With the rapid development of the transportation industry, ship-bridge collision accidents occur from time to time and bring about loss of life and property. Ship-bridge anticollision facilities can reduce the damage of ships while protecting the bridge structure. In view of the shortcomings of traditional steel box, such as high stiffness and unchangeable protection position, a new self-floating ship-bridge anti-collision device is designed based on gradient foam aluminum composite sandwich structure. A ship-anticollision device-bridge pier collision model considering pile-water-soil coupling effect was established by finite element software LS-DYNA. The damage characteristics of ship-anticollision device-pier under typical collision loads were studied, and the crashworthiness of anticollision device under cases with different ship speed and ship collision angle were evaluated. The results show that the anticollision device has excellent buffering and energy absorption characteristics, which can effectively reduce the peak value of collision force, prolong the collision time, reduce the damage of pier and effectively reduce the damage of bow structure.

随着交通运输业的高速发展,船-桥碰撞事故时有发生并带来相关人员生命、财产损失,船-桥防撞设施在保护桥梁结构的同时也能降低船舶的损伤。针对传统钢制套箱刚度大、防护位置固定等不足,本文基于梯形泡沫铝复合夹层结构设计自浮式新型船-桥防撞装置,通过有限元软件LS-DYNA建立考虑了桩-水-土耦合的船-防撞装置-桥墩碰撞模型,开展典型碰撞载荷作用的船-防撞装置-桥墩损伤特性研究,评估了不同的船速、船撞角度等因素下防撞装置的耐撞性能。结果表明,该防撞装置具备优异的缓冲、吸能特性,能有效降低碰撞力峰值,延长碰撞作用时间,在减小桥墩损伤的同时可以有效减小船艏结构损伤。

随着交通运输业的高速发展,船-桥碰撞事故时有发生并带来相关人员生命、财产损失,船-桥防撞设施在保护桥梁结构的同时也能降低船舶的损伤。针对传统钢制套箱刚度大、防护位置固定等不足,本文基于梯形泡沫铝复合夹层结构设计自浮式新型船-桥防撞装置,通过有限元软件LS-DYNA建立考虑了桩-水-土耦合的船-防撞装置-桥墩碰撞模型,开展典型碰撞载荷作用的船-防撞装置-桥墩损伤特性研究,评估了不同的船速、船撞角度等因素下防撞装置的耐撞性能。结果表明,该防撞装置具备优异的缓冲、吸能特性,能有效降低碰撞力峰值,延长碰撞作用时间,在减小桥墩损伤的同时可以有效减小船艏结构损伤。

With the rapid development of the transportation industry, ship-bridge collision accidents occur from time to time and bring about loss of life and property. Ship-bridge anticollision facilities can reduce the damage of ships while protecting the bridge structure. In view of the shortcomings of traditional steel box, such as high stiffness and unchangeable protection position, a new self-floating ship-bridge anti-collision device is designed based on gradient foam aluminum composite sandwich structure. A ship-anticollision device-bridge pier collision model considering pile-water-soil coupling effect was established by finite element software LS-DYNA. The damage characteristics of ship-anticollision device-pier under typical collision loads were studied, and the crashworthiness of anticollision device under cases with different ship speed and ship collision angle were evaluated. The results show that the anticollision device has excellent buffering and energy absorption characteristics, which can effectively reduce the peak value of collision force, prolong the collision time, reduce the damage of pier and effectively reduce the damage of bow structure.

