Aiming at the problems of high boulder yield, high explosive consumption and poor blasting effect in an open-pit mine with complex lithology in Xinjiang, 59 blasting tests for the optimal inter-hole and inter-row delays in rock masses with different blastabilities were carried out on four levels (between 445 m and 595 m) at the east side of the mine. The optimal delays between holes and rows were determined by the shape of blasting pile, ore rock fragmentation and powder factor. The test results show that the blasting pile is flat and the fragmentation is uniform for benches of mudstone with some fine sands when the delays between holes and rows are 5.9 ms/m and 14 ms/m, respectively. For sandstone with part of mudstone lithologic, when the delays between holes and rows are taken as 2.7 ms/m and 14.2 ms/m respectively, the blasting pile shape and fragmentation are reasonable and the boulder yield is low. The test results are applied to the field production of the mine, and the average powder factor and boulder yield are 4.03% and 1.8%, respectively, which are lower than those of previous years. The research shows that reasonable selecting of delay time between holes and rows for complex geological conditions can obtain flat blasting pile and the uniform block size, which can effectively reduce the powder factor, and save costs. The delay time determined in this test can provide important field data for selecting the delay time of mudstone and sandstone mixed bench blasting under the same geological conditions in Zhundong area.

针对新疆某露天矿复杂岩性台阶爆破大块率高,炸药单耗大,爆破效果差等问题,利用XF型数码电子雷管高精度、高安全度的优势,采用控制变量法,在该矿东帮四个标段445~595水平分别进行了59场不同可爆性岩体孔间、排间最优微差时间的爆破试验。通过对爆堆形状、矿岩块度及炸药单耗的统计,确定了最优的孔间和排间延期时间。试验结果表明:针对泥岩为主,部分细砂岩性台阶,孔间、排间延时/米分别取5.9 ms/m和14 ms/m时,爆堆平整,块度均匀;针对砂岩为主,部分泥岩岩性台阶,孔间、排间延时/米分别取2.7 ms/m和14.2 ms/m时,爆堆形状及规格合理,大块率较低。将试验结果应用于该矿现场生产,炸药平均单耗较往年同比降低4.03%,大块率降低1.8%。该项研究表明:针对复杂地质条件选取合理的孔间、排间延时时间,可有效降低炸药单耗,节约成本,且爆堆平整,块度均匀,降本增效显著。本次试验所确定的孔间排间延时时间,可为准东地区同等地质条件下泥岩、砂岩混合台阶爆破延时时间选取提供重要的现场数据。

针对新疆某露天矿复杂岩性台阶爆破大块率高,炸药单耗大,爆破效果差等问题,利用XF型数码电子雷管高精度、高安全度的优势,采用控制变量法,在该矿东帮四个标段445~595水平分别进行了59场不同可爆性岩体孔间、排间最优微差时间的爆破试验。通过对爆堆形状、矿岩块度及炸药单耗的统计,确定了最优的孔间和排间延期时间。试验结果表明:针对泥岩为主,部分细砂岩性台阶,孔间、排间延时/米分别取5.9 ms/m和14 ms/m时,爆堆平整,块度均匀;针对砂岩为主,部分泥岩岩性台阶,孔间、排间延时/米分别取2.7 ms/m和14.2 ms/m时,爆堆形状及规格合理,大块率较低。将试验结果应用于该矿现场生产,炸药平均单耗较往年同比降低4.03%,大块率降低1.8%。该项研究表明:针对复杂地质条件选取合理的孔间、排间延时时间,可有效降低炸药单耗,节约成本,且爆堆平整,块度均匀,降本增效显著。本次试验所确定的孔间排间延时时间,可为准东地区同等地质条件下泥岩、砂岩混合台阶爆破延时时间选取提供重要的现场数据。

Aiming at the problems of high boulder yield, high explosive consumption and poor blasting effect in an open-pit mine with complex lithology in Xinjiang, 59 blasting tests for the optimal inter-hole and inter-row delays in rock masses with different blastabilities were carried out on four levels (between 445 m and 595 m) at the east side of the mine. The optimal delays between holes and rows were determined by the shape of blasting pile, ore rock fragmentation and powder factor. The test results show that the blasting pile is flat and the fragmentation is uniform for benches of mudstone with some fine sands when the delays between holes and rows are 5.9 ms/m and 14 ms/m, respectively. For sandstone with part of mudstone lithologic, when the delays between holes and rows are taken as 2.7 ms/m and 14.2 ms/m respectively, the blasting pile shape and fragmentation are reasonable and the boulder yield is low. The test results are applied to the field production of the mine, and the average powder factor and boulder yield are 4.03% and 1.8%, respectively, which are lower than those of previous years. The research shows that reasonable selecting of delay time between holes and rows for complex geological conditions can obtain flat blasting pile and the uniform block size, which can effectively reduce the powder factor, and save costs. The delay time determined in this test can provide important field data for selecting the delay time of mudstone and sandstone mixed bench blasting under the same geological conditions in Zhundong area.

