Initiating explosive devices on rockets are disposable products. Test items on the ground are rarely, and directly related telemetry data are little in flight. By means of data correlation, the present telemetry data can be fully utilized to analyse the performance of initiating explosive devices. Several portion of flight telemetry data closely related to the initiating explosive devices is selected, a analysis on its performance is made, and the result with performance indicators and the test dates on ground are contrasted. The analytical method is verified to be right.

运载火箭上安装的火工品属于一次性产品,发射前在地面可做的检测项目很少,飞行中也缺少直接的遥测数据。通过数据相关性的分析,可充分利用火箭已有的遥测数据对火工品的性能进行分析,因此提出一种基于数据相关性的火箭火工品性能分析方法,选择与火工品工作密切关联的部分遥测数据,分析计算了火工品的性能参数,并与额定性能指标及地面试验数据进行了比较,验证了所提方法的正确性。

运载火箭上安装的火工品属于一次性产品,发射前在地面可做的检测项目很少,飞行中也缺少直接的遥测数据。通过数据相关性的分析,可充分利用火箭已有的遥测数据对火工品的性能进行分析,因此提出一种基于数据相关性的火箭火工品性能分析方法,选择与火工品工作密切关联的部分遥测数据,分析计算了火工品的性能参数,并与额定性能指标及地面试验数据进行了比较,验证了所提方法的正确性。

Initiating explosive devices on rockets are disposable products. Test items on the ground are rarely, and directly related telemetry data are little in flight. By means of data correlation, the present telemetry data can be fully utilized to analyse the performance of initiating explosive devices. Several portion of flight telemetry data closely related to the initiating explosive devices is selected, a analysis on its performance is made, and the result with performance indicators and the test dates on ground are contrasted. The analytical method is verified to be right.

火箭上安装的火工品包括电桥丝类火工品(电爆管、起爆器、点火器等)、非电导爆索、爆炸螺栓、小型固体火箭等,是火箭飞行中实现点火、分离等动作的动力装置。火工品属于一次性产品,具有不可检和不可测性,发射前在地面能做的检测项目很少,但飞行中一旦出现故障就是影响成败的重大事故,因此火工品的可靠度基本要求在99.99%以上1-2。火箭飞行遥测数据中无直接反映火工品工作性能的数据,一般不作专门分析,但可通过其他系统的相关数据进行间接分析。本文探讨充分利用飞行遥测数据对火工品系统性能进行分析的方法。
火工品的地面测试项目如表1所示。在工厂,可通过X射线扫描火工品来检查每发产品的装药质量,还可以通过抽检样品的方式进行发火试验,以测试批次产品相关性能。在发射场,除了电桥丝类火工品的桥丝阻值和绝缘阻值测试外3-4,无其他测试项目。在地面无法检验火工品性能合格与否,只能靠其理论上的高可靠性保证在飞行过程中工作正常。
虽然火工品无直接的遥测数据,但可利用已有的遥测数据进行相关性分析,近似得到在地面通过发火试验获得的结果,可用于分析的数据如表2所示。其中导爆索的传爆速度一般在7 000 m/s以上5,对应箭上传爆的时延在1 ms以下,而遥测数据的采样率较低、体现不明显。对于整套非电传爆系统(引爆器+导爆索+爆炸螺栓/正反推火箭),整体时延在10~70 ms,属于可分析范围。
火箭上一般装有火工品专用电池,用于引爆电桥丝类火工品。火工品控制电路如图1所示,火工品电池提供+28 V电源,综合控制器中的时序模块根据箭机指令按时间次序控制相应的固态继电器闭合(一般为并串联设计),依次接通各路火工品。为提高可靠性,一个时序通路通常由两个同型号火工品并联组成。火工品桥丝的阻值一般为1 Ω左右,具有1 A1 W5 min不发火不失效和5 A可靠发火的特性。线路中通常串联一个限流电阻,用来调节引爆线路的电流,阻值为2~4 Ω6-8
图2为某火箭飞行过程中火工品电池电压的遥测数据,电池电压平时稳定在28 V附近,有时序动作时出现瞬间下降,下降幅度与电火工品的发火电流和同时接通的电火工品数量有关。图3为电压下降瞬间局部放大图。
图1简化后的电路如图4所示。