船舶与桥梁的桥墩碰撞(简称船-桥碰撞)是一种复杂的非线性动态响应过程,它具有非常明显的动力特性[1]。船-桥相撞往往会导致桥梁和船舶结构严重受损,对相关人员生命和财产安全构成巨大风险。根据美国州级公路与运输官员协会(AASHTO)[2]的数据,从1960年到2002年,船舶碰撞导致全球31座主要桥梁倒塌,造成342人死亡。1959年至2008年,中国武汉长江大桥发生了近100起船舶与桥梁碰撞事故[3]。因此,有必要多方面考虑船桥碰撞场景的特点,开展新型防撞装置的设计以及船-防撞装置-桥梁碰撞损伤特性研究,这对指导船舶、桥梁、防撞装置结构的设计具有实际意义。
船舶碰撞的研究方法主要有试验法、简化解析方法和非线性有限元法[4]。Brink-Kjer等[5]对船-防撞人工岛碰撞过程开展了缩尺试验,其结果表明,建立防撞人工岛可显著降低传递给桥墩的水平力。虽然通过试验法可以直接得到船-防撞设施碰撞过程的各项数据,但是试验的成本高、耗时长。Kim等[6]曾采用简化动力的方法,分析了船舶与桥墩碰撞角度等不确定因素对重力式防撞墩耐撞性能的影响,结果表明,在防撞设施的安全设计中考虑碰撞角度等不确定因素,会显著降低船桥碰撞的风险。然而,简单能量或等效静力分析的方法普遍忽略了船-防撞设施碰撞时的动力相互作用特点以及损伤变形模式等,而实际上在二者的动力相互作用下双方均存在能量耗散,因此为了更加合理地开展防撞结构设计,需要分析船-防撞结构碰撞动力相互作用及损伤变形特性。近年来,我国广泛运用套箱式护舷防撞设施[7-9],并且主要采用目前发展较为成熟的非线性有限元技术来进行分析,这种数值计算方法能够较为准确地模拟船舶与套箱式等防撞结构的相互作用过程,可以有效分析船-防撞结构-桥墩结构损伤特性。许明财等[10]通过LS-DYNA有限元软件,对Y形夹层结构形式的船桥碰撞防护装置进行了耐撞性能及结构损伤特性研究,结果表明,相比于传统的钢制套箱,新型夹层结构具有更好的耐撞性,具有良好的防撞效果。此外,泡沫铝材料[11]作为新型轻质抗碰撞材料具有缓冲、吸能等特性,被广泛应用于防撞装置的填充材料。其中,泡沫铝复合夹层板在海工结构物防护领域中的研究越来越受到重视。赵鑫磊等[12]为了提升海上风机的耐撞性能,设计了泡沫铝夹芯板结构防护装置,采用LS-DYNA模拟船舶与海上风机碰撞过程,结果表明,泡沫铝夹芯板能显著降低海上风机的结构损伤。此外,泡沫铝复合夹层板在舰船防护领域同样具备较好的应用前景[13]。然而,在桥梁等大型水中构筑物的防护领域中,泡沫铝复合夹层结构防撞装置的研究较少。因此,具备轻质、缓冲、吸能特性的新型泡沫铝复合夹层结构的套箱式护舷碰撞防护装置,亟待进一步研究。
本文通过LS-DYNA软件建立考虑了桩-水-土耦合的船舶-防撞装置-桥墩的碰撞数值模型,设计梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层结构的新型防撞装置,通过与模型试验的对比,验证针对梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层结构材料碰撞模型的有效性,在此基础上开展典型碰撞载荷作用下的船-防撞装置-桥墩损伤特性研究,评估不同的船速、船撞角度等因素下防撞装置的耐撞性能。
