A sea-launching ship will have complex nonlinear motion response under the environmental loads and launch impact load, which has a vital effect on the safety of rocket launching process. Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory, this paper focuses on the motion responses of a sea-launching ship under the action of wind, waves, and impact loads in different sea states. And the effects of the dynamic position system and the launch ignition time on the motion of the launch ship were investigated. The results show that the launch impact load has a great influence on the pitch motion of the ship, especially when the wind/wave direction is parallel to the ship direction. The existence of dynamic position system will increase the roll of the launch ship. And the launch ignition time can be selected at the moment when the pitch motion of the launch ship is about to reach the extreme point, so as to reduce the impact of the launch ship's motion on the rocket attitude during taking-off.

海上火箭发射船在海洋环境载荷与发射冲击载荷作用下将发生复杂的非线性运动响应,对火箭发射的安全性有着至关重要的影响。本文基于三维势流理论研究不同海况风浪与冲击载荷作用下某海上火箭发射船的运动响应特性,并分析船舶有无动力定位系统、发射点火时间的选择等因素对发射船运动特性的影响。结果表明:发射冲击载荷对船舶的纵摇运动影响较大,尤其是在风浪方向和船舶方向平行时,纵摇角较大;动力定位系统的存在会增加发射船的横摇角度;发射点火时间选择在发射船纵摇运动即将达到极值并折返的时刻,可减小发射船纵摇运动对火箭起飞姿态的影响。

海上火箭发射船在海洋环境载荷与发射冲击载荷作用下将发生复杂的非线性运动响应,对火箭发射的安全性有着至关重要的影响。本文基于三维势流理论研究不同海况风浪与冲击载荷作用下某海上火箭发射船的运动响应特性,并分析船舶有无动力定位系统、发射点火时间的选择等因素对发射船运动特性的影响。结果表明:发射冲击载荷对船舶的纵摇运动影响较大,尤其是在风浪方向和船舶方向平行时,纵摇角较大;动力定位系统的存在会增加发射船的横摇角度;发射点火时间选择在发射船纵摇运动即将达到极值并折返的时刻,可减小发射船纵摇运动对火箭起飞姿态的影响。

A sea-launching ship will have complex nonlinear motion response under the environmental loads and launch impact load, which has a vital effect on the safety of rocket launching process. Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory, this paper focuses on the motion responses of a sea-launching ship under the action of wind, waves, and impact loads in different sea states. And the effects of the dynamic position system and the launch ignition time on the motion of the launch ship were investigated. The results show that the launch impact load has a great influence on the pitch motion of the ship, especially when the wind/wave direction is parallel to the ship direction. The existence of dynamic position system will increase the roll of the launch ship. And the launch ignition time can be selected at the moment when the pitch motion of the launch ship is about to reach the extreme point, so as to reduce the impact of the launch ship's motion on the rocket attitude during taking-off.

近二十年来,世界各国对太空资源的争夺愈发激烈,火箭发射数量大幅增加。海上火箭发射因其发射点及航落区灵活可控、可满足各种轨道发射需求且应急发射能力强等优势,成为全球主要航天大国争相追逐的新型发射模式。1995年,美国、挪威、乌克兰、俄罗斯共同出资成立了海上发射公司[1](Sea Launch),该公司是世界上唯一一个能提供成熟海上发射服务的公司,共执行了36次发射任务,发射成功32次,3次失败,1次未成功。美国太空探索技术公司(SpaceX)也正改装现有海上浮式采油平台以实现海上火箭发射目标。2019、2020、2022年我国三次固体运载火箭海上发射在黄海海域顺利实施[2],三次发射均采用现有船舶(“泰瑞”号、“德渤3”号)进行适应性改造,为了不使火箭发射产生的温度对平台产生损坏,采用先弹射再点火的冷发射方式。后续我国也将研制多功能专用海上发射平台,实现固液兼容的远海热发射能力。
海上火箭热发射难度要比陆地发射大很多,需要考虑复杂的海洋环境对发射平台的影响,且在火箭发射的瞬间,火箭尾焰对发射平台会造成瞬时巨大冲击力,加剧发射船摇荡运动[3]。因此,对海上火箭发射平台运动性能的研究已成为当前海上火箭发射的迫切需求。殷金龙[4]使用双体船作为火箭发射载体模型,对平台进行了运动学和动力学分析,使用了影响系数法分析了平台运动的速度和加速度,并对平台进行了运动学仿真,结果表明平台运动可以满足技术指标。郝浩浩[5]分析了半潜式火箭发射平台的运动性能、几何参数敏感性及阻尼板对平台粘性阻尼的影响。俞俊等[6]通过对发射平台施加冲击载荷,对多种工况下发射平台运动响应进行研究,分别考察了不同冲击载荷作用、平台不同吃水、多种海况以及作用相位的影响。牛贵超[7]运用自定义函数编写定常和非定常冲击载荷,以此来模拟火箭在发射平台上发射过程中的反推力,分析了两种冲击载荷作用下海上卫星发射平台的运动响应。郑浩[8]基于计算流体力学方法研究了火箭燃气射流对海上发射平台的冲击载荷,并对发射平台运动进行了模拟分析。这些前期研究为我国海上发射平台稳定性及安全性分析提供了一定的科学依据。
海上发射船受风浪载荷、冲击载荷联合作用,其运动响应分析至关重要。风浪及冲击载荷会使发射船产生非线性摇荡运动,影响火箭飞升姿态,同时发射船自身动力定位系统产生的推力也会影响其运动。为确保发射船满足火箭发射要求同时保证安全性,本文基于三维势流理论研究了发射船在多种载荷耦合作用下的运动规律,研究内容包括火箭在不同海况及风浪方向下的运动响应,发射船动力定位系统对火箭发射过程中船体运动的影响,以及不同点火时刻火箭发射对船舶运动的影响。
为满足海上火箭发射要求,采用带有自主动力定位(Dynamic Position,DP)系统的发射船,船长105 m,型宽22 m,型深9 m,满载吃水6 m,船尾部设置2个船行进方向的推进器,艏部设有3个垂直于船行进方向的推进器。其主要参数如表1所示。
发射船运动坐标系如图1所示。坐标原点位于船舶中线面与水线面交线的中心处,x轴正向从船尾指向船首,y轴正向指向左舷,z轴正向竖直向上。
本研究中采用的某固体火箭模型基本参数见表2
