In order to study the development track and hot spot changing trends of blasting technology in openpit mining, 1116 valid journal articles were retrieved as a sample from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database by selecting “open-pit mining” and “blasting” as the search criteria. According the visual analysis reports from CNKI and utilizing the visual knowledge graph tool CiteSpace, a comprehensive and in-depth study has been conducted on the state of the art, distribution characteristics, research hotspots, and cutting-edge trends in the field of open-pit mining blasting research in China. The research findings indicate that the study of open-pit mining blasting has undergone three distinct stages: the establishment and development of open-pit mining blasting theory (pre—2010), the phase of modern technology application and innovation (2010—2015), and the stage of green, intelligent, and precision development (2015—present). The disciplinary distribution primarily focuses on mining engineering and general industrial technology and equipment. The prominent journals for publication include Blasting, Engineering Blasting, and other journals in the field of mining engineering. The majority of authors and institutions are affiliated with mining-related universities, enterprises and research institutes. The research topics encompass various aspects, including the development and application of blasting design software, optimization of blasting parameters (such as blast hole pattern, powder factor and charge structure), deep-hole blasting, bench blasting, cast blasting, pre-splitting blasting, control and monitoring of blasting vibration, numerical simulation, and application of artificial intelligence algorithms, analysis of factors affecting blasting quality and evaluation of blasting effects. The future of open-pit mining blasting will continue to evolve towards automation, intelligence, precision and environmental friendliness. Through technological innovation and interdisciplinary integration, the industry aims to provide more efficient, safer and sustainable blasting solutions for the mining sector.

