In response to the requirements for rapid resilience reconstruction of C2 in group equipment, research on resilient C2 technologies for group equipment in complex dynamic environments is conducted. Addressing the challenges of task execution and group topology recovery in the command process of group equipment, a collaborative reconstruction mechanism for group command is developed through leveraging task decomposition and topology segmentation. Focusing on the state deviation of group members caused by internal and external disturbances, an adaptive task-state disturbance rejection control algorithm is designed for group equipment under strong interference conditions. Aiming at the secure handling of abnormal nodes, a security resilience regulation method which focusing on information screening of abnormal nodes is proposed. Finally, a multi-level resilient command and control reconstruction and strategy framework for group equipment has been established, supporting resilient command and control of group equipment in highly dynamic, strongly disturbed, and multi-domain scenarios.

面向群组装备的指挥控制快速韧性重构需求,开展动态环境下群组装备韧性指挥控制技术研究。针对群组装备指挥过程的任务和群组拓扑恢复问题,构建基于任务分解和拓扑分割的群组指挥协同重构机制;针对内外部扰动引发的群组成员状态偏移问题,设计强干扰条件下的群组装备自适应任务状态抗扰控制算法;针对异常节点的安全处置问题,提出针对异常节点信息筛除的群组装备安全韧性调控方法。最终形成了群组装备多层级韧性指挥控制重构与控制策略,支撑群组装备在高动态、强扰动、多空间场景下的韧性指挥控制。

面向群组装备的指挥控制快速韧性重构需求,开展动态环境下群组装备韧性指挥控制技术研究。针对群组装备指挥过程的任务和群组拓扑恢复问题,构建基于任务分解和拓扑分割的群组指挥协同重构机制;针对内外部扰动引发的群组成员状态偏移问题,设计强干扰条件下的群组装备自适应任务状态抗扰控制算法;针对异常节点的安全处置问题,提出针对异常节点信息筛除的群组装备安全韧性调控方法。最终形成了群组装备多层级韧性指挥控制重构与控制策略,支撑群组装备在高动态、强扰动、多空间场景下的韧性指挥控制。

In response to the requirements for rapid resilience reconstruction of C2 in group equipment, research on resilient C2 technologies for group equipment in complex dynamic environments is conducted. Addressing the challenges of task execution and group topology recovery in the command process of group equipment, a collaborative reconstruction mechanism for group command is developed through leveraging task decomposition and topology segmentation. Focusing on the state deviation of group members caused by internal and external disturbances, an adaptive task-state disturbance rejection control algorithm is designed for group equipment under strong interference conditions. Aiming at the secure handling of abnormal nodes, a security resilience regulation method which focusing on information screening of abnormal nodes is proposed. Finally, a multi-level resilient command and control reconstruction and strategy framework for group equipment has been established, supporting resilient command and control of group equipment in highly dynamic, strongly disturbed, and multi-domain scenarios.

