The wide-velocity-range (WVR) reusable flight vehicle, due to its extensive flight airspace and broad Mach number range, is challenging to select a fixed working state as the design point. Moreover, due to a large number of factors affecting the overall performance of the vehicle, as well as the varying impact and sensitivity of these factors in integrated air-launch system design, it has brought considerable difficulty to the integrated optimization design. A single-stage-to-orbit (SSTO) reference trajectory for the WVR reusable flight vehicle is established, conducting sensitivity analysis on key parameters from three major aspects of design: aerodynamics, propulsion, and structures. Through perturbation analysis of the reference design parameters, the impact of different parameters on the overall performance of the flight vehicle under varying operating conditions is comparatively analyzed. This successfully identifies several design parameters that significantly influence the vehicle's performance. Finally, based on the sensitivity analysis results, the study makes reasonable recommendations on subsequent optimization directions for the wide-speed-domain reusable flight vehicle from four aspects: schematic design, aerodynamics, propulsion, and structures.

宽速域可重复使用飞行器由于飞行空域广、飞行马赫数范围宽的特点,难以选择固定的工作状态作为设计点。在飞发一体化设计中对飞行器总体性能的影响因素众多,影响效果及灵敏度各不相同,为一体化优化设计带来了诸多困难。首先创建了宽速域可重复使用飞行器单级入轨基准弹道,分别对气动、动力、结构三大方面各设计参数进行灵敏度分析;通过对基准设计参数进行拉偏处理,对比不同工作状态下不同参数对飞行器总体性能的影响效果,成功识别出影响较为显著的设计参数;最后根据参数灵敏度分析的结果,从方案设计、气动、动力、结构4个方面为宽速域可重复使用飞行器的后续优化方向提出了合理建议。

宽速域可重复使用飞行器由于飞行空域广、飞行马赫数范围宽的特点,难以选择固定的工作状态作为设计点。在飞发一体化设计中对飞行器总体性能的影响因素众多,影响效果及灵敏度各不相同,为一体化优化设计带来了诸多困难。首先创建了宽速域可重复使用飞行器单级入轨基准弹道,分别对气动、动力、结构三大方面各设计参数进行灵敏度分析;通过对基准设计参数进行拉偏处理,对比不同工作状态下不同参数对飞行器总体性能的影响效果,成功识别出影响较为显著的设计参数;最后根据参数灵敏度分析的结果,从方案设计、气动、动力、结构4个方面为宽速域可重复使用飞行器的后续优化方向提出了合理建议。

The wide-velocity-range (WVR) reusable flight vehicle, due to its extensive flight airspace and broad Mach number range, is challenging to select a fixed working state as the design point. Moreover, due to a large number of factors affecting the overall performance of the vehicle, as well as the varying impact and sensitivity of these factors in integrated air-launch system design, it has brought considerable difficulty to the integrated optimization design. A single-stage-to-orbit (SSTO) reference trajectory for the WVR reusable flight vehicle is established, conducting sensitivity analysis on key parameters from three major aspects of design: aerodynamics, propulsion, and structures. Through perturbation analysis of the reference design parameters, the impact of different parameters on the overall performance of the flight vehicle under varying operating conditions is comparatively analyzed. This successfully identifies several design parameters that significantly influence the vehicle's performance. Finally, based on the sensitivity analysis results, the study makes reasonable recommendations on subsequent optimization directions for the wide-speed-domain reusable flight vehicle from four aspects: schematic design, aerodynamics, propulsion, and structures.

