The response of roads under hundred-ton-level impact loads is complex and affects the success of operations. Finite element models of elastoplastic roads can simulate road settlement responses under impact loads, but the accuracy of numerical simulation results lacks experimental validation. Additionally, model parameters exhibit significant variability, making it difficult to determine them in practical engineering applications. Different parameter settings greatly influence the accuracy of simulation results, making them difficult to support engineering operations. To predict the road response under impact loads and ensure operational success, this study selects a typical road layer structure and designs equivalent impact load tests to investigate the settlement response patterns of typical roads under impact loads. Based on experimental findings, appropriate constitutive models are selected for typical materials in each layer of the typical road. Methods are developed to adjust the nonlinear constitutive model parameters of loess subgrade through engineering parameters such as moisture content and compaction degree. A finite element model of the typical road is established for simulation. The simulation results are compared with experimental data in three dimensions: peak pavement settlement, residual settlement, and the geometric state of overall road surface settlement. The deviations are within 10%, verifying the effectiveness of the finite element modeling approach for typical roads. The related research results can be widely used in road transient impact response simulation.

百吨级冲击载荷作用下道路响应复杂,影响作业成败。基于弹塑性道路有限元模型能够模拟出冲击载荷作用下道路的沉降响应,但数值计算仿真结果的准确性缺乏试验验证,同时模型参数离散性较大,难以结合工程实际确定,不同参数设置对仿真结果的准确性影响较大,难以支撑工程作业。为预示冲击载荷作用下道路响应情况,保证作业成功,选取典型道路路层结构,设计冲击载荷等效试验,研究冲击载荷作用下典型道路沉降响应特性。基于试验结果,针对典型道路各层材质选取合适的本构模型,研究通过含水率、压实度等工程参数确定黄土基层非线性本构模型参数修正方法,建立典型道路有限元模型开展仿真。从路面峰值沉降量、残余沉降量、道路表面整体沉降的几何状态三个维度对比仿真结果与试验数据,偏差在10%以内,验证了典型道路有限元模型建模方法的有效性。相关研究成果可广泛应用于道路瞬态冲击响应仿真。

百吨级冲击载荷作用下道路响应复杂,影响作业成败。基于弹塑性道路有限元模型能够模拟出冲击载荷作用下道路的沉降响应,但数值计算仿真结果的准确性缺乏试验验证,同时模型参数离散性较大,难以结合工程实际确定,不同参数设置对仿真结果的准确性影响较大,难以支撑工程作业。为预示冲击载荷作用下道路响应情况,保证作业成功,选取典型道路路层结构,设计冲击载荷等效试验,研究冲击载荷作用下典型道路沉降响应特性。基于试验结果,针对典型道路各层材质选取合适的本构模型,研究通过含水率、压实度等工程参数确定黄土基层非线性本构模型参数修正方法,建立典型道路有限元模型开展仿真。从路面峰值沉降量、残余沉降量、道路表面整体沉降的几何状态三个维度对比仿真结果与试验数据,偏差在10%以内,验证了典型道路有限元模型建模方法的有效性。相关研究成果可广泛应用于道路瞬态冲击响应仿真。

The response of roads under hundred-ton-level impact loads is complex and affects the success of operations. Finite element models of elastoplastic roads can simulate road settlement responses under impact loads, but the accuracy of numerical simulation results lacks experimental validation. Additionally, model parameters exhibit significant variability, making it difficult to determine them in practical engineering applications. Different parameter settings greatly influence the accuracy of simulation results, making them difficult to support engineering operations. To predict the road response under impact loads and ensure operational success, this study selects a typical road layer structure and designs equivalent impact load tests to investigate the settlement response patterns of typical roads under impact loads. Based on experimental findings, appropriate constitutive models are selected for typical materials in each layer of the typical road. Methods are developed to adjust the nonlinear constitutive model parameters of loess subgrade through engineering parameters such as moisture content and compaction degree. A finite element model of the typical road is established for simulation. The simulation results are compared with experimental data in three dimensions: peak pavement settlement, residual settlement, and the geometric state of overall road surface settlement. The deviations are within 10%, verifying the effectiveness of the finite element modeling approach for typical roads. The related research results can be widely used in road transient impact response simulation.

