This study investigates the distribution patterns and computational methods for shock wave overpressure in static explosions of elliptical explosive charges through simulations and experiments. Static detonations of elliptical charges with varying aspect ratios (major-to-minor axes) are simulated and experimentally conducted, with shock wave overpressure data captured at multiple distances and positions. A computational method for determining the overpressure distribution of elliptical charges is established based on classical shock wave overpressure calculation formulas. The results demonstrate that the overpressure distribution of elliptical charges is non-uniform and exhibits significant directionality, with higher overpressure observed along the minor axis than along the major axis. As propagation distance increases, the overpressure distribution gradually becomes more uniform, while larger aspect ratios lead to greater non-uniformity in overpressure distribution. Good agreement is shown between the proposed computational method and experimental results, indicating its reliability for supporting overpressure prediction and analysis in engineering applications.

为了对椭圆药柱静爆冲击波超压的分布规律以及计算方法进行研究,开展了椭圆形药柱静爆仿真,设计了不同长短轴之比椭圆药柱静爆试验,获得不同距离、位置处的冲击波超压,并基于经典冲击波超压计算公式获得了椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算方法。结果表明:椭圆药柱超压分布不均匀,存在明显方向性,短轴方向超压大于长轴方向超压;随距离增加,超压分布逐渐变得均匀;长短轴之比越大,超压分布会更不均匀;椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算方法与试验结果吻合较好,可以支撑工程中超压预测与分析。

为了对椭圆药柱静爆冲击波超压的分布规律以及计算方法进行研究,开展了椭圆形药柱静爆仿真,设计了不同长短轴之比椭圆药柱静爆试验,获得不同距离、位置处的冲击波超压,并基于经典冲击波超压计算公式获得了椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算方法。结果表明:椭圆药柱超压分布不均匀,存在明显方向性,短轴方向超压大于长轴方向超压;随距离增加,超压分布逐渐变得均匀;长短轴之比越大,超压分布会更不均匀;椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算方法与试验结果吻合较好,可以支撑工程中超压预测与分析。

This study investigates the distribution patterns and computational methods for shock wave overpressure in static explosions of elliptical explosive charges through simulations and experiments. Static detonations of elliptical charges with varying aspect ratios (major-to-minor axes) are simulated and experimentally conducted, with shock wave overpressure data captured at multiple distances and positions. A computational method for determining the overpressure distribution of elliptical charges is established based on classical shock wave overpressure calculation formulas. The results demonstrate that the overpressure distribution of elliptical charges is non-uniform and exhibits significant directionality, with higher overpressure observed along the minor axis than along the major axis. As propagation distance increases, the overpressure distribution gradually becomes more uniform, while larger aspect ratios lead to greater non-uniformity in overpressure distribution. Good agreement is shown between the proposed computational method and experimental results, indicating its reliability for supporting overpressure prediction and analysis in engineering applications.

