Under the background of networked hypersonic weapon platforms, the research on hypersonic glide vehicles is no longer limited to the guidance methods under multiple constraint, but urgently needs to break through the technical difficulties of multiple vehicles cooperative guidance and control. Firstly, in order to lead to the necessity of research on multiple vehicles cooperative guidance and control, the development process of hypersonic glide vehicles of major military powers is summarized, and the development status and trend of multiple vehicles are analyzed. Secondly, to explore ideas for multiple hypersonic vehicles cooperative operations, the research status of formation communication maintenance control, collaborative guidance control with flight time constraint, and collaborative guidance control with flight angle constraint are summarized. Finally, the future development direction of multiple vehicles collaborative guidance and control is prospected.

在高速武器平台网络化的背景下,对于高速滑翔飞行器(以下简称“高速飞行器”)的研究不再局限于多约束下的制导方法,而是亟须破解多飞行器协同制导控制技术难题。通过总结部分军事大国研制高速飞行器的发展历程,分析了目前多飞行器协同作战的发展现状与趋势,进而引出研究多飞行器协同制导控制技术的必要性。随后分别对编队通信保持控制技术、带飞行时间约束的协同制导控制技术以及带飞行角度约束的协同制导控制技术的研究现状进行了梳理,为多高速飞行器协同作战探索解决思路,最后对多飞行器协同制导控制技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。

在高速武器平台网络化的背景下,对于高速滑翔飞行器(以下简称“高速飞行器”)的研究不再局限于多约束下的制导方法,而是亟须破解多飞行器协同制导控制技术难题。通过总结部分军事大国研制高速飞行器的发展历程,分析了目前多飞行器协同作战的发展现状与趋势,进而引出研究多飞行器协同制导控制技术的必要性。随后分别对编队通信保持控制技术、带飞行时间约束的协同制导控制技术以及带飞行角度约束的协同制导控制技术的研究现状进行了梳理,为多高速飞行器协同作战探索解决思路,最后对多飞行器协同制导控制技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。

Under the background of networked hypersonic weapon platforms, the research on hypersonic glide vehicles is no longer limited to the guidance methods under multiple constraint, but urgently needs to break through the technical difficulties of multiple vehicles cooperative guidance and control. Firstly, in order to lead to the necessity of