日常使用工况中,由于起重作业或其他特种作业等原因,道路受到冲击载荷作用,载荷量级达百吨级。道路受到冲击载荷的作用,产生明显的塑性沉降变形与结构破坏,情况严重时可能会影响设备稳定性,导致作业无法进行。为确保顺利完成作业,需要开展冲击载荷作用下道路动态沉降仿真分析,预示道路沉降响应,支撑作业实施。
目前,面向冲击载荷作用下道路沉降响应仿真需求,一般采用数值模拟的方法,建立道路模型,施加冲击载荷,研究道路整体沉降响应。冯锦艳等1基于分层总和法,在不考虑载荷作用过程的情况下计算低等级沥青路面的整体沉降,周晓和等2基于脆性开裂模型重点研究了冲击载荷作用下沥青面层的破坏与开裂过程,林钦栋等3采用基于离散元与有限元耦合的显式数值分析方法,通过模型模拟冲击载荷作用下道路全时程沉降,从不同维度探索了冲击载荷作用下道路的响应情况。
百吨级冲击载荷作用下,道路沉降响应复杂,理论分析与数值计算难以反映结果的准确性,需要开展等效试验进行验证。同时,受季节变换、局部降雨等影响,道路模型参数离散性大,经验取值与实际情况偏差较大,致使仿真结果无法有效预示实际情况。本文针对冲击载荷作用下典型道路有限元模型建模方法展开研究,确定典型道路结构,设计冲击载荷等效试验,获取试验数据,分析典型道路结构各层材质在冲击载荷下的动态响应特性,构建各层材质的本构模型。根据材质本构模型参数的实际物理意义,结合道路含水率、压实度,引入模型参数修正方法,确定模型参数,建立能够反映冲击载荷下道路沉降响应的典型道路有限元模型。依托典型道路有限元模型,开展冲击载荷下的仿真计算,对比分析仿真结果与试验数据,验证本文提出的典型道路有限元模型建模方法的有效性。
根据道路路面材质,等级公路可划分为水泥道路与沥青道路两种。水泥道路采用水泥混凝土铺筑路面,属于典型刚性路面;沥青道路采用沥青混凝土作为路面,是一种柔性路面。冲击载荷作用下,水泥混凝土路面的刚度、抗弯强度强于沥青混凝土路面,有利于载荷传递与扩散,水泥道路整体承载能力一般大于沥青道路。为研究等级公路承载能力边界,选取沥青道路开展有限元模型建模方法研究。
沥青道路路层结构主要包括土基层、铺筑基层和沥青面层。铺筑基层通常将石灰土、级配碎石等材料覆盖在压实土基层上形成,铺筑基层上方铺设沥青面层,形成整体沥青道路结构。典型低等级单面层沥青道路的道路结构包含压实土基层、石灰土基层(铺筑基层)、沥青面层,涵盖了沥青道路的主要路层结构。本文将以该典型低等级单面层沥青道路作为对象展开研究,该典型低等级单面层沥青道路结构如表1所示。
基于低等级单面层沥青道路,采用一种半径为0.75 m的圆形气囊装置,固定在试验道路上方,通过控制气囊内部气体压力变化,开展冲击载荷等效试验。按照表1中低等级单面层沥青道路典型道路结构铺筑沥青道路,道路长度3 m,宽度3 m,道路前后、左右两侧建设挡土结构。黄土土质结构松散,具有湿陷性,试验道路以黄土作为压实土基层,土基层厚度为2 m,2 m以下为原状土。通过开展黄土材料级试验,确定试验黄土基层最佳含水率为16.8%,塑限17.6%,液限29.4%。参照《公路路基设计规范JTG D30—2015》4,控制黄土基层的压实度为94%,平均含水率为17%。采用式(1)计算试验黄土基层稠度ωc,其中ωl表示黄土液限,ωp表示黄土塑限,ω表示黄土实际含水率,以平均含水率代替,通过计算得到试验黄土基层的稠度为1.05。

