占比,提升分析效率与决策支撑能力;局限在于复杂异常数据仍需人工复核,初期算子与模板设计成本较高,但整体可为航天测发控任务提供可靠的数据流一体化处理框架。
实时航天数据分析在测发控场景中具有高频率、强时效与多链路特征。除计算复杂性外,数据的采集与存储模式对系统整体性能影响显著。平台需兼容多源数据接入与差异化传输协议,支持结构化、半结构化及非结构化数据的分级存储与管理。传统脚本式设计在数据存取与任务调度上耦合度高、复用性低,难以实现数据流全链路的透明管理。
针对上述问题,本文提出基于数据流图的可视化流程建模机制,如图6所示。系统以算子为最小单元,通过节点与边描述数据在采集、存储与计算环节的流转逻辑。平台采用混合数据库架构,结构化数据由国产关系型数据库管理,半结构化与非结构化数据分别以文档与文件系统形式存储。数据访问模块兼容多种接口协议,并结合算子元信息管理,实现统一的数据流抽象、自动任务调度与状态监控。
该技术实现了航天测发控任务的存取算一体化建模与执行。通过算子库管理与模板化机制,系统在一定程度上提升了多源数据融合与任务分析的可解释性。可视化界面直观呈现数据传递与计算状态,强化了任务链路的可追踪性与系统维护效率,为后续智能分析与调度提供了支撑。
本文针对航天任务数据存储效率低、获取数据实时响应弱、存储与数据分析分离等问题,提出了一种存取算一体化平台架构设计方案,规划了其核心业务流程与功能架构,支持多源异构数据采集、算子调用、任务调度与定时执行,详细设计了实时数据采集、实时数据存储、实时数据获取、实时数据计算全链路技术方案,为航天任务提供决策支撑,为数据分析智能化提供技术基础。
未来,平台可进一步与数据问答、仿真试验及基于大模型的智能决策技术融合,推动航天数据分析系统的持续优化与创新发展。