本文设计的基于梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层板的新型防撞装置如图1所示,该防撞装置由76个模块化箱体组成,单个箱体封闭后可实现自浮,箱体顶盖可拆卸,采用注水压载或者金属块配重等形式使各箱体吃水相同。浮箱外壁材料为304不锈钢,内部耗能填充元件选择具备强缓冲、高吸能属性的泡沫铝材料。防撞装置采用装配式模块化设计,分为3种箱体:梯形防撞箱、连接箱和侧壁防撞箱(如图1(b)所示)。梯形防撞箱的单个箱体为厚度13 mm、纵桥向最大长度1.2 m、最小长度0.4 m、横桥向最大长度0.4 m的梯形薄壁空间结构,用泡沫铝材料相间填充于其空腔。连接箱可根据被保护桥墩尺寸来调整箱体尺寸与其他两种箱体连接,箱体厚度和梯形防撞箱保持一致。侧壁防撞箱单个箱体的长为1.1-1.2 m,宽为0.4 m,高为2.5 m,厚度为13 mm。
LS-DYNA中的S-ALE耦合算法能同步计算结构的损伤变形及船体/防撞装置外流体的作用,如图2所示,这种算法可以使结构和流体网格重叠,能克服单元严重畸变引起的数值计算困难,并实现流体-结构耦合的动态分析,有较高的计算效率和精度[14]
在这里引入相对速度w,定义w=v-u,式中v为物质速度,u为网格的速度,S-ALE算法的控制方程可以由下列守恒方程给定。

船桥碰撞动力学方程[15]可以表示为
式中,M为质量矩阵,C为阻尼矩阵,K为刚度矩阵,为加速度向量,为速度向量,x为位移向量,Fext为负载。
本文采用S-ALE算法建立流体参数化模型,总尺寸为70 m×30 m×8 m,单元类型为ALE单元,选择*MAT_NULL材料模型,通过状态方程分别表征空气和水的流体力学参量的函数关系[16],空气和水的相关参数见表1。为了更准确、真实地模拟船-防撞装置-桥碰撞过程中的流体特征,在耦合流体和固体单元的同时,需要对流体进行静水压力和体积初始化,以得到准确的水压力。由于重力作用,水层存在初始静水压力,导致压力振动随深度增大。因此,必须设置初始阻尼以减小振动,临界质量加权阻尼系数为300 N⋅s/m。另外,船体内需要填充空气ALE材料组,以防止船体出现渗漏问题,从而保证计算的准确性。由于远离碰撞区水域几乎不受碰撞过程产生的作用力影响,因此通过*BOUNDARY_SPC_SET设定无反射边界条件来模拟无限区域水体,如图3(a)所示。
撞击船以一艘1000DWT内河船舶为代表船型建立有限元模型,船舶主尺度见表2。有限元模型中的外板、甲板、舱壁等构件单元类型为SHELL163,纵骨、肋骨等内部构件单位类型为BEAM161,艏部加密区网格大小为0.05 m,非加密区网格大小为0.2-0.3 m,共计72 073个单元。船体采用*MAT_PIECEWISE_LINEAR_PLASTICITY材料模型,表2中材料参数及Q235真实应力应变曲线[17]作为仿真输入,并通过Cowper-Symonds本构方程考虑其应变率,取C=40,P=5[17]
针对图1防撞装置结构尺寸参数建立有限元模型,碰撞区域网格做加密处理,大小为0.05 m,其余大小为0.1 m,网格数量为339 305个,表3给出了有限元模型参数。由于船-防撞装置相撞是瞬时动力响应的过程,因此单个箱体之间以及泡沫铝填充物/阻尼元件与不锈钢箱体之间共节点耦合,不考虑单个构件之间相对滑移滞后的现象[18],忽略螺栓的连接作用。另外,除表3给出的基本材料参数外,还需要将图4图5分别给出的304不锈钢[19-20]、泡沫铝材料[21]真实应力应变曲线作为仿真输入。