为满足火箭起竖、导流的要求,将火箭布置在发射船尾部发射,并在船舶前部压载舱注入压载水以平衡由火箭重量引起的初始纵倾。考虑到横向偏心位置会对火箭发射造成不利影响,严重时可能会造成船舶倾覆,为避免这一意外发生,将火箭布置在横向中心。
发射船在火箭发射过程中受到多种载荷的作用,包括风浪载荷、冲击载荷、动力定位系统载荷等,其运动方程为
式中,M是发射船质量矩阵,A是附加质量矩阵,X分别为船体六自由度的位移矩阵、速度矩阵、加速度矩阵,C为阻尼矩阵,K为静水刚度矩阵,Fwt)为波浪力,FLt)是火箭冲击载荷,FDt)为风载荷,FPt)是DP系统恢复力。
风载荷是影响发射船运动的重要因素,发射船所受风载荷用下式计算:
式中,ρ为空气密度,ChCs分别为高度和形状系数,A为船舶受风的正投影面积,v为风速。
发射船采用三维势流理论求解波浪载荷方程。在势流理论中,流体是不可压缩、无粘性、流动无旋的理想液体,其速度势为
式中,ϕI为入射速度势,ϕD为绕射波速度势,ϕR为辐射波速度势,xyz为坐标值,t为时间。各速度势需满足Laplace方程和边界条件。
式中,nj是物面外法向单元矢量。
采用DNV_WADAM软件计算了不同浪向下海上火箭发射船一阶波浪传递函数,如图2所示。
在火箭起飞过程中,火箭尾部喷口对发射船导流槽的冲击荷载为非恒定荷载。因此,根据火箭尾部喷口冲击特点,对发射船导流槽位置施加的冲击荷载变化过程如下:点火后燃气射流对发射船的冲击荷载线性增大,火箭在发动机的推力下,逐渐脱离发射船,最大冲击荷载是在点火发射后的第3 s,大小为6000 kN;随着火箭逐渐离开发射船,火箭对发射船的冲击荷载呈线性下降,点火后第7 s,火箭尾喷对发射船冲击荷载减小为0 kN,用分段函数表示为
海上火箭发射船采用自主动力定位DP2系统,推进器产生的推力及转矩在一定程度上将影响发射船的运动,其推力T和转矩Q可以通过下式计算:
式中,KTKQ分别为推力和转矩的无量纲系数,n为推进器转速,D为螺旋桨直径,ρ为海水密度,推力和转矩系数是无量纲推进比J的函数,va为螺旋桨中心的海水的相对速度vr的轴向分量,螺旋桨中心的海水的相对速度vr可通过下式表示:
式中,vcurvorbvT分别为流速、波浪质点轨迹速度和推进器速度矢量,e是推进方向的单位矢量。
为模拟火箭真实的发射环境,考虑了不同海况下湍流风和随机波浪对发射船运动的影响,采用DNV_SIMA软件对火箭发射船进行时域运动响应分析,并对比静水、三级海况和四级海况下冲击载荷对发射船运动响应的影响。其中,波浪谱采用JONSWAP谱,风谱采用NPD谱,具体环境参数如表3所示。
在静水、三级海况、四级海况且风浪同向均沿x正方向下火箭在第50 s点火时,冲击载荷对发射船运动响应的影响如下图所示。
图3(a)可见,火箭发射前发射船垂荡加速度随海况等级越高波动越大,四级海况下最高达0.153 m/s2。冲击载荷作用期间,在静水和三级海况下的发射船垂荡加速度幅值均大幅度增加,而在四级海况下垂荡加速度幅值略有减小,究其原因是在四级海况下点火后,冲击载荷作用方向朝下,此刻发射船垂荡加速度的方向朝上,与冲击载荷作用相反,故垂荡加速度减小。冲击载荷作用结束后的第一个周期内,不同海况下的垂荡加速度均增大,在四级海况下垂荡加速度最大,可达到0.196 m/s2。经过3~4个周期变化后,各海况下发射船垂荡加速度恢复至未发射之前。由图3(b)可见,三种海况对火箭发射船横摇运动几乎没有影响,在迎浪方向下火箭点火前,发射船横摇运动是由于发射船DP系统载荷导致。由图3(c)可知,火箭点火前,海况等级越高,纵摇运动幅度越大,四级海况下发射船纵摇运动幅值最大幅度达到1.05°,若此时发射火箭将会影响火箭飞升角度。火箭点火后,在静水中发射船纵摇运动角度增大到0.454°;在三级海况下,发射船纵摇角度先减小后增加;而在四级海况下,点火后纵摇运动角度减小至0.428°。产生这种现象的原因是当原纵摇运动方向与冲击载荷方向相同时,纵摇运动角度增加,当原纵摇运动方向与冲击载荷方向相反时,纵摇运动角度则会减小。点火后三种海况下纵摇运动角度均大幅度增加,这是因为火箭离开发射船后导致船尾重量减小,发射船产生倾角。由此可见,不同海况对发射船垂荡加速度和纵摇运动影响较大,对横摇运动影响较小。
为研究风浪方向对发射船运动响应的影响,选择在三级海况下,风浪同向且方向分别为0°、45°、90°时,火箭在第50 s点火,发射船运动结果如图4所示。