弹体在由圆柱形变为椭圆等非旋转对称异形形状后,其对于混凝土、钢板等介质的侵彻机理,爆炸驱动下破片的飞散规律,以及爆炸冲击波超压分布都会与传统弹体有显著区别。因此开展对椭圆弹体侵彻、爆炸的规律研究以及理论探索,可深入对于椭圆弹体作用机理的认识,实现椭圆弹体作用过程的准确计算以及精确分析,从而指导椭圆弹体的优化设计。
目前很多国内外学者就椭圆弹体的侵彻机理以及爆炸驱动下破片分散规律开展了相关研究,形成了众多理论成果。相关学者开展了椭圆弹体侵彻混凝土靶试验,将空腔膨胀理论推广到二维,建立了椭圆弹体对混凝土侵彻计算模型1-4。魏海洋5和王浩6开展了椭圆弹体侵彻钢板试验,基于能量法建立了弹体对钢板作用模型和弹道轨迹计算模型。姜斌等7-8考虑预制破片的椭圆形分布,分析了爆炸驱动下破片的分散速度、飞散角的规律,建立了相应的理论计算方法。椭圆弹体的侵彻机理和破片飞散规律是目前的研究热点,已开展了相应的试验和理论分析,但对于椭圆药柱爆炸冲击波超压规律几乎没有研究,无法明晰超压的分布规律,难以实现定量计算。
因此本文针对椭圆药柱爆炸冲击波超压规律研究的空白,基于数值仿真和试验,获得椭圆药柱爆炸冲击波超压在不同距离、方位上的数据,定性分析超压分布规律,并基于经典冲击波超压计算公式,结合椭圆修正系数,建立椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算方法,实现对不同距离、方位处超压的准确计算。本文的工作可获得椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布规律,建立的计算方法可支撑工程上椭圆弹体的威力计算,并为椭圆弹体的毁伤效能评估提供理论输入。
为了对椭圆药柱爆炸冲击波超压分布规律进行初步预估,并为后续试验和理论研究提供规律对照和数据参考,开展了不同长短轴之比的椭圆药柱爆炸仿真。仿真采用LS-DYNA软件,药柱材料模型采用JWL状态方程表征。
药柱根据截面形状分为4种,截面积相同,长短轴不同,如表1所示。
对4种药柱在空气中爆炸进行仿真,药柱距地面高度为1.5 m。距地面投影点3 m、5 m、7 m、9 m处设置测点,测量位置位于不同方向,分别为0°(长轴)、22.5°、45°、67.5°和90°(短轴),共20个测点,如图1所示。
圆柱药柱爆炸波阵面传播过程如图2所示,波阵面波形在两个对称面上完全相同。
不同距离及位置测点处冲击波超压曲线如图3所示。可以看到在不同方位处冲击波超压数值以及变化趋势基本相同。
椭圆-1药柱爆炸波阵面传播过程如图4所示,波阵面波形在传播过程中出现了略微区别。
不同距离及位置测点处冲击波超压曲线如图5所示,可以看到在3 m处波阵面到达时刻基本相同,超压峰值出现了区别,药柱短轴方向超压高。3 m以后波阵面并非同时到达,药柱短轴方向超压高,并最先到达。
椭圆-2药柱爆炸波阵面传播过程如图6所示,波阵面波形在传播过程中出现了一定区别。
不同距离及位置测点处冲击波超压曲线如图7所示,可以看到在3 m处波阵面到达时出现了一定区别,超压峰值出现了显著区别,药柱短轴方向超压高。3 m以后波阵面并非同时到达,药柱短轴方向超压高,并最先到达。
椭圆-3药柱爆炸波阵面传播过程如图8所示,波阵面波形在传播过程中出现了显著区别。
不同距离及位置测点处冲击波超压曲线如图9所示,可以看到各个位置处波阵面到达时刻和超压峰值出现了显著区别,药柱短轴方向超压高,并最先到达。
从以上结果可以看出:椭圆药柱爆炸后冲击波超压分布并不均匀,具有明显方向性;随着椭圆长短轴之比的增大,冲击波超压分布更不均匀,短轴处冲击波超压更大。
为了对仿真规律进行验证,并累积试验数据支撑后续计算模型的建立,设计并开展了椭圆药柱静爆试验。
参试产品为裸药柱,共12发。药柱保持截面面积一致。其中圆柱药柱3发,其余椭圆药柱各3发,据截面形状分为3种,长短轴之比不同。具体产品规格及数量如表2所示。
在距爆心地面投影点3 m、5 m、7 m、9 m处设置测点,测量位置位于不同方向,分别为0°(长轴)、22.5°、45°、67.5°和90°(短轴),共20个测点,测量不同距离和位置处的冲击波超压,如图10所示。测点位置与仿真中保持一致,长轴方向对准测点0°方向。
12发参试药柱均正常起爆,各测试点位均成功收集到冲击波超压数据。对每种工况各距离、方位处的3个试验数据取平均值,经处理后工况各点位的平均冲击波超压如表3所示。
根据表3中数据可知,椭圆药柱在不同方位处超压存在较为明显的区别,尤其是在3 m处,在5 m、7 m和9 m处方向性差异相对较小。推测3m处各测试点距离起爆点距离有差异,并且近场处超压随距离变化更为显著,因此导致了3 m处超压分布均匀性较差。5 m、7 m和9 m处不同方位超压同样会受到该原因影响。因此椭圆药柱在不同方向上超压分布会受到测试点距离影响,相当于在自身超压分布规律上会叠加初始测点距离的效应。
横向对不同方位处超压进行对比分析,可知相同距离处,从长轴方向到短轴方向,超压值增加,部分数据的中间位置(22.5°、45°、67.5°)可能会小于长轴位置,但短轴方向处超压均大于长轴位置处超压。因此椭圆药柱超压分布不均匀,存在明显方向性,短轴方向超压大于长轴方向超压。
纵向对不同距离处超压进行对比分析。对于不同椭圆药柱,随距离增加,短长轴超压比呈现波动,但数值总体下降,可表明随着距离的增加,超压分布逐渐变得均匀。
纵向对不同构型药柱超压进行对比分析。随着药柱长短轴之比的增加,相同距离处短长轴超压比会增加。表明长短轴之比越大,超压分布更不均匀,短轴方向超压大于长轴方向超压的趋势会增大。
国防工业超压公式是爆炸冲击波超压的经典计算公式,其可以反映爆炸后冲击波超压随距离的衰减变化规律,在工程上已得到广泛应用。
当药柱由圆柱变为椭圆后,其冲击波传播机制没有本质变化,因此仍以国防工业超压计算公式为基础,考虑引入与药柱形状、位置相关的变量以及参数,基于试验数据对该公式进行优化,从而建立椭圆药柱爆炸冲击波超压分布计算方法。
国防工业超压计算如式(1)所示,其中P为冲击波超压,w为药柱TNT当量,r为距离爆炸中心距离。在工程中应用时,一般可根据已有试验数据,对公式中常数进行重新拟合,即为式(2)

