The soft yoke mooring system is one of the main mooring methods of FPSO. The motion state of the mooring system under the combined action of wind and wave and other environmental loads shows the dynamic characteristics of high aggregation of multiple degrees of freedom and modal mixing. In this paper, in view of the traditional clustering algorithm that cannot obtain the characteristics of small clusters characterizing extreme operating conditions, a BCALoD clustering algorithm based monitoring data extraction method for soft yoke mooring systems was proposed for compression and dynamical analysis of the massive data. The clustering results show that the cluster centers of multiple data clusters correspond to the mooring attitude under normal operating conditions, but the cluster centers of relatively few data clusters contain not only the mooring attitude under extreme operating conditions but also the mooring attitude under normal operating conditions. The horizontal and vertical mooring forces were calculated for each clustering condition by extracting the time course data of each clustering center based on the original data and combining with the multibody dynamic modelling of soft yoke mooring system. The results of the force analysis based on the clustering show that the mooring forces of the clustered normal and extreme conditions are as expected, and that the extreme force states under the normal behavior of the mooring attitude are found in particular, which characterize the inadequacy of the design consideration of the soft yoke mooring system. It is shown that the clustering method in this paper has the ability to effectively extract the dangerous conditions of the soft yoke mooring system, and that it is important to pay attention not only to the forces in extreme attitudes, but also to the extreme forces generated by the coupling of attitude motion.

软刚臂单点系泊系统是浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)的主要系泊方式之一,在风浪等环境载荷联合作用下,系泊系统的运动状态呈现出多自由度的高聚集度和模态混叠的动力学特征。本文针对传统聚类算法无法获得表征极端工况小聚类簇特征的难点,提出一种基于局部密度双向聚类算法(BCALoD)的软刚臂系泊系统的监测数据特征提取方法,对海量数据进行压缩和动力学分析。聚类结果表明:多数据簇聚类中心与普通工况下的系泊姿态对应,但是少数据簇聚类中心不仅含有极端工况下的系泊姿态,还含有普通工况下的系泊姿态。根据原始数据提取各聚类中心的时程数据,结合软钢臂单点多体动力学模型,计算各聚类工况下水平和垂直系泊力。基于聚类后的受力分析结果表明:聚类出的普通工况和极端工况的系泊力符合预期,尤其是发现了在系泊姿态正常行为下的极端受力状态,表征出软刚臂设计考虑的不足。表明本文聚类方法具有有效地提取软刚臂系泊系统危险工况的能力,分析结果显示不仅要重视极端姿态下的受力,还要关注姿态运动耦合产生的极端力。

软刚臂单点系泊系统是浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)的主要系泊方式之一,在风浪等环境载荷联合作用下,系泊系统的运动状态呈现出多自由度的高聚集度和模态混叠的动力学特征。本文针对传统聚类算法无法获得表征极端工况小聚类簇特征的难点,提出一种基于局部密度双向聚类算法(BCALoD)的软刚臂系泊系统的监测数据特征提取方法,对海量数据进行压缩和动力学分析。聚类结果表明:多数据簇聚类中心与普通工况下的系泊姿态对应,但是少数据簇聚类中心不仅含有极端工况下的系泊姿态,还含有普通工况下的系泊姿态。根据原始数据提取各聚类中心的时程数据,结合软钢臂单点多体动力学模型,计算各聚类工况下水平和垂直系泊力。基于聚类后的受力分析结果表明:聚类出的普通工况和极端工况的系泊力符合预期,尤其是发现了在系泊姿态正常行为下的极端受力状态,表征出软刚臂设计考虑的不足。表明本文聚类方法具有有效地提取软刚臂系泊系统危险工况的能力,分析结果显示不仅要重视极端姿态下的受力,还要关注姿态运动耦合产生的极端力。

The soft yoke mooring system is one of the main mooring methods of FPSO. The motion state of the mooring system under the combined action of wind and wave and other environmental loads shows the dynamic characteristics of high aggregation of multiple degrees of freedom and modal mixing. In this paper, in view of the traditional clustering algorithm that cannot obtain the characteristics of small clusters characterizing extreme operating conditions, a BCALoD clustering algorithm based monitoring data extraction method for soft yoke mooring systems was proposed for compression and dynamical analysis of the massive data. The clustering results show that the cluster centers of multiple data clusters correspond to the mooring attitude under normal operating conditions, but the cluster centers of relatively few data clusters contain not only the mooring attitude under extreme operating conditions but also the mooring attitude under normal operating conditions. The horizontal and vertical mooring forces were calculated for each clustering condition by extracting the time course data of each clustering center based on the original data and combining with the multibody dynamic modelling of soft yoke mooring system. The results of the force analysis based on the clustering show that the mooring forces of the clustered normal and extreme conditions are as expected, and that the extreme force states under the normal behavior of the mooring attitude are found in particular, which characterize the inadequacy of the design consideration of the soft yoke mooring system. It is shown that the clustering method in this paper has the ability to effectively extract the dangerous conditions of the soft yoke mooring system, and that it is important to pay attention not only to the forces in extreme attitudes, but also to the extreme forces generated by the coupling of attitude motion.

浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)广泛应用于海上油气资源的生产、储蓄,通过单点系泊系统固定于海上一点,如图1所示。软刚臂单点系泊系统[1](Soft Yoke Mooring System,SYMS)作为单点系泊系统的一种,具有多铰连结、有根非树多体系统的结构特点,使得FPSO在深水域中具有较好的抗风浪能力、机动性和运移性。同时由于受风、浪、流等复杂恶劣的环境荷载作用,软刚臂单点系泊系统多体动力学形式也呈现出模态混叠、强非线性等耦合响应[2],而水池模型试验和数值计算难以计算多种工况的共同作用和结构长期运动变化[3]。因此,为了保障平台的安全运行,武文华[4]自2011年以来,建立了某FPSO软刚臂系泊系统的现场监测系统,为进行基于监测大数据分析下的系泊系统动力行为评估提供了数据基础。
通过对监测数据的初步分析可知:系泊系统大部分时间处于温和海况,其运动较为平缓,铰结点受力较小,结构姿态距平衡位置偏离较小;极少部分时间处于恶劣海况,运动剧烈,铰接点受力大,结构姿态距平衡位置偏离大;小部分时间位于二者之间。上述各个工况具有明显的数据特征,而常用的数据挖掘技术[5]如决策树[6]、贝叶斯网络[7]和遗传算法[8]并不适用于对大数据的特征提取。因此,基于合理的聚类方法开展数据挖掘十分重要。
聚类算法[9]通过建立数学模型,根据相似性将数据库划分为不同部分。使得同一类内数据尽可能相似,类间数据差异尽可能大,与监测数据的工况分类和特征提取相契合。传统的聚类算法有:层次聚类、基于密度的聚类、基于模型的聚类和基于网格的聚类[10-14]。其中Macqueen[15]提出的K-平均方法是解决聚类问题的一种经典方法,应用最为广泛。如刘海江等[16]基于K均值聚类算法对无标记的不同粒径等级训练样本进行学习后,可揭示不同粒径等级下输入特征参数的分布规律,实现了混合粒径的识别。张晓航[17]利用K-平均算法基于社会特征对客户进行细分,存在的缺点是K值需要人为选定且受噪点影响大。Zhang等[18]提出的BRICH方法和Guha等[19]提出的ROCK方法是层次聚类中较为综合的方法,该类方法能够得到不同粒度上的多层次聚类结构,不过同样需要人为选定K值。Agrawal等[20]提出的CLIQUE(ClusteringIn Quest)是综合了基于密度和基于网格方法的聚类方法,无需假设数据分布,有较好的伸缩性,但精度较低。这些文献提出的聚类方法中,层次聚类和基于密度的聚类方法受噪点影响高,基于模型的聚类和基于网格的聚类与高纬度数据契合度低,因此不适用于对监测数据的聚类。
针对上述聚类算法存在的问题,考虑到BCALoD方法具备处理高纬度、多噪点的大数据的优点,本文基于局部密度的双向聚类算法[21](Bidirectional Clustering Algorithm based on Local Density,BCALoD)对监测数据进行聚类计算,依据聚类结果进行工况的分类,并利用多体动力学计算各个聚类工况下的系泊力以进行软刚臂在不同工况分类的力学特征验证和动力特性的分析。
BCALoD方法通过Gaussian kernel计算每个点的局部密度ρ,如式(1)所示。
式中,ρi为任一点i的局部密度;I是数据点的集合;diji点与j点之间的欧式距离;dc是截断距离,按照数据点总距离的1%~2%的比例选择。
聚类过程分为以下几步:(1)以局部密度最小点p1作为聚类起点,在截断距离内寻找与其距离最近且局部密度大于p1的点p2,得到一条p1指向p2的数据链;(2)以p2为起点,重复操作(1),直至截断距离内无局部密度更大的点;(3)在余下的点中索引局部密度最小的点为起点重复操作(1)和(2),直到得到遍历所有数据点;若该点在dc内只有一个点,自成一链,如图2(a)第三类数据链所示;(4)将终点相同的数据链归为一类即一个聚类簇,如图2(b)所示。表1给出了算法实现的计算流程;流程一表示聚类过程(1)到(3),流程二表示聚类过程(4);用于计算的程序时间复杂度为On2)。
