In order to explore the regularity of dynamic response of stiffened plates under slamming load and establish static equivalent design method of stiffened plates, which covers the moving characteristics of slamming pressure and the dynamic response characteristics of stiffened plates, the slamming load acting on the flared bow is simplified in this paper into a moving pulse time history which rises linearly and decays exponentially. By using Abaqus finite element software, the elastic dynamic response of multiple stiffened plates under moving slamming load is calculated and the influence of different load parameters on the dynamic response of stiffened plates was analyzed. The Dynamic Load Factor DLF(Dynamic stress equivalent factor) was introduced to analyze the variation rule and sensitivity of DLF and the dimensionless parameters of slamming load. The regression and verification of DLF formula were carried out. A parameter determination method of the simplified slamming pressure model is proposed. The comparison with the results of wedge drop test shows that the proposed slamming stress equivalentizing formula DLF has higher precision and can effectively improve the efficiency of the preliminary design of ship structure under slamming load.

为了探索砰击载荷作用下加筋板的动力响应的规律性,建立涵盖砰击压力移动特性和加筋板动力响应特性的加筋板静力等效设计方法,本文将作用在大外飘船艏的砰击载荷简化为移动的线性上升、指数衰减的脉冲时历形式,采用Abaqus有限元软件,进行移动砰击载荷作用下多块加筋板的弹性动力响应计算和载荷参数对加筋板动力响应的影响分析。引入筋的动应力等效系数DLF(Dynamic Load Factor),分析了DLF与砰击载荷无因次参数间的变化规律与敏感度,进行了DLF公式回归与验证。本文提出了砰击压力简化模型的参数确定方法,与楔形体落水试验结果的对比表明,本文所提出的砰击应力等效公式DLF具有较高的精度,可有效提高砰击载荷作用下的舰船结构初步设计的效率。

为了探索砰击载荷作用下加筋板的动力响应的规律性,建立涵盖砰击压力移动特性和加筋板动力响应特性的加筋板静力等效设计方法,本文将作用在大外飘船艏的砰击载荷简化为移动的线性上升、指数衰减的脉冲时历形式,采用Abaqus有限元软件,进行移动砰击载荷作用下多块加筋板的弹性动力响应计算和载荷参数对加筋板动力响应的影响分析。引入筋的动应力等效系数DLF(Dynamic Load Factor),分析了DLF与砰击载荷无因次参数间的变化规律与敏感度,进行了DLF公式回归与验证。本文提出了砰击压力简化模型的参数确定方法,与楔形体落水试验结果的对比表明,本文所提出的砰击应力等效公式DLF具有较高的精度,可有效提高砰击载荷作用下的舰船结构初步设计的效率。

In order to explore the regularity of dynamic response of stiffened plates under slamming load and establish static equivalent design method of stiffened plates, which covers the moving characteristics of slamming pressure and the dynamic response characteristics of stiffened plates, the slamming load acting on the flared bow is simplified in this paper into a moving pulse time history which rises linearly and decays exponentially. By using Abaqus finite element software, the elastic dynamic response of multiple stiffened plates under moving slamming load is calculated and the influence of different load parameters on the dynamic response of stiffened plates was analyzed. The Dynamic Load Factor DLF(Dynamic stress equivalent factor) was introduced to analyze the variation rule and sensitivity of DLF and the dimensionless parameters of slamming load. The regression and verification of DLF formula were carried out. A parameter determination method of the simplified slamming pressure model is proposed. The comparison with the results of wedge drop test shows that the proposed slamming stress equivalentizing formula DLF has higher precision and can effectively improve the efficiency of the preliminary design of ship structure under slamming load.