根据圆柱药柱不同位置处冲击波超压试验结果,对式(2)中常数进行拟合,得到式(3)。在此基础上对椭圆药柱冲击波超压计算方法进行探索。

刘子豪3指出,椭圆形弹体在侵彻混凝土中靶体对弹体阻力分布可基于圆柱形弹体的阻力,引入与形状相关的几何修正参数来表征和分析,其修正参数如式(4)所示。

式中 a为形状相关椭圆长轴;b为形状相关椭圆短轴;α为方位角。
结合式(3)式(4),可得到考虑药柱形状的冲击波超压计算公式,见式(5)。其超压计算结果如图11图14所示,可以看到圆柱药柱的超压分布均匀,为圆形;椭圆药柱超压分布不均匀,呈椭圆形。但超压随距离增加的分布形状与药柱形状一致,不能反映试验中随距离增加,超压分布逐渐均匀的现象。

因此需在此基础上考虑距离效应,引入距离修正参数,考虑距离参数的多种多项式形式,基于试验数据,采用MATLAB多参数拟合方法对参数进行拟合,并对拟合准确性进行评估。最终得到的拟合计算如式(6)所示。

拟合误差平方和为0.119 2(数值越接近于0表明拟合与数据误差越小),多重测定系数为0.980 1(数值越接近于1表明拟合与数据规律越吻合),证明公式与试验数据拟合度较好,可以反映试验规律并对试验工况进行预测和计算。
基于拟合公式计算了不同长短轴之比药柱的爆炸冲击波超压,如图15图18所示,可以发现短轴处冲击波超压大于长轴处,在远场处超压分布逐渐均匀化;长短轴之比越大,峰值超压越大,超压分布越不均匀。计算冲击波超压分布与试验数据规律一致,证明了拟合公式能够准确反映试验规律。
椭圆药柱爆炸后,由于各方向药量并不均匀,因此极近场处冲击波超压必然也呈现非均匀分布。而随着距离增加,压力更高的压缩气体会向压力低处扩散,从而导致了远场处冲击波超压逐渐均匀化。药柱的长短轴端点距离爆心不同,短轴处冲击波传播起点相对靠后,为了达到远场冲击波超压均匀化,短轴处冲击波的速度会更快,因此短轴处冲击波超压会更大。
本文基于椭圆药柱静爆冲击波超压规律不明、计算方法缺失的现状,开展了不同长短轴之比的椭圆药柱静爆仿真和试验,获得了不同距离和位置处的冲击波超压数据,分析了椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布规律。基于经典国防工业超压公式,引入形状几何修正参数和距离修正参数,建立了椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算方法。主要结论如下:
a)基于对椭圆药柱静爆仿真和试验数据结果可知,椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布不均匀,存在明显方向性,短轴方向超压大于长轴方向超压;随着距爆心距离增加,超压分布会逐渐均匀化;药柱长短轴之比越大,超压分布会更不均匀,短轴方向超压大于长轴方向超压的趋势会增大。
b)基于试验数据,对建立的椭圆药柱冲击波超压分布计算公式进行了拟合,拟合优度较好,计算规律与仿真、试验数据规律相符,证明了拟合公式能够准确反映试验规律,并对试验工况进行预测和计算。