图4(a)可知,火箭点火前,在风浪载荷作用下发射船垂荡加速度变化较小,冲击载荷作用期间,垂荡加速度大幅度增加,90°风浪下加速度波动最大,最高达到0.267 m/s2,0°和45°下加速度波动较小。冲击载荷作用结束后一个周期,90°风浪下发射船垂荡加速度最大可达0.304 m/s2。经过3~4周期变化后,各风浪角度下发射船垂荡加速度恢复至未发射之前。由图4(b)可知,随风浪角度增大,发射船横摇运动幅度也在增大,90°风浪下横摇运动幅度最大可达0.811°。0°风浪下冲击载荷对发射船横摇运动几乎没有影响,其原因是该方向风浪下横摇运动很小,且冲击载荷位于横向中心,所以对横摇运动几乎没有影响。由图4(c)可知,火箭点火前,90°风浪下纵摇运动幅值与0°和45°风浪方向下相比较小。冲击载荷作用期间,45°和90°风浪下纵摇运动幅值均大幅度增加,而0°风浪下纵摇运动幅值较小,其原因是点火时刻冲击载荷作用方向与原发射船纵摇运动方向相反,使得纵摇运动幅值减小。火箭点火后纵摇运动幅值均大幅度增加,在0°方向下最高可达1.73°。火箭发射后纵摇运动角度比火箭发射前大,这是因为火箭离开发射船后,发射船尾重量减小,发射船产生倾角。由此可见,风浪方向尤其是90°风浪下对发射船垂荡加速度和横摇运动影响很大,对纵摇运动影响较小。0°风浪下对发射船纵摇运动影响较大,对垂荡加速度和横摇运动影响较小。
发射船的动力定位(Dynamic Position,DP)系统载荷也会影响其运动响应,为研究DP系统对发射船响应的影响,对无DP系统的发射船,在三级海况、90°浪向下火箭在50 s时点火进行模拟,与有DP系统的发射船比较,计算结果如图5所示。
图5(a)、(c)可知,有无DP系统对发射船垂荡加速度和纵摇运动几乎没有影响,其原因在于DP系统提供的回复力仅用于使船舶横荡、纵荡及艏摇方向保持稳定,对垂荡、横摇、纵摇方向不提供回复力。由图5(b)可知,发射船有DP系统时的横摇运动要比没有DP系统时幅度大,DP系统载荷在一定程度上增大了横摇运动角度。由于在发射时冲击载荷作用在横向中心,对横摇影响较小。
发射船在风浪载荷作用下做周期性运动,火箭不同的点火时刻会对发射船产生不同影响。为研究不同点火时刻的影响,在三级海况下,风浪同向且入射角度为0°时,火箭点火时刻分别选取50 s、51 s、52 s、53 s、54 s,并以未发射时的运动曲线做参考,以此分析发射船的运动响应。图6为发射船在不同发射时刻的运动结果。
图6(a)所示,冲击载荷作用期间,第52 s点火时,发射船垂荡加速度最大可以达到0.211 m/s2,如此大的加速度会对火箭发射造成不利影响,而第54 s点火时,发射船最大垂荡加速度变为0.082 m/s2。由此可见,不同的点火时刻会影响发射船垂荡加速度最大值,产生这种现象的原因是,发射船垂荡加速度与冲击载荷作用方向两者如果同向就会增大加速度幅值,如果反向则会减小加速度幅值。冲击载荷作用结束后,发射船垂荡加速度均产生了不同程度的增大,经过2~3个周期后又恢复至初始状态。如图6(b)所示,火箭点火时刻对横摇运动影响较小,原因是冲击载荷作用位置在横向中心处,对发射船横摇运动的影响不大。由图6(c)可知,不同的点火时刻会影响纵摇运动的最大幅度,比如第50 s点火时,纵摇运动最大幅度为0.263°,而第52 s点火时,纵摇运动最大幅度则为0.65°,即点火时间不同造成冲击载荷作用期间纵摇运动的最大幅值不同。此外,火箭冲击载荷从点火到最大值需要一个过程,如果在发射船纵摇运动即将到达极值点并折返时刻点火,可以得到更好的火箭飞升姿态。冲击载荷作用结束后,纵摇运动幅值均大幅度增加,最后经过3~4个周期后变化趋于稳定,稳定后的纵摇角度大于未发射时的纵摇角度,这是因为火箭脱离发射船后,发射船因船尾重量减小,导致原来的纵倾角变大。
本文主要对某火箭海上发射船进行了水动力分析,采用动力学方程模拟分析了发射船运动,对多种工况、有无动力定位系统以及不同发射时间下船舶运动响应进行了研究,通过分析得到以下结论:(1)当风浪方向为0°时,不同海况对发射船横摇运动基本没有影响,海况等级越高对发射船垂荡加速度和纵摇运动影响越大。
(2)风浪方向为0°时对发射船纵摇运动影响较大,对垂荡加速度和横摇运动影响较小。风浪方向为90°时对发射船垂荡加速度和横摇运动影响较大,对纵摇运动影响较小。
(3)有无DP系统对发射船垂荡加速度和纵摇运动响应几乎没有影响,无DP系统载荷时发射船横摇运动会更小。
(4)不同发射时刻对发射船垂荡加速度和纵摇运动影响很大。当火箭在发射船纵摇运动即将达到极值点并折返时发射,发射船的垂荡加速度和纵摇运动幅值均较小,对火箭发射姿态影响最小。
