High-speed underwater vehicles are critical carriers for underwater high-speed penetration. To address their higher drag reduction demands, higher-performance underwater drag reduction technologies and more precise control techniques are required. Supercavitation drag reduction is primarily explored, which holds significant development potential, discussing its drag reduction mechanisms, component functions, and cavitation morphology changes. The current status and development level of supercavitation drag reduction technology theory, experimental validation techniques, and typical equipment are analyzed both domestically and internationally. Further, key issues in motion control for high-speed underwater vehicles are examined, researching control techniques such as linear feedback, robust pole placement, sliding mode variable structure, H-infinity robust control, and intelligent control, conducting research and application analysis on motion control methods. Areas requiring further research in current supercavitation drag reduction are also analyzed, including cavity stability issues, flow field simulation and validation for complex force-thermal physical processes, multiphase flow complex thermophysical process modeling, and robust stability design in highly nonlinear environments. Finally, from a future development perspective, it identifies unresolved problems such as perfecting fundamental mechanisms, intelligent control, algorithm innovation, structural innovation and interdisciplinary integration, and engineering validation. References for research on drag reduction and control technologies for high-speed underwater vehicles can be provided.

水下高速航行体是开展水下高速突防的关键载体,为应对其更高的减阻需求,需要更高性能的水下减阻技术和更精确的控制技术。主要从最具有发展潜力的超空泡减阻技术入手,探讨超空泡减阻机理、部件功能以及空化形态变化,分析超空泡减阻技术理论、试验验证技术以及国内外典型装备研究现状与发展水平。进一步探讨水下高速航行体运动控制面临的关键问题,研究线性反馈、鲁棒极点、滑模变结构、H∞鲁棒、智能控制等控制技术,对水下高速航行体运动控制方法进行了一定的研究与应用分析,并对超空泡减阻现阶段仍需进一步研究的内容,即空泡稳定问题、复杂力热物理过程流场模拟与验证、多相流复杂热物理过程模拟、强非线性环境鲁棒稳定设计等问题进行了分析。最后,从未来发展导向的角度指出基本机理完善、智能控制、算法创新、结构创新及学科交叉、工程验证等尚需解决的问题,可为水下高速航行体减阻及控制技术的研究提供参考。

水下高速航行体是开展水下高速突防的关键载体,为应对其更高的减阻需求,需要更高性能的水下减阻技术和更精确的控制技术。主要从最具有发展潜力的超空泡减阻技术入手,探讨超空泡减阻机理、部件功能以及空化形态变化,分析超空泡减阻技术理论、试验验证技术以及国内外典型装备研究现状与发展水平。进一步探讨水下高速航行体运动控制面临的关键问题,研究线性反馈、鲁棒极点、滑模变结构、H∞鲁棒、智能控制等控制技术,对水下高速航行体运动控制方法进行了一定的研究与应用分析,并对超空泡减阻现阶段仍需进一步研究的内容,即空泡稳定问题、复杂力热物理过程流场模拟与验证、多相流复杂热物理过程模拟、强非线性环境鲁棒稳定设计等问题进行了分析。最后,从未来发展导向的角度指出基本机理完善、智能控制、算法创新、结构创新及学科交叉、工程验证等尚需解决的问题,可为水下高速航行体减阻及控制技术的研究提供参考。

High-speed underwater vehicles are critical carriers for underwater high-speed penetration. To address their higher drag reduction demands, higher-performance underwater drag reduction technologies and more precise control techniques are required. Supercavitation drag reduction is primarily explored, which holds significant development potential, discussing its drag reduction mechanisms, component functions, and cavitation morphology changes. The current status and development level of supercavitation drag reduction technology theory, experimental validation techniques, and typical equipment are analyzed both domestically and internationally. Further, key issues in motion control for high-speed underwater vehicles are examined, researching control techniques such as linear feedback, robust pole placement, sliding mode variable structure, H-infinity robust control, and intelligent control, conducting research and application analysis on motion control methods. Areas requiring further research in current supercavitation drag reduction are also analyzed, including cavity stability issues, flow field simulation and validation for complex force-thermal physical processes, multiphase flow complex thermophysical process modeling, and robust stability design in highly nonlinear environments. Finally, from a future development perspective, it identifies unresolved problems such as perfecting fundamental mechanisms, intelligent control, algorithm innovation, structural innovation and interdisciplinary integration, and engineering validation. References for research on drag reduction and control technologies for high-speed underwater vehicles can be provided.