在航天领域,以更加经济可重复的方式将有效载荷送入太空,以及实现空间自由往返的需求逐步增强。在此背景下,宽速域可重复使用飞行器(Wide-Velocity-Range Reusable Launch Vehicle,WVR-RLV)逐渐成为未来的发展趋势1。相比目前单纯的空中和太空武器,RLV在未来战争中具有较大的优势:可作为侦察监视与预警平台,综合各种侦察信息,更及时、更准确地提供战场信息,对导弹发射等进行预警;可作为空间武器发射平台,能对敌方陆、海、空、天重要目标进行攻击,对战争的胜负产生至关重要的影响2。因此,开展对宽速域可重复使用飞行器的研究,对空天安全具有重大意义。
从20世纪80年代开始,美国就制定了相关项目的研究计划,并迅速开展了方案和性能要求方面的研究工作,进行了X-30、X-37B等可重复使用无人太空试验平台验证项目3。美国目前唯一已知的可重复使用运载器为X-37B,作为美国空军高可靠性、可重复使用的无人太空试验平台的验证项目,可完成两级入轨、水平起降等任务目标4。英国同样在20世纪80年代提出过可重复使用运载器计划,即霍托尔计划5。与美国的X-30项目类似,采用跑道水平起飞的方式,且可完全重复使用。但受当时技术条件限制,组合式氢氧发动机在研发上遇到困难,导致该计划被迫终止6-8
宽速域可重复使用飞行器的飞行空域极其广阔,包括稠密大气层和稀薄大气层,飞行马赫数范围宽,涵盖亚声速、跨声速、超声速和高超声速4个阶段9。根据执行任务的不同,推进系统可能包含火箭、超燃冲压发动机或组合循环式发动机等多种推进系统。其设计特点在于内外流耦合严重,而由于一体化耦合因素众多,且不同因素的敏感度不同,这给以推阻、升阻为代表的一体化优化带来了困难10。相比于X-51A等巡航类飞行器11,宽速域可重复使用飞行器由于不存在固定的巡航状态,在设计点的选取上存在困难,需要以总体性能为优先考虑进行各参数的利弊权衡,但目前国内外可借鉴的同类飞行器数据较少,且总体参数与飞行器各项特性之间的关系较为复杂,亟需梳理各参数与总体性能之间的影响关系。
目前中国对宽速域可重复使用飞行器的相关研究主要集中在对发动机等关键部件的局部优化方面。罗世彬等12建立了高速巡航飞行器机身/推进系统一体化设计模型,提出了一种新的设计参数灵敏度分析方法和设计参数取值域界定方法,确定了各设计参数对飞行器/发动机一体化性能的影响。谢睿轩13提出了一种可用于未来单级入轨可重复使用飞行器的新型液态空气循环发动机,并与佩刀发动机和其他常见发动机进行了对比。张宇飞等14采用了带有伸缩翼装置的可重复使用高超声速飞行器气动布局设计,满足了大空域、宽速域的飞行剖面需求。周大鹏等15分别综合使用智能算法与二次曲线方法,提出了具有较好继承性和可持续自主创新发展的新型可重复使用天地往返升力体飞行器概念。但目前仍然缺少对飞行器总体性能影响因素的系统性研究,尤其对水平起飞至入轨阶段的全飞行剖面相关参数的灵敏度分析研究较少。
本文首先创建了采用火箭基组合循环发动机(Rocket-based Combined Cycle Engine,RBCC)为动力的宽速域可重复使用飞行器基准弹道,其次分别对基准弹道中气动、结构、动力3方面各设计参数进行灵敏度分析,对比拉偏后的设计参数对飞行器入轨时剩余质量的影响,最后总结了不同因素对飞行器总体性能的影响趋势及显著程度,并对宽速域可重复使用飞行器的优化设计提出了合理建议。
宽速域可重复使用飞行器的典型飞行剖面可划分为滑跑起飞段、加速爬升段、上升段、在轨飞行段、制动段、再入返回段及水平着陆段,如图1所示。本文以可重复使用飞行器入轨时的剩余质量作为飞行器总体性能的评估标准,故只考虑滑跑起飞、加速爬升及上升段3个阶段的飞行剖面。
a)滑跑起飞段:在跑道加速滑跑,完成水平起飞;
b)加速爬升段:通过组合循环动力高效推进,实现在稠密大气层、临近空间的跨域飞行;
c)上升段:持续爬升达到目标高度,通过姿轨控动力实现高精度进入目标轨道,飞行马赫数达到25。
飞行器从地面水平起飞后保持持续加速状态,爬升至地球极低轨道高度后调整姿态实现入轨,完成任务目标。
为满足任务需求,参考英国Skylon项目中佩刀发动机的相关参数,结合RBCC发动机相关特性,初步建立动力系统基准性能参数。发动机燃料选用液氧液氢,假设起飞0 s时刻起发动机即可建立100%推力,各发动机参数如表1所示。
根据RBCC发动机特性,在引射及冲压模态使用发动机通流状态气动系数,火箭模态使用封堵状态气动系数。不同状态的升阻比系数如图2图3所示。
