Aiming at the initial stress field generated by welding of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell structures with initial geometric defects after shape correction, this paper presents the study on the influence of initial stress field on the strength and stability of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell structures under the premise of considering geometric nonlinearity caused by large deformation. The finite element model of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell with initial geometric defects was constructed by using ANSYS software and the initial stress field was calculated. The strength and stability of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell with initial geometric defects and stress field were solved by arc length method. The comparison between the experimental results and the calculated results verifies the validity of the model. The analysis shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of the ring-ribbed cylindrical shell under hydrostatic external pressure is slightly reduced, and the regularity of the instability waveform is reduced, but the failure position remains unchanged.

针对合拢端口含初始几何缺陷的环肋圆柱壳结构在形状矫正后装配产生的初应力场问题,在考虑由大变形引起的几何非线性的前提下,研究初应力场对环肋圆柱壳结构强度及稳定性的影响。采用试验方法,获得典型环肋圆柱壳在端口位移载荷下的结构应力;同时利用ANSYS软件构建含初始几何缺陷的环肋圆柱壳有限元模型并计算得到初应力场;通过试验结果与计算结果的对比验证数值仿真的有效性;进一步通过弧长法对含初始几何缺陷及初应力场的水下耐压结构的强度与稳定性进行求解。分析表明:受静水外压作用的水下耐压结构在考虑初始静应力场后,其极限承载能力出现小幅下降,结构失稳波形规则性降低,但破坏位置未发生变化。

针对合拢端口含初始几何缺陷的环肋圆柱壳结构在形状矫正后装配产生的初应力场问题,在考虑由大变形引起的几何非线性的前提下,研究初应力场对环肋圆柱壳结构强度及稳定性的影响。采用试验方法,获得典型环肋圆柱壳在端口位移载荷下的结构应力;同时利用ANSYS软件构建含初始几何缺陷的环肋圆柱壳有限元模型并计算得到初应力场;通过试验结果与计算结果的对比验证数值仿真的有效性;进一步通过弧长法对含初始几何缺陷及初应力场的水下耐压结构的强度与稳定性进行求解。分析表明:受静水外压作用的水下耐压结构在考虑初始静应力场后,其极限承载能力出现小幅下降,结构失稳波形规则性降低,但破坏位置未发生变化。

Aiming at the initial stress field generated by welding of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell structures with initial geometric defects after shape correction, this paper presents the study on the influence of initial stress field on the strength and stability of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell structures under the premise of considering geometric nonlinearity caused by large deformation. The finite element model of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell with initial geometric defects was constructed by