水下高速航行体是实现高效能水下突防、攻击的关键性装备,而摆脱传统性流体阻力束缚、精准把控姿态并稳定航行是其作为水下高速航行体的性能基础。超空泡减阻的技术核心是在航行体周围形成包裹整个航行体的低密度气腔,减小航行体所受到的水下阻力,使得航行体水下“飞行”成为可能。目前,俄罗斯、美国等发达国家对其的研究已经取得了较大的成效。中国对其研究起步较晚,但近些年在基础理论、试验研究及控制算法方面也取得了一定成果。本文对包括超空泡技术在内的水下高速航行体减阻和控制技术的现状、典型成果、关键技术问题和未来研究方向等问题进行简要综述,为从事水下高速航行体减阻技术的研究人员提供借鉴,旨在推动中国水下高速装备技术发展。
减小航行阻力是提高推进效率的重要方法,也是推进速度取得突破的关键。本节从宏观上对减阻策略进行归纳总结,在此基础上介绍超空泡减阻方法的工作原理和国内外发展现状。
为提高水下航行体的推进性能,可采用多种减阻措施,如采用微结构、超疏水材料、微气泡变形、超空泡技术减阻。
微结构减阻主要基于仿生学原理,通过仿制鲨鱼等生物的多孔结构表面,形成具有微结构、类几何形状的表面,控制航行体外层流边界层行为,达到减阻效果。超疏水表面减阻的原理是利用材料表面非常小的接触角,形成稳定的固液气三相界面,通过压缩固液面积范围,达到减阻的目的。微气泡减阻则是在航行体表面近壁面人为引入微小气泡,从而在航行体表面形成气液相混合层,以此来改变航行体表面近壁面区域的流动条件,用气泡来稀释近壁面区域的局部黏度,从而减小阻力1
尽管以上3种减阻技术能为水下航行体提速,但其提速幅度和工程应用的合理性均较差,对于需要达到极高航速的水下航行体而言,超空泡减阻技术显示出更高的效率和更强的实用性。
超空泡减阻技术通过控制空化的发生,即自然产生或采用特殊的通气原理进行人工加强,在航行体周围形成巨大的、稳定的低压气团,犹如一个巨大的气囊,将航行体完全包裹起来,减小了航行体与水之间的接触面积,从而降低阻力。再与强大的推进系统相结合,就可以使水下航行体达到极高的速度,打破了以往水下航行体难以突破的速度极限,使得水下航行体在水介质中高速航行,为未来水下高速航行提供了途径。
压力骤降导致的液体介质连续破裂是空泡产生的根源,其完整演变阶段统称为空化现象。在水下航行体研究范畴内,物体与流体间的相对运动所引发的空化状况,可划分为以下4种主要类型,如图1所示。
a)非空化状态:运动物体周围的流场无气穴形成,物体表面为完全润湿状态。
b)临界空化状态:此状态也可称为初生空化状态,指的是当物体附近流场中的最低压力降至液体蒸汽压时,通常在物体表面出现的临界低压点处开始初次产生空泡的状态。
c)局部空化状态:描述为物表近域出现片状空泡群落,其中涉及的空泡以附体空泡为主,因此定义为局部附体空泡,其形态呈现多样性和复杂性。
d)超空化状态:此状态的空泡出现在物体整个表面及尾部附近液体处。此时形成的超空泡构成包裹物体的气态区域,其范围可延伸至物体尾端或整体包覆物体。
空化数σ是空化流的重要参数,对流体空化的控制起着关键的作用,其表达式为

式中 p为特征压强;V为特征速度;p为空泡内压强;ρ为流体密度。
在工作空化数低于初始空化数时,无空化流场变为充气泡空化流。通过降低空化数,在相应工况下工作,流场从无空化到边界附近的局部附体空泡,最后在压差的作用下形成接近于超空泡的状态。
