Currently, in fuze two levels of environmental force arming, high dynamic overload is often used as one insurance element. Generally, one arming method is used of the inertia mass block's movement trip under trajectory overload. Mass blocks are limited by mechanical movement and are difficult to integrate in fuze systems, and is poor in testability. A scheme based on MEMS sensor technology is proposed and designed to arm the fuze. The principle, composition, function of the system, software workflow and the test and verify situation are introduced. This method has a wide scope of use can improve the flexibility of fuze systems and is easy to system integration.

当前在引信环境力敏感中,常使用高动态环境下过载作为一级动作要素,通常以惯性模块在过载加速度下的运动行程来作为一级动作使用,惯性模块受限于机械运动,在电气系统中不易集成、可测试性较差。针对以上问题提出并设计了一种基于微机电系统(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System, MEMS)传感器技术,实现引信高动态环境下的动作,介绍了MEMS过载识别系统原理、组成及功能、软件工作流程及地面试验验证情况。试验结果表明,该环境力识别方式适用范围广,可以显著提升引信系统设计灵活性,易于系统集成。

当前在引信环境力敏感中,常使用高动态环境下过载作为一级动作要素,通常以惯性模块在过载加速度下的运动行程来作为一级动作使用,惯性模块受限于机械运动,在电气系统中不易集成、可测试性较差。针对以上问题提出并设计了一种基于微机电系统(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System, MEMS)传感器技术,实现引信高动态环境下的动作,介绍了MEMS过载识别系统原理、组成及功能、软件工作流程及地面试验验证情况。试验结果表明,该环境力识别方式适用范围广,可以显著提升引信系统设计灵活性,易于系统集成。

Currently, in fuze two levels of environmental force arming, high dynamic overload is often used as one insurance element. Generally, one arming method is used of the inertia mass block's movement trip under trajectory overload. Mass blocks are limited by mechanical movement and are difficult to integrate in fuze systems, and is poor in testability. A scheme based on MEMS sensor technology is proposed and designed to arm the fuze. The principle, composition, function of the system, software workflow and the test and verify situation are introduced. This method has a wide scope of use can improve the flexibility of fuze systems and is easy to system integration.

