The blasting construction of water conservancy projects is characterized by its long duration and large scale. However, traditional methods for blasting design and construction control are inadequate to meet the requirements of current water conservancy project development. Therefore, it is crucial to study and establish a platform-based, networked, and intelligent blasting design and control system with significant engineering significance. To achieve this goal, this research adopts a front-end and back-end separation method using the Angular framework and SpringBoot framework based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), WebGIS (Geographic Information System), and developed blasting design software. The system comprises an intelligent blasting design module, three-dimensional visualization module, digital blasting control module, as well as an intelligent safety evaluation and prediction/warning module. This integration enables intelligent blasting design along with comprehensive auditing functions throughout the entire process. Importantly, the system can select control points on the excavation contour line for intelligent blasting design based on actual site conditions. It generates blast design schemes that undergo review using a model parameterized dynamic joint cropping method before being uploaded. This approach promotes standardization, informatization, and digital management of the entire blasting process while enhancing real-time interactive collaboration among various units involved in designing, constructing, supervising hydropower stations. The application of this system in slope blasting and excavation projects at Yebatan Hydropower Station demonstrates its effectiveness in carrying out blast designs while improving control efficiency. Consequently, it provides valuable technical support for slope blasting designs during hydropower station excavations.

水利工程爆破施工具有周期长、规模大的特点,传统爆破设计与施工管控方式难以满足当前水利工程的建设和发展要求,研究建立平台化、网络化、智能化的爆破设计与管控系统具有重大的工程意义。基于BIM、WebGIS和已开发的爆破设计软件,利用Angular框架和SpringBoot框架,采用前、后端分离式方法开发了智能爆破设计与管控系统,系统由智能爆破设计模块、三维可视化模块、数字化爆破管控模块以及智能安全评价及预测预警模块四个功能模块组成,实现了智能爆破设计与全流程爆破审核功能一体化,能够根据现场实际施工情况,采用模型参数化动态联合裁剪方法,选取开挖轮廓线上的控制点进行智能爆破设计,生成爆破设计方案,并将设计方案上传审查,有效地促进了爆破全流程的标准化、信息化、数字化管理,加强设计、施工、监理等单位的实时交互办公。该系统在叶巴滩水电站边坡爆破开挖工程的应用结果表明,系统能有效进行爆破设计,并提高管控效率,可为水电站边坡爆破设计开挖施工提供技术支持。

水利工程爆破施工具有周期长、规模大的特点,传统爆破设计与施工管控方式难以满足当前水利工程的建设和发展要求,研究建立平台化、网络化、智能化的爆破设计与管控系统具有重大的工程意义。基于BIM、WebGIS和已开发的爆破设计软件,利用Angular框架和SpringBoot框架,采用前、后端分离式方法开发了智能爆破设计与管控系统,系统由智能爆破设计模块、三维可视化模块、数字化爆破管控模块以及智能安全评价及预测预警模块四个功能模块组成,实现了智能爆破设计与全流程爆破审核功能一体化,能够根据现场实际施工情况,采用模型参数化动态联合裁剪方法,选取开挖轮廓线上的控制点进行智能爆破设计,生成爆破设计方案,并将设计方案上传审查,有效地促进了爆破全流程的标准化、信息化、数字化管理,加强设计、施工、监理等单位的实时交互办公。该系统在叶巴滩水电站边坡爆破开挖工程的应用结果表明,系统能有效进行爆破设计,并提高管控效率,可为水电站边坡爆破设计开挖施工提供技术支持。

The blasting construction of water conservancy projects is characterized by its long duration and large scale. However, traditional methods for blasting design and construction control are inadequate to meet the requirements of current water conservancy project development. Therefore, it is crucial to study and establish a platform-based, networked, and intelligent blasting design and control system with significant engineering significance. To achieve this goal, this research adopts a front-end and back-end separation method using the Angular framework and SpringBoot framework based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), WebGIS (Geographic Information System), and developed blasting design software. The system comprises an intelligent blasting design module, three-dimensional visualization module, digital blasting control module, as well as an intelligent safety evaluation and prediction/warning module. This integration enables intelligent blasting design along with comprehensive auditing functions throughout the entire process. Importantly, the system can select control points on the excavation contour line for intelligent blasting design based on actual site conditions. It generates blast design schemes that undergo review using a model parameterized dynamic joint cropping method before being uploaded. This approach promotes standardization, informatization, and digital management of the entire blasting process while enhancing real-time interactive collaboration among various units involved in designing, constructing, supervising hydropower stations. The application of this system in slope blasting and excavation projects at Yebatan Hydropower Station demonstrates its effectiveness in carrying out blast designs while improving control efficiency. Consequently, it provides valuable technical support for slope blasting designs during hydropower station excavations.