根据式(4)计算得到火工品的发火电流,具体如表3所示,约为6.5~7.5 A,不小于5 A的额定发火电流。
当多个时序同时发出或者相距很近时,火工品电压瞬间下跳幅度较大,可能导致某路时序电流输出小于其额定发火电流,不能可靠发火。因此在进行时序设计时应保证相邻时序的间隔大于某一特定值。
综合控制器发出时序指令的同时对时序信号进行采集,采集电路如图5所示。电路为光耦隔离电路,将火工品正供电端电压引入(图1中的A点),当输入信号大于15 V时,输出为高电平状态,否则为低电平状态。时序采集电路测试精度较高,误差为1 ms,时序信号宽度一般为100 ms。
飞行时序测试结果包括时序的开始时间和时序宽度,如表4所示。
正常情况下,只有某时序发出时方可采集到对应的时序信号。但有一种特殊情况,即一个火工品引爆后产生的金属碎屑导致正桥丝端搭壳,后续火工品引爆后也存在正桥丝端搭壳,如图6所示。时序1先发出,时序2后发出,则在时序2火工品发火后正端搭壳至时序2指令结束期间,箭上存在潜通路,不仅时序2的采集电路可采集到电压信号(D点),时序1的采集电路也可采集到电压信号(C点)。这种情况下,时序测试结果中不仅包含正常时序,还包括一些虚假时序,如表5所示(时序1、2、3均存在桥丝正端搭壳现象)。
在起爆器下一级采用隔板点火器的情况下,引爆后产生的金属碎屑不能排出,堆积在壳体内大概率会产生桥丝搭壳现象,如图7所示。
虚假的测试时序表现为以下特征:由于箭体在飞行中的振动,搭壳也是不稳定的,在测试数据中表现为宽度较小且零乱的时序;虚假时序仅在后续另一时序发出的100 ms区间内存在,测试数据中表现为伴生时序;搭壳所在的子级分离后,对应的虚假时序消失。
虚假时序的产生虽影响测试数据,但对火箭的飞行控制不产生影响,这是因为桥丝正端搭壳前,该时序动作已完成;后续的时序搭壳时仅会影响之前已完成的时序,不会影响未执行的时序。
进行飞行时序数据分析时将虚假时序删除即可,但虚假时序的存在也为分析火工品的发火时间提供了数据依据,因为当后面的火工品起爆后才可测到前面的虚假时序。起爆后金属碎屑瞬间堆积造成正桥丝端搭壳,发火与搭壳的间隔极短。
表5中的时序为例,可判断时序2火工品的发火时间小于8 ms(85 481 ms—85 489 ms),时序3火工品的发火时间小于5 ms(116 354 ms—116 359 ms)。根据文献[9]~[13]的统计分析结果,火工品的发火时间与桥丝的材料、尺寸和装药的成分有关,且通电电流越大,发火时间越短。对于航天领域普遍应用的Ni-Cr桥丝,通电电流为5 A左右时,发火时间约为4.5~9 ms。本文的估算结果能在一定程度上反映其特性。
箭上安装的小型固体火箭一般用于级间冷分离的正反推控制,使级间产生相对运动(对上子级正推,或对下子级反推,或正反推结合)。惯组安装于上子级,可利用惯组输出视加速度数据分析正推火箭的工作时间以及推力随时间的变化等。
图8为某火箭二级正推阶段的X轴加表脉冲累加量及据此计算出的秒脉冲增量曲线。此时二级发动机未点火,忽略气动干扰力,二级除受重力外只受正推火箭的推力的作用。

室压与推力的关系式为

根据图8中的X轴加表秒脉冲增量数据和式(6)式(7)计算正推火箭的室压数据,并与地面发火试验数据作比较,结果如图9所示,可见二者基本符合。该正推火箭稳态工作时室压约为6.9 MPa。
图10所示的非电传爆系统由2个起爆器、4个小型固体火箭及导爆索组成,反映该传爆系统性能的参数包括传爆延时和4个小型固体火箭的同步性。传爆延时是从起爆器通电到固体火箭堵盖打开的时间间隔,起爆器通电时刻可由飞行时序测试结果中得到,堵盖打开时刻可由堵盖上安装的传感器测得。表6所示为某次飞行试验的结果,火箭点火延时不大于15 ms,同步性不大于3 ms,满足额定值的要求。
本文提出一种基于数据相关性的火箭火工品性能分析方法,可近似得出火工品的性能参数,与额定性能指标和地面发火试验数据对比一致性较好。
火工品的可靠性很高,箭上又采用了冗余设计,火箭飞行中几乎不会出现由于火工品故障导致飞行失利的情况。但对火工品工作情况的分析很有必要,可以使设计师进一步摸清其性能和天地一致性,不断地改进设计。虽然有相关的遥测数据可供分析,但直接的数据仍不足。对于有特殊要求或重点验证的飞行项目,应增加传感器等测量手段,如增加霍尔电流传感器测量火工品的电流,增加压力传感器测量小型固体火箭的室压,或通过布置摄像头观察火工品动作瞬间的图像。文中分析了火工品引爆后桥丝正端搭壳在飞行数据中的表现及影响,虽然不影响正常飞行,但桥丝搭壳也引发了短时间内的漏电,如果箭上其他电路也存在潜通路的话可能造成致命的影响,因此应该改进设计,尽量避免此种情况。