根据上述空化数对流体空化控制的分析,可知减小空化数是产生空泡的基本方法。在液体密度一定时,减小空化数的方法有以下3种。
a)提升来流速度。
在高速来流条件下,物体表面流体压力会持续大幅降低。当该压力低于液体蒸汽压时,开始生成空泡并可快速发展为超空泡,这种空泡表现出显著的超常特性。通过上述形成机制可产生自然空泡和蒸汽超空泡两种类型。
b)降低来流压力。
通过减小封闭水洞压力,可显著降低水流空化数,其原理为水洞空化试验的物理基础,由于其物理本质与自然超空化无异,即空泡内仍充满液体蒸汽且一直维持蒸汽压力,因此所生成空泡仍被称为自然超空泡。
c)增加空泡内压力。
此方法的原理是向绕流物体的首部低压区吹入空气或其他可压缩气体,由于泡内压力较高,空气或其他压缩气体还未压缩就形成泡状,这样的泡称为人工超空泡或通气超空泡。
传统水下高速航行体由空化器、战斗部、多功能通气系统、精准制导系统、高效控制与推进系统及尾舵组成,其整体布局可参见图2
a)空化器:空化器的主要功能是在航行体达到一定速度时诱导空泡生成,同时作为重要的执行机构,空化器通过与来流产生攻角从而产生控制力。
b)战斗部:可使快速突防动能更有效地转化为杀伤能。
c)通气系统:作为高效降阻的核心子系统,通过控制注入气体的流速大小及压力,主动形成和维持稳定的空泡包裹状态。
d)制导系统:将多个传感信息和自适应滤波算法进行结合,在高速航行过程中,进行航迹的纠偏和航向的锁定。
e)控制与推进系统:将推力矢量控制与姿态协调控制结合,保持包覆体状态下航行体动平衡,以及航迹高精度跟踪。
f)尾舵:是尾部的关键执行机构,其穿过空泡与水接触,通过尾部产生偏航和滚转力矩,实现航行体的姿态调控。
目前国外多个国家开展了超空泡减阻技术的理论研究及实践,例如俄罗斯、美国等。早在20世纪50年代,苏联率先着手开展先进超空化减阻技术的研究,先后进行了一系列先进超空泡武器试验2-4。在1994年阿布扎比国际防务装备展览会上,俄罗斯向世界公开展示了第一代暴风雪超空泡高速鱼雷,引起巨大轰动。第一代暴风雪鱼雷主体为圆筒状细长体,头部采用圆盘状空化器进行高速空化,长度为8.2 m,直径为0.533 4 m,质量为2 700 kg4,如图3所示。暴风雪鱼雷曾一度是世界顶尖的超高速水下航行鱼雷,以100 m/s以上的速度在一段时间内保持世界领先水平,但存在噪声大、射程近、攻击模式落后等缺陷。近年来俄罗斯重点研制发展的新一代Khishchnik-M鱼雷,预期能研发出配备寻标器、可导引机动,且射程和静音性增加的猛禽鱼雷。
美国在20世纪50年代中期后就开始持续研究超空化技术,著名的加州理工学院流体动力学实验室开展了重要的理论研究。美国海军也在这方面提供了大量的资金资助,因此该研究不仅从理论上形成了强大的支持性力量,而且在技术上也已有了很大的发展,并开发了机载水翼灭雷/快速机载水雷清除(AHSUM/RAMICS)技术5-6。美国的民营科技企业也加入了超空化技术的研究中,美国朱丽叶船舶系统公司就是其中的一个代表,该公司研制的幽灵号超空化高速航行器采用的是可以选择的减阻空化系统7,即利用螺旋桨产生的减阻气泡来减小航行器在水中的阻力的技术方案,目前试验中,幽灵号以超空泡技术为依托,现有数据显示,其在穿越3 m高海浪时仍能保持高速航行。幽灵号外观如图4所示。