选取聚类中心的方法为:聚类中心周围都是局部密度比其低的点,同时这些点距离该聚类中心的距离相比于其他聚类中心是最近的。聚类簇中任意一条数据链的终点即聚类中心,这使得聚类中心与初始选值无关。基于此聚类中心对局部密度的改变有较强的鲁棒性,因此根据局部密度进行排序,然后去除局部密度较小的数据点,筛选后噪点和小密度点会被删除(噪点的局部密度远小于聚类中心的局部密度),而聚类中心会被保留,即噪点不会对聚类簇的数量产生影响。由此可见,双向聚类算法适用于高维数据,并且受噪点影响程度低,能够对软刚臂系泊系统的监测数据进行较好的聚类。
软刚臂单点系泊系统是典型的有根非树多体系统,如图3所示。其中Oi表示各单体的质心位置,Cij为单体i质心到与单体j连接处的体铰矢量,Hi为单体之间的铰连接。
根据多体系统动力学[22]可知:各个铰节点受力可通过单体的连体基矢量得到。建立FPSO横荡、纵荡、垂荡、横摇、纵摇、相对艏摇和左系泊腿横摆与各单体连体基矢量的关系式,如下所示:
式中,g1g2g3为大地坐标基矢量,xFPSOyFPSOzFPSO分别是监测的FPSO横荡、纵荡和垂荡,αβθz分别是FPSO相对横摇、相对纵摇和相对艏摇,χ通过左系腿横摆得到,h5为铰H5相对于单点O0的位置矢量,i号单体的连体基矢量,分别是在水平面上的投影。因此,在聚类计算中,输入量有7个,为xFPSOyFPSOzFPSOαβθzχ。由于单点系泊系统特有的风标效应,可将xFPSOyFPSO简化为O4O1的单点水平间距。
本文作者所在的课题组曾在渤海某FPSO上布设了大量传感器(见图4)来获取其环境荷载信息和姿态信息,聚类数据的采集方法为:(1)通过RTK-GPS获得系泊头与船体的相对位置,进而计算船体的横荡、纵荡和垂荡;(2)利用安装在左系泊腿和船体上的双轴倾角传感器获得左系泊腿横摆值、船体横摇和纵摇;(3)根据安装的双天线GPS计算得到船体的相对艏摇。
对聚类的输入量进行了长期的采集工作,得到的各姿态时程数据如图5所示:
在单点多体动力学模型中,已经确定了聚类的输入量。通过双向聚类算法可以计算出144种聚类工况。图6分别显示了工况的聚集度和聚集中心。
由工况聚集度可得:聚类结果具有集中性,绝大部分数据都聚集在少数聚类簇中,在实际工况中,FPSO绝大部分时间都处于温和海况下,在风标效应和系泊回复力的共同作用下,聚类输入量在一定区间上保持稳定。除此之外,也有小部分数据分布在多个聚类簇中,与之对应的不常见工况和极端工况是少见的、多样的,任意一种异常姿态或者结构损伤都会导致极端受力。因此,聚集度与实际工况相对应,那么就可以依据聚集度对聚类工况进行分类。
由工况聚类中心可得,大聚类簇对应的各自由度中心代表系泊系统的安全位置,小聚类簇对应的各自由度中心表示偏离安全位置的距离,偏离越远工况越危险,从而可以找到那些极端工况。如第一个聚类簇的左系泊腿横摆为16度,偏离安全位置较远可视为极端工况,另外还可以根据计算的系泊力得到隐藏的极端工况。如表2所示。
结构受力是系泊系统工况分类的主要依据,通过对聚类得到的工况进行受力分析,可以对聚类工况准确性进行验证,并且能够从根源分析结构受极端力的原因,从而反馈给当前和以后的系泊系统制造企业以避免出现此危险工况。
软刚臂单点系泊系统是有根非树系统,如图3所示,为了让系统可解,将铰H5作为切断铰,使其成为派生树系统。求解约束系统动力学方程式(12),得切断铰的约束反力。根据二力杆的受力特性可依次求得其他铰节点的受力。
式中,M为系统广义质量矩阵;F为系统广义外力向量;λ为拉格朗日乘子,含义为切断铰上的约束反力;Φ5为约束雅克比矩阵;Q为各个铰节点的广义坐标向量;t5为由广义速率引起的加速度。在计算受力的过程中用到了速度和加速度,原本监测数据具有时序性,通过微分得到速度和加速度。而聚类是通过距离对数据归类,得到各个工况下的特征值。聚类后的数据变得离散,为了让聚类中心数据具有时序性,截取聚类中心所在原始数据的一段时程进行计算。受力计算中只需要聚类中心一个时间点下的姿态信息,提取的时程要尽可能地短,这里以计算程序最短60秒进行计算。