为了研究露天矿爆破技术的发展轨迹和热点变化规律,在中国学术期刊出版总库(CNKI)中选取“露天矿”并含“爆破”检索条件,获得1116篇有效期刊文献作为样本。通过利用CNKI的文献可视化分析报告和CiteSpace这一可视化知识图谱工具,对我国露天矿爆破研究领域的发展现状、分布特征、研究热点和前沿趋势进行了全面而深入的研究和分析。研究表明:露天矿爆破研究主要分为:①露天矿爆破理论的确立和发展阶段(2010年前)、②现代技术运用和创新阶段(2010—2015年)、③绿色智能精细化发展阶段(2015年至今)3个阶段;学科分布主要是矿业工程和工业通用技术与设备;发文期刊主要是《爆破》、《工程爆破》以及其他矿业工程领域的期刊;研究作者及机构主要是矿业相关高等学校教师以及企业、研究院研究人员;研究主题主要包括爆破工艺过程中的爆破设计软件开发与应用,孔网参数、炸药单耗、装药结构等爆破参数优化,深孔爆破、台阶爆破、抛掷爆破、预裂爆破等爆破方式,爆破振动的控制与监测,数值模拟、人工智能算法的应用,爆破质量原因分析及爆破效果评价。未来的露天矿爆破将继续朝着自动化、智能化、精确化和环境友好化的方向发展,通过技术创新和多学科融合,为矿山行业提供更高效、安全、可持续的爆破解决方案。

为了研究露天矿爆破技术的发展轨迹和热点变化规律,在中国学术期刊出版总库(CNKI)中选取“露天矿”并含“爆破”检索条件,获得1116篇有效期刊文献作为样本。通过利用CNKI的文献可视化分析报告和CiteSpace这一可视化知识图谱工具,对我国露天矿爆破研究领域的发展现状、分布特征、研究热点和前沿趋势进行了全面而深入的研究和分析。研究表明:露天矿爆破研究主要分为:①露天矿爆破理论的确立和发展阶段(2010年前)、②现代技术运用和创新阶段(2010—2015年)、③绿色智能精细化发展阶段(2015年至今)3个阶段;学科分布主要是矿业工程和工业通用技术与设备;发文期刊主要是《爆破》、《工程爆破》以及其他矿业工程领域的期刊;研究作者及机构主要是矿业相关高等学校教师以及企业、研究院研究人员;研究主题主要包括爆破工艺过程中的爆破设计软件开发与应用,孔网参数、炸药单耗、装药结构等爆破参数优化,深孔爆破、台阶爆破、抛掷爆破、预裂爆破等爆破方式,爆破振动的控制与监测,数值模拟、人工智能算法的应用,爆破质量原因分析及爆破效果评价。未来的露天矿爆破将继续朝着自动化、智能化、精确化和环境友好化的方向发展,通过技术创新和多学科融合,为矿山行业提供更高效、安全、可持续的爆破解决方案。

In order to study the development track and hot spot changing trends of blasting technology in openpit mining, 1116 valid journal articles were retrieved as a sample from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database by selecting “open-pit mining” and “blasting” as the search criteria. According the visual analysis reports from CNKI and utilizing the visual knowledge graph tool CiteSpace, a comprehensive and in-depth study has been conducted on the state of the art, distribution characteristics, research hotspots, and cutting-edge trends in the field of open-pit mining blasting research in China. The research findings indicate