Large vessel-shaped fish cages are promising large aquaculture structures developed in recent years, with maximum structure length of nearly 400 meters. The effects of the hydrodynamics on the nets and the frames will be significant for the cage deformation response in waves, which will increase the complexity of the cage design. In this paper, a coupled dynamic model of a large vessel-shaped fish cage is used to calculate the motion and structural response in the time domain. Firstly, the floating body of the cage is discretized into multi-module units, connected by equivalent elastic beams. The nonlinear effects of the net and steel frames are considered. A floating cage model considering the deformation of the floating body is then established in time domain for dynamic analysis. The radiation force of the floating body is solved by applying the added mass and damping directly or the state space method, and the hydrodynamic loads on the net and steel frames considering the disturbing effect of floating body are calculated by Morison formula. The results show that the hydrodynamics of the net and frames have an obvious influence on the response of the fish cage and the cross-sectional elasticity produces a certain degree influence on the net twine tension, which provides reference for structural analysis and cross-sectional design of the large vessel-shaped fish cages.

近年出现的大型船型网箱的长度接近四百米,在波浪中会出现明显的弹性变形,而作用在网衣和钢架上的水动力也会增加结构分析的复杂性。本文提出一种时域分析方法,用于计算大型船型网箱的运动和结构响应。首先将网箱的大型浮体离散为多模块刚体,模块间利用等效弹性梁连接,并考虑网衣和钢架等非线性因素的影响,在时域内建立考虑浮体变形的浮式网箱动力分析模型,其中浮体的辐射载荷通过直接施加附加质量和势流阻尼计算或者采用状态空间法求解,网衣和钢架载荷则考虑了大型浮体扰动产生的绕射波和辐射波影响,采用莫里森方程计算。结果发现:网衣和钢架水动力对网箱的截面动力响应有明显的影响,而网箱的截面弹性对网衣张力也有一定的影响,这可为大型船型网箱的结构分析和截面设计提供借鉴。

近年出现的大型船型网箱的长度接近四百米,在波浪中会出现明显的弹性变形,而作用在网衣和钢架上的水动力也会增加结构分析的复杂性。本文提出一种时域分析方法,用于计算大型船型网箱的运动和结构响应。首先将网箱的大型浮体离散为多模块刚体,模块间利用等效弹性梁连接,并考虑网衣和钢架等非线性因素的影响,在时域内建立考虑浮体变形的浮式网箱动力分析模型,其中浮体的辐射载荷通过直接施加附加质量和势流阻尼计算或者采用状态空间法求解,网衣和钢架载荷则考虑了大型浮体扰动产生的绕射波和辐射波影响,采用莫里森方程计算。结果发现:网衣和钢架水动力对网箱的截面动力响应有明显的影响,而网箱的截面弹性对网衣张力也有一定的影响,这可为大型船型网箱的结构分析和截面设计提供借鉴。

Large vessel-shaped fish cages are promising large aquaculture structures developed in recent years, with maximum structure length of nearly 400 meters. The effects of the hydrodynamics on the nets and the frames will be significant for the cage deformation response in waves, which will increase the complexity of the cage design. In this paper, a coupled dynamic model of a large vessel-shaped fish cage is used to calculate the motion and structural response in the time domain. Firstly, the floating body of the cage is discretized into multi-module units, connected by equivalent elastic beams. The nonlinear effects of the net and steel frames are considered. A floating cage model considering the deformation of the floating body is then established in time domain for dynamic analysis. The radiation force of the floating body is solved by applying the added mass and damping directly or the state space method, and the hydrodynamic loads on the net and steel frames considering the disturbing effect of floating body are calculated by Morison formula. The results show that the hydrodynamics of the net and frames have an obvious influence on the response of the fish cage and the cross-sectional elasticity produces a certain degree influence on the net twine tension, which provides reference for structural analysis and cross-sectional design of the large vessel-shaped fish cages.