韧性是系统(群组)在受扰动时所具有的抵抗功能损失并逐渐恢复的能力,群组装备的韧性指挥控制能够提高群组装备的指挥控制对动态对抗条件的适应能力。然而,群组装备的局部异常情况,包括节点故障、功能退化、结构拓扑失效等内部扰动,以及任务变化、对抗干扰、蓄意破坏等外部扰动,可能使群组装备的指挥链路断开,降低任务执行效率,甚至导致顶层任务失败,其韧性指挥控制能力决定了动态环境下装备抗毁和恢复的能力,决定了装备作战效能的实现程度。
当前,针对群组装备韧性指挥控制的研究仍停留在定性研究阶段,亟须开展面向动态条件的群组装备韧性指挥控制技术研究,构建群组装备任务指挥重构调度策略和自适应协同任务状态抗扰控制方法,以提高群组装备在节点受损情况下的快速重构恢复能力,支撑装备动态环境应对能力的生成和提高。
群组装备快速韧性重构与控制机理是当前群组装备韧性指挥控制的关键问题。群组装备韧性指控技术的现有研究主要集中在群组装备任务重构方法、扰动传播防控方法和扰动控制方法3个方面。
群组装备受到强信息扰动时易出现节点失效的情况,任务重构是群组装备稳定执行任务的重要途径。在部分节点丢失后,从任务分解层面对群组进行任务重构是实现韧性指挥的有效方法。
现有研究从任务特性和执行器属性之间的关系研究任务分解算法,如彭亚飞等1基于功能和任务的二元需求关系建立任务与功能背景列表,通过对任务层次化结构的建模,实现任务分解;Jiang等2指定序列子任务之间的正向质量依赖关系,提出垂直任务分解模型。除此之外,李俊杰等3提出一种基于故障树的任务分解方法,利用故障树最小割集的性质,实现对复杂诊断任务的分解;Woo等4采用强化学习模型对非平稳马尔科夫决策模型进行训练,从而实现任务分解和持续优化。
综上,现有研究大部分是针对固定任务和固定执行节点群组,相关算法缺乏鲁棒性,对装备群组组成复杂、失效模式多、扰动传播快等问题的适应性较差。因此,亟须研究适用于复杂群组装备的具有强鲁棒性的动态任务分解方法。
群组网络拓扑扰动传播防控的目的在于控制扰动的传播,并对其进行恢复。群组装备扰动传播的弹性过程如图1所示,包括扰动抵御、扰动传播、扰动防控、扰动恢复等阶段,最终重新回到一个相对稳定的状态。
现有研究主要从网络拓扑分析和优化的角度进行扰动传播防控与动态重构。群组装备网络拓扑弹性增强主要包括关键要素增强、节点恢复和添加链路等方法5。Wang等6基于超网络和OODA环建立任务链路模型,并从信息传输效率和网络结构鲁棒性角度对指挥控制网络抗毁性进行分析。孟乐等7基于装备系统的弹性度量和节点装备的重要度,提出了系统弹性恢复策略。徐任杰等8构建了一种基于装备体系韧性的作战网络链路重要度评估模型。动态重构是典型的群组装备扰动传播防控与弹性恢复策略。Si等9面向复杂工程系统或体系研究了可重构系统的组件重要度,分析了当组件可靠性改变时系统的最优结构与配置。Sun等10利用杀伤链方法,建立基于群组装备的协同重构模型,对无人群组装备弹性进行分析。Tran等11通过随机重构链接冗余节点来增强指挥控制装备体系的弹性。
综上,现有研究主要面向网络拓扑结构提出不同方面的扰动传播防控与协同重构方法,缺乏面向群组装备的多层级耦合扰动传播防控方法研究,同时,还缺乏对扰动事中适应和事后恢复的有效方法。因此,亟须研究群组装备韧性重构方法,以实现装备群组在内外部干扰下的韧性指挥调度。
针对群组装备弹性控制问题,现有研究主要通过设计扰动观测器来补偿扰动,以减少未知扰动对控制的影响。如He等12利用扰动观测器和基于自适应增益的神经网络协同反馈控制,解决了机器人在未知扰动影响下的协同控制问题;Wang等13采用非线性扰动观测器对未知外部扰动进行估计。同时,一些学者从控制策略的角度研究了多智能体受到有界攻击时的控制问题。如钱月14提出同构多智能体系统弹性一致性控制和异构系统完全分布式自适应双边弹性一致性控制策略;崔萌等15研究了线性多智能体系统在受到DoS攻击时进行故障状态下的弹性最优协同容错控制方法。