research on multiple vehicles cooperative guidance and control, the development process of hypersonic glide vehicles of major military powers is summarized, and the development status and trend of multiple vehicles are analyzed. Secondly, to explore ideas for multiple hypersonic vehicles cooperative operations, the research status of formation communication maintenance control, collaborative guidance control with flight time constraint, and collaborative guidance control with flight angle constraint are summarized. Finally, the future development direction of multiple vehicles collaborative guidance and control is prospected.

以美国、俄罗斯为代表的军事强国积极开展高速飞行器项目研制, 其相关技术已从概念原理探索阶段深入至技术开发阶段。美国在20世纪50-60年代就启动了早期战略机动弹头研究计划, 20世纪70-90年代开展再入式高速飞行器研制[1],相关关键技术得到快速发展。进入21世纪后,美国致力于研制高速助推滑翔导弹[2],以实现不同射程的精确打击。而苏联则于1958年就开始研制再入式高速助推滑翔飞行器——图130,两年后由于技术难度过大被迫中止,20世纪80年代又通过 “4202项目” 重启了高速滑翔技术验证,先后研制了$\mathrm{{Yu}}- {70}$、71两型技术验证飞行器[3],并在充分验证高速滑翔机动技术的基础上成功实现武器化, 研制出轴对称匕首、楔形体外形的先锋两型高速滑翔导弹[4]
为应对高速武器威胁, 作战理念、对抗装备、反导防御系统不断升级, 使得传统基于单枚飞行器的打击方案愈加难以实现有效突防。针对这一问题,相关学者提出了多飞行器协同作战的概念。多飞行器协同作战是指同类或不同类飞行器根据战术任务要求, 通过信息处理、通信交互、智能决策等途径, 进行时空、功能上的协同。这种信息共享、功能互补、战术协同的新型集群策略打破了传统单飞行器以点击面的突防劣势, 相比于优化单飞行器作战效能更能满足未来作战需求, 将成为进攻型武器系统发展的必然趋势。
在高速武器平台网络化的背景下, 针对多约束下高速飞行器制导方法的研究已经相对成熟完善, 目前研究重点主要集中于突破多飞行器协同制导控制技术难题。近年来, 国内外学者已经针对传统飞行器集群协同作战开展了丰富的研究, 并积累了一定的成果。 但高速、高动态、高机动性的高速飞行器集群涉及学科门类更广, 协同作战实施的难度更大, 亟待解决的技术难点多且复杂。
多高速飞行器协同作战涉及多项关键技术,其中编队通信保持是实现协同制导、协同突防、协同探测等多项协同技术的前提与信息支撑, 协同制导控制技术是飞行器编队高效完成作战任务的核心与先决条件, 在一定程度上制约了高速飞行器的突防优势与整体作战效能的发挥, 故而本文主要针对高速飞行器集群在协同飞行中编队通信保持与协同制导控制两大重点问题开展研究。
目前协同作战以数据链技术结合各类传感器为基础, 通过构建完整的集群信息化网络体系, 支撑协同探测、协同规划等协同技术应用, 实现作战效能与实战化能力的提升。对于多飞行器协同飞行, 确保飞行器编队正常通信成为亟须解决的问题之一。对于高速、高动态、高机动性的高速飞行器编队通信保持问题, 其本质为多约束下的构型保持控制问题, 一方面受飞行器载荷限制要考虑动态飞行过程中的通信距离约束, 另一方面由于通信天线波束无法实现完整的三维覆盖, 要考虑飞行器间的通信相对角度约束。