计算工况时间短,并且是为了区分极端工况与普通工况,因此以每个工况的极值为分析对象。计算结果如图7(a)、7(b)表3所示。
垂向系泊力受重力影响较大,使得结构运动导致的受力变化不太明显,因此仅提取极值簇136(☆)进行分析。对水平系泊力利用广义极值分布(Generalized Extreme Value distribution)进行拟合,其概率密度函数如式(13)所示。
式中,k=−0.073 584 8为形状参数,σ=421 324为尺度参数,µ=900035为位置参数。拟合结果如图7(c)所示。
拟合结果中系泊力集中区间为6×105~1.5×106 N,含有第143簇和第144簇系泊力,从软刚臂单点多体动力学计算结果上看属于常规工况,而处于第143和第144聚类簇的姿态信息占总数据的95%以上,从聚类方面可以视为常规工况,说明了聚类对常规工况归纳的准确性。以此受力大小作为常规工况的受力基准,极端工况受力明显偏离基准。这里选取表中的几个特征簇进行具体分析。
簇1和簇15左系泊腿横摆偏离平衡位置较远,并且水平系泊力大小相同,位置位于图7(c)拟合曲线两端,属于极端工况。可发现这两个聚类中心属于同一时程,该时程曲线如图8(a)所示。其原因是结构在该时程运动幅度大,且该姿态比较少见。
对系泊力与自由度进行相关性分析,如表4所示。第1簇和第89簇共同点在于水平系泊力与左系泊腿横摆相关性在0.5以上,其他自由度相关性较低。因此该极端水平系泊力是由左系泊腿横摆过大导致的。对左右系泊腿上铰接点进行受力分析,由于左右系泊腿只传递轴力,设为F1;系泊腿倾斜角设为η,主要受左系泊腿横摆和纵荡影响。由聚类结果图可知纵荡变化很小,在该工况下作用效果小。所以系泊腿横摆越大,η越大,系泊结构给铰节点传递的水平系泊力F1·sin(η)就越大。设系泊构架导致的水平系泊力为F2为,系泊腿横摆越小,船体越稳定,F2越小,反之越大。那么总的水平系泊力F1·sin(η)+F2与系泊腿横摆呈正相关。对于垂向系泊力,普通工况下主要与垂荡、横摇和纵摇有关,极端工况下主要与垂荡和横摇有关,然而该工况下垂荡和横摇值并不极端。由此可见,系泊腿的横向运动过大会导致极端水平系泊力,而对垂向系泊力影响很低。垂荡和横摇的耦合作用是极端垂向系泊力产生的原因。
为进一步分析受力与姿态的关系,选取了特征簇对应的系泊姿态,如图8(b)、8(c)、8(d)、8(e)所示。144簇系泊姿态对称性最高,其聚集度占总数据的50%左右,此时船体仅受纵向环境荷载影响,说明船体在风标效应下处于平衡状态,这也是船体最普遍的姿态;其它簇存在系泊腿错位的现象,尤其是第1簇处于极端工况,聚集度占比不到0.1%,此时船体受横向环境荷载作用有着明显的横向运动,直至船体达到144簇的平衡状态。由此可见,这144个聚类中心可以表现出船体在环境荷载作用下由极端姿态运动到平衡位置的往复过程,同时144个聚集度可以反映系泊在该姿态下的相对停留时长。因此,可以用简单的聚类结果表示出结构长期的运动历程。
本文通过BCALoD方法对海量监测数据进行了聚类分析,99%数据簇的聚类中心位于安全位置内,小数据簇工况中不到0.1%的聚类簇数据与极端海况相对应,这表明实际工况中极端工况十分少见,而该聚类方法能够对其进行准确地提取。针对潜在的危险工况,利用多体动力学计算工况对应的力,在找出潜在极端工况的同时对聚类结果进行了验证。
开展系泊力与自由度的相关性分析,水平系泊力与系泊腿横摆两者的相关性高于0.54,表明极端水平系泊力是由横摆过大导致的。垂向系泊力与垂荡和横摇相关性最大可达0.9382,在横荡和横摇较小时出现极端力,说明自由度间的耦合作用也会引起极端系泊力。
基于对现场监测的数据进行聚类分析,得到的聚类中心和聚集度与实际运动相对应,表明本文聚类结果能够简化系统的长期运动。简化数据可以作为系泊系统各个铰节点应力谱的输入条件,用于后续对铰节点的疲劳寿命计算和结构优化设计。
本文在计算结构受力时截取一分钟时程并不能完全表征聚类中心点代表的工况,尤其是极端工况,今后会通过对时程数据的导数进行聚类使得极端工况得到完全的统计。