that the study of open-pit mining blasting has undergone three distinct stages: the establishment and development of open-pit mining blasting theory (pre—2010), the phase of modern technology application and innovation (2010—2015), and the stage of green, intelligent, and precision development (2015—present). The disciplinary distribution primarily focuses on mining engineering and general industrial technology and equipment. The prominent journals for publication include Blasting, Engineering Blasting, and other journals in the field of mining engineering. The majority of authors and institutions are affiliated with mining-related universities, enterprises and research institutes. The research topics encompass various aspects, including the development and application of blasting design software, optimization of blasting parameters (such as blast hole pattern, powder factor and charge structure), deep-hole blasting, bench blasting, cast blasting, pre-splitting blasting, control and monitoring of blasting vibration, numerical simulation, and application of artificial intelligence algorithms, analysis of factors affecting blasting quality and evaluation of blasting effects. The future of open-pit mining blasting will continue to evolve towards automation, intelligence, precision and environmental friendliness. Through technological innovation and interdisciplinary integration, the industry aims to provide more efficient, safer and sustainable blasting solutions for the mining sector.

在现代工业和社会发展中,矿产资源的开采与利用一直是一个重要的议题。而露天矿爆破是一种在矿业领域广泛应用的采矿技术,通过爆破作业实现矿石的破碎和分离,是高效率、大规模开采的重要手段之一。随着全球矿产需求的不断增长和对资源的持续追求,露天矿爆破技术的发展和应用变得愈发重要。
露天矿爆破技术不仅关乎矿业产业本身,其对资源的高效开采、生产速度的提升以及环境保护都具有深远的影响。该技术通过利用爆炸能量将岩石矿体破碎和分离,直接决定了矿石的开采效率。通过精心设计的爆破方案,可以提高矿石的回收率,降低废石的开采量,从而降低采矿成本,使矿产资源得以更充分地开采。良好的露天矿爆破技术可以提高生产效率,加速矿石开采速度。合理的爆破参数和操作控制是确保爆破过程安全、高效的关键。这有助于降低事故风险,保障工人和设备的安全。此外,现代爆破技术注重减少对环境的不良影响,包括振动、噪音、空气质量和土地破坏,有助于遵守环保法规和社会责任。露天矿爆破技术在过去的几十年中经历了显著的发展和创新。随着科学技术的进步和工程实践的不断积累,广大专家学者针对爆破施工工序中的各个环节进行了广泛的研究和探索,取得了许多重要的成果和突破。这使得这一领域的研究成果变得丰富多样,为矿业的可持续发展提供了坚实的支持。
