Large-scale offshore floating platforms belons to special offshore structures. Their bearing pin shaft connection structures have good flexibility and applicability. In order to ensure the safety of the large-scale offshore floating platform connection system during service, it is necessary to analyze its fatigue life. Firstly, the large-scale offshore floating platform connection system with multiple sets of bearing pin shaft was studied. A nonlinear contact analysis method of various contact forms was adopted to investigate the overall strength of the structure under the design working condition load. Then, the fatigue life of the platform connection system was calculated and analyzed before and after the local structural improvement. The results show that, for large-scale offshore floating platform with multiple sets of bearing pinsnajt, the lowest fatigue life appears at the flat steel of the connection between the outermost bearing and the plate-frame structure of the loading end. In addition, the fatigue life could be effectively improved by increasing the overall plate thickness of the outermost bearing base plate-frame at the loading end. The thickness of the plate-frame and flat steel near the opening should also be increased. In this paper, a set of fatigue strength analysis methods for large offshore floating platform connection system with multiple sets of bearing pin shaft is finally formed.

大型海上浮式平台是一种特殊的海上结构物,其轴承销轴连接结构具有较好的灵活性和适用性,为了保证大型海上浮式平台连接系统在服役过程中的安全性,有必要对该连接系统进行疲劳寿命分析。首先,以含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统为研究对象,采用多种接触形式的非线性接触分析方法进行设计工况载荷下的总体强度研究。然后,根据该平台连接系统总体强度计算结果,选取板架结构应力较大部位为关键节点,并建立有限元子模型,计算这些关键节点的热点应力,最后,采用SN曲线累积损伤法,对该平台连接系统局部结构在改进前后的疲劳寿命进行计算和分析。结果表明:含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统加载端最外侧轴承与板架连接部位的扁钢处疲劳寿命最低,而增加加载端最外侧轴承基座板架部分整体板厚,以及开孔附近板架和扁钢厚度可有效提高疲劳寿命。本文最终提出了一套含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统疲劳强度分析方法。

大型海上浮式平台是一种特殊的海上结构物,其轴承销轴连接结构具有较好的灵活性和适用性,为了保证大型海上浮式平台连接系统在服役过程中的安全性,有必要对该连接系统进行疲劳寿命分析。首先,以含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统为研究对象,采用多种接触形式的非线性接触分析方法进行设计工况载荷下的总体强度研究。然后,根据该平台连接系统总体强度计算结果,选取板架结构应力较大部位为关键节点,并建立有限元子模型,计算这些关键节点的热点应力,最后,采用SN曲线累积损伤法,对该平台连接系统局部结构在改进前后的疲劳寿命进行计算和分析。结果表明:含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统加载端最外侧轴承与板架连接部位的扁钢处疲劳寿命最低,而增加加载端最外侧轴承基座板架部分整体板厚,以及开孔附近板架和扁钢厚度可有效提高疲劳寿命。本文最终提出了一套含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统疲劳强度分析方法。

Large-scale offshore floating platforms belons to special offshore structures. Their bearing pin shaft connection structures have good flexibility and applicability. In order to ensure the safety of the large-scale offshore floating platform connection system during service, it is necessary to analyze its fatigue life. Firstly, the large-scale offshore floating platform connection system with multiple sets of bearing pin shaft was studied. A nonlinear contact analysis method of various contact forms was adopted to investigate the overall strength of the structure under the design working condition load. Then, the fatigue life of the platform connection system was calculated and analyzed before and after the local structural improvement. The results show that, for large-scale offshore floating platform with multiple sets of bearing pinsnajt, the lowest fatigue life appears at the flat steel of the connection between the outermost bearing and the plate-frame structure of the loading end. In addition, the fatigue life could be effectively improved by increasing the overall plate thickness of the outermost bearing base plate-frame at the loading end. The thickness of the plate-frame and flat steel near the opening should also be increased. In this paper, a set of fatigue strength analysis methods for large offshore floating platform connection system with multiple sets of bearing pin shaft is finally formed.