近海海域常见的传统养殖网箱尺寸一般较小,以广泛应用的重力式网箱为例,它主要包括柔性网衣和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制成的弹性浮圈结构,其直径一般仅为20~80 m[1]。在强波流作用下,重力式网箱存在网衣变形大和浮圈结构扭转[2]等弹性变形问题。当前近海海域污染问题日益严峻,随着人们对优质水产品的需求增加,海洋养殖也逐步向深远海发展[3-5],因此多种适用于深远海的大型养殖装备逐步投入使用。大型船型网箱[6]是一种新型深远海养殖平台,主要由大型钢制结构和众多养殖网衣结合而成,能够抵抗开阔海域的极端海洋环境。
大型船型网箱的主体钢结构长度可接近四百米,长高比接近20,其弹性变形较为显著,这就导致了浮体的水弹性问题。当前,时域内的水弹性理论主要分为基于卡明斯方程的傅里叶变换法和直接积分法[7-8]。前者可以求解弱非线性的水弹性问题,计算效率高,后者则可求解强非线性问题,但是计算效率较低[9]。Lie[9]、Wei[10]等基于浮体离散的水弹性理论,将连续浮体离散为多个由弹性梁连接的刚性模块,并提出了一种适用于非均匀波浪场的超大型浮体的时域水弹性方法。
网箱的框架/浮圈和网衣的弹性变形问题也已经被广泛研究。Fu等[12]在频域内采用扩展的三维水弹性理论,研究了组合式网箱框架的动力响应。Li等[13]分别采用梁单元和杆单元模拟弹性浮架和网衣结构,用于重力式网箱在波浪作用下的水弹性响应分析。胡克等[14]研究了重力式网箱在波流作用下的水弹性响应。近年来针对大型船型网箱的研究中,通常将网箱钢结构视为6自由度刚体[15-17],并未考虑钢结构的水弹性响应。然而,大型船型网箱钢结构的弹性变形对结构安全的影响可能非常显著[11],因此有必要对计及浮体弹性变形的大型船型网箱动力响应进行研究。
本文根据大型船型网箱的结构特点,提出了一种可以考虑扰动波浪场的大型船型网箱的非线性响应的数值方法。首先,基于浮体离散的水弹性方法[11],将连续浮体离散为多模块刚体,并利用三维势流理论求解多模块刚体的一阶波浪激励力传递函数、水动力系数和速度场传递函数。然后,多模块刚体间通过等效弹性梁连接建立等效结构模型,用于时域动力响应计算,通过频域结果转换得到刚体模块的水动力载荷;通过莫里森方程计算出由入射波、绕射波和辐射波构成的扰动波浪场作用下的网衣和钢架水动力载荷,然后传递至等效模型的相应节点。最终,通过迭代计算的方法获得等效模型与网衣水动力载荷平衡后的扰动波浪场,并求解大型船型网箱的耦合动力响应。结果表明,网衣和钢架水动力会改变网箱的运动和截面载荷响应,而网箱的弹性变形也对网衣张力产生一定程度的影响。
图1是本文计算所用的大型船型网箱模型,主要包括主体钢结构(包括连续浮体和钢架)和柔性网衣两部分。主体钢结构的长、宽、高分别为385 m、60 m和20 m,其中连续浮体主要由水平舱体和垂直舱体构成,舱体间通过钢架进行结构加强。6个由柔性网衣构成的养殖单元沿主体钢结构长度方向均匀分布,每个养殖单元的网衣面积约为6500 m2,养殖单元底部各布置5吨的重块进行网衣张紧。大型船型网箱的具体参数如表1所示。全局坐标系的坐标原点位于钢结构艏部,静水面则与xoy平面重合。
由于大型船型网箱的连续浮体尺寸巨大,因此基于多体水动力学和势流理论,将其离散为多模块刚体进行频域分析。然后将离散得到的多模块刚体通过等效弹性梁连接,如图2所示。在规则波下,计及等效弹性梁刚度时多模块刚体的时域运动方程可以写为
式中,N表示连续浮体离散后的多模块刚体的数量;AC分别是通过频域分析得到的多模块刚体的附加质量和势流阻尼;K是多模块刚体的静水回复矩阵;KS是等效弹性梁的刚度矩阵,通过实际主体钢结构的参数确定;FWt)是时域内作用在多模块刚体的一阶波浪激励力,是作用在第n个模块(n=1,…,N)的一阶波浪激励力,可通过频域分析结果转换得到[6]ut)、分别表示多模块刚体在时域内的运动位移、速度和加速度。由于连续浮体的粘性载荷影响较小[18],因此本文中并未考虑粘性载荷。
不规则波下浮体的辐射载荷一般可通过卷积积分的形式求解[11],在本文中这种卷积积分可以通过状态空间方法[19-21]求解,从而实现辐射载荷的求解。考虑等效弹性梁刚度,多模块刚体在时域内的运动方程可以写为