随着VOSviewer和CiteSpace等基于引文分析和知识图谱的可视化技术的应用,国内外越来越多的研究人员,借助这些工具来分析和预测研究领域的未来发展趋势,探索不同学科之间的交叉影响,并根据其分析结果探究研究前沿和热门方向[1,2]。杨洋等利用CiteSpace研究了21世纪以来矿山安全与数字矿山安全之间的关系[3];王丹等结合了中国学术期刊总库(CNKI数据库)和Web of Science核心数据库进行对比分析[4],探讨了煤矿智能化领域研究热点及研究趋势;蒋仲安等借助VOSviewer和CiteSpace可视化软件[5],对矿山粉尘研究领域的时空分布特征、热点主题和前沿趋势进行了详细的分析。尽管在过去的十年中,人工智能、大数据和数字孪生等技术的推动下,露天矿爆破研究领域取得了不断进步,学科之间的交互也日益加深。然而,迄今为止,尚未有学者对现有的露天矿爆破研究进行系统梳理和文献计量分析。因此,通过对国内相关领域期刊论文进行系统分析和回顾,可以帮助我们揭示露天矿爆破技术的研究脉络、热点变化和演化趋势。
为了全面了解我国露天矿爆破研究领域的发展现状和未来研究方向,本研究基于CNKI的文献可视化分析报告以及CiteSpace知识图谱,首先分析了该主题发表的文献的发文数量,学科、不同机构、作者和出版刊物的分布情况。其次,通过运用CiteSpace可视化软件进行合作分析,探究了文献机构和作者之间的科学合作关系。随后,依靠关键词共现和聚类分析,进一步深入研究了文献的研究热点和发展现状,同时结合文献聚类情况,系统整理了支撑该主题知识基础的关键成果。最后,基于关键词时间线和突现图谱分析,总结了该领域的发展趋势变化,并对未来的发展前景进行了展望。
文献计量学是运用数理统计方法,分析特定研究领域现有文献的分布、数量关系以及变化规律的交叉学科[6,7]。近年来,国内外的学者越来越广泛地运用现代计算机可视化技术,来揭示特定研究领域演化的动力机制[8]。其中,可视化网络分析软件CiteSpace是由美国德雷克塞尔大学的陈超美博士基于引文分析理论和Java环境开发而成的[9],本研究所使用的软件版本是CiteSpace 6.2 R2。首先利用该软件将CNKI导出的Refworks格式文档转换为可操作的数据格式,然后,通过合作网络拓扑、关键词共现分析、突现关键词检测等方法对数据进行分析,从而绘制出露天矿爆破的知识图谱。
在中国学术期刊出版总库(中国知网,CNKI)高级检索中,选取来源为“期刊”,主题为“露天矿”并含“爆破”,并且篇关摘为“露天矿”并含“爆破”,以全部期刊作为检索范围,共检索获得中文期刊文献1667篇。对检索得到的1667篇期刊文献进行人工筛选,去除非研究性文献后以Refworks格式从知网数据库中导出,并将其命名为“download_XXX”格式进行保存,得到用于CiteSpace分析的原始数据。时间设置以CiteSpace软件支撑的最早分析年份1993年为起始,截止到本研究开始时,即2023年05月15日,进行去重和转化的预处理后,最终保留1116条数据用于本文的研究。
在CiteSpace软件生成图谱中,一个节点为一个研究对象,节点间的连线表示节点之间的关联。节点越大说明其出现的频次(Count frequency,CF)越多,该节点所代表的信息越重要。中介中心性(Betweenness centrality,BC)是指在一个网络中,一个节点作为连接其他节点之间最短路径的桥梁的次数。在网络分析中,中介中心性可以被认为是节点在信息传递、影响传播等方面的重要性指标[9-11]。当BC≥0.1时,表明该节点发挥着更重要的作用。聚类模块值(Q值):一般认为Q>0.3意味着聚类结构显著,聚类平均轮廓值(S值):一般认为S>0.5聚类就是合理的,S>0.7意味着聚类是令人信服的[9]。除了确保每组聚类数据之间的关联度外,还应当保证其差异性。因此,在本研究中,选择采用Log-Likelihood Ratio Test(LLR)算法作为所有聚类分类统计的工具。LLR算法是计算研究对象相似度的方法之一,其特点在于促使聚类内部的数据拥有高度相似性,而聚类之间的数据则表现出较低的相似性。
为初步了解露天矿爆破技术的研究发展趋势,统计了露天矿爆破相关研究论文发表数量,发文量趋势如图1所示。