近年来,随着船舶大型化以及船舶航速的提高,砰击问题更加突出。砰击载荷对船舶结构的安全性造成了巨大威胁,对船舶结构设计带来了新的挑战。
从Von Karman[1]和Wagner[2]开展砰击研究以来,许多学者对各种舰船砰击问题开展了大量理论、实验等研究工作,Datta和Siddiqui[3]对矩形板在瞬态水动力冲击载荷下的动态响应进行了数值研究,他们进一步对不同端部固定度的轴向加载Timoshenko梁在水动力砰击载荷下进行了理论水弹性分析[4]。Friba[5]应用积分变换方法推导了简支矩形板在移动集中力作用下的解析解。Liu等[6]提出了一种加筋板在移动载荷作用下的振动分析方法,并通过参数研究了加强筋、边界条件、移动速度和惯性相互作用对加筋板动力响应的影响。Sahoo等[7]通过理论分析,自行编写有限元MATLAB代码,研究了单载荷和多载荷在不同恒速运动下的动力响应。Fayaz等[8]对几何非线性矩形弹性板在移动载荷作用下的动力响应进行了数值研究。段乐乐[9]提出了板格移动砰击压力静力等效方法,研究脉冲形状、入水速度、斜升角和结构边界条件对板格等效参数的影响,提出砰击压力作用下板格等效设计系数及其计算公式。景磊等[10]利用势流理论,结合海洋平台自身结构特点,提出一种波浪载荷等效计算方法。对于承受砰击载荷的板格设计,现行规范[11-13]是采用静力设计方法,将砰击载荷简化为等效均布静载荷,也称等效设计载荷。等效原则是指砰击载荷作用下的结构的动应力等于均布静载荷作用下结构的静应力。由此可见,目前对板格静力等效方法的研究较为完善,而对于移动砰击压力作用下加筋板的静力等效的研究还较少,缺少根据动力载荷和加筋板特征参数的加筋板初步设计方法。
本文基于有限元方法,进行多块加筋板动力响应分析,获得移动砰击载荷作用下加筋板的动力响应的特征规律。限于篇幅,本文列出了影响筋动应力的主要载荷参数,采用回归方法获得筋的动应力等效系数,并通过有限元方法与楔形体落水试验对动应力等效系数的精度进行验证。结果表明,本文所提筋应力等效系数可以简便且较准确地将砰击动压力等效为静压力,也可以直接获得筋的动应力,为船舶结构的安全设计提供依据。关于移动砰击载荷下板的应力等效系数研究成果,将另文详述。
砰击载荷具有脉冲动力特性,砰击压力的移动原理见图1
斜升角β为4°~45°时的砰击压力时程曲线显示为线性上升指数衰减形式,不同位置处的砰击压力形状基本相同。移动砰击压力模型如图2所示,表达式[9]

式中:Cx为载荷移动速度;Pm为压力峰值;PL为最终幅值;lr为移动砰击压力上升长度,ld为衰减长度,见图2,由式(2)确定

其中$ {t}_{\text{r}}、{t}_{\text{d}} $为砰击载荷的上升段、下降段时间。
本文选取若干实船加筋板,限于篇幅文中仅列出5块加筋板,参数见表1表2;将加筋板简化为2筋加3板格的模型,采用30 mm×30 mm的四边形板壳单元对加筋板的板和筋进行网格划分,边界条件设为四边刚性固定,见图3。将砰击载荷简化为移动的脉冲时历形式,基准砰击载荷参数和变化范围参照实船,见表3,载荷分别沿筋和垂直于筋两个方向移动。采用Abaqus的vdload子程序施加式(1)所示的移动砰击载荷,采用显式动力分析方法计算加筋板的动力响应,提取筋端部和筋中点单元的应力进行分析。针对每一块加筋板,首先进行表3所示基准工况的载荷计算,然后按照表3的参数变化范围,每次仅替换基准工况的一个参数,进行动力响应计算,重复这一过程,可分析不同载荷参数对加筋板动力响应的影响。文中列出了1号加筋板端部单元的合成动应力计算结果,见图4~8
图4~5可以看出,载荷上升段、下降段长度越大,加筋板的动应力越大;载荷垂直于筋运动时,比载荷沿筋方向运动时加筋板的动应力要大;当载荷上升段、下降段长度变大时,加筋板动力响应的峰值时间越靠后,加筋板动力响应的峰值时间出现在移动载荷峰值经过加筋板上所对应点的靠后一段时间;载荷上升段、下降段长度越小,加筋板越容易产生高频周期性振动。从图6可以看出,当砰击载荷的速度较大时,加筋板易产生高频振动。从图7~8可以看出,砰击载荷的峰值压力、低压值越大,加筋板的动应力越大。
众多案例表明加筋板在移动载荷作用下,其动力、静力响应与加筋板的尺寸(形式)关系很密切,但其比值即动力放大系数与加筋板的尺寸(形式)关系很小。因此定义筋的动应力等效系数DLF为移动脉冲载荷作用下加筋板中筋的最大沿筋方向应力$ {\sigma }_{\text{d}}({P}_{\text{m}}) $与相同载荷峰值$ {P}_{\text{m}} $的均布静压作用下筋的沿筋方向最大应力的比值,即