综上,现有研究对弹性控制方法的研究主要分为扰动观测器补偿和控制策略抑制有界扰动两方面,要求扰动的动态已知或具有较小上界,难以适用于强扰动条件下的群组装备,因此,亟须开展针对群组装备的任务状态一致性跟踪控制方法的研究,实现群组装备的韧性抗扰控制。
本文立足于当前装备建设的发展现状,在充分研究群组装备指挥控制模式、流程和作战保障过程的基础上,考虑群组装备指挥控制过程的扰动时变性,从群组任务指挥重构调度、状态抗扰控制和安全韧性控制3个方面开展研究,群组装备韧性指挥控制研究架构框如图2所示。
针对群组装备面临的不同类型和强度的内外部扰动(包括通信干扰、蓄意打击、装备故障或降级等),在群组装备节点丢失、拓扑损伤等情形下,通过节点资源和任务的指挥调度,重构群组装备的任务分解和资源匹配关系,在指挥层面实现群组装备的协同重构。
按照任务连接关系的稀疏和紧密程度,将群组装备分为多个簇,每个簇内部的联系较紧密,簇之间的联系较稀疏,以表示不同指挥层级的组织关系。通过上述分析,从群组装备耦合拓扑和任务的角度给出4类重构策略。
重构策略1:簇内重构,当簇内节点失效,同一团簇内同类节点可进行协同重构,该策略允许群组装备的降级使用,使群组保持在任务基线之上。
重构策略2:簇间重构,当团簇i内节点vi失效,相邻团簇同类节点可通过中继节点进行协同,该策略允许群组装备的降级使用,使群组保持在任务基线之上。
重构策略3:当节点vi失效,可通过修复或新增节点进行重构,使群组恢复至完好状态,但该策略需要消耗额外资源与费用。
重构策略1—3为基于规则的群组动态重构策略,如图3所示。
重构策略4:本文提出基于任务时序逻辑的群组任务重构,根据顶层任务和战场态势变化,利用实时在线任务规划对装备群组拓扑结构进行调整,形成新的群组任务网络,以保障扰动情形下群组装备任务的完成。
针对各节点无法单独对顶层的群组任务进行理解和执行,采用扩展分层次任务网络分解算法,将顶层任务分解为各节点能够单独完成的任务单元。从群组装备顶层任务的时序和任务逻辑两个维度上定义任务集合T=Tiji=1,2,3,,m;j=1,2,3,,nij表示任务逻辑层级和时序维度,任务分解规划定义为P=I,W,D,其中,I表示战场态势的初始状态,W表示任务网络,D表示规划域知识。
设定任务分解的标准为g,当g=1时,任务Tij为复合任务,还需要进一步分解,当g=0时表示任务Tij为元任务,不需要进一步分解,任务分解的标准是任务分解停止的依据。依据时间约束φt对第一层待分解任务排序,并分配任务序号j,根据任务序号j顺序选择任务执行分解流程,基于任务时序逻辑的群组装备任务指挥重构算法流程如图4所示。
最后,从群组装备拓扑结构设计角度出发,分析不同重构策略下耦合网络拓扑结构的演化情况,并利用复杂网络理论与蒙特卡洛仿真对各重构策略下的重组网络进行仿真评价,形成最佳群组任务指挥调度重构策略。
群组装备分布式状态抗扰控制用于提高群组装备对节点扰动的自适应控制能力,实现在扰动下保持群组节点间通信及任务协同状态、任务执行进程与计划进程的一致性,在控制层面实现群组装备的抗扰动鲁棒性。
对于群组装备,状态鲁棒控制的目的是在通信拓扑时变、扰动有界的情况下,使群组在状态控制层面实现任务执行过程与任务计划的一致性,且系统在所设计的反馈控制律下可在给定扰动情形下保持一致,即系统稳定且H范数在某个界限内。
群组装备的任务切换、新增、取消和执行等过程可用时变拓扑图表示,即G(t)=(V,E(t),A(t)),边集E(t)和邻接矩阵A(t)可根据群组装备的指挥关系和失效情况实时变化。假设群组有N个装备节点,第i个节点带扰动的动力学模型可以由以下非线性模型表示:

