In general, in the calculation of the hull girder ultimate strength and the residual strength, the bilge plate should be considered as a hard corner element in Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers, but the specific conditions are not clear. In this paper, a bilge curved plate with typical geometric shape inside and outside the midship region was studied by means of the buckling capacity evaluation method and the nonlinear buckling finite element analysis method. The brief conditions in which the bilge plate can be regarded as a hard corner element in the calculation of hull girder ultimate strength and residual strength required by common structural rule were obtained.

按照共同结构规范要求,对于船舶舭部板的船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算,规定在一般情况下应将其视为硬角单元,但未明确可以将其视为硬角单元的具体条件。本文利用共同结构规范对于曲板屈曲能力的评估方法和非线性屈曲有限元分析方法,对船舯区域和船舯以外区域的典型几何形状的舭部曲板进行了研究,得到了在共同结构规范要求的船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算中,舭部板可以被视为硬角单元的简要条件。

In general, in the calculation of the hull girder ultimate strength and the residual strength, the bilge plate should be considered as a hard corner element in Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers, but the specific conditions are not clear. In this paper, a bilge curved plate with typical geometric shape inside and outside the midship region was studied by means of the buckling capacity evaluation method and the nonlinear buckling finite element analysis method. The brief conditions in which the bilge plate can be regarded as a hard corner element in the calculation of hull girder ultimate strength and residual strength required by common structural rule were obtained.

按国际船级社协会(IACS)的油船和散货船共同结构规范(CSR规范)[1]对油船和散货船进行船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算时,需要将船体梁剖面划分为三类单元:硬角单元、加强筋单元和加筋板单元。在进行船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算时各类计算单元的处理如下:(1)拉伸状态,对包括硬角单元在内的所有极限强度计算单元均使用理想弹塑性失效模式;(2)压缩状态,对于不同的单元类型给出了不同的失效模式,但总的来说,对应于硬角单元给出的是理想弹塑性失效模式,对应于其它单元给出的是各种形式的屈曲失效模式,包括梁柱屈曲、扭转屈曲、腹板屈曲和平板屈曲等。