在确定DLF时,加筋板的$ {\sigma }_{\text{d}}({P}_{\text{m}}) $,可采用有限元软件建立如图3所示的有限元模型,并按1.2节方法进行计算;筋应力$ {\sigma }_{\text{s}}({P}_{\text{m}}) $的计算可采用如下均布载荷作用下两端固支梁的端部应力公式

式中:W为筋(含带板)的截面模量;a为板长度,单位为mm;b为加强筋间距,单位为mm;其余符号含义同式(3)。
为了方便获得加筋板在移动砰击载荷作用下的动力特征,以下给出了载荷参数的无因次定义式,见表4。由此获得表2所示的5块加筋板的载荷特征参数,见表5
为了分析DLF与砰击载荷无因次参数间的变化规律,在表1的载荷范围内进一步细化,形成100多个移动载荷模型,进行了2个移动方向的冲击载荷作用下5块加筋板的动力响应计算,结果见图9
图9(a)可见,变换砰击载荷无因次参数,DLF最大值小于1.9,最小值大于0.39。载荷沿筋(垂直于筋)方向运动时,DLF最大值变化较小在0.27~0.47(0.60~0.93)之间。由图9(b)可见,当载荷沿筋方向运动时,DLF随着无因次速度先增大后减小;当载荷垂直于筋方向运动时,DLF先增大后减小,再增大后减小。由图9(c)图9(d),当载荷沿筋(垂直于筋)方向运动, DLF接近1(小于1.1)。 由图9(e)可知,当无因次峰值载荷大于0.9,载荷沿筋方向运动时,无因次峰值载荷对DLF的影响很小;当载荷垂直于筋方向运动时,DLF随无因次峰值压力的增大而减小。由图9(f)可知,DLF随无因次低压载荷的增大而增大且DLF小于1.1。
定义筋的动荷敏感度系数SF(Sensitivity factor)为DLF在变化范围内的增量ΔDLF与无因次系数在变化范围内的增量的比值。
图10可知,当无因次上升段长度与无因次下降段长度大于2,在无因次增量为1的变化范围内,SF接近于0,无因次上升段长度与无因次下降段长度对DLF影响很小;当无因次峰值载荷大于2,在无因次峰值载荷的增量为1的变化范围内,无因次峰值压力对DLF的影响很小;当无因次低压载荷小于1时,低压载荷对DLF的影响很小。
由此可见,砰击载荷参数对DLF的敏感度排序为:移动速度>下降段长度>上升段长度>峰值载荷>低压载荷。
鉴于砰击载荷的无因次速度与无因次下降段长度是影响加筋板动应力最敏感的2个变量,以它们为自变量,基于大量常见尺度加筋板的有限元动力计算,运用Matlab软件进行DLF拟合,见公式(5)~(7),将拟合结果与原始数据进行对比,见图11