在黄土基层上依次铺设160 mm石灰土基层与45 mm沥青面层,在黄土基层与石灰土基层、石灰土基层与沥青面层的层间接合处,以及沥青面层表面预埋位移传感器,监测冲击载荷施加过程中道路各层结构位移变化情况。冲击载荷等效试验开展期间环境温度为15.8 ℃,试验过程中气囊内部气体压力曲线如图1所示,对地最大冲击载荷约为97 t。
图2展示了冲击载荷作用下试验道路的剖面变形情况。受冲击载荷作用,沥青面层在载荷作用边缘区域(A处)产生环状裂纹,黄土基层发生塑性变形(B处),道路整体向下沉降,形成永久弯沉盆。采用水准仪测量试验前后气囊下方道路各点位的高程差,将数据处理后获取气囊下方道路弯沉盆信息,计算得到试验后载荷中心处道面最大残余沉降量为253 mm。
道路各层位移传感器的数据变化如表2所示。在冲击载荷作用下,沥青道路整体结构发生塑性变形,载荷中心位置道面产生约253 mm的残余沉降。试验前后沥青面层厚度无明显变化,石灰土基层厚度由160 mm压缩至144 mm,土基层发生沉降约237 mm。黄土基层受到冲击压缩产生塑性变形,约占试验道路整体沉降的93.7%,石灰土基层塑性变形约占试验道路整体沉降的6.3%,冲击载荷作用下试验沥青道路沉降主要由黄土基层的塑性变形产生。同时,根据位移传感器测试数据,冲击载荷消失后,道路整体产生约14 mm的向上回弹量。
百吨级冲击载荷作用下道路发生塑性沉降,常规道路多层连续弹性体系无法适用。为模拟冲击载荷作用下典型沥青道路的沉降响应现象,本节在多层连续体系的基础上,研究黄土、石灰土、沥青等沥青道路典型材质本构模型,确定典型道路材质本构模型。
沥青道路受到冲击载荷的作用,压力首先作用于沥青表层,并通过石灰土基层向下传递至土基层,土基层受到压应力作用。当土基层受到的压应力超过其弹性承载极限时,就会表现出无法恢复的压缩屈服现象5,形成塑性沉降。目前,道路行业中常用多孔介质弹性模型、MC模型、DP模型、线弹性模型等弹性、塑性模型针对土基层的力学现象开展仿真计算。土基层采用弹性模型开展仿真,无法模拟塑性变形行为。塑性模型中,MC模型、DP模型等由于本构模型局限性,无法反映土基层受压导致的屈服现象。为模拟具有凝聚力的土基层在压力作用下的屈服现象,采用修正DP帽盖模型,引入压缩屈服力学本构,能够反映土基层的大体积应变,土基层不同本构模型特性如表3所示6
根据表3中土基层不同本构模型特性比较,修正DP帽盖模型、临界状态塑性模型都能够模拟冲击载荷作用下土基层的塑性变形现象。沥青道路在冲击载荷作用下的塑性变形行为计算是典型的非线性动力学问题,在ABAQUS中,需采用Explicit模块进行模拟。考虑计算方法与土基层本构模型特点,采用修正DP帽盖模型模拟土基层在冲击载荷作用下的塑性变形行为。修正DP帽盖模型的屈服面包含两部分,分别为剪切失效面Fs、帽盖屈服面Fc,如图3所示。同时,在FsFc之间,ABAQUS采用渐变曲线Ft光滑连接。

在π平面上,DP屈服面Fs为圆形或椭圆形。在ABAQUS/Explicit中,屈服面Fs为圆形,表达式为5

式中 R为控制盖形状的材料参数;α为定义屈服面平移的一个小值(通常为0.01~0.05);pa代表体积非弹性应变驱动硬化/软化的演化参数。
为使屈服面光滑,在线性剪切失效面和帽盖曲面之间加入一个过渡曲面Ft,其表达式为5