式中,A(∞)是多模块刚体无穷频率下的附加质量,zRadt)是通过状态空间方法计算的多模块刚体受到的只与频率相关的辐射载荷[20]
网衣和钢架均为细长结构,单位长度的细长结构在波浪中运动时的水动力载荷可以利用莫里森公式表示为
式中,dFt)表示细长结构单位长度的水动力载荷,dFDt)和dFIt)分别表示dFt)的拖曳力成分和惯性力成分;CDCM分别是拖曳力系数和惯性力系数;vnt)和分别是水质点速度和加速度垂直于细长结构的分量;分别是细长结构在vnt)和方向的速度和加速度分量;ρ是流体密度;d是细长结构的特征直径。由于网衣的直径极小,因此在网衣水动力计算中可忽略惯性力成分。
由上式可知,求解细长结构水动力载荷的关键是水质点的运动速度分布。在多模块刚体的扰动下,流场内的水质点运动速度可由入射波、绕射波和辐射波引起的水质点速度叠加得到。在规则波中,考虑多模块刚体扰动影响的速度场水质点速度可以表示为
式中,v表示入射波、绕射波和辐射波共同产生的水质点速度;vkk=xyz)表示v在全局坐标系下k方向的分量;ζ表示入射波波幅;分别表示入射波和绕射波在k方向(k=xyz)引起的速度传递函数,是第n个刚体模块在j自由度上的运动在k方向(k=xyz)上引起的速度传递函数;分别表示入射波和绕射波在全局坐标系下k方向(k=xyz)的速度传递函数与波面升高之间的相位角,表示第n个刚体模块在第j个自由度上产生的辐射波在k方向的速度传递函数与波面升高之间的相位角;分别表示n个刚体模块在j自由度上的运动幅值和运动相位角;符号“| |”表示取参数幅值;上标I、D和R分别表示入射波、绕射波和辐射波对应的参数。
不规则波下,考虑多模块刚体扰动影响的水质点速度可以通过各个规则波成分的水质点速度线性叠加得到:
式中,virre是不规则波下考虑多模块刚体影响的水质点速度,vl是由式(4)确定的第l个规则波成分产生的水质点速度,M是构成不规则波的规则波成分数量。
将网衣和钢架结构的水动力传递至等效弹性梁的对应单元节点,实现计及网衣-钢架影响的大型船型网箱耦合动力分析模型,如图3所示。各个模块的波浪激励力、辐射载荷以及网衣和钢架载荷分别作用于对应的等效弹性梁单元节点。等效弹性梁的截面刚度需要与实际钢结构的截面拉伸刚度和弯曲刚度保持一致,等效准则可以表示为
式中,EeAeEeIe-MyEeIe-Mz分别表示等效弹性梁的截面拉伸刚度、垂直弯曲刚度和水平弯曲刚度,ErArErIr-MyErIr-Mz分别表示实际主体钢结构截面的截面拉伸刚度、垂直弯曲刚度和水平弯曲刚度。实际主体钢结构的对应参数可以将主体钢结构截面离散为多个截面形状规则的小截面,然后通过平行轴定理计算得到,该等效方法的准确性已经得到验证[22]
在大型船型网箱动力分析中,细长结构的水动力载荷采用莫里森公式求解,用于计算细长结构水动力载荷的扰动波浪则需要由入射波波幅和网箱运动共同确定,而网箱运动又需要通过动力计算获得。因此,最终的网箱运动需要通过迭代计算,直到网箱的运动和细长结构的水动力之间达到平衡[6]。本文中,计及网衣、钢架和连续浮体水动力载荷的等效弹性梁的结构动力平衡方程可以表示为
式中,N是刚体模块的数量,也是等效弹性梁节点数量;MKS分别是等效弹性梁的质量矩阵和结构刚度矩阵;ut)和分别表示等效弹性梁的速度和加速度;FNt)和FSt)分别表示网衣和钢架的水动力载荷;FEt)表示浮体受到的外部载荷,包括一阶波浪激励力FWt)、辐射载荷和静水回复载荷Kut)。
对网箱钢结构实际模型和等效模型进行模态分析,其中实际模型的前三阶湿垂弯模态的固有频率分别为0.201 Hz、0.489 Hz和0.817 Hz,等效模型的前三阶湿垂弯模态频率分别是0.217 Hz、0.522 Hz和0.866 Hz,误差分别为7%、6%和6%。
本章利用等效模型分析了大型船型网箱的垂向运动、截面载荷和网衣张力,所用工况的浪向均为180°。3.1~3.3节是规则波分析,所用波高为19.2 m;3.4节是不规则波分析,采用JONSWAP波浪谱,有义波高是10.4 m,谱峰周期是15.7 s,谱峰提升因子取3.3。