大型海上浮式平台是一种特殊的海上结构物,由若干个结构相似的模块通过特定的连接结构连接而成,它需要承受多种载荷,包括风、浪、流等自然环境力量,以及来自设备、人员等的外部载荷,因此,需具备足够的承载能力和耐久性。轴承销轴连接结构具有较好的灵活性和适用性,开展连接结构强度的研究对保证整体平台的安全可靠性具有十分重大且深远的意义。
余澜等[14]研究了移动式海上基地连接器受力的影响因素;Zhao等[5]针对超大型浮体,确定了连接结构的失效模式和极限承载力条件;赵南[6]研究了超大型浮体连接器基座周边结构的极限承载能力;汤明刚等[7]采用接触非线性分析方法计算出海上多模块浮式平台连接器的等效结构刚度;朱璇等[8]对海上浮式柔性连接器在设计海况和设计刚度下的载荷值进行了分析计算;杨龙塾[9]基于SN曲线和Palmgren–Miner线性累积损伤理论,对刚性连接器疲劳寿命进行了评估;朱玥[10]针对半潜式超大型浮式结构物连接体,运用Palmgren–Miner线性累积损伤理论对铰接式连接器进行了疲劳寿命研究;宋恒[11]采用SN曲线法和断裂力学法,对超大型浮体柔性连接器在实际海况下的疲劳寿命进行了谱分析。虽然上述文献已对大型浮式结构物的刚性或柔性连接器的疲劳进行过研究,但尚未有相关文献对含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统疲劳强度进行分析。
因此,本文以含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统为研究对象,根据连接系统总体结构强度的计算结果,选取高应力区为关键节点部位,并建立关键节点的精细有限元模型。通过子模型结构疲劳热点应力计算,采用基于SN曲线的累积损伤法对含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统进行疲劳强度分析。
SN曲线方法是用于评估材料疲劳寿命的一种常用方法,它建立起了载荷幅值和寿命之间的关系曲线,即SN曲线。曲线的横坐标一般为寿命或循环次数(N),纵坐标为应力范围(S)。曲线的每一个点(NiSi)表示该类结构的节点在等值循环应力范围Si的作用下达到疲劳破坏时的寿命或循环数为NiSN曲线疲劳分析方法主要包括缺口应力、名义应力和热点应力三种分析方法。本文针对含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统,主要采用基于热点应力的疲劳分析方法。
根据Palmgren–Miner线性累积损伤理论进行疲劳寿命计算。该理论假设在任意给定的应力水平下,累积损伤的速度与先前的载荷历程无关,且加载顺序不影响计算结果。疲劳累积损伤的产生过程是一个渐进的过程:每次循环载荷都会给材料造成微小的损伤,这些损伤在下一次循环载荷时会继续扩大,逐渐积累,最终导致材料失效。
当长期应力范围分布可以表示成一个应力直方图,并且每一个方块应力范围为常值Si,循环次数为ni时,疲劳准则可以表示如下

式中:D为结构发生疲劳破坏时的总损伤量;k为应力分块的数目;ni为第i个应力分块中的应力循环数;Ni为在恒幅应力范围Si作用下直到失效时的应力循环数;${S_{{\mathrm{ftg}}}}$为疲劳强度安全系数。
计算海洋工程结构物的疲劳寿命时,通常存在多个工况及其时间占比。因此,需要对每个工况分别计算损伤度,然后按不同工况在评估目标服役期中所占比例加权计算总的损伤度,即
$ \bar D = \sum\limits_{i = 1}^k {{P_i}{D_i}} $
式中:$\bar D$为某一热点各工况下损伤期望值;k为结构服役期中疲劳损伤计算的工况数;${D_i}$为服役期均为第i个工况时结构中某一计算点的疲劳损伤;${P_i}$为第i个工况在结构服役期间所占的时间比例。
首先,建立含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统有限元模型,基于非线性接触有限元分析方法计算其在设计工况载荷下的总体应力和位移。获得较高应力的部位;然后建立连接系统较高应力部位(疲劳热点)有限元子模型,细化网格,并从整体模型强度分析结果中取出相应位置节点的位移作为子模型的边界条件,进行热点应力分析。此后,基于SN曲线累计损伤法及疲劳载荷工况计算和分析连接系统的疲劳寿命。最后,对连接系统较为薄弱部位进行局部结构加强,并重新进行疲劳寿命计算和分析,最终获得含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统的疲劳强度。上述研究方法的分析流程如图1所示。
含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统长为50 m、宽为9.8 m、高为8.6 m,由左垛模块和右垛模块、8组轴承销轴及周边板架结构组成。其中,以中横剖面L0为对称面,形成一个长为9.8 m、宽为7 m、高为3 m的缺口。坐标系定义如下:坐标原点O为8组轴承销轴孔轴线连线与中横剖面L0所在平面的交点,Y轴沿轴承孔轴线方向,Y轴正方向为从轴承8到轴承1轴线方向,X轴正方向经过原点O垂直指向于右垛模块侧面。整个系统示意如图2图3所示。
该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统采用ANSYS/Workbench软件建模,有限元模型采用高阶四面体10节点单元整体建模,单元数为2895527个,节点数5581012个。其中,轴承与销轴接触处的网格大小约为30 mm,其余部分约为160 mm,如图4所示。分析材料选用屈服强度为550 MPa的高强度钢。
(1)约束方式
对该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统约束端侧面(图2)的6个方向的自由度进行全约束。
(2)加载
选取该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统工作海域可能遇到的设计工况载荷LC1~LC5[12],如表1所示。
在该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统的轴承销轴对应的加载端侧面上(图2图5)施加XYZ三个方向的力(表1)及施加绕X轴(图2)的弯矩$M_x $和绕Z轴(图2)的弯矩$M_z $表1)。
(3)接触类型
在该大型海上浮式平台连接系统中存在两种不同的接触形式,分别为初始状态就接触的轴承和销轴接触对(图3图4),及在服役过程中有可能形成左垛模块和右垛模块的接触对,如图6所示。
采用非线性接触分析方法对该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统(图2)进行总体强度有限元计算和分析。不同工况(表1)下的轴承销轴和板架结构最大von Mises应力如表2所示。从表2可以看出,工况LC4下的von Mises应力最大,因此本文对工况LC4下的总体强度计算结果进行详细分析。
该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统(图2)工况LC4下的较大von Mises应力及出现位置如表3所示。由表可以看出:轴承销轴的最大von Mises应力位于加载端轴承1(图2)孔内侧(图7),约为314.6 MPa;而板架最大von Mises应力位于约束端轴承1(图2)基座开孔扁钢上(图10),约为325.2 MPa。两者均未超过材料的屈服强度,经校核符合相关规范使用要求。
含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统的目标海域拟设在南海某典型岛礁附近,根据中国南海海浪长期资料[13],可以得到该海域的波浪散布图数据,如表4所示,波浪谱采用Jonswap谱,表达如下