将飞行器视作可控质点,视地球为均质圆球,忽略地球自转带来的影响,且暂不考虑风扰动及控制系统的影响,考虑飞行器在垂直平面内的运动,依据以下质点运动方程建立基准弹道模型:

基于上述各参数,创建宽速域可重复使用飞行器基准弹道模型。可重复使用飞行器从地面由静止状态水平起飞,发动机进入引射模态工作,低空飞行阶段持续加速并逐步爬升至10 km左右高度;飞行器速度达到Ma=2时发动机由引射模态转入亚燃冲压模态,调整机体攻角使飞行器继续保持加速状态;速度达到Ma=5时发动机转入超燃冲压模态,继续保持加速状态并逐步爬升至45 km左右高度;速度达到Ma=12时发动机由超燃冲压模态转入火箭模态,飞行器拉高攻角保持加速直至到达地球极低轨道高度。基准弹道典型剖面参数如表2所示,飞行器高度及马赫数随时间变化曲线如图4~5所示。
基于上述建立的基准弹道程序,采用工程型号应用的Flightsim计算程序对不同设计参数开展灵敏度分析。
根据目前的地面起飞条件及RBCC发动机冲压模态工作范围现状,分别进行了12种方案对比,具体方案设计如表3所示,对比结果如图6所示,其中从左至右依次表示方案1~12。
图6结果可知,具有初始速度的起飞方案相较于方案1~3对飞行器总体性能有着极大提升。在方案1、4、7、10中,相较于方案1,方案4可提高72.98%入轨质量,方案7可提高82.47%,方案10可提高104.48%。值得注意的是,尽管入轨质量随初始速度的提升而提升,但提升幅度并不显著:方案10相较于方案4起飞方案仅提高18.21%,相较于方案7仅提高12.07%。考虑到发射成本及现有条件,可采用地面辅助装置将飞行器加速至方案7的初始条件,以提升飞行器的运载能力。
发动机冲压模态工作速域对入轨质量的影响随起飞速度的增加而逐渐显著,方案3转态相较于方案1转态方案入轨质量降低了5.373%,而方案2转态方案则降低了3.742%;方案6相较于方案4入轨质量提高了0.86%,而方案5相较于方案4则降低了4.76%;方案9相较于方案7转态方案入轨质量提高了2.09%,而方案8相较于方案7则降低了4.95%;方案12相较于方案10入轨质量提高了1.436%,而方案11相较于方案10则降低了7.328%。
由结果可知,在未来宽速域可重复使用飞行器的设计中,应优先考虑在起飞时增加电磁弹射等地面辅助起飞方案以解决引射模态工作段耗油量大的问题,其次可考虑拓宽RBCC发动机冲压模态的工作速域。
在基准模型的升阻比基础上,分别对Ma=0~2,Ma=2~5,以及Ma=5~25三个速域的升阻比进行灵敏度分析,结果如图7所示。Ma=0~2速域升阻比变化对起飞滑跑距离影响如图8所示。
图7图8结果可知,Ma=0~2与Ma=2~5范围内,飞行器入轨剩余质量均随着升阻比的增加而增加,但灵敏度有所区别:Ma=0~2范围内升阻比对飞行器入轨剩余质量的影响并不显著,当升阻比提高20%时,剩余质量仅提高4.045%;降低20%时,剩余质量仅减少2.68%。但Ma=0~2段升阻比参数对起飞阶段地面滑跑距离影响较为显著,且影响关系近似线性。当升阻比提高20%时,滑跑距离缩短15.396%;降低20%时,滑跑距离增加22.455%。Ma=2~5范围内升阻比对飞行器入轨剩余质量的影响较为显著,当升阻比提高20%时,剩余质量提高17.446%;降低20%时,剩余质量减少8.833%。而在Ma=5~25工作速域内,飞行器升阻比无论提高还是降低均会导致入轨剩余质量出现下滑,且升阻比降低时下降幅度更大。
根据不同速域升阻比灵敏度分析的结果,在进行飞行器气动外形优化时应优先确保水平起飞阶段飞行器升阻比不小于8,以保证飞行器的水平起飞能力;其次可通过提升Ma=2~5速域即亚燃冲压模态段内飞行器的升阻比进而提升飞行器入轨时的剩余质量。
在基准发动机参数的基础上,分别对引射、冲压、火箭3种工作模态的发动机比冲及推力进行灵敏度分析,结果如图910所示。
图9结果可知,对于发动机的比冲,3种工作模态下剩余质量均随着比冲的增加而增加,但不同工作模态对剩余质量的影响效果存在差异。其中,引射模态的比冲影响最为显著,当引射比冲提高20%时,剩余质量提高25.798%;降低20%时,剩余质量减少16.312%。火箭模态的比冲影响其次,当火箭比冲提高20%时,剩余质量提高17.776%;降低20%时,剩余质量减少25.302%。而冲压模态的比冲影响程度最低,当冲压比冲提高20%时,剩余质量提高9.157%;降低20%时,剩余质量减少12.868%。