高精度数码电子雷管的出现促进了工程爆破项目日趋精细化、智能化,已广泛应用于隧道掘进、地铁修建、建筑物拆除、地基修筑、巷道掘进、露天矿岩松动等领域[1,2]。在露天矿山爆破作业中,岩体爆破质量决定了后续采剥作业的效率,尤其是爆破后矿岩块度超标,不仅增加了二次破碎的作业量和成本,同时也会影响采掘设备和运输设备能力的发挥,严重时会影响到矿山的年生产能力。台阶爆破效果跟施工环境有很大的关系[3],如爆破区域岩石物理力学性质、工程地质和水文地质条件、爆破器材性能、施工工艺及爆破参数等[4],其中爆破参数作为人为可控因素,科研工作者们做了大量现场试验与优化工作。万佳针对露天矿不良地质条件的特点[5],采取了逐孔起爆,分层开挖的技术措施,有效改善了爆破效果。张阳光针对金铜矿山复杂地质条件[6],设计五组现场试验,最终确定孔延期19 ms,排延期50 ms时,爆堆岩块尺寸最为合理。兰小平结合石灰岩矿开采过程中岩块粒径分布曲线[7],合理优化起爆参数,得出孔米延期3~4 ms,排米延期9 ms时,爆堆平整,块度均匀,大块率低。程三建针对裂隙岩体台阶[8],提出了分段装药结构的电子雷管延时起爆网络,得出排间延时时间取65 ms时,大块率快速下降,爆破效果明显提升。
然而,由于爆破施工环境的复杂性,通过工程实践和经验方法得到的延期时间存在很大的差异性,对于不同地质条件下爆破参数选取的指导意义有限[9]。因此,利用数码电子雷管的延时精度高、安全性高、可靠性强、管控性好的显著优势,针对不同爆破施工环境下,探索有利于应力波叠加的孔排间微差时间,通过选择合理的孔排间微差时间来实现降低爆后的块度、优化炸药单耗是目前矿山爆破行业面临的亟待解决的问题之一[10]
XF型系列数码电子雷管是雪峰新疆雪峰科技(集团)股份有限公司自主研发的具有高安全性、高精度的智能型雷管产品,自2009年10月开始研发,至今已发展到第三代,如图1所示。经过不断的改进与更新,在现场使用方面,电子雷管管体故障率不断下降,可靠性不断提高,操作更加简便。先后在新疆巴州、塔城、克州等地区封闭应用,陆续在全疆其他地区开放使用。事实证明,数码电子雷管作为一种安全可靠、高精度、智能型、环保型性能优良的起爆器材,可满足复杂爆破工程的微差减震要求,是实现大型爆破作业网络优化设计和微差干扰减震的理想产品。
(1)良好的使用安全性
电子雷管具有抗射频、抗杂散电流能力较强,准爆率高等优点。电子雷管爆破网路连接完成后,可以通过控制器对爆破网路进行检测,如果有故障电子雷管,可以精确检测出来,并可以找到故障电子雷管的具体孔位,在爆破前进行处理,避免了传统起爆网络检查难度大的问题,最大限度减少盲炮和使用中的危险因素,爆破作业安全条件得到了提升[11]
(2)良好的公共安全性