式中:形状参数$\gamma = 2$$\sigma = \left\{ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {0.09\quad \quad f \gt {f_\text{p}}} \\ {0.07\quad \quad f \lt {f_\text{p}}} \end{array}} \right.$$\alpha = \dfrac{{0.0624}}{{0.23 + 0.0336\gamma - 0.185(1.9 + \gamma )}}$${f_\text{p}}$为谱峰对应的频率,即谱峰频率。
由于计算该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统服役期间所有波高和周期(表4)的工作量较大,且疲劳主要受出现次数较多的海浪影响,因此,本文选取了年出现次数较多的海浪工况进行疲劳计算,共46个工况,占整个长期海况的97%,如表5所示。
(1)热点应力
热点应力是结构表面在热点处的最大应力。在热点应力区域,包括用于插值的区域,网格尺度不得大于受力构件厚度$ t $$ t $为所要评估的焊趾所在的板的板厚),建议采用$ t \times t $的网格。关键节点1–3(图10图11)均为焊接节点,热点应力可根据距离焊趾$ {t \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {t 2}} \right. } 2} $$ {{3 t} \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{3t} 2}} \right. } 2} $处的参考应力并使用插值法获得[14],如图9所示。
(2)关键节点子模型及热点应力计算
参考总体结构强度计算结果(表2),选取板架结构较高应力区域为关键节点部位。对三个关键节点部位采用ANSYS/Workbench软件建立子模型,进行精细化网格划分,如图10图11所示,并从整体模型强度分析结果中取出相应位置节点的位移作为子模型的边界条件,计算其热点应力,如表6所示。
参考CCS和ABS关于海洋结构物疲劳的规范[1415],分别采用CCS的D类曲线和ABS的E类曲线(表7),对该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统板架结构关键节点1–3的热点应力部位进行疲劳寿命分析,结果如表8所示。
表8可以看出,关键节点1的疲劳寿命最短,即该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统约束端轴承1(图2)基座开孔扁钢上(图10)为最先破坏部位,并且ABS规范分析的疲劳寿命结果偏安全。因此,该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统疲劳寿命在26年以上。
为了提高该含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统(图2)的疲劳寿命,提出以下两种局部板架厚度改进方案:
(1)方案一:将轴承1基座板架部分(图10)整体板厚由24 mm增加至26 mm;
(2)方案二:在方案一的基础上,将加载端轴承1基座开孔附近(图10)的基座板架厚度从26 mm增加至30 mm,扁钢厚度从10 mm增加至20 mm。
采用与本文第3.3节相同的计算方法,对增加局部板厚的系统重新进行强度计算。结果显示,热点应力位置未发生变化,在此基础上,采用与本文第3.4节相同的方法,对热点应力部位(图10)重新进行疲劳寿命的计算和分析,结果如表9所示。从表中可以看出,参照CCS规范评估的疲劳寿命在37年左右,ABS规范在33年左右,均比改进前关键节点1的疲劳寿命提高了约21%。此外,ABS规范疲劳强度评估结果偏于保守。因此,增加局部板架结构板厚可有效地提高该系统的疲劳寿命。
本文以含多组轴承销轴的大型海上浮式平台连接系统为研究对象,基于非线性接触有限元分析方法,分析了该结构的总体强度和局部强度。选取板架结构应力较大部位为关键节点,计算其热点应力,并采用SN曲线累积损伤方法计算其疲劳寿命。此外,提出了增加疲劳寿命的局部结构改进方案,形成了一套适用于该系统的疲劳强度分析方法。本文的主要结论如下:
(1)轴承销轴结构最大的von Mises应力出现在加载端最外侧轴承孔内侧,约为314.6 MPa;而板架结构最大的von Mises应力出现在加载端最外侧轴承与板架连接部位的扁钢上,约为325.2 MPa,均满足使用要求。
(2)板架结构中加载端最外侧轴承与板架连接部位的扁钢处疲劳寿命最低,疲劳寿命约为26年;同时,ABS规范疲劳强度评估结果偏于保守。
(3)加载端最外侧轴承基座板架部分整体板厚增加2 mm,开孔附近板架厚度增加4 mm,扁钢厚度增加10 mm,可有效提高疲劳寿命约21%。