CSR规范第5章附录2“船体梁极限能力”中明确指出,硬角单元主要是弹塑性屈服模式失效的较为强硬的单元,加强筋单元是加强筋连同其带板形成的单元,加筋板单元是上述两类单元之外部分形成的单元。CSR规范对于加强筋单元的描述是明确的,但对硬角单元的描述不甚具体,虽然在CSR规范中另外进行了举例说明,舭部、舷顶列板-甲板边板以及不处于同一平面的相交板等是典型的硬角单元,但是在具体应用中仍不太明确。就舭部板而言,虽然其在全船范围内都是曲板,但一般在船舯平行中体区域的曲率半径较船舯以外区域的曲率半径要小得多。在船舯以外区域,尤其是靠近首尾的区域,这些曲率半径通常都很大。一个曲率半径较小的曲板沿轴向受压时,也许可以认为它的失效模式是符合硬角单元的弹塑性屈服失效模式的,但随着这个曲率半径逐渐增大直至趋近于平板,显然就不能再认为它的失效模式还是弹塑性屈服,因为很有可能它是屈曲失效的,也就是说对它不能再按硬角单元进行处理了。如果一概而论,将这些舭部板统一视为硬角单元,则会高估船体梁的极限能力,这显然是不合适的。例如对一艘典型的30万吨超大型油轮进行计算,对于一个舭部无纵向加筋剖面,将舭部分别视为硬角单元和加筋板单元进行计算,得到的剖面中拱极限弯曲能力分别为3.061×107 kN·m和2.970×107 kN·m,结果相差3%;对于一个舭部纵向加筋剖面,将舭部分别视为硬角单元和加强筋单元进行计算,得到的剖面中拱极限弯曲能力分别为2.925×107 kN·m和2.887×107 kN·m,结果相差1.3%,对于典型散货船的计算也有类似差异。因此,有必要对舭部曲板在何种情况下可以被视为硬角单元的条件,比如材料屈服极限、曲率半径、板厚、跨矩、圆周角等参数的组合,进行研究以形成更明确的舭部硬角单元判断条件,这样在船体梁极限强度和残存强度的具体计算中也可以更准确地计及舭部板的强度。刘东等[2]通过试验研究证明了硬角单元随着材料屈服极限的变化亦会发生屈曲失效;付晓等[3]研究了对于曲率半径为4000~6000 mm的微曲率板在承受横向载荷时的失稳现象;郭辉等[4]研究了直边受压时的曲板极限承载力与曲率的关系;朱云翔等[5]从曲板屈曲的规范公式出发,讨论了曲板屈曲与几何参数的关系,并采用非线性有限元程序对具有不同初始缺陷的多组曲板进行了极限强度计算。以上研究均对曲板的屈曲失稳进行了讨论,并探讨了曲板屈曲失稳与材料强度、曲率半径和加载形式间的关系,但并未针对船舶舭部曲板的特定形式进行分析,或给出的对于曲板是否应归属为硬角单元的判定公式复杂,在实际应用中有所不便。本文对典型油船和散货船的舭部几何和结构特征进行分析,试图给出在实际应用范围内的简便应用公式。
CSR规范在第8章第5节中,对于曲板的屈曲能力给出了计算公式:
式中,γc为应力乘子;σaxσtgτ分别为曲板所受的轴向应力、周向应力和剪应力,单位为MPa;S为安全因子;CaxCtgCτ分别为轴向应力屈曲折减因子、周向应力屈曲折减因子和剪应力屈曲折减因子;ReH_P为板材的材料屈服极限,单位为MPa。
对于CSR规范要求的船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算,由于其仅考虑船体梁纵向应力的影响,因而对于舭部曲板,σtgτ均为0,可将上式简化为
上式表明,如果Cax <1,则屈曲临界应力将低于材料屈服极限,也就是说,结构会在屈服之前发生屈曲,反之不会。因而折减因子Cax =1是曲板结构是否会先于屈服发生屈曲的临界条件。Cax的计算如表1所示。
表中,dRtp分别为单个曲板板格的跨长、半径和板厚,为结构的参考长细度,为曲板结构的弹性屈曲参考应力。
若令,并代入λ表达式,可得出在各种条件下的λ2表达式,如表2所示。
对于油船和散货船,船舯区域的舭部板一般是处于平边线和平底线之间的曲板,因而适用于表1中表述的两边是平板的舭部板,按照表1可得λ2 ≤0.65是其屈服先于屈曲发生的临界值。将这个临界值代入表2中,可得到在不同的边长比等效条件下的屈曲临界条件,如表3所示。
典型散货船和油船舭部板的材料一般是AH32或AH36,按上表中的公式分别计算这两种材料的屈曲临界条件并绘制于图1中,其中横轴为α,纵轴为β,边长比等效条件R1、R2、R3分别对应于图中的棕色区域、蓝色区域和第一象限中的白色区域,屈曲临界曲线C1、C2、C3分别如图中所示。
对于舭部板材料ReH_P =355 MPa的情况,图1(a)中的三根屈曲临界曲线的包络为C3线,这也是对应于较大跨长时的屈曲临界线,如果使用C3线作为屈曲的判定条件,可以得出临界条件为β > 0.007 193 8。因而可以得出,如果R <139tp,则材料为AH36的船舯舭部板将不会在屈服之前发生屈曲失效。
对于舭部板材料ReH_P =315 MPa的情况,可以对图1(b)做出类似的计算,得出临界条件为β > 0.006 383 2。因而可以得出,如果R <156tp,则材料为AH32的船舯舭部板将不会在屈服之前发生屈曲失效。
对于典型散货船和油船,船舯区域舭部板的板厚多在15~25 mm之间,如果采用AH32的材料,则其半径的临界值应在2340~3900 mm之间。
对于船舯以外的区域,舭部板范围扩大,曲率半径增大,并在中间增加纵向骨材,使其不再是单个曲面板格,而是连续的曲面板格。此时的舭部板在计算折减因子C时对应于图1中的“一般情况”。因而其屈服先于屈曲发生的临界值也变为了λ ≤0.25,即λ2 ≤0.0625,这相对于船舯舭部曲板板格的临界参考长细度差距很大,也就是说,船舯以外的舭部曲板板格的屈曲能力要远低于船舯区域的舭部曲板板格的屈曲能力。
按照上节中的方法进行分析,可以得到船舯以外舭部区域曲板板格不会在屈服之前发生屈曲失效的临界条件是:对于AH36材料,其板格临界半径为13tp;对于AH32材料,其板格临界半径为15tp。而且,即使仅考虑跨长最短时的最低要求(图2(a)中的C1线),舭部曲板板格的临界半径的临界值也为53tp。实际船舶在船舯以外区域舭部的板厚一般不会超过30 mm,而舭部半径至少也在4000 mm以上,因而这些条件基本不可能满足,也就是说,船舯以外区域的舭部曲板板格会在屈服之前发生屈曲失效。