作为超空泡技术研究强国,德国早在二战时期就认识到超空泡的重要性,在超空泡领域最先开展了大量的理论与试验研究,并将超空化减阻技术应用在水下航行体上,积累了大量的试验数据8-11。经过大量的验证性试验,于2007年研制出一种梭鱼超空泡反鱼雷式鱼雷,为解决超空泡鱼雷精确制导问题提供了一种新的技术途径。
中国近年来也高度重视超空泡减阻技术,研究成果显著。超空泡减阻技术不断完善,能够在一定程度上提高水下航行体的水下航行速度。
中国于20世纪60年代初期开始进行空化与空蚀的研究12,最初主要是针对水翼、螺旋桨、水利工程空化侵蚀开展研究,主要研究空化的工程抑制问题;到了20世纪80年代,学者又开展了对于水下局部空泡的研究以及对超空泡水下航行器的轨迹研究13-17,颜开18采用Mackey方法计算鱼雷带泡下的入水弹道,用实测数据拟合空泡椭球经验系数,得到了鱼雷器体表面与气穴壁交互作用下的鱼雷流体动力特性变化,计算结果与物理试验结果相似。
中国对超空泡减阻技术的研究是从2000年初开始的,由中国船舶科学研究中心和西安精密机械研究所等机构以及上海交通大学、哈尔滨工业大学、西北工业大学、北京理工大学等院校联合开展了有关超空泡技术这一前沿领域的多项创新研究试验,主要涉及空腔水洞试验、高速射弹试验等方面,研究的主要目标是探索超空泡产生的条件、发展的稳定性、通气性和尾部流等基本理论问题,通过理论分析和试验测试,推动超空泡减阻技术的创新和发展。
曹伟等19采用高速射弹系统对自然超空泡进行了研究,通过不同尺寸的弹体模型,使得射弹的速度最大可超过70 m/s,并控制空化数至0.04,通过大量试验证明了如下潜物体在自然超空泡状态下几何参数随空化数增大的变化试验规律,并指出其在尾流区的湍流特征,同时还发现弹体侧倾角的增加会对超空泡形态造成一定影响甚至导致超空泡破碎,进而引起水下航行失稳。
贾力平等20-21通过空泡水洞系统研究了轴对称航行体通气超空泡形成时的外形变化、流场变化、减阻效果等,发现了影响稳定空泡形成的主要因素是重力非对称性,并进一步设计了新的空化器结构形式,发现空化器的稳定性跟空化器的直径有关但不一定呈正相关,并发现小锥角的圆锥形空化器不能形成可靠稳定的通气超空泡。
在水下航行船尾部两通道射流方面,王智恒22创新性地开展了水洞试验来研究静水水域和入流条件下的初始流场和稳定流场,以STAR-CCM+建立较高精度模型,采用试验和数值模拟相结合的方法系统研究了入流速度和通气量对射流汇流时刻和稳定射流长度的影响。采用频谱分析法对射流压振信号进行分析,研究了水面水流动射流和气体流动射流对射流压振特性影响机理,对学科发展具有重要意义。
蒋增辉等23通过在中速空泡水洞进行创新性通气超空泡试验,采用科学、合理的设置方式进行试验,测得试验中实际的参数数据后,通过经验式的计算得到通气空化数,并分析通气超空泡复杂多变的演化规律,以及超空泡与阻力的关联性,并分析超空泡航行体航行尾部流场动力学,研究不同超空泡形态对尾部产生的流动力特性的影响,对超空泡航行体设计具有参考意义。
袁绪龙等25针对水下航行体通气超空泡开展了研究,主要是不对称性方面。在不同的模型攻角、空化器攻角和舵角等多工况条件下进行空泡可视化图像输出,发现空化器攻角仅对空泡头部形状产生影响,对超空泡对称性无影响,模型攻角的变化会改变空泡在舵区附近的形状,但对航行体头部基本无影响;模型攻角的变化会导致空化不稳定,并且不稳定性随着攻角增加呈现非线性增加,为超空泡水动力学设计提供了影响参考和依据。