在修正DP帽盖有限元仿真模型中,需要给定的参数包括土体弹性模量E,内聚力d,内摩擦角β以及土体的硬化曲线等相关内容。根据相关研究结果,影响冲击载荷作用下道路沉降最主要的因素是土基强度7,有限元仿真中对模拟冲击载荷作用下道路土基层塑性沉降有较大影响的参数主要为土基层弹性模量E和土基层强度参数dβ,因此重点针对土基层弹性模量、强度参数进行修正,其余参数通过查阅相关标准文件确定。
典型低等级单面层沥青道路路面结构中,冲击载荷作用下,石灰土基层产生一定的塑性变形,变形量在整个路面结构变形中占比为6.3%。MC模型是基于Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则开发的经典塑性模型,常用于仿真分析岩土工程中单调加载的材料响应问题,对分析冲击载荷作用下石灰土层的压缩变形具有适用性。为反映冲击载荷下石灰土基层的塑性变形,在弹性阶段采用线弹性模型、塑性阶段采用MC塑性模型表征石灰土的力学特性。
Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则由库伦于1773年提出,在岩土工程中应用广泛,该准则反映出作用在某一截面上的剪应力和正应力满足表达式(6)时,材料发生屈服。

式中 c表示道路中石灰土层的黏聚力;φ表示石灰土层的内摩擦角,二者可由主应力表示为

Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则在应力空间中为一个六棱锥体表面,如图4所示。
冲击载荷作用在低等级单面层沥青道路,沥青面层压缩变形很小,厚度基本上不发生变化,但在冲击区域外侧出现环状裂纹。分析认为,沥青层的作用主要是扩散冲击载荷对道路的应力。冲击载荷作用下,沥青面层局部位置应力超过劈裂强度时,沥青面层发生脆性断裂,因此采用添加脆性断裂的线弹性模型模拟沥青面层在冲击载荷作用下的力学特性。
1.3节试验测试数据表明,冲击载荷作用下,沥青道路沉降主要由土基层的塑性变形产生。同时,影响冲击载荷作用下道路沉降最主要的因素是土基层强度6。本节重点研究典型道路有限元模型中黄土基层弹性模量、强度参数的修正与确定方法。
土体弹性模量具有较大的离散性,受土的类型影响较大。在陕西等黄土地区,土体静态弹性模量参数E0确定方法如式(8)所示9

式中 K表示路基土的压实度;ωc表示路基土的稠度。
在冲击载荷作用下,路面发生瞬时塑性沉降,土基采用动态弹性模量更能拟合真实路面的动态响应过程。国内学者的研究表明,土基动态模量均值约为承载板的静态模量均值的2~3倍10,同时参照美国《AASHTO设计指南》,将土基设计静态模量乘以3得到土基层的动态弹性模量Em
Em=3×E0
土体的强度是土体力学性质好坏的直接表现,而土体的强度主要表现为土体的抗剪强度。在修正DP帽盖模型中,土体抗剪强度主要由土体的黏聚力c、内摩擦角β两个参数表示。因此通过调研相关资料,结合土力学原理,研究含水率、压实度对土基层黏聚力、内摩擦角的影响。
陕西地区黄土是黏土的一种,根据现有研究成果11-12,黄土地区路基黏聚力与压实度、含水率的关系分别如式(10)式(11)所示:

综合考虑含水率与压实度对黄土路基黏聚力的影响,黄土路基黏聚力表达公式为

由于含水率对黏聚力影响较大,对内摩擦角影响较小14,内摩擦角主要受压实度影响,将式(13)式(14)合并考虑,结合不同压实度、含水率下陕西黄土内摩擦角的实际测量结果,压实度对内摩擦角的影响系数取值范围按照0.7~0.9进行取值,含水率对内摩擦角的影响系数相应在0.3~0.1范围内取值。本文综合考虑含水率与压实度对黄土路基内摩擦角的影响,压实度对内摩擦角的影响系数取0.7,含水率对内摩擦角的影响系数取0.3,获得黄土路基内摩擦角表达式为

在不同的道路环境下,确定路基含水率与压实度,而后计算土基层弹性模量、黏聚力、内摩擦角等力学参数,确定典型道路有限元模型参数。
按照冲击载荷等效试验,采用典型道路有限元模型开展仿真计算。在冲击载荷等效试验中,场地长3 m,宽3 m,有效建设深度约2.205 m,2.205 m以下为道路原状土。在典型道路有限元模型中,道路模型大小与场地长、宽一致,模型深度约2.205 m,其中沥青面层厚度为45 mm,石灰土基层厚度160 mm,黄土基层厚度2 000 mm。仿真过程中在沥青面层圆形区域内施加压力曲线,压力曲线与图1保持一致,模拟实际过程中试验道路地面受到圆形气囊冲击载荷。典型道路有限元仿真模型如图5所示。
在典型道路有限元模型中,模型4个侧面对称约束,模拟试验道路四周挡土结构对道路的约束作用,模型底面固支约束,模拟道路底部约束情况,确保仿真模型与冲击等效试验过程中道路边界条件一致。
试验道路中黄土基层的压实度为94%,稠度为1.05,根据式(8)计算黄土基层静态弹性模量大小为