对于发动机推力,冲压和引射两种工作模态下剩余质量均随着推力的增加而增加,而火箭模态下剩余质量随着推力的增加而降低。由图10结果可知,引射模态的推力对剩余质量影响最为显著,当引射推力提高20%时,剩余质量提高31.568%;降低20%时,剩余质量减少16.166%。冲压模态的推力对剩余质量的影响其次,当冲压推力提高20%时,剩余质量提高8.028%;降低20%时,剩余质量降低10.652%。而火箭模态的推力对剩余质量的影响最不显著,当火箭推力变化下降20%时,剩余质量提高7.458%;升高20%时,剩余质量降低7.840%。
根据发动机参数灵敏度分析的结果可知,在进行发动机相关性能优化时应优先提高引射模态比冲及推力大小,其次提升火箭模态比冲,同时可通过关闭辅助火箭等方式适度降低火箭模态推力大小,以减少燃料消耗。
根据基准弹道方案,对飞行器特征面积及起飞时的飞行器燃料质量占比进行参数灵敏度分析,结果如图11所示。
图11结果可知,特征面积对剩余质量的影响不显著,在特征面积拉偏-20%~20%范围内,剩余质量的上下限仅相差9.75%。但值得注意的是,随着特征面积减少的比率逐渐增大,剩余质量下降的趋势也逐渐明显。起飞质量对剩余质量的影响较为复杂,总体趋势上剩余质量随起飞质量的增加而增加,但在拉偏15%~20%的范围内出现了下降现象,而在-10%~-15%范围内出现了回升现象。
综合上述结果可知,在飞行器设计过程中,可不将飞行器特征面积作为后续重要优化参数,但须控制特征面积不宜过低;可适当增加起飞时飞行器的燃料质量占比,但增幅应控制在15%以内。
依据前文灵敏度分析的结果,对气动、动力、结构3个方面的不同参数的影响因子进行对比分析。为消除量纲及量级的影响,从而使得分析结果具有可比性和一致性,对上述各参数灵敏度进行归一化处理。影响因子Si计算公式为

式中 n为输入参数个数;Δy为输出结果与标准值的偏差;Δx为输入参数与标准值的偏差。
以下角标1、2、3分别代表速域Ma=0~2、Ma=2~5、Ma=5~25,下角标a、b、c分别代表发动机引射模态、冲压模态、火箭模态,归一化处理后的影响因子对比结果如图12所示。
图12可知,对入轨质量影响最显著的前3位总体参数由高到低分别为发动机引射模态比冲、发动机火箭模态比冲以及燃料质量占比。值得注意的是,在上述11个参数中,只有发动机火箭模态推力与入轨质量的关系为负相关,在飞行器初期的总体设计阶段需特别关注。
综合参数灵敏度分析结果,本文结论如下:
a)后续重点优化方面。
为解决目前宽速域可重复使用飞行器运载效率低的问题,应首先对飞行器动力系统进行优化,重点提升RBCC发动机引射模态下的比冲及推力性能;其次应着重降低飞行器整体结构质量,提高燃料质量占比;最后需注意适当减小发动机火箭模态下的推力。
b)起飞及工作模态转换方案选择方面。
为解决引射段耗油量巨大的问题,可尝试采取地面辅助装置为飞行器提供初始速度及高度,大幅提高飞行器总体运载能力。在采取地面辅助起飞方案的条件下,拓宽发动机冲压模态工作速域对提升飞行器入轨剩余质量有着正面影响,且随着初始起飞速度的提高,影响效果逐渐增大。
c)气动性能优化方面。
从不同速域升阻比灵敏度分析的结果来看,Ma=2~5即亚燃冲压段气动特性对飞行器总体性能的影响最为显著,且总体性能随升阻比的提升而提升,而Ma=0~2即引射模态段的影响不显著;但Ma=5~25即超燃冲压模态段,飞行器入轨时剩余质量与升阻比不存在明显的线性关系,且无论增大还是降低升阻比,总体性能皆呈现下滑趋势。因此在宽速域可重复使用高速飞行器的气动外形优化工作中,应优先考虑提高Ma=2~5速域的升阻比特性,其次可考虑提升Ma=0~2速域的升阻比特性,同时需控制Ma=5~25速域的升阻比变化幅度不宜过大。
d)发动机参数优化方面。
根据参数灵敏度分析的结果,RBCC发动机不同模态的推力及比冲与飞行器总体性能的关系均近似为线性关系,但影响效果各不相同。在后续发动机参数的优化工作中,应优先提高Ma=0~2引射模态的比冲及推力,其次应提升Ma=2~12冲压模态比冲及推力;对于Ma=12~25火箭模态,可选择通过关闭辅助火箭等方式降低火箭模态推力以降低燃料消耗。
e)特征面积及起飞质量优化方面。
由灵敏度分析的结果可知,特征面积对飞行器总体性能影响不显著,在后续设计阶段可不作为重要优化参数。可适当提高起飞质量以提升入轨剩余质量,但提高幅度不宜超过原质量的15%,同时应尽量降低飞行器自身结构质量以提高有效载荷大小。