邓飞等26基于航行体动力学分析,通过构建基于动态平衡与稳定的超空泡航行体水动力学设计方法,提出了一种新的基于动态平衡的超空泡航行体水动力学设计一体化分析设计方法,经水洞试验验证,所提方法具有可靠的有效性。
张宇文等27-30采用先进的水洞试验设施开展了水下超高速航行体超空泡形成规律及形态的探索研究,从该类特殊性能需求方面出发,提出了非对称双空泡、尾部开式穿透和半开式非对称空泡流型,并对 3种空泡流型的重力平衡关系、运动控制规律及稳定性进行了分析研究,以此反推控制空泡的通气规律,强调流量率对空泡形态与稳定性的决定性作用,指出通过优化空化器及后体结构,并配合合理的通气流量率能够获取较为良好的减阻效果。
基于前述国内外研究历程,表1系统性地对比和总结了国内外超空泡减阻技术的代表性成果与核心挑战。
水下高速航行体在超空泡减阻技术下跨介质航行,其航行状态面临着超空泡不平稳包络等特殊航行约束条件,多物理场强耦合效应和强流动力非线性效应,以及超空泡中极具特殊性的动力学使得一般的航行器控制理论和方法都无法直接应用。由于稳定控制技术是其安全、高效、精确航行的重要手段,本节将系统梳理水下超空泡减阻高速航行体控制技术研究进展,阐述主要控制方法的基本原理及应用场合和存在的不足之处,重点阐述国内外水下超空泡减阻高速航行体控制技术的关键创新成果和演化趋势,为认识和解决高速航行体控制问题打下坚实的认知基础。
目前主要的法控制技术有线性反馈控制、鲁棒极点配置、滑模变结构法控制和H∞鲁棒稳定性控制技术,近年来,部分研究将智能控制算法应用于超空泡航行体上。
线性化反馈控制方法以线性化模型为前提,将系统的输出或状态量的实时测量值作为反馈,线性化反馈矩阵构成闭环系统,主要把反馈系统输出值或状态值限制在复平面给定稳定区域内,跟踪复平面平衡状态并稳定,原理简单,计算方便,但模型误差影响大,在强非线性和参数摄动情况下可能失稳。
鲁棒极点配置方法是在极点配置方法的基础上,增加了对模型不确定性的稳定裕度约束。该方法通过引入鲁棒约束,使闭环系统的动态特性对参数变化具有不敏感性。该方法考虑了系统响应性、阻尼特性和鲁棒性之间的平衡,适用于流体动力系数存在有界摄动的水底环境。
滑模变结构法控制技术的核心在于合理设计具有一定运动轨迹的滑模面,通过符号函数构成非线性的控制律使系统运动轨迹在较短的时间内收敛并维持在滑模面上运动,且系统进入滑模运动阶段后便与超平面相关,与匹配型不确定性和扰动无关。滑模变结构法控制技术的难点是抑制高频抖振,需要边界层平滑或高阶滑模实现。
H∞鲁棒设计法是在频域扰动最大的情况下,运用频域最佳理论设计系统,通过求解闭环传递函数H∞范数来确定系统对未知宽频扰动的鲁棒性。控制器求解方法考虑了控制器精度和抗干扰能力,这种设计方法解决了系统中的非线性问题。
智能控制策略是在超空泡航行体强非线性、强耦合和模型不确定的情况下发展下产生的,包括模糊控制、强化学习、神经网络控制等,不再依赖于模型,这些控制策略在复杂的海洋环境中具有更好的环境适应性。
Dzielski等31提出基于体坐标系的纵向基准模型,并表明空化器偏转角度是重要的调控参数,设计了一种改进状态反馈控制方案,同时发现重力差会引起航行体在空泡下表面的周期性大幅振动。
Lin等32为了分析Dzielski模型,推导了无滑行力情况下纵向速度阈值范围,设计了线性状态反馈控制器组,并在平衡点附近证明了非线性稳定性,但由于控制输入过大,容易造成执行机构饱和的问题,因此将滑行力建模为有界不确定性并将其与圆判据定理相结合,从而设计了新的控制器结构,克服由于滑行力建模不准确造成控制器性能下降的局限性。