using ANSYS software and the initial stress field was calculated. The strength and stability of ring-ribbed cylindrical shell with initial geometric defects and stress field were solved by arc length method. The comparison between the experimental results and the calculated results verifies the validity of the model. The analysis shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of the ring-ribbed cylindrical shell under hydrostatic external pressure is slightly reduced, and the regularity of the instability waveform is reduced, but the failure position remains unchanged.

连续介质力学中,在初应力位形上叠加的附加变形问题是一类典型的、极具工程应用背景的问题。将物体的最终变形状态看作由两个变形合成而来:初始的有限静态变形以及叠加上去的变形。初应力位形上附加变形运动的问题[1],一般可以涉及:(1)弹性稳定性问题;(2)增量应力和变形分析;(3)用增量应力场、应变场和位移场或它们的波传播测量材料的物性参数或初应力。
研究初应力位形下附加变形等价于研究如下问题:从无应力位形经有限静态变形达到初应力位形,产生静应力场;相对于初应力位形,再附加外加作用,探求产生附加的变形运动的规律[2]。通常可以按以下两个方面提出问题:(1)正问题:已知初应力场,求附加作用产生的附加变形运动;(2)反问题:已知附加作用的附加变形运动,求初应力。
在初应力研究方面,张晓敏[1]用初应力作为参数,提出初应力位形上小变形问题的位移变分原理,针对直杆的几何特点,提出了用数值参数描写直杆初应力,用所提出的变分原理建立了初应力杆的小变形位移分量的定解问题;赵继波等[2]用数值特征描写任意曲率柱形薄壳中的初应力,并利用变分方法建立了初应力对附加的小变形有影响的控制方程及边界条件,得到体外预应力混凝土柱形薄壳在环向初应力数值特征下的固有频率解;盛天文等[3]从初应力位形上的附加变形场论出发,导出弹性屈曲问题的控制方程和变分原理的普遍形式,并对平面拱的弹性屈曲问题,通过降维处理,得到求临界载荷条件的变分方程、控制方程及相应的线性齐次微分方程的特征值。
加筋圆柱壳是水下工程耐压结构常见的结构形式,屈曲是加筋圆柱壳结构设计中考虑的主要因素之一[4]。在该研究领域,Singer[5]对早期加筋圆柱壳屈曲的试验和理论研究做了综述;Rosen和Singer等[6-8]分别研究了偏心载荷、几何缺陷和边界条件对加筋圆柱壳屈曲载荷的影响;Seleim等[9]对环向加筋圆柱壳的后屈曲进行了理论和实验研究,并分析了外压作用下加筋圆柱壳的缺陷敏感性;Das等[10]基于可靠性分析研究了加筋圆柱壳在组合加载下的屈曲强度。
对于分段建造的大型水下耐压工程结构,在装配合拢前难免会对合拢端口进行局部矫形,使其满足圆度、板壁差等要求。在矫形装配过程中,端口产生的有限径向变形即为初应力位形,会产生初始静应力场;含初始静应力场的结构在服役过程中承受静水压力作用,此时结构的承载能力及失效模式问题即为初应力位形上附加变形的正问题,是亟需回答的工程问题,目前鲜有研究公开。本文针对含初应力场的水下耐压结构的强度与稳定性问题,基于理论、试验和数值方法展开研究,通过对比分析试验与数值计算结果,验证施加径向变形载荷的数值加载方法的有效性;基于该数值加载方法,提出一种通过调整结构连接部位属性的装配力和承载能力仿真计算方法,开展初应力对结构极限承载能力的影响研究,形成的方法和结论对水下工程结构的强度与稳定性研究具有指导意义。
为分析初应力位形下结构的应力分布特征,本章以典型环肋圆柱壳结构为研究对象,开展实尺度模型试验及数值仿真研究。
选用的实尺度典型环肋圆柱壳结构如图1所示,肋骨总计4道,立式放置,在F2肋骨下侧200 mm处沿周向剖开约5000 mm环缝作为试验区,在环缝周向中点位置等距布置三只压码,间距l=200 mm,其中环缝上缘焊接压码工装,用于固定压码,环缝下缘放置压码球头,如图2所示。试验时通过转动压码螺杆,强制环缝上下缘发生相对错位,以此产生有限静态变形,形成初始静应力场。
在各压码位置,沿纵向在环缝两侧肋骨面板上固定钢丝,作为壳板局部变形测量的基础,如图3所示。试验时,通过逐级下压不同压码,测量各应变测点的应变数据及压码处端口距基准钢丝的距离。
结构应变测量采用电阻式应变片,试验中所有应变数据均由UCAM数字式静态数据采集仪采集,并传至计算机进行处理分析。在壳板内外侧共布置双向应变测点40个,测点编号及位置如图4所示,其中壳板外侧测点编号以首字母“E”开头,壳板内侧测点编号以首字母“A”开头,内外测点位置对应。
试验设置如下工况:
(1)工况1:逐级下压#2压码:2 mm↔4 mm↔6 mm↔8 mm↔10 mm,直至板壁差达到10 mm,测量不同下压量时各测点应变、#2压码处板壁差和环缝距基准钢丝距离。