根据式(9)计算黄土基层的动态弹性模量:
60×3=180 MPa
结合式(12)式(15),综合考虑含水率与压实度对土体黏聚力、内摩擦角的影响,通过黄土基层的含水率、压实度,计算确定黏聚力、内摩擦角。试验过程中黄土基层的压实度为94%,平均含水率为17%,最终确定仿真中黄土土基内摩擦角为28.1°,黏聚力为13.9 kPa。试验道路黄土基层本构模型参数如表4所示。
在使用弹塑性模型表征石灰土层力学特性过程中,弹性本构需要定义石灰土层的弹性模量和泊松比,塑性本构需要定义石灰土的内摩擦角和黏聚力。参考《公路沥青路面设计规范JTG D50—2017》15,确定石灰土基层模型参数如表5所示。
沥青面层弹性模量、泊松比采用《公路沥青路面设计规范JTG D50—2017》15中给出的推荐值,确定沥青面层弹性模量与泊松比。冲击载荷等效试验期间环境温度为15.8 ℃,沥青面层劈裂强度取15 ℃下的推荐值1.5 MPa。沥青面层模型参数如表6所示。
基于4.1节建立的典型道路有限元模型,设置道路各层模型参数,0~2 s为施加重力,2~4 s在沥青路面圆形区域内按照图1中的压力曲线施加冲击载荷。提取冲击载荷中心处道路垂向位移时程曲线,如图6所示。
冲击载荷作用下,评价道路能否支撑开展作业的主要指标为道路路面峰值沉降量和载荷消失后道路路面的残余沉降量1,其中道路路面峰值沉降量是残余沉降量与道路回弹量的总和。分析道路位移时程曲线仿真结果,2 s时刻重力步平衡后,道路绝对高度为-15.65 mm,3 s冲击载荷最大时刻,道路绝对高度为-267.3 mm,4 s时刻施加冲击载荷后,道路绝对高度为-250.70 mm,计算得出载荷中心道面最大残余沉降量仿真结果为235.05 mm,回弹变形量为16.60 mm。对比仿真结果与试验数据,如表7所示,在路面峰值沉降量、残余沉降量两个维度上,仿真模型计算结果与试验测量数据偏差分别为5.75%、7.09%,仿真结果与试验数据基本一致,验证了典型道路有限元模型的准确性。
提取冲击载荷作用区域道路水平直线上各点的垂直位移,绘制冲击载荷作用下道路仿真模型表面弯沉盆,与冲击载荷等效试验获取的道路真实弯沉盆比对分析,如图7所示。在道路表面整体沉降的几何维度上,基于典型道路有限元模型开展的仿真结果中道路表面的沉降现象与冲击载荷等效试验中道路沉降现象基本一致,在冲击载荷作用中心区域道路表面产生最大沉降,由载荷中心区域沿水平方向向外,道路表面沉降逐渐减小,验证了本文提出的典型道路有限元模型建模方法的有效性。
本文开展冲击载荷作用下典型道路有限元模型建模方法研究。以典型低等级单面层沥青道路为研究对象,通过气囊装置设计冲击载荷等效试验,获取冲击载荷作用下典型道路沉降响应特性。基于道路沉降响应特性,确定典型道路各层材质本构模型。冲击载荷作用下影响道路沉降最主要的因素是土基强度,通过黄土基层含水率、压实度等工程参数研究其本构模型中反映土基强度相关参数的修正方法。建立典型道路有限元模型开展仿真,从路面峰值沉降量、残余沉降量、道路表面整体沉降的几何状态三个维度对比试验数据与仿真结果,偏差均在10%以内,验证了本文提出的典型道路有限元模型建模方法的有效性,相关研究成果可广泛应用于道路瞬态冲击响应仿真中。