另外多飞行器如何突破多层立体防御体系、实施有效毁伤, 是亟须解决的现实问题。其中多角度同时命中强敌目标的立体合围制导是目前较为有效的作战样式。多飞行器立体合围,一方面需利用不同发射地点等手段, 充分发挥高速飞行器的高机动性; 另一方面需要采用多方向围捕、多波次配合的协同飞行方案, 来提升整体作战的突防和打击效能, 最终支撑体系效益的发挥。对于多飞行器立体合围, 一方面要开展多枚飞行器的协同角度进入、协同到达时间的能力研究, 另一方面要开展适用于滑翔式飞行器动力学特性的编队构型保持与制导等关键技术的研究。
多高速飞行器在滑翔机动段的编队通信保持控制以及立体合围制导两大问题, 涉及的关键技术主要分为编队通信保持控制技术、带飞行时间约束的协同制导控制技术以及带飞行角度约束的协同制导控制技术, 如图1所示。
下面就近年来关于编队通信保持控制方法、带飞行时间约束的协同制导控制方法、带飞行角度约束的协同制导控制方法研究成果分别进行介绍。
目前有关多飞行器协同的研究一般是以各飞行器在动态飞行过程中保持正常通信的前提下开展的。然而在实际协同作战过程中, 受复杂多变的作战环境及不清晰的敌我态势等多重因素的影响, 飞行器间可能出现通信拓扑切换、通信距离受限及时延等情况, 影响整体作战效能的发挥。编队通信保持是实现协同制导、协同突防、协同探测等各类协同任务的基础,为其提供大量高更新率的共享信息, 因此研究多高速飞行器的通信保持控制具有重要的工程价值。
由于无人机等飞行器机体载荷存在限制, 其可携带的传感器的数量及性能有限, 从而通信距离存在极值边界, 目前主要通过控制编队相对位置协同以保持通信。李建等[5]使用改进的$\mathrm{A}$*算法不断计算,比较无人机间的距离, 建立了存在通信距离约束的多无人机协同路径规划算法, 从而使各无人机始终保持在允许的通信范围内。郑重[6]研究了航天器编队在不同境况下的通信保持控制问题: 理想情况下, 为保持航天器编队间正常通信, 设计了一种连续的相对位置协同控制器, 使航天器编队在跟踪期望参考轨迹的同时保持编队队形不变; 在考虑外界干扰与控制输入受限的情况下,设计了一种鲁棒自适应相对位置协同控制器, 同时在此基础上设计了考虑避碰的自适应队形协同控制。刘雅丽等[7]通过分析多水下爬游机器人通信距离、航程等约束,提出了一种带通信距离约束的异构水下爬游机器人集群任务分配方法。以上方法对多高速飞行器的通信距离控制研究提供了一定启示。
对于高速、高动态、高机动性的飞行器集群, 电离和黑障等现象对其编队通信保持存在较大的影响, 因此有必要考虑飞行器间通信距离约束;另外考虑到雷达、通信天线以及机体材料结构等约束,使得通信天线的波束指向范围存在限制且安装数量与位置有限,从而波束指向范围无法全方位覆盖三维空间,存在无法通信的区域, 称为通信盲区。因此设计多高速飞行器通信保持控制方案时不仅要考虑编队相对位置协同, 还需要考虑各飞行器的相对角度协同, 本质上是使得各飞行器满足时变指向约束。
目前针对高速飞行器集群, 同时考虑各飞行器间通信距离与相对角度约束的研究相对较少, 可借鉴上述领域中编队相对位置协同控制方法与相对角度协同控制方法的思路, 摸索出适合高速飞行器集群通信保持的控制方案。结合相关背景及任务需求, 对高速飞行器通信盲区分布进行简化建模, 通过判断两飞行器是否处于通视状态, 设计合理的控制策略以调整飞行器间相对距离与相对角度, 最终使得多枚高速飞行器保持实时通信。
为突破多层立体防御系统, 实现有效毁伤, 可以利用多枚高速飞行器呈多角度、多批次同时攻击单个目标, 形成饱和攻击作战样式, 以弥补单飞行器能力缺陷,大幅度提升系统突防概率与作战效能[8]。这种制导方法被称为带飞行时间约束的协同制导方法。
赵启伦等[9]率先提出了一种利用多枚导弹协同拦截高速目标的作战方案, 通过设计相应的 “领弹- 从弹”式异型导弹协同制导律证明了常规导弹协同对抗高速飞行器的可行性, 该协同制导律在固定及切换拓扑下均能实现协同拦截指定高速目标。自此启发了学界后续对多高速飞行器的协同研究, 特别是在再入滑翔段的时间协同研究。