为了验证回归公式(5)、(6)的精度,对8块三板两筋模型进行了移动载荷作用下有限元DLF计算值和回归公式计算值的比较,见表6
表6表明,沿筋方向上回归公式与有限元两者计算结果的平均误差为5.42%;垂筋方向上回归公式与有限元两者计算结果的平均误差为11.81%。
为了进一步验证DLF公式的准确性,采用楔形体落水试验,进行了楔形体落水砰击动压力和筋的动应力测试。楔形体落水砰击试验下落轨道见图12(a)。制作了20°、30°、45°三种角度的楔形体,分别在0.5 m、1 m、1.5 m、2 m、2.5 m的5种高度下,进行了共计15次落水实验,测试了加筋板上的压力和加强筋上应力的时程。其中,30°模型夹具见图12(b),落水瞬间砰击场景见图12(c)

底升角为20°、自由落体高度为1 m的楔形体落水试验的压力时程如图14所示。
根据测点压力曲线,找出此组曲线的峰值时间和位置,求出此组曲线峰值的时间差和位置差(测点距离为75 mm),时间差的计算过程如下:将上升段近似成直线,确认砰击压力曲线的峰值压力Pm,峰值时间tm;将实际压力曲线上升段的中点与峰值点连线的斜率作为等效上升段的斜率,根据峰值压力点和上升段斜率建立等效载荷上升段的直线方程,求出压力为零的时间t0,据此确定等效载荷上升时间tr,其中tr=tmt0,即为时间差(时间差为0.0046 s)。计算出载荷的平均移动速度Cx=16.26 m/s。
图14所示,测点砰击压力曲线的峰值压力为该测点区域峰值压力的最大值,故取测点1曲线进行砰击载荷简化。将砰击载荷上升段简化为线性上升函数,下降段简化为指数函数。静水压力值作为等效压力曲线的低压值Pl,相应的时间为低压时间td;取砰击载荷下降段载荷值近似为1/3Pm点,记此点的压力值为Ps,相应的时间记为ts,令P=Pst=ts得公式(8)。

解出函数衰减时间td。对于静水压力较大的工况,建议取Pm/2点,记此点的压力值为Ps
表8进行了回归公式与有限元结果、试验结果的对比,得到了各种工况下加筋板的筋端部应力S6Y、筋中点应力S8Y的误差。因为贴片自身有宽度,所以测得的筋端部应力为距离边缘点5 mm测点的应力。在沿筋方向运动载荷作用下,距离边缘点5 mm的DLF的非线性回归公式如下

表8表明,对于S6Y,回归公式所得筋端部的应力与试验值两者的平均误差为17.4%;对于S8Y,回归公式所得筋中点的应力与试验值两者的平均误差为14.4%。
本文进行了多种移动砰击载荷模型下加筋板的弹性动力响应分析,讨论了不同载荷参数对加筋板动力响应的影响。以无因次速度与无因次下降段长度为自变量进行回归。通过有限元和楔形体落水试验对筋应力等效系数公式进行验证,得到的主要结论如下:
(1) 砰击载荷的移动速度与下降段长度是影响加筋板动应力的主要因素。
(2)采用回归分析等方法,得到载荷沿筋、垂直于筋方向运动DLF筋应力等效系数公式。对比多块加筋板的有限元计算以及楔形体落水试验结果表明,本文所提加筋板应力等效系数DLF具有较高的精度,与有限元和试验的平均误差分别小于11.8%、17.4%。
(3) 鉴于移动砰击载荷主要是针对大外飘的舷侧板架,此砰击载荷一般不会造成板架的塑性变形,并且现行的船体结构规范遵循弹性设计原则,因此可以认为砰击载荷与砰击响应存在线性关系。在已知砰击载荷和加筋板参数的情况下,可以通过DLF公式直接给出加筋板的动力响应,省去了复杂的加筋板有限元动力计算;在规定了筋的许用应力时,可利用DLF公式,方便地得到加筋板的许用砰击压力。因此该公式大幅提高了艏部结构初步设计的效率。