随着微电子、微机电系统(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System, MEMS)、芯片集成技术的进步, 引信系统也向小型化、一体化方向发展, 以求最大化提高引信的安全性、可靠性及可测试性水平, 提高引战配合效率。近几年中国MEMS技术在引信领域中的应用, 尤其是在引信安全保险系统中的应用已经成为引信研究的一个重要方向[1-4]
引信安全与解除保险部分功能用于敏感飞行器飞行过程中两级不同环境力, 机电引信中一般使用惯性模块在飞行器飞行中某一加速度下的运动行程来解除保险控制, 但惯性模块在引信系统中可测试性较差, 不易集成使用[5]
利用MEMS加速度传感器, 通过相关电路设计, 能够代替机械惯性块, 实现加速度开关的小型化、固态化。本文在某电气系统研制中, 利用MEMS加速度传感器敏感弹道高动态环境, 通过和控制电路进行集成, 能够根据不同弹道过载阈值实现解除保险安全控制, 提高了引信系统设计的灵活性和可靠性。
安全控制器作为远程控制终端, 和弹载飞控机采用CAN总线接口进行信息及指令交互。安全控制器主要由DSP处理器电路、一级动作电路、状态监测电路、供配电电路、火工品电路、RS422接口电路、 MEMS传感器采集电路、CAN接口电路等组成。设备原理见图1
硬件电路以TI公司的TMS320F28335芯片为控制核心,加速度传感器采用美国COLIBRYS公司生产的MEMS加速度传感器VS系列产品,量程为$\pm {10}\mathrm{g}$, 灵敏度为${200}\mathrm{{mV}}/\mathrm{g}$,分辨率小于${0.6}\mathrm{{mg}}$,工作带宽为${2400}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$。设计了2路RS422接口与安全机构和测距模块进行数据交互。与弹载飞控机通信设计了CAN接口电路,通信速率为${500}\mathrm{{kbit}}/\mathrm{s}$
一级动作电路通过敏感飞行中某种环境力形式给出, 通过3路光电耦合器隔离采样, 实现冗余识别, 在DSP程序中采用表决方式对一级信号进行判决, 满足一级动作条件时, 控制一级火工品电路动作, 驱动安全机构拔销器拔销, 解除安全机构电雷管火工品的一级隔离。
MEMS加速度传感器输出的信号无法被DSP直接采样, 其输出信号需经过调理电路、低通滤波电路、 高精度运放电路和限幅控制电路后, 进入AD采样电
路。MEMS信号调理电路组成如图2所示。
传感器信号经信号调理电路限幅控制后, 进入DSP芯片AD模块采集, DSP片内自带16通道、 12位ADC采集模块,最高采样速率为${12.5}\mathrm{{MHz}}$
滤波电路采用十阶线性相位(贝塞尔)滤波器, 相位失真小, 理论上信号频率为1.5倍截止频率时信号衰减为${57}\mathrm{\;{dB}},2$倍截止频率时为${60}\mathrm{\;{dB}},6$倍截止频率时超过${80}\mathrm{\;{dB}}$。线性相位滤波器LTC1569采用单电源供电$+ 5\mathrm{\;V}$供电,输入信号范围${V}_{\mathrm{p}- \mathrm{p}}= {3.6}\mathrm{\;V}$,加速度敏感单元输出信号范围为${0.5}\sim {4.5}\mathrm{\;V}$,需通过高精度调理电路, 以满足LTC1569输入信号范围。
该滤波电路如图3所示,图3中电阻R5用于设置LTC1569的低通截止频率, R7、R8、C7、C3用于设置二阶低通滤波电路的截止频率,$\mathrm{R}6$$\mathrm{R}7$用于调节放大倍数。
该滤波器直流偏置误差小$\left({\pm 8\mathrm{{mV}}\text{之内}}\right)$,能满足信号输出精度和一致性的要求。但是输出信号会附加开关噪声, 设计中采用二阶无限增益低通滤波电路以滤除LTC1569自身产生的噪声,截止频率选为${50}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$。采用二阶无限增益低通滤波电路后,输出信号反相,采用反相电路使信号恢复至原始相位。
为满足模拟信号输出范围和对应的特定过载值的设计要求, 对滤波输出的信号进行减法调理, 减去MEMS敏感头输出信号中的基准偏置电压, 并对其放大处理,使输出电压量程为$0 \sim {2.5}\mathrm{\;V}$。运放电路原理如图4所示。为保证输出模拟信号2% 的精度, 各级调理电路均采用高精度电阻。
安全控制器软件采用模块化设计,采用$\mathrm{C}$语言和汇编混合编程,程序运行于TMS320F28335芯片中。 程序采用分层化设计, 分为硬件物理层、总线接口层和功能层3个层级。3个层级逐级调用, 底层硬件变动不影响顶层软件调用关系, 分层封装使软件功能架构清晰, 便于各模块扩展, 易于软件升级。