图4是不同波浪频率下的网箱舯部截面的垂向运动时历。由图可知,当计及网衣和钢架水动力载荷时,网箱垂向运动幅值会显著减小,当波长接近网箱长度,且波浪频率ω=0.4 rad/s时,网箱垂向运动幅值减幅达到34%。这是由于网衣和钢架的水动力载荷起到了阻尼效果,从而减缓了网箱的运动响应。因此在网箱水动力响应分析时,不计及网衣和钢架水动力的影响会高估网箱的运动响应。
图5图6分别是不同波浪频率下网箱舯部截面的垂向剪力和弯矩时历。当计及网衣和钢架的水动力时,各个频率下的网箱截面剪力均会增大。这是由于传递至钢结构的网衣-钢架水动力和浮体水动力叠加后变大,因此导致截面剪力的增大。在较低波浪频率下,网衣和水动力载荷的存在会减小网箱截面垂向弯矩,当波浪频率为0.5 rad/s时,截面弯矩则会略有增加。整体而言,网衣和钢架水动力对弯矩的影响随波浪频率发生改变,这种改变对截面载荷的计算带来不确定性,因此在结构分析中应该注意网衣和钢架的影响。
为研究主体钢结构弹性变形对网衣张力的影响,以上文所用的网箱截面刚度K0为参考,计算不同截面刚度K下对应的网衣张力。本节分析了不同截面刚度下艏部养殖单元侧网在不同水深h处的张力,如图7~9所示。所用工况的波高是19.2 m,波浪频率是0.5 rad/s。
在不同截面刚度模型下,整体上h=0 m处和h=-20 m处在小截面刚度下的网线张力幅值略大。根据莫里森公式,网衣水动力的计算与相对水质点速度有关,在小截面刚度下主体钢结构的弹性变形更加显著,这导致作用于网衣的相对水质点速度有所增大。随着水深的增加,水质点速度也会有所下降,这导致h=0 m处的网线张力整体大于h=-20 m处的张力。相较于侧网上下边缘(h=0 m处和h=-20 m处)的网衣,h=-10 m处的网线张力水平整体较小,这是由于侧网中部的网衣缺少足够的运动限制[6],可通过自身运动抵消波浪载荷的作用。由此可说明,网衣上下边缘位置的网衣张力是网衣安全分析的重要区域。
本节对不规则波下大型船型网箱的截面响应进行了极值(EV)和均方根(RMS)分析。其中,假设截面响应满足Weibull分布,选取拟合得到的概率函数的99%分位数作为极值[21]
图10~12分别是由网箱艏部至艉部的不同横截面x处沿网箱长度L的垂向位移、垂向截面剪力和截面弯矩的统计结果。当不计及网衣和钢架水动力影响时,网箱在各个截面上的垂向运动均会显著增大(EV和RMS的平均增幅分别达到26%和25%)。由前文分析可知,这是由于网衣和钢架的阻尼效应导致的。当不计及网衣和钢架水动力影响时,不同的截面剪力会出现一定程度的减小(EV和RMS的平均减幅分别为9%和5%),但是截面弯矩在某些位置甚至出现一定程度的增大,这与前文中规则波的结果一致。因此,在网箱的运动响应和截面载荷分析时需要关注网衣和钢架水动力的影响。
本文提出了一种用于大型船型网箱耦合动力响应分析的时域数值方法,分别研究了网衣和钢架水动力对网箱响应以及网箱截面刚度对网衣张力的影响。首先建立了网箱主体钢结构的等效弹性梁用于连接离散后的多模块刚体,而浮体的水动力载荷、网衣和钢架的载荷作用于弹性梁相应的节点,由此建立大型船型网箱在时域内的动力分析模型。该方法实现了考虑浮体变形的大型船型网箱的耦合动力响应分析,其分析过程采用了迭代分析的方法,因此求解过程相对复杂。本文通过研究是否计及网衣-钢架水动力和截面弹性刚度影响下的网箱截面运动、截面载荷和网线张力,得到以下主要结论:
(1)网衣和钢架的存在对网箱的运动存在一定的阻尼效应,因此会导致网箱整体垂向运动响应发生较为显著的减小。当波长与网箱长度接近时,这种阻尼效应尤为明显。
(2)当计及网衣和钢架水动力的影响时,网箱截面的垂向剪力在各个频率下均会增大,这是由于传递至钢结构的网衣和钢架水动力与浮体水动力的叠加导致的;不同波浪频率下的网衣和钢架水动力对截面弯矩的影响不同,增加了结构分析中的不确定性,因此在结构校核中需要计及网衣和钢架水动力的影响。
(3)侧网的上下边缘位置(h=0 m处和h=−20 m处)的网线张力在不同截面刚度下的差别较小,这表明截面的弹性变形对该处的网线张力影响较小;侧网中部(h=−10 m处)的网线张力在不同截面刚度下均处于较低水平,这是由于中部网衣缺少运动约束,网衣通过运动抵消了部分水动力载荷。