大型水利水电工程建设,存在工程周期长、规模大的特点[1]。爆破施工是工程建设的重要环节,爆破施工环节复杂,各种设计、监测资料数量庞大,具有较大的管理难度,因此,需要对坝区岩体的爆破开挖进行智能化管控,通过自动化智能化爆破设计,简化爆破开挖设计过程。
在智能爆破设计系统方面,许多学者基于AUTOCAD软件的二次开发或者利用AUTOCAD的图形引擎功能进行开发[2,3],如璩世杰等开发了露天矿场爆破基于blast-code模型爆破设计软件[4];张耿城等建立了基于改进ELM算法的地下矿爆破参数智能设计模型[5],并借助CAD二次开发技术,开发了中深孔爆破智能设计系统;赵明生等使用VC平台开发露天台阶爆破智能化设计软件[6]。除此之外,赵丽屏等采用Python语言开发了想到掘进爆破辅助设计系统[7],实现了炮孔自动布置及在线调整;魏文义等开发了隧道掘进爆破方案设计系统[8],实现了高校、精细化和实用性的爆破方案设计;刘军等基于Vc++平台,基于Delaunay三角形网格迭代算法以及Voronoi随机网格技术实现了台阶爆破炮孔自动布置及起爆网路自动设计[9];杨林兵等开发了一套智能化台阶爆破设计优化系统[10],并结合GPS实现了智能爆破设计及设计数据的反馈。在爆破管控方面,曲广建等针对“数字爆破”,对爆破行业近几年在信息化建设与应用方面所做的工作进行了总结[11,12],同时还提出了当前“数字爆破”的发展目标。陶刘群和汪旭光研究了爆破器材智能管理、爆破现场智能监测管理和爆破振动智能监测与分析等三大智能应用系统[13],侧重监测与器材管理,同时汪旭光等还针对目前“智能爆破”存在的问题进行了总结[14]。解放军理工大学建立了一种爆破振动预报与控制平台,包含工程信息采集功能、重要度分析功能、预报模型功能、信号分析功能、模态分析功能等,应用于工程爆破施工的振动安全控制[15]
虽然爆破设计以及管控的研究成果较多,然而,目前仍然缺乏将爆破设计与管控有机结合的成熟研究成果。因此本文针对上述问题,基于爆破设计与管控研究,同时,将该系统与跨平台的WebGIS相结合,实现了二、三维一体化与实时数据动态显示,开发一套爆破设计与管控平台,用以指导爆破设计与管理。
爆破设计与管控平台需要实现四个模块:智能爆破设计、三维可视化、数字化爆破管控、智能安全评价及预测预警,系统各模块功能及实现方法如图1所示,具体如表1所示。其中智能爆破设计模块采用本团队已经开发的爆破智能设计系统[16]
本系统采用前后端分离的开发方式,以B/S模式,将网页作为用户客户端,结合BIM于WebGIS进行开发,且所采用的软件均为开源软件。
系统后端基于SpringBoot框架,使用Eclipse进行开发,整合Mybatis持久化框架与Mysql数据库进行数据的CRUD操作。前端基于Angular框架,使用VScode进行开发设计,脚本语言选用Typescript,通过HTML5与CSS并结合PrimeNG组件库对页面进行优化设计,加入开源WebGIS引擎Cesium进行前端网页的GIS开发,并通过nginx网络服务进行地形、影像、文件的加载。
系统总体架构,如图2所示。
图2中数据层、数据访问层、业务层及表现层的具体功能及实现方法如下:
(1)数据层。设计合理的多维动态数组、多级链表等数据结构,基于ORMapping技术,按需求将数据库里的数据映射到内存中,提高访问速度及系统响应速度。
(2)数据访问层。基于JDBC接口通过Mybatis持久化数据,对其进行CRUD操作(即数据的增、删、改、查),并进行事务处理及异常捕获。包括基础工程资料、监测数据、三维模型、规范规程、计算数据、人员信息以及爆材数据。
(3)业务层。平台功能核心层。基于CodeBehind技术,实现了界面与数据的分离,提高平台的扩展性。与数据访问层相对应,把概要设计分出的角色类添加方法、属性、事件、索引、接口等,实现智能化爆破设计、爆区轮廓提取、爆破全流程审核以及安全监测分析等功能。
(4)表现层。即网页,用户进行交互操作的界面,实现数据的可视化。包括:(a)广域范围内开挖爆破体的可视化。采用WebGIS技术展示开挖爆破体的位置分布、连接走向;(b)监测模型可视化:显示各监测设备的空间位置,通过交互操作定位监测设备,查找监测设备的相关属性及对应各种监测物理量,以便快速查找监测情况和监测数据。拟采用HTML5 WebGL技术,展示监测设备组成与监测布置,实现测点的交互选择、属性显示、视点跟踪和动态漫游,通过交互式菜单实现平台的各项功能。根据电脑客户端的功能需求,调用多细节层次的模型,制作不同的界面与菜单。(c)监测数据可视化:采用Ajax技术,动态绘制图表。
(1)采用PaaS平台,选择B/S模式,以WEB浏览器为客户端。
(2)采用SpringBoot作为系统后端开发框架,通过Mybatis持久化框架与Mysql数据库进行数据交互。