根据该桥梁实际地质资料,本文对桥墩桩基周围河床以下27 m内的四层土体进行建模,土体选择*MAT_DRUCKER_PRAGER材料模型,单元类型为SOLID164,网格大小为0.4 m,单元数为61 415个。桩-土相互作用通过面面自动接触算法定义,摩擦系数为0.45[22-23]。通过*BOUNDARY_SPC_SET关键字对土体四周沿法线方向约束,底部固定约束,如图3(b)所示。土体材料参数见表4[22-23]
本文对某公路桥主通航孔桥墩建立有限元模型,网格大小为0.1 m,数量为554 308个,材料模型及参数见表5。另外,通过Cowper-Symonds本构方程考虑钢筋材料应变率,取C=40,P=5[17]。混凝土采用CSCM模型[24-25],混凝土失效通过*MAT_ADD_EROSION关键字来实现,失效应变为0.15[26-27]。考虑到碰撞时间很短,钢筋与混凝土之间通常采用完全粘结,因此采用*CONSTRAINED_BEAM_IN_SOLID耦合二者的相互作用。此外,通过对上部结构重量估算,在墩顶施加的恒载为1.81 MPa。
船舶与防撞装置之间预留碰撞距离为0.03 m,船-防撞装置、防撞装置泡沫铝阻尼元件-桥墩均通过面面自动接触算法实现相互作用,动、静摩擦系数均为0.3[28]。船-防撞装置-桥墩碰撞场景有限元模型如图6所示,船-桥碰撞场景除未考虑防撞装置外,其余均不变。
为了验证本文建立的数值模型的有效性,本文参照文献[21]所述梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层板落锤碰撞试验进行数值模拟,分析梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层结构的横向碰撞行为,其有限元模型如图7所示。在上述模型中,泡沫铝填充物、落锤单元类型为SOLID164,上下面板、芯层、夹具单元类型为SHELL163,模型中SHELL163单元已显示厚度。上下面板、芯层及泡沫铝填充物与2.3节防撞装置有限元模型材料参数保持一致。由于碰撞过程中,锤头及夹具未发生变形,因此采用*MAT_RIGID刚体材料模型,弹性模量为210 GP,泊松比为0.3,并通过调整材料密度把锤头质量控制为13.268 kg。实体单元和壳单元的网格尺寸均为1 mm,整体有限元模型总共118 632个单元。
有限元计算工况的碰撞参数设定与文献[21]的试验加载方案保持一致,考虑到碰撞时间短,上下面板、泡沫铝填充物及芯层之间采用共节点耦合,上下夹具与上下面板之间为绑扎接触,锤头与夹层板之间的碰撞采用面面自动接触,动、静摩擦系数均为0.3。
损伤变形模式、碰撞力、塑性变形等指标可以反映夹层板结构碰撞损伤特性[29-30]。因此,本文通过这三种参量的对比,来验证数值仿真方法的可行性。
图8给出了碰撞高度为20 mm,夹层板试件产生最大塑性变形时破坏形态的试验结果[21]和本文仿真结果的对比情况。由图可知,发生破坏的部位主要集中在试件的中心区域,破坏模式大致相同。由于上下夹具的约束对称,试件的破坏也大致对称。上面板以局部变形为主,边缘区域均没有大变形现象出现。波纹芯层均出现了不同程度的压缩,中心区域呈明显的“M形”破坏模式。下面板中心区域略微出现塑性变形,这主要是由于芯层的挤压作用导致的。泡沫铝填充物靠近中心区域出现严重压缩变形,远离中心区域压缩变形不明显。因此,通过数值方法可以有效地表征该结构的损伤变形模式。