电子雷管具有密码管控系统,以形成雷管生产、流通、使用的闭环管理,极大地增强了民爆物品的管控水平。同时,电子雷管使用常规手段不能起爆,具有传统雷管所没有的社会安全性和公共安全性[12]。XF型系列电子雷管具有电子雷管信息流向跟踪管控系统,在民爆系统的基础上,通过密码管控,设备管控以及管控指令等手段,增加了对雷管的使用环节的管控,实现了对雷管的完整闭环管理,将现今事后追溯的管理模式改变为事前控制的管理模式,是对民爆系统实现管理功能的补充和完善。
(3)使用便捷性
电子雷管无段别之分,通过电子芯片控制延期时间,与普通电雷管和导爆管雷管相比减少了出入库的工作量。对于无库房的临爆项目减少了雷管的浪费。电子雷管网络连接,仅需要敷设爆破母线,将电子雷管连接到爆破母线即可,操作简单,省时省力。
(4)可实现精准延时
电子雷管的延期时间小于100 ms,偏差小于1 ms;延期时间小于101~500 ms,偏差小于2 ms。在一定范围内可任意设置延期时间,完全可满足各种爆破作业的需求。可以有效的降低项目施工综合成本,达成良好的经济效益
项目施工场地为新疆准东地区某露天煤矿,根据工程地质勘察资料显示,该矿区剥离物以泥岩、粉砂岩及泥质粉砂岩为主,夹少量的砂岩及薄煤层,大部分为单轴抗压强度在6~15 MPa的中硬岩类。岩层裂隙不甚发育,透水性和富水性较弱,水文地质条件简单。在施工过程中,为提高后续采剥环节作业效率,台阶需要提前进行爆破作业,爆破效果如图2所示。根据以往的爆破效果分析,爆破后块度不均匀,存在一定的大块,难以满足业主方对大块率控制要求,且延期时间方案沿用导爆管雷管时期的方案,成本控制压力大,也未发挥出数码电子雷管延期时间精度高、可调节的优势。因此有针对性地开展不同爆破施工环境条件,如地形地貌、岩石物理力学性质、爆破区域工程地质和水文地质条件等变化时,电子雷管起爆参数的优化试验,控制炸药单耗,优化矿岩块度,改善爆破质量,是实现矿山精细化生产与管理、达到降本增效的重要途径和技术手段。
合理的微差时间是爆破效果的有效保障。微差时间选取合理,不仅有利于形成新的自由面,也可增加应力波叠加,增强岩块之间的碰撞,同时还能最大限度降低同一时间起爆药量,降低爆破地震波效应。延期时间也不宜过长,否则爆炮孔爆落的岩石回落后,会破坏地表敷设起爆网络。因此,合理的微差时间选择十分重要。
(1)孔间最佳延期时间选取。根据尝试矿冶研究院研究成果,孔间微差时间t1选取的半经验公式为
式中:k为能量系数,取1~2;Q为单孔药量,kgrerr为起爆炸药和岩体的密度,g/cm3DCr分别为炸药爆速及岩石的纵波波速,m/s;SV分别为爆后岩块平均移动距离和移速。通常,为使两个炮孔之间作用达到最大,取得良好破碎效果,对岩性较脆且硬度较高的岩石,孔间延期取小值,反之取大值。
(2)排间最佳延期时间选取。排与排之间的延期时间长短决定了爆堆的形状和松散度,当排间延期时间过小,后排孔与前排孔相互过度挤压松散度差;排间延期时间过长,前排孔爆破后的岩石被抛出并停止移动,后排孔再将爆破的岩石抛到静止的爆堆上,爆堆被挤实,松散度变差。合理松散度的排间延期时间t2与排距大小,岩石软硬有关系,通常由以下半经验公式确定