Mao等33基于纵向基准模型研究,先后研究滑模鲁棒控制、LPV-H∞控制方法与新型增益观测器,解决了速度测量不准确的问题,并加入饱和补偿机制解决控制输入有界问题34
Goel35-37分析了开环系统的失稳原理,表明稳定俯仰/滚转通道的线性二次型调节器(Linear Quadratic Regulator,LQR)控制器具有良好的跟踪性能,对空泡的预测误差有很强的鲁棒性,航行体速度变化同时展现出了稳定性。
Vanek等38-39通过二自由度模型设计,首先给出了一种扩展的RHC反演控制方案,通过对操纵器的操作,使得在执行机构约束的条件下,极大地降低甚至去除了尾部滑行力的干扰,随后通过对比分析独立控制空化器尾舵的仿真结果,实现了三维轨迹跟踪。
Shao等40通过使用一种鲁棒切换控制器,通过滑行力模型和无滑行力模型的切换,使得航行体在执行机构完全覆盖空化器的情况下,尽量规避了尾部滑行力的干扰。
Sanabria等41构建了低成本的闭环控制验证平台,将稳态流/非定常流控制算法进行水槽验证,发展了试验驱动的动力学和控制研究。
中国方面,罗凯等42-43通过频域分析法实现定深控制器,并求解了系统传递函数、完成PID控制以用于攻角限幅等。范辉等44-45利用圆判据定理分析系统稳定性,提出一种有效控制律和切换控制律。白涛等46-47通过水洞试验得到较精准的空泡形状,利用强跟踪滤波识别空泡,然后加入线性变参数(Linear Parameter-Varying,LPV)反演得到纵向运动控制律。李洋等48采用非完整包络模型设计径向基函数网络(Radial Basis Function,RBF)网络逼近模型不确定性,构造基于Lyapunov稳定性理论模型和实际运动误差的鲁棒控制算法。庞爱平等49-50采用回路解耦解除强耦合,利用扰动观测补偿器消除周期滑水。韩云涛等51-52突破性地提出了一种频域绝对稳定和时域绝对稳定方法,将非线性状态反馈控制和鲁棒H∞控制技术融为一体。Qiang等53通过线性矩阵不等式设计输出反馈控制律来解决执行机构饱和的问题,但需要降低部分执行机构的响应速度。张成举等54通过无迹卡尔曼滤波(Unscented Kalman Filter,UKF)设计最优控制来减小跟踪误差,缩短稳定时间。Zou等55建立了一种空泡动力学变体与航行体运动学之间的密切联系模型,巧妙地使用精确的反馈线性化和LQR控制器来实现精确的水平漂移、爬升和下沉。Li等56将自激振荡分解为惯性和振荡环节,经典的反馈控制抑制了振荡。Zhao等57使用扰动观测器设计了一个滑模系统,将Lyapunov原理和滑模系统的设计巧妙地结合在一起,证明系统的稳定性。
近年来智能控制发展了模糊控制58、迭代学习59和神经网络60等适应环境更复杂的控制技术,存在依赖专家和参数不确定性、可解释性差等局限性,有待开展更充分的理论和工程应用探究。
根据国内外研究进展,将水下超空泡减阻高速航行体控制技术的主要研究阶段/流派、核心思想与代表性工作及优劣性进行总结,如表2所示。
综合表2分析可知,超空泡航行体控制技术的演进呈现出从线性到非线性、从模型依赖到模型弱化、从单一目标到多目标协同的趋势。当前的控制设计必须直面系统强非线性、模型不确定性、空泡界面时变及执行机构饱和等复合挑战。