图9(a)给出了试验[21]与本文仿真工况的碰撞力时程曲线,两者碰撞力时程曲线的趋势大致相同,且碰撞力峰值的相对误差在6.6%左右,相应的数值详见表6。产生这种误差的原因主要是由于碰撞载荷产生后,试验中泡沫铝填充材料出现了部分压溃失效现象,而仿真中未考虑其失效。图9(b)为数值计算的上、下面板中心区域位移时程曲线,可以看到,上面板位移量明显大于下面板,这是由于芯层和泡沫铝填充物吸收了大多数碰撞产生的能量,上面板塑性段变形量为8.84 mm,与试验所得的8.8 mm相对误差仅为0.45%;下面板塑性变形的仿真值为1.95 mm,与试验值1.85 mm相对误差为5.4%,误差也算相对较小。总体而言,碰撞力模拟曲线在数值大小和变化规律上均与试验曲线接近,因此利用本文的数值模型研究梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层结构在碰撞荷载作用下的结构响应是可行的。
从安全方面考虑,船舶迎面正撞桥墩/防撞装置为横桥向最不利工况,因此取船撞速度为5 m/s,碰撞角度为90°的撞击工况作为典型碰撞场景。
图1011给出了在有/无防撞装置下,碰撞力达到最大时刻的船艏结构应力和塑性应变云图。整体上看,船体损伤均集中在艏部撞击区域,塑性变形主要发生在艏部外板、横纵舱壁以及甲板附近,球鼻艏外板出现明显损伤,主要表现为压溃失效现象,具有明显的局部性,有/无防撞装置工况下艏部最大撞深分别为0.300 m/0.782 m,显然防撞装置有效降低了船艏的损伤。图12为各构件吸能曲线,可以看到两种工况下艏部外板在压溃过程中均为主要吸能构件,其次是连接外板的纵舱壁、横舱壁及甲板,其他构件吸收的能量较小,但是两种工况下船艏总能量有较大差异,这主要是因为在碰撞过程中防撞装置吸收了较多能量。图1314分别给出了船速的时程曲线和碰撞力时程曲线,由于船艏结构在碰撞过程中发生破坏,撞击力时程曲线均呈现出多个波峰、波谷,具有较强的非线性波动特性,有/无防撞装置时碰撞力峰值分别为9.279 MN、17.514 MN,换言之,在加装防撞装置之后,碰撞力降低了47.02%,且延长了碰撞作用时间。碰撞发生一段时间之后,碰撞力降低至零,这是由于船舶动能逐步转化为内能,船速逐渐下降,撞击船即将反弹远离桥墩/防撞装置。因此,该防撞装置具有优越的吸能、缓冲特性,可以有效降低船体损伤。
图15给出了碰撞结束时刻防撞装置的应力、应变云图。整体上看,最大应力和应变主要集中在碰撞区域,具有明显的局部性。除了迎撞面部分箱体出现了较为严重的损伤之外,箱体与桥墩之间的泡沫铝阻尼元件也有较为严重的压缩变形,其余箱体损伤程度并不明显,因此只需要及时更换部分受损的箱体即可。图16~17为该防撞装置各部分吸能及最大撞深的时程曲线,可以看到,防撞装置整体吸收了9.612 MJ的能量,其中迎/背撞面防撞箱、泡沫铝填充/阻尼元件吸收了主要能量,调整箱及侧壁防撞箱吸能较少,防撞装置塑性段最大撞深达到了1.057 m,撞击区域三层箱体均出现了较为严重的损伤。
图18(a)、(b)给出了碰撞力达到最大时刻无防撞装置工况下桥墩整体的应力、应变云图。由图可知,船-桥相撞产生的最大应力主要集中在碰撞周围、结构交接处区域,具有明显的局部性,撞击产生的裂纹也由撞击区域向墩身方向延展。桥墩混凝土局部最大应力为35.26 MPa,并且出现了部分弯剪破坏,这是由于承台与墩身、承台交接部位结构较为薄弱,船舶撞击后,薄弱位置达到了失效应变,因此桥墩需要安装防撞装置,避免桥梁因受撞击发生垮塌造成重大人员伤亡及经济损失。图18(c)、(d)为安装防撞装置之后碰撞力达到最大时刻应力应变云图,可以看到应力主要分布于泡沫铝阻尼元件与桥墩接触区域,桥墩整体应力仅为1.358 MPa,且未出现塑性变形。因此,该防撞装置可以明显降低桥墩的损伤。