从整体上看,关于露天矿爆破领域的研究发文量经历了一个波动的增长过程。在2010年前发文量没有太大变化,趋势平缓,除1998年发表了15篇外,每年稳定于30篇左右的论文产出。另外,从图中可以清晰的看到2011年和2015年这两年都有一个明显的激增,分别增长了23篇和36篇,随后发文数量有所回落,并逐年稳定在50篇左右。
学科分布如图2所示,从图中可以明显看出,矿业工程学科所占比例最多,高达66.33%,其二是工业通用技术与设备所占比例26.29%,其余依次是安全科学与灾害防治(1.91%)、计算机软件及计算机应用(1.01%)、自动化技术(0.74%)、地质学(0.69%)、自然地理学与测绘学(0.42%)等学科。
发文期刊类别是指刊载论文的期刊种类,通过分析发文期刊类别和发文境况,可以初步了解露天矿爆破研究的质量和层次[5]。在露天矿爆破所有发表的期刊中,排名前五位的期刊分别是《爆破》、《工程爆破》、《矿业研究与开发》、《有色金属(矿山部分)》、《化工矿物与加工》,如图3所示。在这些期刊中,《爆破》发表了最多的文章,数量达到了61篇。紧随其后的是《工程爆破》,共有50篇文章发表。此外,总计有5个期刊发表了超过30篇的文章。
为了呈现核心作者及机构的分布情况以及合作关系,对发文作者及机构进行深入分析,并通过可视化方式进行呈现。如表1所示,从发文机构分布来看,露天矿爆破的研究机构大致可分为三种,一是高等院校,如中国矿业大学、中国矿业大学(北京)、武汉理工大学等;二是研究院,如中钢集团马鞍山矿山研究院、中国科学院力学研究所、北京矿冶研究总院等;三是矿业相关企业,如中煤能源集团平朔煤炭工业公司、包钢(集团)公司白云鄂博铁矿、北方爆破科技有限公司等。
露天矿爆破一直以来就是被研究者关注的领域,近年来,相关研究成果持续增多。为了更好的观察作者之间的合作关系,通过CiteSpace绘制作者合作共现知识图谱,设置“Time Slicing”为1993.1— 2023.6,#Years Per Slice为8,“Text processing”和“Links”默认,“Node Types”中选择“Author”(作者),“Selection Criteria”采用g-index算法(k=20),调整后如图4所示。
通过对作者合作共现知识图谱的分析,揭示了从事露天矿爆破技术研究的学者群体主要包括高等学校教师,以及各企业、研究院的研究人员。如中国矿业大学的李克民、丁小华等人以抛掷爆破和岩体可爆性研究为主;武汉理工大学的张建华、叶海旺等人以爆破效果分析为主;西安科技大学的马力、肖双双等人以抛掷爆破效果分析和参数优化为主;辽宁工程技术大学的韩新平、王明君等人以深孔爆破、爆破参数优化为主;河南工程学院的张袁娟、黄金香等人以爆破振动研究为主;中煤能源集团平朔煤炭工业公司的王根涛、刘峰等人以平朔露天矿爆破布孔,采空区治理为主。各级各类的研究人员、专家、学者对露天矿爆破进行了深度的研究,取得了一定的成果。
图4中可以发现,有部分作者已经建立了亲密的合作关系,多以机构内的合作为主,跨机构间的合作较少。发文数在7篇以上的作者定义为该领域的核心作者,如表2所示,核心作者共有18位,共计发文量164篇,占总发文量的14.6%。然而大部分作者仍是比较分散的,没有形成真正意义上的合作关系。
关键词是一篇文章的高度凝练,体现了文章的核心内容。通过CiteSpace对关键词进行共现和聚类分析,可以快速地定位露天矿爆破研究热点信息。不同的知识图谱对应的参数也有所不同,因此对CiteSpace软件中部分参数进行调整#Years Per Slice(时间切片)为1,“Node Types”一栏选择“Keyword”(关键词),“Pruning”一栏勾选“Pathfinder”(寻径网络算法)和“Pruning slices networks”(每个网络),其余参数不变。如图5所示,关键词共现图谱中有463个节点,1269条连线,其中中介中心性(BC)大于0.1的关键节点有四个,分别是“露天矿”、“爆破振动”、“爆破”、“深孔爆破”,中介中心性排名前20的关键词如表3所示。
关键词聚类图谱由LLR算法共呈现9个聚类标签,如图6所示,分别是#0抛掷爆破、#1爆破设计、#2深孔爆破、#3爆破振动、#4爆破、#5预裂爆破、#6大块、#7台阶爆破、#8爆破参数。如图6左上角显示的Modularity(Q值):Q=0.4947,Silhouette(S值):S=0.8193,意味着该图谱关键词聚类显著,聚类结果可信度高。每个聚类的前五个关键词如表4所示。接下来对重要标签进行逐个分析。