式中:b为排距,m;H0为岩块与台阶坡底面高度,m;v1v2分别为堵塞段和中部岩块飞行速度,m/s。
(3)经验取值。全球最大民爆企业ORICA公司经过大量现场实验,得出合理的孔间延时时间取3~8 ms/m,排间延时时间取8~15 ms/m。设置延期时间要考虑其形成的爆破等时线对爆破瞬间自由面生成的形态和孔排距的影响。在布孔时就要通过延期时间的设置绘制出爆破等时线,反推计算孔排距。排距过大和孔距过小时,由于波叠加原理使孔间裂隙容易过早贯通,冲击波和爆生气体便会过早逸出,反射波能量减弱,不利于径向裂隙的扩展和最终岩石的破碎。那么排距过小和孔距过大同样对岩石的爆破不利,这样不用担心孔间裂隙穿透,但由于过小的抵抗线,反射波能量较强,爆生气体从自由面端大量逸出,而孔间岩石的破碎达不到理想效果。
为了获取数码电子雷管逐孔起爆网路的最佳延时时间,改善爆破效果,结合该露天煤矿地质情况、地质构造、开采工程位置等条件,通过调整孔间、排间的延时时间,组织开展该矿东帮四个标段445~595水平59次试验。采用控制变量法,即在保持爆破孔网参数不变的情况下,调整孔间延时时间和排间延时时间,每次实验只改变其中一个变量,以得到最优的取值。爆区台阶剖面和装药结构如图3所示,选取其中典型试验过程记录如下:
2022年8月31日,在矿山东帮490-475南侧切路区域进行深孔爆破作业,爆破方量10 4332 m3,总药量23.27 t,总孔数409个,设计单耗0.223 kg/m3,其他爆破参数如表1所示。主装药为混装铵油炸药,本次网路延时时间为孔间微差34 ms,排间微差71 ms。爆破网路图如图4所示。
观察爆破后现场,边坡稳定,正常塌落,爆堆伸出大约18 m,飞石距离约40 m,自由面存在大块较少,其他区域爆破效果良好,预裂孔爆破正常,爆破现场如图5所示。
经现场爆破实验,东帮580-565南侧扩帮、东帮520-505南侧切路和东帮430-415南侧扩帮三块爆破区域的爆破炸药平均单耗较2021年同比降低4.03%。与此同时,根据该矿山规定矿石大块评定标准,通过爆后爆堆实际勘察及铲装挖掘,其爆堆表面破碎,松散性好,爆堆后方无散落浮石,爆裂线平直,未见严重拉裂现象,块度均匀,爆堆内部大块较少,相比往年爆破大块率降低1.8%。通过前期大量不同微差延时方案的爆破实验,最终确定在该露天矿不同岩性条件下最优的孔间、排间微差延时时间,见表2
微差爆破孔间排间延时对于爆破效果,尤其是矿岩的块度分布有着重要的影响。合理的微差时间,不仅能增强炮孔应力波叠加效益,也为自由面的产生提供合理的时间和空间。通过现场控制变量试验,确定了泥岩为主、泥砂混合、砂岩为主三种不同岩性台阶爆破最优孔间排间延时时间,现场应用后,爆破炸药单耗降低4.03%,且爆堆平整,块度均匀,有利于后续采剥作业,降本增效显著。本次试验研究所选的延期时间取值范围在经验公式验算的基础上,主要参考了澳瑞凯公司提出经验值,在澳瑞凯经验取值范围外选定延期时间能否取得良好的实验效果,有待后期与爆破同行们共同探索