目前针对时间约束下协同制导的研究成果较多, 但大多集中于基于质点运动学模型的多弹协同问题。 而对于欠驱动、强机动的高速飞行器集群, 其系统控制能力有限,动力学特性复杂,滑翔约束条件较多, 且采用倾斜转弯 (Bank-to-Turn, BTT) 控制难以精确控制航向角等状态量, 故而多弹时间协同制导方法无法直接应用于高速飞行器的再入时间协同制导控制。目前关于多高速飞行器时间协同制导的研究较少, 现有文献一般采用滑翔制导+协同决策的复合协同制导方法(如标准轨迹跟踪法+协同决策、预测校正法+协同决策等)或高斯伪谱、凸优化等多优化方法实现多高速飞行器的时间协同。梁子璇等[10]基于标准轨迹跟踪法, 在传统固定式方向偏差走廊的基础上设计了边界可调式走廊, 通过控制偏差走廊边界来调整高速飞行器飞行航程, 从而间接实现再入时间协同。2017年,该团队为量化高速飞行器横侧向机动强弱程度, 设计了一种基于机动系数的三维机动轨迹快速规划方法[11]。方科等[12]在多边界方向偏差走廊的基础上, 结合神经网络算法, 对走廊边界与再入时间的关系进行了拟合, 从而通过动态调节走廊边界进行时间控制, 但该方法难以获取再入总时间的可调范围,从而不易确定合理的协同再入时间。姜鹏等[13]为实现单枚高速飞行器在时间约束下的快速轨迹规划, 提出了考虑初始横向状态的边界可调式方向偏差走廊策略, 通过对各飞行器的到达时间进行能力分析, 计算出飞行器集群最大、最小到达时间, 而后根据作战任务需求确定协同时间决策。但基于标准轨迹跟踪法的时间协同制导在增大方向角偏差走廊的同时也会带来一定的终端误差。Yu[14]与Li[15]两个团队基于预测校正法直接迭代调整控制量剖面, 以达到控制各飞行器飞行时间的效果,最终实现多高速飞行器的时间协同。王肖等[16]设计了一种基于高度-速度剖面的分段多项式剖面, 通过预测调整多项式参数控制多枚高速飞行器的再入飞行时间。但该方法在求解过程中严重依赖准平衡滑翔条件, 从而在一定程度上限制了纵向机动;另外, 该方法基于大圆弧轨迹预测剩余航程, 致使高速飞行器横侧向机动程度同样有限[17-18],以上两点均不利于进攻型武器的突防。
基于预测校正法的时间协同制导通常只能满足终端位置与时间协同约束, 很难同时满足终端角度要求, 且初值选取较大程度上影响最终迭代解的收敛性。为同时满足终端角度约束, 可采用多优化方法将问题离散化后求解。赵江等[19]基于高斯伪谱法实现了多约束下高速飞行器的再入轨迹规划, 但该方法对初值选取有较高要求, 且引入时间约束后会明显提高优化计算难度, 难以保证规划求解的可行性与快速性。目前有部分学者利用模型预测静态规划(Model Predictive Statics Programming, MPSP) 算法替代了以往文献中采用的预测校正迭代过程[20]。MPSP算法通过直接求解全时段协态矢量对控制变量解进行更新迭代, 不必再对非线性动力学模型进行近似化线性处理, 故而计算精度高, 求解效率快, 但该方法仍需预设控制量以获取初始猜想解, 严重影响了作战灵活性与任务适应性。凸优化在多项式时间内求解收敛速度快,因此近年来得到广泛应用。刘哲等[21]基于改进序列凸优化算法设计了高速飞行器集群的时间协同策略,实现了各飞行器再入滑翔时间的精确控制与多飞行器在滑翔段的时间协同, 且该策略适用于不同再入作战任务。对比基于高斯伪谱法及MPSP算法的数值仿真结果, 该方法对初值的依赖程度低, 所求再入时间可调范围与伪谱法得到的仿真结果基本一致, 且求解效率更高, 规划得到的纵向轨迹更平滑。
带飞行角度约束的制导问题最早是由Kim于20世纪70年代提出的,又被称为 “攻击角度控制导引律”。根据不同的控制方法可将其分为基于比例导引的攻击角度控制导引律、基于最优控制理论的攻击角度控制导引律、基于滑模控制理论的攻击角度控制导引律、基于模型预测静态规划的攻击角度控制导引律以及基于几何理论的攻击角度控制导引律等几类。
基于比例导引的攻击角度控制导引律主要通过在传统比例导引律的基础上附加偏置项来调整其攻击角度, 最终实现飞行器以期望角度命中目标, 该方法结构简单、易于实现, 但一般只适用于攻击静止或低速目标。最初Kim等[22]设计了一种偏置项是弹目距离函数的导引律, 该导引律虽能实现飞行角度控制, 但其效能过分依赖于弹目距离。为改善这一缺陷, Erer等[23]提出了一种基于两阶段控制的偏置比例导引律, 该偏置项仅取决于导引初始条件与期望攻击角度, 但此导引律仅适用于攻击固定目标。随后该团队将上述方法改进为同样适用于攻击横纵向无机动运动目标的导引律, 但这种基于两阶段控制的偏置比例导引律在模式切换时可能带来导引指令的跳变。为解决这一问题, Lee等[24]构造了一种将攻击角度误差和剩余飞行时间的函数作为时变偏置项的导引律。为进一步消除偏置项对剩余时间的依赖,$\mathrm{{Kim}}$[25]提出了偏置项是攻击角度误差的函数的新结构, 并按指数衰减的规律引入导引系统中。