在第1章中,通过CSR规范中现有的屈曲计算方法对船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算中涉及的舭部曲板板格的屈曲能力进行了分析,考虑到方法的可靠性,可以使用非线性有限元从数值计算方面对此类结构进行验证分析。
油船和散货船的平行中体区域较长,船舯舭部区域的形状一般是1/4的圆柱壳,舭部板格的前后两端是强框架,上下两侧是舷侧平面板格和船底平面板格。
根据对5型典型的CSR船舶船舯舭部区域结构布置参数的统计结果,在实际有限元的计算中,这些参数的取值范围如表4所示。
模型边界条件如表5所示。
在非线性有限元计算时,采用结构的一阶屈曲模态作为相应的初始缺陷,缺陷幅值取为4 mm,非线性计算采用沿船长方向单向加载的方式进行。
(1)极限强度与板厚的关系
固定半径为4000 mm,板格跨长为5600 mm,板厚分别为15~20 mm,计算在轴向载荷下的极限强度(极限强度采用施加在轴向的平均压力评估,下同),计算结果如图3所示,在其它参数固定的情况下,极限强度与板厚呈正相关关系。
(2)极限强度与跨距的关系
取典型舭部半径为2000 mm,典型板厚为20 mm的情况,计算不同的板格跨长情况下的极限强度,结果如图4所示。对于一般船舶,其强框间距在5000 mm以内,极限强度的变化幅值在15 MPa以内。这是因为在分析的舭部板格跨长变化范围内,板格屈曲模态的半波数并未发生较大变化,因而其极限强度也并没有发生较明显的变化。也就是说,在典型油船和散货船舭部结构布置范围内,板格跨长对于极限强度的影响不是特别大。
(3)极限强度与舭部半径和板厚的关系
取典型舭部板格跨长3000 mm,对于16~22 mm的舭部板厚和1800~3500 mm的舭部半径,计算各种舭部板厚和舭部半径组合的极限强度,结果如图5所示。可以看出,随着舭部半径增加,极限强度总体呈分段下降趋势,在两个分段间急剧下降。
若取图5中的极限强度突降点为一个临界状态,可以得出在这个临界状态面上舭部半径和板厚的关系,如图6所示。可以看出,在这个临界状态上极限强度基本与板厚成线性关系,进而可以拟合得出线性关系式为R =100tp +900。对应于这个突降过程,其半径的变化范围在100 mm内,突降后的极限强度也在材料的屈服极限315 MPa之下,因而可以略偏于保守地将这个状态作为舭部板格极限强度处于其材料屈服极限之下的临界状态。
对比在第1章中利用CSR规范屈曲能力计算公式推导得出的AH32材料船舯舭部曲板的半径临界值156tp,两个公式在tp=16 mm时取得相同的结果,当tp>16 mm时,使用有限元分析拟合得出的临界半径公式R =100tp +900给出较小的半径值。将上述两个公式得出的临界半径值与实船的实际船舯舭部半径值对比列于表6中,可见实船的船舯舭部半径均在两个临界半径公式计算得出的临界值以内。
典型散货船和油船的舭部半径通常由船舯向首尾逐渐增大,最大的半径会达到6000~10 000 mm,典型板厚为14.5~23 mm,材料基本都为AH32。不同于船舯区域,船舯以外区域的舭部板会在中间加纵向加强筋,一般的纵向加强筋间距与其他位置的纵骨间距相同,为700~1000 mm。
虽然在同一个剖面上整个舭部区域并没有一个统一的半径,但在两个或多个相邻加强筋间的一个曲板板格范围内,可以近似认为这是一个圆弧形板。但这个板格不再如船舯舭部板是一个1/4圆弧,而是一个小于90°的一段圆弧,因而在分析船舯以外区域舭部板格时,需要考虑板格圆周角的影响。
船舯以外区域舭部板格的非线性有限元分析的边界条件和缺陷施加都使用与船舯区域舭部板格相同的条件。
非线性有限元需要对跨长、板厚、板格半径、板格圆周角几个参数的不同组合进行分析。如将跨长弧长比作为一个分析参数,可以在计算时将跨长固定取为典型的3000 mm。材料屈服极限在计算时取现有船舶均使用的315 MPa进行分析。
典型油船散货船的跨长弧长比为1~4,在这个范围内计算板厚为22 mm(另外也对板厚为18 mm的板格进行了相同的计算,结果与22 mm时的趋势是一致的)的板格的圆周角在0°~90°范围(圆周角为0°表示平板)内的极限强度,计算结果如图7所示(其中横轴arcAngle表示板格的圆周角,纵轴ultPre表示达到极限强度时相应的轴向压力)。
图7可以得出,板格圆周角较小时跨长弧长比对极限强度的影响较大,圆周角较大时跨长弧长比对极限强度的影响要比跨长弧长比较小时小得多。在圆周角大于60°时,圆周角的变化对极限强度基本没有太大影响,其极限强度与圆周角等于90°时基本相同。
本文分别使用基于规范屈曲能力计算推导公式的方法和基于非线性有限元计算回归公式的方法,对满足CSR规范的油船和散货船船舯区域和船舯以外区域的舭部曲面板格在受轴向载荷时的极限承载能力进行了分析,分析结果表明:
(1)对于船舯舭部区域在常规布置且满足R <100tp +900时不会发生屈曲失效,但在船体梁极限强度和残存强度计算时应将其视为硬角单元进行计算。
(2)对于船舯以外舭部区域,如果板格圆周角大于60°,也可以使用公式R <100tp +900作为硬角单元的判断条件,对于不满足上述要求的舭部板格,建议按照加筋板单元进行计算。