(3)采用Angular作为前端开发框架,整合开源WebGis引擎Cesium,创建用于共享动态地理空间数据的交互式Web应用程序,使用PrimeNG组件库进行网页交互界面的设计优化。
(4)采用Cesium作为数据引擎。值得说明的是,系统开发过程中,在保留Cesium三维一体化和时态数据显示优势基础上,通过前后端数据交互,弥补了其在空间数据统计和分析方面的弱势。
以叶巴滩水电站边坡工程项目为例进行工程应用。针对叶巴滩水电站边坡的施工流程,主要需求如下:
(1)结合工程施工进度,进行爆破设计及开挖施工方案的预设计工作,模拟并指导现场爆破开挖。
(2)结合BIM与WebGIS技术,通过现场实测地形数据,建立高陡边坡工程地质信息和安全监测信息三维可视化模块,对爆区进行三维可视化展示,实现虚拟场景漫游、监测仪器的定位与变化时程展示、双向互动选择等功能。
(3)对爆破设计、爆破施工、爆破监测、爆破控制和爆破评价进行管理和控制,实现爆破作业流程的信息化、数字化管理。进一步地实现爆破器材管理、爆破监测管理、爆破质量检查管理。
(4)根据设备反馈监测信息,基于安全等级、预警指标,智能化、自动化评估工程安全状态及其爆破施工影响,针对接近或已超出安全标准的工程区域,提前预测、预警。
系统功能模块设计如图3,主要分为爆区轮廓提取模块、智能爆破设计系统模块、监测数据分析模块、数字化爆破管控系统模块。各模块的功能如下:
(1)爆区轮廓提取模块:包括模型选取隔离操作,对模型进行三维裁剪,最后获得爆区轮廓度参数。
(2)智能爆破设计系统模块:将爆破设计软件整合到系统平台[16],通过将软件注册COM组件,生成DLL动态链接库进行调用,软件包括输入模块、爆破参数计算模块、炮孔布置设计模块、装药结构设计模块、起爆网路设计模块、输出模块并生成设计简报(设计简报中的设计图纸均从爆破设计系统导出的dxf格式的设计图中获取)。
(3)监测数据分析模块:通过埋设的监测计进行爆破振动监测与位移监测,同时针对现场的爆破块度进行测试,并进行爆破效果分析。
(4)数字化爆破管控系统模块:参照OA系统进行爆破审批文件的多部门层层审核[17],实现爆破全流程管控。
自动化爆破设计模块通过输入工程地质条件、爆区参数、钻孔参数及炸药参数等初始条件,进行炮孔布置设计、装药结构设计、起爆网路设计,最后输出工程所需的材料清单、爆破方案设计简报。
初始爆破参数输入:通过手动输入爆破设计所需的爆破规模、台阶高度、岩体性质等爆破信息以及单耗控制、起爆方式、布孔方式等爆破设计参数,如图4
根据输入的初始条件计算得到炮孔布置设计、装药结构设计、起爆网路设计图、所需爆材数据等爆破设计结果。炮孔布置及各炮孔信息如图5
进行爆破设计需要确定爆区轮廓点,但照传统方法确定爆区轮廓较为繁琐,通过在Cesium平台的裁剪平面(ClippingPlanes)进行模型参数化动态联合裁剪,位于平面法线的反方向的模型将被剪切,如图6,被裁剪区域(黄色区域)在视图中不再进行渲染,使得爆区虚拟模拟设计成为可能。
通过ClippingPlaneCollection可指定一组剪切平面,对模型进行联合剪切。设置属性unionClipping Regions为true,则所有平面外部(法向的反方向)都被剪切。否则,只有区域位于每个平面的外侧,才会剪切区域,即切片的交集,如下图7
设计人员得到所需的爆区轮廓后,通过在三维模型中点选拾取爆区轮廓点,即可保存该次爆区轮廓提取的数据,作为爆破设计系统中的爆区参数,如下图891011。将爆区轮廓数据整合后自动导入自动化爆破设计模块,进行爆破设计。
参考OA工作流进行模块开发,创建各部门共享信息资源平台,信息能在不同的执行者之间传递、执行,不同部门的员工可通过OA系统及时了解爆破审批进度的最新信息,有利于部门之间的沟通与合作。采用最简单的顺序流,即待审核文件项按次序一步一步完成审核,前一个工作项处理完成后,就可以处理后一个工作项。
系统分为审核进度查询、设计文件上传、根据权限的部门审核功能,如管理员权限可查看使用所有功能,各自审核部门仅能进行本部门的审核与审核进度查询。如图12~14所示。
(1)系统实现爆破全流程的标准化、信息化、数字化管理,加强设计、施工、监理等单位的实时交互办公。利用BIM能够有效地实现监测信息的集成以及相关功能的开发,能够有效提高监测信息的可视化以及监测系统的交互性,实现监测信息的及时共享。
(2)将爆破相关信息、BIM、WebGIS集合于一体,不仅可以展示宏观区域内地形、建筑物、开挖轮廓及相互关系,也可以精细展示微观领域内各监测点的监测信息,实现爆破开挖全过程的智能化、可视化与科学化。
(3)本平台可应用于水利工程、矿山、铁道和交通等领域的岩体爆破开挖安全和质量控制、智能爆破设计以及管控。