软件整体架构如图5所示。
a)硬件物理层用于对DSP硬件各外设寄存器进行配置和操作, 对芯片内部RAM和Flash存储空间进行地址分配, 实现各硬件外设的控制操作和状态读取, 硬件物理层分为系统时钟管理、SCI串口读写与中断操作、GPIO读写控制、ADC采集、CAN配置与读写、定时器中断、外部中断处理等, 将对底层硬件操作封装为若干功能函数供总线接口层调用。
b)总线接口层包括RS422总线操作和CAN总线操作, 422总线分别用于与测距模块和安全机构的串口通信, CAN总线用于与弹载飞控机进行数据交互, 422总线接口实现了串口标准帧组帧、CRC校验、数据区填充与提取、帧头帧尾识别等操作。RS422串口波特率为${115200}\mathrm{{bit}}/\mathrm{s}$,奇校验,全双工模式。CAN采用中断方式,波特率为${500}\mathrm{{kbit}}/\mathrm{s}$,半双工模式。 CAN总线接口层实现了时序指令提取、读缓冲区和写缓冲区数据读写、指令响应处理等功能, 其中对硬件的操作通过调用物理层各功能函数进行。
c)功能层实现流程和时序控制, 根据全弹飞行时序编写, 接收弹载飞控机时序指令, 实现与系统内各设备自检、装订、时序指令识别、周期性遥测数据刷新、错误数据处理重试、MEMS采集、数据滤波与拟合、各逻辑控制等操作。
整个软件流程见图6。需要注意的是在未完成硬件配置初始化情况下,顶层软件无法调用底层函数, 此时无法响应外部指令,配置过程大致需${150}\mathrm{\;{ms}}$
MEMS数据采集在一级条件满足后开始执行, 在飞行器飞行中法向过载变化较大时, 通过滑窗方式, 在每一个采集窗口期$\mathrm{T}0$,通过$\mathrm{{AD}}$中断方式连续采集$N$个电压值,将电压数据缓存进DSP内部RAM,对数据做如下处理:
a)去掉采集数据中明显过大、过小数据, 剔除AD电压野值;
b)对去掉野值后的数据进行均值处理, 求出平均值;
c)在该时间窗内,如果均值大于某一阈值${a}_{0}$, 记该均值为${a}_{1}$
d)开启下一时间窗采集周期,重复步骤$\mathrm{a}\sim \mathrm{c}$, 若满足步骤$\mathrm{c}$,则记录该均值为${a}_{2}$,否则舍弃${a}_{1}$${a}_{2}$, 重新开启下一采集时间窗;
e)继续进行重复步骤$\mathrm{a}\sim \mathrm{c}$,若满足步骤$\mathrm{c}$,则记录该均值为${a}_{3}$,否则舍弃${a}_{1}\text{、}{a}_{2}\text{、}{a}_{3}$,重新开启下一采集时间窗。
当且仅当${a}_{3}> {a}_{2}> {a}_{1}> {a}_{0}$时,认为过载满足二级动作条件, DSP程序控制GPIO口完成二级动作操作, 驱动相应火工品动作,同时将遥测数据进行更新处理。
MEMS数据采集处理流程见图7。T0滑窗周期根据弹道过载情况可以调整。
该安全控制器在设计完成后进行了地面加速度试验和全系统电气试验, 试验中获取了MEMS加速度输出数据, 对相关数据进行了分析比对。
安全控制器在加速度实验室进行了离心标定试验, 测试现场如图8所示, 测试结果如表1所示, 可以看出MEMS实际输出过载值与理论输出过载值一致性良好,误差均在1% 范围内。
在某次全系统电气产品试验技术测量中, 内部MEMS传感器零位电压数值如图9所示, 数据均保持在${0.00}\sim {0.07}\mathrm{\;V}$,满足设计值$0 \sim {0.25}\mathrm{\;V}$要求。
该试验中, 将MEMS输出电压采集后通过CAN总线返给弹载遥测系统, 通过与弹载惯组数据比对, 可以看出MEMS输出过载曲线与惯组输出数据基本吻合, 数据一致性良好, 通过对遥测数据进行分析, 可以看出安全控制器采集过载加速度准确, 动作时刻和实际飞行情况吻合, 实现了预期功能。
基于MEMS加速度传感器敏感引信高动态环境, 实现相应控制的安全控制器已经成功应用于引信电气系统, 经试验证明MEMS传感器敏感精度高, 电路设计灵活, 能够解决惯性块装弹后不易测量问题, 易于根据不同动态环境设置对应阈值, 飞行环境适应性强, 易于实现引信系统功能集成。
随着$\mathrm{{MEMS}}$技术的日益成熟,越来越多的引信功能单元趋向于使用MEMS技术来代替机械结构件实现安全与解除保险逻辑控制, 该设计方案具有广泛的适用范围和较高的实用价值。