(2)工况2:同步逐级下压#1、#2、#3压码:2 mm↔4 mm↔6 mm↔8 mm↔10 mm↔12 mm,直至#2压码处板壁差达到12 mm,测量各点应变和各压码处端口距基准钢丝距离。
由应变测试数据可以看出:壳板整体应力状态为周向应力大于纵向应力,由环缝两端向中间周向应力逐渐增大,且两侧对称位置周向应力相当;纵向应力水平较低,应力值随测点位置变化的规律性较弱,如图7所示,图中σ为各应力项,σs为材料屈服极限。工况1板壁差达到10 mm、工况2板壁差达到12 mm时的变形量如表1所示。
采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立典型环肋圆柱壳模型,剖开区域壳板进行精细化处理,使关键点与试验中压码及应变测点位置对应,划分Shell单元网格,形成的有限元模型如图5所示。分别对环缝两侧压码位置处节点施加表1所示径向变形载荷,工况1模型周向应力云图如图6所示。
针对数值计算结果,分别提取各工况环缝两侧加载区域的周向应力数据与试验结果进行比较分析,如图7所示,图中σ为各应力项,σs为材料屈服极限。可以看出:工况1中当仅为#2压码施加变形载荷时,端口区域周向应力数值计算结果与试验结果度吻合较高;工况2中当同时为#1、#2、#3压码施加变形载荷时,端口区域周向应力数值计算结果与试验结果存在一定差别,但应力分布规律和趋势较为一致。
综上,采用施加径向变形载荷计算初应力位形下典型环肋圆柱壳结构静应力场的数值方法得到试验验证,具有一定适用性。
为探究初始静应力场对水下耐压结构极限承载能力的影响,本章基于上一章试验验证的、采用施加径向变形载荷计算初应力位形下典型环肋圆柱壳结构静应力场的数值方法,以某一水下耐压结构为研究对象,开展非线性数值仿真研究。
选用的水下耐压结构由两段环肋圆柱壳构成,其中1段含4道肋骨,2段含5道肋骨,如图8所示。采用ANSYS建立初始仿真计算模型,合拢端口按图9中矫形前端口形状设置初挠度,其余均按理论尺寸建模,1段与2段之间设置一环状狭条过渡结构,狭条宽度与焊缝宽度相同,用以模拟装配焊接前后两段模型的连接状态,狭条两侧端口施加径向变形,如图9所示。
装配焊接前狭条结构弹性模量设置为1E-6 MPa,此时狭条结构接近于完全柔性体,不参与应力传递,合拢端口近似为自由状态;分别在1段与2段周向32等分点位置施加相对变形,矫形前后的端口变形量为矫形后的端口挠度减去矫形前的端口挠度。计算得到变形引起的初始静应力场,按节点写出初应力结果[11]。建立矫形后的仿真计算模型,合拢端口按图9中矫形后端口形状设置挠度,其余均按理论尺寸建模,然后重新赋予狭条结构属性,将其弹性模量调整为196 GPa,读入对应节点的初应力载荷数据,开启含初始静应力场的水下耐压结构极限承载能力非线性计算,计算流程如图10所示。
对矫形前模型施加端口变形量,计算得到变形引起的初始静应力场,如图11-13所示,可以看出:狭条两侧端口附近周向应力较大,最大拉应力为822.5 MPa,最大压应力为893.2 MPa;狭条应力接近于零,按节点写出初应力结果[11-12]
为检验静应力场载荷写出及加载的准确性,将矫形前模型去除端口变形量,仅施加边界条件及静应力场载荷,如图14-15所示,对比图11-12可以看出:在初始静应力场作用下,矫形前模型会产生与强制变形等值反向的变形场,而应力场水平较低,计算结果与初应力载荷作用下的结构响应规律一致[12]
将狭条结构弹性模型调整为196 GPa,对矫形后的有限元模型按节点施加矫形引起的两段模型静应力场载荷,此时静应力场发生重新分布,如图16-17所示,可以看出:狭条两侧端口附近周向应力水平降低,最大拉应力为574.5 MPa,最大压应力为518.9 MPa;狭条参与应力传递,其应力水平显著提高,周向拉应力最大值可达343.2 MPa。
设置材料本构模型为理想弹塑性,开展非线性承载能力计算[13],采用两倍弹性斜率方法计算结构极限承载能力,得到含初始静应力场的水下耐压结构的最大承载能力为P,此时结构的失稳波形如图18所示,破坏形式为2段环肋圆柱壳局部失稳。
为研究初始静应力场对结构承载能力的影响,以矫形后狭条两侧端口挠度数据建立含初始缺陷的有限元模型,设置狭条结构弹性模型为196 GPa、材料本构模型为理想弹塑性,进行非线性承载能力计算,得到结构的最大承载能力为1.005 P,此时结构的失稳波形如图19所示,破坏形式为2段环肋圆柱壳局部失稳。
通过对比可以发现:考虑初始静应力场的影响,水下耐压结构的极限承载能力破坏压力出现小幅下降;结构失稳波形规则性降低,但破坏位置未发生变化。
本文基于数值和试验方法对含初始静应力场的水下耐压结构的强度与稳定性展开了研究,基于实尺度典型环肋圆柱壳结构开展了试验及数值仿真研究。结果表明数值仿真结果与试验实测结果具有较高吻合度,采用施加径向变形载荷计算初应力位形下典型环肋圆柱壳结构静应力场的数值方法具有一定适用性。
针对含初应力场的水下耐压结构装配内应力和结构承载能力计算问题,提出了一种通过调整结构连接部位属性的装配力和承载能力仿真计算方法,分别计算分析了矫形后和装配后两种状态下结构的应力分布及变化情况;基于矫形装配后的模型,开展了初应力场对结构承载能力的影响研究。计算结果表明:考虑初始静应力场的影响,水下耐压结构的极限承载能力破坏压力出现小量降低,结构失稳波形规则性降低,但破坏位置未发生变化,初始静应力场对本文算例中的水下耐压结构的极限承载能力影响不明显。