非线性函数由装备状态fi确定,di为第i个装备受到的扰动,扰动有界,存在常数δi使得diδi。第i个装备与其他装备协同任务的时序计划用xi*(t)表示,当对ij1,2,,Nxi(t)-xi*(t)=xj(t)-xj*(t)时,认为群组实现了任务的一致跟踪控制。
为实现上述任务进程的一致跟踪控制,引入外部无干扰时装备群组状态的控制律:

如果zi(t)=0,说明群组实现了任务进程的一致性控制。取z(t)=z1T,z1T,,zNTTd(t)=d1T,d1T,,dNTT,群组装备对外界干扰的抵抗作用可由从外部干扰到被控输出的传递函数矩阵H范数来量化确定。相应的H范数为

定义群组的误差为

本文采用协同控制器实现群组的任务状态扰动控制。协同控制器设计可以采用自适应的鲁棒控制,并引入σ的修正项克服满足匹配条件的有界扰动,保证任务执行状态的误差有界性。自适应的鲁棒任务状态一致性控制协议如下:

式中 ci(t)为自适应参数,设定初值ci(t)1ϕi为正的常数;ρi是与误差相关的光滑函数;KΓ根据群组误差稳定的条件确定。
为实现群组装备的韧性抗扰调控,本文构建基于邻居信息筛除机制的群组装备异常节点隔离方法,并利用拓扑图鲁棒理论建立该方法下群组装备的安全韧性调控方法。从捷变拓扑的鲁棒性视角,建立时变拓扑的联合鲁棒性理论框架,并基于此提出群组装备的安全韧性调控方法。
对群组装备的时变通信拓扑G(t)=(V,E(t),A(t)),利用联合拓扑图的概念,即要求存在一个有界时间间隔的无穷序列{[tj,tj+1)},使得每个时间间隔上的联合拓扑图包含有向生成树,提出联合r鲁棒的定义为:对节点集V中任意两个非空不相交子集,存在一个有界时间间隔的无穷序列{[tj,tj+1)},使得每个时间间隔上都至少有一个时刻,上述两个节点子集中存在一个节点,其在自身子集之外有不少于r个相邻节点。基于抽屉原理,建立时变拓扑联合r鲁棒性的等价条件。在此基础上进一步提出时变拓扑联合(r,s)鲁棒性的定义为:对节点集V中任意两个非空不相交子集,都存在一个有界时间间隔的无穷序列{[tj,tj+1)},使得每个时间间隔上,有一子集的每个节点都在某一时刻在自身子集之外有不少于r个相邻节点,或者这两个子集中存在某个时刻在自身子集之外有不少于r个相邻节点数量之和不小于s。利用抽屉原理建立时变拓扑联合(r,s)鲁棒收敛性的充分必要条件,并研究其与传统的联合包含有向生成树概念的联系,从而构建完整的时变拓扑联合鲁棒性理论框架。
在上述基于邻居信息筛除机制的群组装备分布式协同控制下,利用时变拓扑的联合鲁棒性质,提出群组装备实现韧性指挥控制的充分必要条件在于时变通信拓扑图满足联合(F+1,F+1)鲁棒性,从而对故障群组节点进行快速隔离。最后,从通信拓扑的角度出发,提出群组装备在内外干扰下的异常节点隔离与相关等价性原理,从而建立群组装备异常节点安全韧性调控方法。
基于群组装备韧性指挥控制技术研究成果,完成了指挥编组构建工具开发,并已经应用于相关项目演示验证试验中,能够基于装备的实时状态、位置、任务信息、路网信息等,完成群组任务初始编组、角色分配、指挥通信链路需求生成,并在任务过程中针对节点异常进行编组重构,可以推广至各种指挥控制系统应用。
在典型演示验证试验场景下,指挥编组构建工具可针对包含300个装备节点的装备群组完成指挥编组快速构建和实时重构。在装备群组中设置30个装备节点作为指挥节点使用,具备与上级通信接收任务的能力。装备群组中所有装备节点的状态信息均随机生成。指挥编组构建工具可按状态信息和任务输入进行指挥编组初始规划,在任务过程中,随机触发3个指挥节点失效退出任务,指挥编组构建工具可按照实时状态信息进行指挥编组重构,保持各节点任务下发和状态上报信息畅通。
本文以构建和提升群组装备状态评估与快速韧性重构能力为目标,提出了综合考虑高动态、强扰动、多空间耦合等群组装备特点的任务重构策略和扰动传播防控方法。基于任务分解和拓扑分割的群组指挥协同重构机制,可对重组网络进行有效评价。基于自适应协同的群组装备分布式任务状态抗扰控制方法,可有效控制任务状态扰动、减小状态误差。基于拓扑联合鲁棒理论的异常节点安全韧性调控方法,可对故障群组节点进行快速隔离。通过在群组任务指挥重构调度、状态抗扰控制和安全韧性控制三个方面协同优化,从而有效提高群组装备在指挥控制、装备保障、任务保障、机动部署等各个运用环节的抗毁顽存能力。