#0抛掷爆破 抛掷爆破是一种利用炸药爆炸能量的方法,借助爆炸产生的气体膨胀推力,将部分破碎的岩石抛出。这种方法常用于土石方回填和堆弃等工程。在露天矿山开采中,抛掷爆破不仅可以分离岩石与矿层,还能将岩石破碎并投掷到采空区。结合拉斗铲、吊斗、推土机等设备的配合使用,形成了系统化的露天矿山抛掷爆破剥离工艺。肖双双等建立了抛掷爆破台阶参数与采剥费用之间的关系模型[12],并提出了一种基于带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)的多目标优化模型求解方法;马力等基于抛掷爆破效果及其影响因素之间的非线性关系[13],采用LSSVM模型建立了预测模型。同时,提出了一种新的方法,即将4阶Fourier级数模型与GA-LSSVM模型结合,用于预测爆堆形态。该方法可以用于预测最远抛掷距离、松散系数和有效抛掷率等指标。
#1爆破设计 爆破设计是爆破工艺的第一步,多年来主要依赖于技术人员的经验进行人工设计,随着计算机技术的发展,许多学者对爆破设计软件进行了开发与应用。从最开始的CAD设计软件对布孔的简单设计,到白润才等开发了一款用于露天矿爆破设计的三维可视化系统应用软件[14],通过多次演示和优化,确定了最佳的起爆顺序和爆堆形状;现在刘军等基于VC++平台开发台阶爆破优化设计软件系统[15],实现台阶面自适应布孔、起爆顺序自动确定。随着智能化的进程,爆破设计将更加规范。
#2深孔爆破 深孔爆破的研究主要是孔网参数的设计、如何降低大块率、减少炸药单耗、改善装药结构与填塞方式、起爆顺序与延时时间以及对爆破效果的评价。朱必勇从多个爆破参数的角度[16],综合考虑安全、经济、爆破质量三个方面,对不同爆破方案的深孔爆破效果进行了评价,从而对方案的选取提供了依据;刘庆等通过实验利用数码电子雷管的高精度延时优势[17],验证了数码电子雷管能够实现精确的管控能力,同时,应用数码电子雷管实现了现场智能化操作,显著提升了深孔爆破的质量;康星星等指出了间隔装药的优势[18],可以降低整体的炸药单耗,提高爆破质量。
#3爆破振动 通过对爆破过程中引起的振动规律和特性进行深入研究,可以评估或者预测振动对周围环境的影响,尤其对是边坡稳定性的不良影响,从而采取有效的控制措施。张天文等通过数值模拟分析[19],研究了布沼坝露天矿西帮在受爆破振动影响时的稳定系数变化规律。研究结果表明,边坡稳定系数随着与爆源中心距离的增加呈对数规律增长。边坡稳定系数与振动速度曲线之间存在较高的协同性,两者的峰值出现时刻相同,振幅之间满足比例关系;杨茂森等结合在黑岱沟露天煤矿进行的超高台阶爆破工程实际[20],采用现场爆破振动监测和回归分析方法,研究了露天矿爆破对临近建(构)筑物的振动效应。同时,结合爆破安全规程,对临近建(构)筑物的安全性进行了评价。
#5预裂爆破 预裂爆破技术通过预先形成裂缝,更好的控制爆破能量集中地释放在预定的裂缝面上,从而减弱对终了边坡的影响,提高边坡稳定性。卢子冬等重点研究了PVC空气间隔预裂爆破方法在最终边帮控制爆破中的适用性[21]。得出了该方法能够有效地保证爆破后的壁面平整度,并保持岩体的完整性。同时,该方法还能够缩短作业时间,相比常用的爆破方法,具有明显的优势;吴双休等以黑沟露天矿大孔径爆破开采为背景[22],将最终边坡划分为五个分区,根据不同分区岩性分别进行预裂爆破设计。
#6大块 大块和根底是衡量爆破质量的两个重要参数。姜汉磊分析了抚顺东露天矿采场爆破根底产生原因[23],提出了治理措施;李海超等通过数值模拟[24],发现合理设置超深、适当增大孔径、适当缩小孔网参数可以降低露天矿台阶爆破根底率。
#7台阶爆破 台阶爆破是露天矿高效开采的重要手段。通过数值模拟和现场试验方法,研究人员可以优化台阶爆破过程。宋子岭等利用LS-DYNA软件模拟真实的现场环境和爆破过程[25],得出炮孔充填长度合理区间为8~8.5 m,合理的炸药单耗量为0.55 kg/m3;闫永富等通过利用露天矿台阶爆破进行现场工业化试验验证[26],设计了一种径向环形装药装置,对富水炮孔和贫水炮孔进行了现场径向环形装药间隔爆破试验。得出径向环形装药结构在工程爆破中是可行的。
#8爆破参数 为了提高爆破效果、保证爆破质量、确保安全生产,通常会对爆破参数进行优化。近年来,研究人员通过神经网络建立爆破模型,从而得到最佳的爆破参数。王赟等利用图像识别技术[27],对爆破后的岩块粒径分布进行了收集和分析。通过深度神经网络,研究分析了爆破参数与岩石破碎度之间的关系,并建立了适用于平朔东露天矿的爆破参数和破碎度的预测模型。对爆破参数进行敏感性分析后发现,炸药单耗和孔距是主要影响因素。通过合理的穿孔和爆破参数的选择,可以获得最佳的岩石破碎度,从而降低露天矿的运营总成本。