a)水下高速航行体减阻方面。
实现水下超空泡高速航行体高效减阻面临着多重技术瓶颈。首先,对于空泡形状保持,由于航行体的运行速度高,流动压差变化、重力变化、通气变化会导致空腔变形或破灭,破灭时形成的小射流也会增加腐蚀作用,只有严格控制通气数量和流场才能形成空腔。其次,对于两相流换热过程,由于气体的高速流动,其压缩性导致空化体积膨胀,流体换热导致空腔内外压差变化,两者均会通过改变空腔内压力来降低减阻效率。该瓶颈问题的根源在于理论验证本身存在缺陷,模型难以准确地同步模拟空化核微观演化与宏观空泡包络行为。解决方法是需要增加对空化动力学的认识,并形成多学科交叉的研究思路,如流体力学、材料学、热物理研究。
b)水下高速航行体控制系统设计方面。
由于超空泡航行体的流体动力学存在较大的不确定性,给航行体控制器的设计带来挑战。在航行体高速航行过程中,空泡壁的变形将直接引起航行体与流体接触壁不规则变形,导致流体力非线性时变。空泡壁不规则的变形引起空泡内压力场不稳定,航行体附加质量、非线性耦合效应等的变化,这些因素都大大降低姿态控制可靠性。此外,由于重力的存在,当航行体垂向速度超过某一临界值时,航行体尾拍引起航行体与空泡壁之间接触壁产生反向作用力,导致航行体压入空泡壁,此后由于重力矩与浮力矩的作用,航行体又再次与空泡壁冲击碰撞,如此反复,最终产生尾拍现象,使航行体围绕自身质心做非线性振动。超空泡下,微小的扰动会引起航行体大幅振荡,造成航行体完全失稳,因此如何实现超空泡航行体此阶段的稳定控制,已成为水下高速航行体动态稳定性研究的新挑战。
从国内外研究现状来看,各国在水下高速航行体超空泡减阻技术方面已形成了特色鲜明的发展路径。俄罗斯在工程应用方面取得突破性进展,其暴风雪鱼雷体现了以自然超空泡为主的高速突防能力;美国则注重基础理论与创新应用并重,开发了如幽灵号等新型航行器;中国研究机构通过体系化布局,在水洞试验、通气超空泡形态控制等方面取得了显著进展。然而,由于空泡稳定性控制难度大,复杂多相流热物理过程模拟精度不足,通气系统优化设计缺乏理论指导,这些难点严重制约了减阻效果的进一步提升。在控制技术方面,为应对超空泡航行体强非线性、时变参数及空泡界面不确定性等难题,研究已从经典线性控制扩展到滑模变结构、H∞鲁棒控制以及智能控制等多种方法,致力于解决姿态稳定、轨迹跟踪及抗扰动等关键问题。然而,控制器的保守性、执行机构饱和以及空泡动态变化带来的扰动补偿等问题,仍是实现精确稳定控制的瓶颈。
基于现状与挑战的关联分析,未来研究应聚焦以下方向,形成贯通“机理-设计-控制-验证”的技术链条:
a)空泡稳定性的主动智能调控:针对当前空泡形态易受流动压差、重力变化影响而失稳的难题,未来发展应结合智能感知算法与自适应通气技术,实现对空泡形态的实时预测与主动控制,为航行体提供一个稳定的气体包覆外壳。
b)强非线性动力学系统的协同控制设计:针对现有控制方法在应对尾拍现象、模型强耦合方面的不足,需突破传统控制框架,探索将流体动力学模型与先进控制算法(如模型预测控制、强化学习)深度融合的新型控制器设计方法,提升在复杂工况下的适应性与鲁棒性。
c)多学科交叉驱动的设计与验证范式创新:面对多相流复杂热物理过程模拟与验证的挑战,必须加强流体力学、材料科学、控制理论等多学科的交叉融合,创新数值模拟方法,并构建高精度的试验验证平台,提升从理论创新到工程应用的转化效率。