基于最优控制理论的攻击角度控制导引律本质是将带飞行角度约束的导引问题转化为最优控制问题, 其中性能指标一般选用控制总能量的加权函数。该导引律能在某种程度上实现总控制能量最优, 但其推导基于线性化模型, 适用范围有限。目前相关研究主要集中于通过选择合适的加权函数或导引参数控制飞行器在满足零脱靶量和零攻击角度误差的同时沿期望弹道飞行。王晓芳等[26]基于最优控制理论设计状态调节器, 提出了一种可以同时控制攻击角度与攻击时间的协同制导方法。
目标的机动对于导引系统而言可视为一种扰动, 而滑模控制能有效处理外界扰动对系统的影响, 因此当攻击机动目标时, 滑模控制理论是设计相应导引律的最佳选择。目前基于滑模控制的攻击角度控制导引律的研究重点在于合理设计滑模面、处理未知的目标加速度以及消除导引指令的奇异现象等[27]。该方法可实现以固定角度精确打击机动目标, 但难以保证导引指令的连续性。Kumar等[28]设计了一种能够同时满足零脱靶量与飞行角度约束的终端滑模面, 且该滑模面可实现视线角速率与视线角误差的有限时间收敛。但该方法以目标的加速度信息为输入, 滑模变量计算难度较大。为此, Xiong等[29]引入线性扩张状态观测器以实现对目标加速度的实时估计, 同时设计了一种新型非奇异终端滑模面。该方法不再依赖于目标加速度信息, 同时解决了当滑模变量收敛到零时导引律出现奇异的问题。
模型预测静态规划是一种结合预测控制思想与近似动态规划的控制理论, 可用于处理有限时间域内的带终端约束的非线性控制问题[30],其出众的计算效率使其成为解决航天领域中短周期控制问题的关键方法。带飞行角度约束的导引问题本质为有限时间域内的带终端约束的非线性控制问题, 故而该方法能够有效处理带飞行角度约束的三维导引问题, 但其基础原理为模型线性化后的最优控制, 可达角度范围有限。 国海峰等[31]成功改进模型预测静态规划算法,并应用于高速飞行器制导问题。
基于几何理论的攻击角度控制导引律主要通过分析导引过程中弹目相对几何关系, 基于某种几何原理获得满足固定攻击角度约束的弹道, 进而针对导引方程设计出相应的控制律。该导引律所需信息相对较少, 但一般只适用于静止目标, 且很难考虑到如能量最优等性能指标。Manchester等[32]基于几何原理设计了一种圆弧导引律, 可实现导弹沿圆弧运动并以指定角度精确打击目标。以上带飞行角度约束的制导方法均为多高速飞行器协同攻击强敌目标提供探索思路[33]
高速飞行器涉及总体设计、结构材料、热防护、 导航、制导与控制等多项关键技术,具有巨大的军事潜在价值, 逐步成为航空航天领域研究的热点。本文分析了多高速飞行器在滑翔机动段的编队通信保持控制与立体合围制导两大问题以及其中涉及的关键技术, 介绍了编队通信保持控制方法、带飞行时间约束的协同制导控制方法以及带飞行角度约束的协同制导控制方法的研究成果。目前, 多高速飞行器编队通信保持控制方法以及集群协同制导控制方法的研究尚处于理论阶段, 随着一些新兴控制方法以及智能算法的发展, 未来的主要研究发展方向有以下趋势:
a)基于强化学习的多约束下编队通信保持控制。
多高速飞行器编队通信保持问题本质为状态约束受限的控制问题, 约束要求为系统状态不能超过预设的边界, 即不能超过弹间通信距离阈值, 且位于可通视姿态角度区间内。故而可以将其简化为状态受限控制问题进行求解, 为高速飞行器的编队通信保持控制提供探索思路。另外在多高速飞行器协同作战过程中, 作战环境的复杂性以及敌方防御系统的多层立体化对飞行器间的通信同样具有较大的影响。而强化学习能够较好地适应未知环境, 且在与环境的反复交互过程中可通过学习策略不断优化系统性能, 从而使得指定性能指标在一定程度上达到最优。故而该方法可较好适应复杂作战环境下的多高速飞行器编队通信保持控制问题。因此, 基于强化学习的状态约束条件下的编队通信保持控制是未来应用研究的重要方向。
b)基于深度学习的多约束下在线三维轨迹规划。
高速飞行器集群在执行战术任务时会受到地貌环境、天气变化以及敏感地带等多重因素的影响。同时其独特的动力学特性、横侧向强机动性以及多飞行器间的通信距离约束与通信角度约束也是影响三维轨迹规划的重要因素。深度学习是实现人工智能的重要途径之一, 它通过组合 “低层” 特征形成更抽象的 “高层”特征, 以发现数据的分布式特征表示, 从而用简单模型解决高难问题, 因此在多约束条件下, 深度学习可用来实现在线三维轨迹规划[34],是未来多高速飞行器协同作战技术的关键研究方向之一。
未来, 随着飞行器集群不断智能化、自主化, 高速飞行器协同作战将不只局限于理论研究, 而是逐渐具备实战化的集群作战能力, 届时将成为未来的主要作战手段。