本文基于AIS数据从而获得准确的船舶航行参数分布情况[31],包括船撞速度、偏航角度等。据统计,该流域船舶偏航角度大概率分布在60°~90°之间,桥区通航船舶的速度大概率分布在2~5 m/s。因此本文选取60°、75°、90°三种碰撞角度,2、3、4、5 m/s四种碰撞速度,组合共计12种工况,对设计的防撞装置性能进一步分析和评估,船撞的角度如图19所示。由规范可知,防船撞力计算公式[32]
式中,F为设防船撞力,单位为MN;M为满载排水量,单位为t;V为船舶撞击速度,单位为m/s。
表7给出了不同船撞速度下该规范规定的设防船撞力大小。
图20~21分别给出了船撞速度为5 m/s时,有/无防撞装置的工况在不同船撞角度下的碰撞力时程曲线和船艏最大撞深曲线,相应的性能指标对比如表8所示。总体上看,船撞速度相同的状态下,在60°-90°船撞角度区间内,相比于无防护的工况,加装防撞装置后碰撞力峰值降低了43%-53%,碰撞时船艏产生的最大撞深也降低了61%-79%,因此该防撞装置在不同船撞角度下的性能均表现良好。
图22~23为90°船撞角度时,不同船撞速度下的碰撞力时程曲线(5 m/s工况船撞力时程曲线见图13)和船艏最大撞深曲线,相应的性能指标对比如表8所示。总体上看,船撞角度相同的状态下,在2-5 m/s船撞速度区间内,相比于无防护的工况,防撞装置由于其优良的耐撞性能,峰值碰撞力降低了47%-68%,且碰撞力峰值也均低于规范规定的设防船撞力,船艏最大撞深也降低了至少61.7%,各项指标均表现优异,尤其在2-3 m/s速度区间内,船艏未发生明显损伤。近年来,国内外学者针对船-桥碰撞问题设计了新型船桥防撞装置,如钢-UHPC防撞结构[33]、新型柔性防撞装置[34]和Y形夹层结构[10],这些新型撞击保护装置与无防护工况相比,最大碰撞力分别减少了40%-50%、56%和40.2%,对比上述数据可知,本文提出的基于梯形泡沫铝复合夹层结构设计的新型船桥防撞装置与上述新型撞击保护装置相比,其耐撞性能更优(最大碰撞力可降低47%-68%)。
本文建立了考虑桩-水-土耦合的船桥碰撞有限元分析方法,设计了梯形泡沫铝复合夹层结构防撞装置,验证了梯形波纹泡沫铝复合夹层结构材料碰撞数值模型的有效性,研究和分析了典型碰撞载荷作用下的船-防撞装置-桥墩损伤特性,评估了不同船速、船撞角度等因素下防撞装置的耐撞性能,得到以下结论:
(1)本文设计的防撞装置安装简易、便于后期维护。该防撞装置具有可模块化生产、高效现场安装、耐腐蚀性能较好、维护成本较低、更换方便的特点,可为轻质多功能防护结构的设计提供一定的参考价值。
(2)该防撞装置具有良好的耐撞、吸能、缓冲特性。设置防撞装置后,能有效延长碰撞持续时间、降低碰撞力峰值和船艏撞深,在不同船撞角度和速度下,撞击力峰值能有效降低43%-68%,船艏撞深至少降低61.7%。
(3)该防撞装置可以有效降低船舶和桥墩的直接损伤。在最不利工况中,安装防撞装置的桥墩在碰撞载荷作用下未发生塑性变形,同时与无防撞装置的工况相比,船舶艏部压溃程度明显降低,可以有效提高船舶和桥墩结构的安全系数。
(4)有限元分析结果表明,设置防撞装置后,船舶正撞工况下的船撞力远小于规范中的设防船撞力,碰撞角度越小,不仅船撞力明显减小,船艏损伤也越小,且防撞装置碰撞损伤变形和破坏主要集中在撞击区域,非碰撞区域损伤不明显,重复利用率高。泡沫铝填充材料优异的性能决定了新型防撞装置较好的防撞耗能能力,低密度则使得该复合结构具有较轻的重量。