为了进一步了解每个阶段关键词的演变和突现情况,在CiteSpace控制面板中选择Layout的Timeline得到如图7所示的关键词时间线图,然后设置Burstness中γ[0,1]为0.7,Minimum Duration为1,得到20个突现词,突现词探测图如图8所示。突现性数值代表关键词在某一时段内的出现频率高低,可反映研究领域的转变方向[9]图8中关键词突现情况直接反映了露天矿爆破研究领域的趋势变化。结合前文发文量的变化趋势,综合分析图7图8,可以将其划分为三个阶段,①露天矿爆破理论的确立和发展阶段(2010年前):早期的关键词较为宏观,并且一直沿用,通常采用传统的爆破方法。爆破参数的优化和爆破工程实践逐渐开始发展,对爆破振动和环境影响的认知相对有限,主要针对微差爆破、根底、爆破参数、炸药单耗、边坡稳定、爆破震动进行研究并且突现时间长。②现代技术运用和创新阶段(2010—2015年):随着露天矿爆破技术的改进和创新,深孔爆破技术、预裂爆破技术与逐孔起爆方式,成为研究热点。同时数值模拟工具开始应用于爆破设计,有助于更好地控制爆破效果和振动。③绿色智能精细化发展阶段(2015年至今):随着计算机技术的飞速发展,数值模拟在爆破设计中得到广泛应用。推动着绿色、智能和精细化的发展理念在露天矿爆破领域的融合。同时,爆破振动和环境影响问题引起了更广泛的关注,催生了相关法规的制定和实施,以确保爆破活动在绿色可持续的轨迹上前行。研究的重心逐渐倾向于深入探讨爆破振动规律、深刻分析爆破效果,并通过参数优化来实现更环保和高效的爆破。随着自动化和智能化发展的浪潮,研究的焦点也开始向更加精细化的装药结构转移,包括诸如PVC管和先进的数码电子雷管等创新技术。
本研究以中国学术期刊出版总库(CNKI)收录的通过选取“露天矿”并含“爆破”条件检索获得的1116篇期刊论文作为研究对象,利用文献计量学和知识图谱可视化技术,对国内露天矿爆破领域的时空分布情况、研究热点主题和前沿趋势进行了全面回顾和深入分析。研究表明:露天矿爆破研究主要分为:①露天矿爆破理论的确立和发展阶段(2010年前)、②现代技术运用和创新阶段(2010—2015年)、③绿色智能精细化发展阶段(2015年至今)3个阶段;学科分布主要是矿业工程和工业通用技术与设备;发文期刊主要是《爆破》、《工程爆破》以及其他矿业工程领域的期刊;研究作者及机构主要是矿业相关高等学校教师以及企业、研究院研究人员;研究主题主要包括爆破工艺过程中的爆破设计软件开发与应用,孔网参数、炸药单耗、装药结构等爆破参数优化、深孔爆破、台阶爆破、抛掷爆破、预裂爆破等爆破方式,爆破振动的控制与监测,数值模拟、人工智能算法的应用,爆破质量原因分析及爆破效果评价。
近年来,国内学者在露天矿爆破领域进行了广泛而深入的研究,并取得了许多重要成果。然而,由于矿场的独特性和复杂性,爆破设计与实施面临着诸多困难。爆破过程的不确定性是一个严重的问题,它严重制约了矿场实现安全、快速和高效生产的目标。露天矿爆破作为一项重要的采矿技术,在未来将继续发展和演进。以下是露天矿爆破未来展望的几个方面:
自动化与智能化:随着科技的不断进步,将出现更多自动化和智能化的爆破技术和设备。例如,利用无人机进行爆破作业的自动化控制,采用智能爆破系统进行实时监测和调整,以提高作业效率和安全性。
精确定位与控制:未来的发展将更加注重爆破定位和控制的精确性。通过更精准的爆破定位技术和实时监测手段,可以实现对爆破效果和振动影响的更精确预测和控制,减少不必要的环境影响和结构破坏。
绿色环保:环境保护将成为未来露天矿爆破的重要考量因素。研究人员将继续探索减少爆破对环境的影响的技术和方法,包括减少爆破振动和噪音、控制爆破气体的排放、优化爆破方案以减少岩石破碎和颗粒物产生等,以实现矿山可持续发展。
多学科融合:未来的研究将更加强调多学科的融合。爆破技术不仅涉及爆破工程和岩土力学等领域,还需要与环境科学、地质学、机械工程、电子技术等学科进行深入合作,实现技术创新和综合应用。
数据驱动与智能分析:随着大数据和人工智能的快速发展,未来的露天矿爆破将更加依赖数据驱动和智能分析。通过对大量实验数据和现场监测数据的收集和分析,结合机器学习和数据挖掘技术,可以发现潜在的规律和优化策略,推动爆破技术的进一步发展和提升。
总的来说,未来的露天矿爆破将朝着自动化、智能化、精确化和环境友好化的方向发展,通过技术创新和多学科融合,为矿山行业提供更高效、安全、可持续的爆破解决方案。
